A tall man wearing a black t-shirt, a pair of worn out jeans, a cap and a pair of sun-glasses walk sneakily in the corridor of the recording venue of MBC's "Show Champion"; the man has two bottles of drinks in his hands, which he uses the bottles as gun/sword/weapon. The man turns and rolls at every coner like a "ninja", though people look at him like they have jsut seen a psychopath walked by. At last he stops by a room, he kicks open the door and yells "HA!"
The people inside obviously didn't expect someone just walk(?) in and make such a dramatic entrance. It is the waiting room of EXO, and the twelve male idols open their mouths wide in shock, and stare together at the unknown weirdo in front of them.
It is the chinese members of EXO to recover from the shock first when they realize the "stranger" is actually Henry, their sombei-nim (senior).
"Ayonhaseyo Henry-xi!" The chinese members bow to Henry first, and the other members follow their lead.
"Yo hey what's up!" Henry hugs each of them and talk a little to each of them in English, Chinese and Korean.
"What brings you here Henry-xi?" Their leader, Suho asks Henry after their greetings.
"Are you here to support us" Someone jokes.
"Nay of course not." The EXO members pull sad faces and say "owwwwwwww"
"I'm here for my wife." Henry says proudly.
"What? You're married? WHO?" The EXO members get excited.
"Amber-xi?" It is Kris who is the best friend of them suggest.
"BINGO!" Henry winks at Kris and the two men do an air high-five.
"WHAT?! WIth Amber-xi?!" Others question in disbelief. Henry just smiles proudly and show them their photo on his phone, which the members pass it around and discuss excitedly. "It looks more like Amber-xi is the husband and Henry-xi you are the......" Whoever is saying this could not continue as Henry is strangling him, which he has to put up his hands and surrender.
The other EXO members burst out with laughters, it is indeed fun to tease Henry. After the members calm down, Kris remembers his question.
"So why would you visit us now?"
"Oh yea I need a little help." Henry says it while putting his phone back into his pocket. "I'm giving Amber a surprise, so I'll need your help."
"Ummmm yea sure!" EXO's Leader answers, the others nod in agree.
"Well it's really simple, you guys just need to distract her for a while to let me sneak into her waiting room, and then when she goes back in I'll be like 'HEYYY WHOA!' and she would be surprise." Henry draws on a piece of paper while explaining his plan.

Interview
Q: Why did you go to visit Amber on your day off?
Henry: She is going to come back in like a week or something so I was thinking like to give her a surprise, to show her my support and a lot of love. And besides she really likes surprises.
Q: So you really understand her.
Henry: (awkwardly laughing) Yea we were best friends.....

"So the show is going to end at about 6, when the show finishes, you four go on and make sure Amber stays on stage for 10 minutes or so." Henry appoints the four chinese members. "You four go on and clear the MC waiting room, make sure no one is going to distract us; and you four come with me, in case anything happens, you guys are going to be my shield."
"Nei!" The twelve EXO members answer in unison.
"Thanks guys I own you all." Henry smiles, "I'll buy you guys drinks later."
"Thank you Henry-sombei-nim!" The EXO boys clap and cheer out loud, and just when they are partying, the EXO manager goes up and tells them to get ready for the ending of the show.
"3.2.1 Fighting!!!" They put their hands up together and cheer for each others, hoping Henry's plan is going to work out, and off they go to the stage.

