My Everything Is Yours
When I felt him pry my hands off him, it was as if my heart was crushed. It felt like as if somebody was draining my heart of its blood, of its life. It was as if my life was ending, right here, right now.
He faced me and enveloped me in his arms. “Don’t make me go through that again.”
Stunned, I encircled my arms on him and held him tightly.
“I can’t take living without you. I felt like dying. Don’t make me go through that again. I don’t think I’ll survive.”
“I’m sorry. I’m a fool,” I said while burying my face in his chest. No. I’m never letting go of this man ever again.
He didn’t answer me. We merely stood there, enveloped in each other’s embrace.
“I I- don’t know what’s wrong with me. I’m afraid. Afraid to get hurt again. To go back to before,” I continued.
“Me too. But what I do know is that I don’t want to experience THAT kind of hurt again,” he said.
“I’m sorry,” I repeated over and over again.
We were watching television and I was curled up beside him. Our morning drama was put aside and we contented ourselves with snuggling up to each other.
My phone rang from the other room and I momentarily separated myself from him. I can see his eyes following my actions.
I picked up the phone and saw that it was my brother.
“Oppa!” I said excitedly.
“Hey baby girl. How are you?” he asked.
“I’m good. How are you guys?”
“We’re fine. Although, Mom and Dad are actually acting weird. They weren’t their usual selves. I’m guessing it’s because Aunt Taeyeon and Uncle Leeteuk weren’t here to celebrate with them.”
“Oh really? What happened? They didn’t celebrate the New Year?”
“They did. Actually, they just weren’t their usual nagging selves. They ate dinner at the hotel and celebrated with their friends till midnight. Then they apparently made up some lame excuse, talking about calling you or something, and went home. Did they? Call you, I mean.”
“No. Not yesterday.”
“See. Well anyway, I set up the fireworks with Dong Wook and we were blasting off till the wee hours of the morning and they didn’t even complain about it. When I woke up the next morning and found out they were there, they said they slept through it,”
“Wait. Dong Wook-oppa was there? Wasn’t he in Mokpo?”
“Nah. He went back a few days ago. Said he couldn’t take the tension in that place. Apparently, Donghae did the same thing,”
“Did what?”
“He- Well he flew back from Mokpo a day before Dong Wook did.”
“Why?”
“He didn’t say so. But Dong Wook’s guessing that he had the same reason as he.”
“Oh. I see.”
“Enough of that. I’m sorry I brought him up. How was your New Year?”
“I- It was cool.”
“Who’d you spend it with?”
“Just- Just a few friends. Then I went home early with Jay and Jonghun.”
“Oh? Where’s the trouble three?”
I chuckled. My brother doesn’t really sit well with Nicole and the gang. He thinks they’re too loud for his ears. “I sent them off for a vacation.”
“You’re such a generous employer.”
“Cherish the people who takes care of you,” they were brother’s words to me before I went away. Apparently. They were their mother’s words to him.
“Oh you learned from the best,” he chuckled. “I have to go. I have to sleep off this hangover. I’ll call you later. I miss you baby girl.”
“I miss you too oppa.”
“Come home already.”
“I’ll try.” And we both hung up.
Before I went back to the room, I went to look for Jay.
“Hey Jay, have you talked to mom and dad recently?” I asked. Jay was sitting in the kitchen, reading a novel. Except for the tattoos in his arm, you’d think he was a harmless innocent man.
“The last I talked to them was yesterday before we went to the bar.”
“Alright. Don’t tell them Donghae’s here, okay?”
“Of course,” Jay smiled and went back to reading his book.
“And tell Jonghun too please,” I said before running back to the room.
When I went back to the room, I was sporting a grin.
“What’s up?” Donghae asked me.
“I have a plan.”
Hey guys. I just wanted to update before I diappear into space again. Haha. Sorry. I just have a lot to do. But at least I'm leaving you guys with YoonHae finally back together. Yey! :D
Anyways, I probably wouldn't be able to update again until a few weeks or so. But don't worry. I think I found a way around it. Since I can still send e-mails through my phone, I realize that I can update through it. I'll be opening a blog for MEIY. Just for the following weeks that I don't have an internet connection. Check on this myeverythingisyours.blogspot.com after a few days. I may have updated by then. I really have no idea how I can notify you guys if I've updated. This is my biggest dilemma yet. Though, if you guys have a blogger account, you can subscribe to it so that you'll know immediately when I've updated. You can also subscribe by email. :D Haha. And once you're there, do comment and comment and comment and comment as much as you like. Curse me or whatever. Promote the blog to your other friends. Hihi. Up it a bit or anything. HIHI. Ohmygosh.
