*UPDATED* :)

When Jae Young ate lunch with us, it was like he had been friends with everyone for as long as he could remember.

He kept on rambling on and on about random stuff that came up in his mind, but they didn't seem to mind. Especially Ji Wan. He and Jae would go back and forth, agreeing with each other for every sentence the other said.

"Oh my God, I know right?" said Jae. "I LOVE their new songs!"

"YEA!" replied Ji Wan. "The music video was even better though!"

"I know right?"

The rest of us just sat there and listened to them ramble on and on. We were amazed at how well Jae could carry a conversation. At one point, Jae turned to me, and then looked at the group.

"Hey, have you ever heard Sung-ie sing?" He asked.

"YAH!" I slapped him on the arm. 

"No..." Jung Hyo replied. "Is she any good?"

"Are you kidding?" said Jae. "She sings like an idol!"

I blushed, looking down at my lap.

They gasped. "Really?" Ri Young said, excited. "Sing for us!"

"Nooo," I whined. "Not right now..."

"Aww, c'mon Sung-ie," Jae grabbed ahold of my hand with both of his, putting on a jokingly sad face. "Sing....for me," He beamed at me.

I looked him in the eyes, silent for a moment. Finally, I gave in, sighing. Jae Young took it as a yes.

"Yay!" he cheered.

"Sing 'You & I' by Park Bom!" SeungHyun suggested. I looked up. Giving the slightest nod, I opened my mouth, letting the melody flow out.

I flushed red, looking down at the floor again, studying my shoes. I waited for them to respond. After about a minute of silence, I looked up, wondering why no one had spoken. Almost all of them were staring at me, mixtures of awe and admiration spread on their frozen faces. 

I put on an angry face, jokingly saying, "Was I that bad?"

"No." SeungHyun was the one that answered me. He had been staring at me before, looking touched while I was singing. "You were wonderful." He gave me one of his warmest smiles. "How come you never told us you could sing?"

I looked down again, scratching the back of my neck. "Well, I didn't really see any point in mentioning it..."

"WHO CARES?!" Ji Wan suddenly exclaimed, making me jump. "THAT WAS SO PRO!" He started clapping wildly, looking like a madman. The others started to join in, clapping softly, smiling up at me.

I smiled back at them, happy that they enjoyed it.

After lunch, Jae was following me to our next class. 

You know how I said earlier that SeungHyun was in most of my classes? Yea, that's right, most. But not all. And now, I found out that Jae was in ALL of my classes. Yes, that's right, ALL. And the one that we were headed to was one of the two classes that SeungHyun and I weren't in together.

So, Jae and I were walking down the hallway, heading to the classroom at the other end of the school. 

"Hey, didn't I tell you they would like your singing?" He smiled at me.

I sighed. "Yea yea, but still..."

"Still what?"

For a moment, I stayed silent. "I still don't think I'm that good." I stared ahead, stepping lazily across the hallway.

After a few steps, I noticed that Jae wasn't beside me anymore. I was about to turn around, but before I could, a pair of arms wrapped around my waist from behind and I felt someone's chin on my shoulder.

"Don't say that about yourself," Jae whispered in my ear. I shivered a bit, but he just hugged me tighter. "No matter what anyone thinks, I still think you're awesome." I could hear the smile in his voice.

We stayed in that position for a while, my heart beating fast. What's wrong with me? I liked SeungHyun, and I knew it. So how come I enjoyed the fact that Jae held me so tightly? I thought about it. He really had changed a lot since last year. I guess I thought that he was too immature for me. But now....now....things seemed different.

It was like I was seeing him in a whole new light.
