Tao waved to his friends as it was the end of the day. "Bye Kyungsoo. Have fun with Kai." At this Tao wiggled his eyebrows.

Kyungsoo blushed a deep red. "Shut up, ZiTao. Anyways, are you sure you don't want me to cancel plans with Kai an walk you home? I mea it might be dangerous and-"

"Kyungsoo. I am almost an adult." Tao said with a serious face as he walked towards the main entrance with Kyungsoo, his group of friends all lingering behind. "Besides, taking care of all of us, when do YOU have your fun?"

D.O bit his lip and frowned. "You guys are fun, though." He pointed out. He wasn't lying, his friends were down right hilarious and very fun to be around. He was grateful for them and he couldn't help but be a bit protective. He didn't need to hang out with other people if it came in between his friendship with the gang.

"Still, D.O. Don't lie. I see the way your eyes light up when you talk to Kai. He's quite funny, I'd know. I've seen it first hand.  Just enjoy your life and live a little. If I'm aways depending on you then I'll never grow on my own. I know I'm quite weak but I am not going to stand in between your happiness. Not a chance, Kyungie. Now get over there and have some fun." Tao shoved D.O towards the direction Kai was in.

"He's right." Xiumin added.

"I'll make sure he texts me." Lay offered noting D.O's worried face.

"Besides, I live just near Tao. And he knows wushu?" Baekhyun concluded. Kyungsoo nodded his head, finally convinced. Perhaps Tao was right. He could have fun just outside the group for this one time.

"Fine, but if one bad thing goes wrong you call me." Kyungsoo added seriously agreeing wth his friends. He looked deep into Tao's eyes. Tao nodded.

"Bye, Kyungsoo Hyung."

Kyungsoo nodded. "Alright. Bye guys." He walked off.

One by one they all left Tao standing alone near the fountain. He hesitated slightly, distracted by the gray stones that made up the floor and the wall that went around the school grounds. Sighing to himself, he began to walk home. Taking a left and finally off of the school premesis and into the city, he stopped to take out his ipod. A  shadow of a car came up on the street besides him and Tao looked up to see a dark blue car with tinted windows. One of his eyebrows rose.

A window rolled down and he saw Kris' face grace it. He looked at Tao and Tao couldn't help but feel slightly shy. Here he was walking home and Kris was strolling around in an expensive looking car. He tugged at his shirt.

"Hi Tao." Kris' voice came out friendly and soft.

"Hi, gege!" Tao smiled, rather cutely in Kris' opinion, and his eyes crinkled. He flipped his hair.

"Would you like a ride?" Kris gestured towards his car.

"No thank you," Tao shook his head a few times, "I wouldn't want to be a burden."

"No no no!" Kris added quickly. "You're not a burden. Besides, it's rather hot no? Please. I'd love it if you came." Kris spoke with sincerity. His eyes were wide and reminded Tao of a doe.Tao bit his lip.  Kris seemed very eager and Tao did trust Kris...

"Okay.." They  were friends after all...

Kris pulled over and Tao walked to the other side and got in. Buckeling in Tao noted that Kris' car  was a lot cooler. It was also really neat, as if the car was brand new. He looked up at Kris and smiled. "Thanks, Kris."

Kris shook his head. He was really happy that Tao agreed to ride with him, it showed that Tao was begining to seriously open up to him. Kris loved Tao's company and thought he was rather funny too. It felt nice to care for someone, Kris himself was always usually cared for. In fact, he just got the very car he's driving Tao in yesterday simply because he asked his father for it. Kris would never have to work a day in his life with his family's fortune.  "It's no problem, really. This is what friends do." If anything, Tao's smile brightened as he quietly told Kris where he lived.

Kris stuck his tongue out slightly. "Hmm. I know where Penzi street is. It's not to far from where Chanyeol lives. I'm suprised I've never seen you around, I'm usually at his house playing basketball."

Of course, Tao already knew Chanyeol lived down the street from him as Baekhyun was Tao's neighbor and always talked about the giant. "I'm usually inside Baekhyun's house or he's in mine."

'Baekhyun', Kris thought with a smirk, 'the boy Chanyeol's been fussing about? How ironic that he lives next to my Tao and down the street from Chanyeol.'

The two quietly chatted together. Often times Tao reminded Chanyeol of a small enthusiastic child. The way he smiled when he got really excited about something, or how his arms would wave around rapidly. He was really funny and quite the smart mouth. Kris and Tao would often tease each other with witty responses. Tao was also really sweet whenever he thought he was too harsh. Kris was really sad when the car ride was over as he passed Chanyeol's house and stopped in front of Tao's. It was cute and small and  practically screamed out comfort, the total opposite of Kris' large and cold house.

Tao turned to Kris with his seatbelt off. "So do you promise to bring the cake?" He asked excitedly.

Kris laughed. "Tao. I promised you I'd bring cake so I will. I don't break promises."

Tao's head bobbed. "If you promise." Suddenly, his face felt hot. He then realised how close him and Kris were. Kris noticed too and his eyes widened.

Tao leaned back fast and blushed. "Gah~! Sorry!"

Kris smiled. "It's alright." Tao nodded and opened the door.

"I'll see you tomorrow, gege."

Next is Kai and Kyungsoo which will be hopeefully longer.