While the Chinese members are talking to Amber on stage after the show ended, the others march into the MC waiting room and ask people inside politely to spare the room for 20 minutes or so, just to give the couple some private time.
The MC and staff kindly leave the room and when they pass Henry, they all congratulate him with big smiles, saying "Congratulations Henry xi!"
Once the room has been emptied, the five people (Henry and four other EXO members) rush out of the corridor into the MC waiting room, and lock the door in case Amber appears anytime. After Henry finds a box for him to hide in, he thanks the EXO members, "Thanks guys, I own you guys once."
The EXO members giggle and exit the room one by one quietly, and join their Chinese members on stage. Their leader makes an "OK" hand gesture to Kris while they are still talking to Amber, Kris gets the message and eyes the other members, it is time for them to leave.
"Well I think we all really have to go now Amber xi." LuHan smiles and decides to end their conversations. "All the best on your come back next week, and we're all looking forward to this."
"And congratulations on getting married!" Kris shouts before taking his last step off stage.
"What?! Umm yea thanks!" Amber laughs uneasily, she wonders why the Chinese members of EXO acted so enthusiastic today towards her.
Smiling to herself, she walks slowly down the stage and goes into her room for rest. Amber throws herself on the sofa in the room, after a long tiring day which involves practicing and being the MC of the show, she could just fall asleep anytime.
She lets out a yawn and says to herself "oh my god I'm so tired." before looking down on the floor.
"Oh what is it?" She asks when she sees a box on the floor, she pokes around the giant box and in the end she decides to open it.
"OH MY GOD!" Amber screams out when she sees what is inside the box, it is our Henry, her husband in there, acting cute.
"Oh my god you scared me!" Amber laughs and hits on Henry's arm.
"Surprise?" Henry's plan has been a success.
"Yea why are you here?" Amber offers her hand to help Henry to stand up.
"Because I miss you~~" Henry does a puppy look, which Amber rolls her eyes and laughs at Henry who is acting cute. Normally Henry would not act cute in front of her, as he considers himself as her "big brother", her senior and her protector; it is also the reason why she often protests to him when he posts some "acting cute" photos on twitter or weibo.
You really look like snoopy when you does that." She laughs while they are sitting down on the sofa, "your eyes are like that." Amber pulls a face which she calls it "the snoopy(Henry) face".
Henry couldn't help but laughs with her, he has always liked Amber's laugh, you could always feel the energy and happiness.
After they finish laughing and calm down for a bit (which involves Henry fights back and argues that "my eyes aren't thay small!"), Henry hands Amber the drinks he brought before.
"What is it?" Amber asks while getting the drinks.
"I thinks the ice metls a bit but I believe it still tastes good, it's your favourite zheng zhu nai cha (bubble milk tea)" Henry answers while taking his own out.
Amber takes a sip of her favourite drinks, the sweetness and fagrance of milk tea fills up , which makes her forget how tired she has been for the whole day; she is also touched by Henry, who has been caring her before as her beset friend, and now, he could just show his support and care towards her on broadcast. "It tastes really good, thanks snoopy." Amber says while opening her arms wide to give Henry a big hug.
Henry leans over and hugs her back, both of them are unware what they are doing is considered as "open" in Korea, it is not common seeing people hugging around in Korea, but it is only they hug their same and not the opposite, the director of WGM is very pleased on what they are going now.
"Yeah I know you have been busy preparing your comeback and all, so I've decided to come and cheer you up!" Henry says while ruffling Amber's brown hair, "how would you like to have dinner together?"
"Dinner? Where?" Amber sits up with eyes open, "I'm SO hungry!"
"Itaewon Mexican food?" Henry asks while watching Amber's facial expression carefully.
"Oh how did you know what I was thinking?" Amber's eyes shine, "I'm so in the mood of having tacos and jack in the box."
Henry smiles again, he and Amber have so many things in common, and the best of all are food and music.
"Remember the restaurant we used to visit while we were trainees? We're going there tonight." Henry stands up and throws his emptied cup in the bin. "My treat!"
"I'm going to bankrupt you!" Amber follows Henry too with her bright smile on her face.
"LET'S GO!!!" The two of them runs out of the building like little kids playing tag

After they have got off their car (of course their manager is driving), they strtch themselves and chat excitedly about the views, food, music, show, lives when they have been trainees, etc....... They laugh and joke around as if the cameras are not here and that they are only some infamous trainees.
Yet the reality is, the director is trying his best not to shout at the two little "kids" in front of the cameras, and that the pedestrians begin to take out their phones to take pictures, which later, Henry and Amber have found comments like "idiot couple", "the most un-idol-like idols" and "they are so cute!!!" on the internet.
To Amber, it has been her happiest day since they have started to prepare their comeback, she has never really taken a proper rest; if there's one person on earth she could really being relax with, it would be Henry; he is not exactly her family which she has to be responsible for, nor he is her normal friends which she could not tell them her secrets, in fact Henry would not even ask about anything, Henry understands her as they have a similar background: both chinese but raised in western, left home very young to Korea, had to learn and adapt to new language and culture, they love the same kind of music, sports, food, and almost everything. Whenever she is with Henry, time seems to stop: the past would not trouble her, nor she has to worry about the future, it is only NOW, PRESENT; time being with Henry is peaceful.
"Amber? Amb? Josephine? LIU YI YUN?!" Henry waves and shouts when he realizes Amber is not really listening to him.
"Oh yea here what?" Amber was lost in her own thoughts, feeling embarrassed she runs up to join Henry.
"You ok? You're really tired." Henry asks with concern.
"Yea I'm ok." Amber asks, relieved that Henry does not realize she was actually thinking about....him.
"I'm sure you are.... but here we are!" He says cheerfullly. "FOOD!"
"YAY!" Amber claps and together they go inside the restaurant.

"The food smells as good as usual!" Amber says happily after they have settled down. She opens the menu and fixes her eyes on it. "I don't know which one to choose now....."
"We could order differently and share." Henry suggests, who seems to be as hungry as Amber. "Like we could order two different tacos and share."
"The fact is," Amber drinks from the lemon water and says, "I want to have all the food on menu."
"You're going to come back in a week! Your manager should have told you to get onto a diet." Henry opens his eyes wide in disbelief.
"I don't care, I'm hungry." Amber looks at the menu again. "We could have these four tacos and chicken wings and the dessert."
"Two tacos and chicken wings."
"Two tacos and chicken wings and dessert." Amber fights back.
"No two tacos and chicken wings." Henry insists, he wouldn't like Amber being told on by her manager for all night. But after looking at Amber's disappointed face, he feels sorry and says "I'll get you the dessert after your come back ok? I'll make it up for you."
"Promised?" Amber seems to be happy again.
"I promised." The have a high-five, it is kind of their tradition to high five each other.
Once the food is served, they stop their conversation and dive into their food as they are really hungry, and not until they have finished the tacos they start the conversation again.
"You still remember the time we used to come here when we were only trainees?" Henry picks up a chicken wing and places it on Amber's plate.
"Yeah we used to sneak out and ran around Seoul." Amber says with chicken wing stuffed in . "Nobody cared about us back then."
"Guess we couldn't so that more often these days now."
"It's ok, we could buy take away." Amber answers while working on her second chicken wing.
"Nah it would be totally different." Henry comments with a trace of saddness, fames and popularity come with a cost.
"Come on we could still hand out together! Food tastes as good as usual and we could play basketball, write some songs, fooling around together, just not as much as days before." Amber offers Henry the wing and Henry takes it, together they eat and finish their cups of soda.

"Oh god I'm sooo full now!" Amber holds her stomach while walking out the restaurant.
"My wallet is emptied now." Henry jokes and pretends to cry, "my money......"
"Come on snoopy WE didn't eat that much, stop pretending and get going." Amber drags him up and across the street.
"What time is it now?" Henry stands up and asks.
"About 9 now." Amber answers, looking at her phone. "So what now?"
"I'll just get you back, you have practice in the morning tomorrow, right?" Henry begins walking to the car park.
"How did you know? You stalker!" Amber follows.
"Nay I'm the all mighty Henry! I know everything about you!" Which after that, Amber hits on his arm and laugh.

Amber: I'm really greatful about Henry took the trouble to come here in person, did his best to cheer me up. Although before, he still supported me like he texted me before my come back, and often showed his support as a friend; this time though, it seemed different, it felt really like a boyfriend taking care of me haha yea I liked it. Thank you snoopy I'll do my best! Fighting!
