No One’s POV

Ha Rin came out from the restroom and as she scanned the place she had spotted someone very familiar. “Isn’t that…?” She asked herself.

She took a moment and stare at this person intently and when they finally met eyes with each other. Ha Rin grinned and ran to where this person is standing.

“OMO! I missed you Hyukkie oppa!” Ha Rin exclaimed as they both hugged each other and he even lift him up from the ground a little.

He put her down and dragged her at a corner with a grin.. “I know you’re excited to see me but can’t you try to at least be formal at events like this and call me Eunhyuk?” Eunhyuk demanded.

Ha Rin laughed at him. “How about Lee Hyukjae? Is that bet—“

Eunhyuk hushed him by placing his hand on encircling his arm around her neck. “Sshh! That’s for a more confidential and private use only. You know that!” He reminded her.

“I know. So tell me, how have you been when Min Young unnie and I left you alone here in Japan?” Ha Rin asked in interest.

“Me? I’ve been great! Clubbing, flirting and all sorts of that stuff, you know.” He said and smirked mischievously.

Ha Rin narrowed her look on him. “Nah, I’m kidding. Of course I’ve been miserable. The three of us had been the best buddies on your stay here for two years. What would you expect?” Eunhyuk said truthfully.

Ha Rin giggled. “I knew you’ll say that. Don’t worry. We miss you too.” She said and hugged him again.

“Yeah, but since we made an agreement that we’ll talk just when we see each other here or in Korea you and your sister hadn’t thought about me right?” Eunhyuk asked and let go of her.

“Yes. And that goes for you too right? Don’t deny it!” Ha Rin said and Eunhyuk gave her a nod.

“Well, look at you now. You look amazing. If I knew you that you have this in you I should have pursued on courting you.” He said and glanced at her from head to toe.

Ha Rin was silent. “But what did you do? You turned me down just because of that Kim Myungsoo. How are you with him now? Are you a couple now?” He asked her intrigued.

“Let’s not talk about that now. Let’s dance!” Ha Rin commanded and with that Eunhyuk held hands with her to dance floor as an upbeat song was playing they began to dance to it happily.

What they didn’t know was that Myungsoo had his blazing eagle eye on them from the moment Ha Rin came out of the restroom until now as they were dancing closely to each other.

“Calm down Myungsoo. Calm down.” Myungsoo chanted in a whisper to prevent him on making a scene just because of his sudden jealousy.

When Myungsoo saw that Ha Rin is alone, he grabbed the chance and approach her since he knew that the guy Ha Rin was with is finally out of the way.

“Let’s go!” Myungsoo said in a serious tone and pulled Ha Rin out of the function hall to their hotel suite.

“Why the hell did you drag me here when I finally found someone to enjoy the party with?!” Ha Rin asked in rage as they arrived inside their suite.

“Who? That guy who looks like a monkey?” Myungsoo said in criticism.

“He is not! I even think he’s good looking!” Ha Rin pointed out in defense and glared at him as they were standing across each other at the edge of the bed.

“Good-looking my !” Myungsoo said.

“If you don’t have anything nice to say, I’ll just go.” Ha Rin said and was about to walk towards the door but Myungsoo stopped her.

Myungsoo held onto her wrist tightly and from that moment Ha Rin’s heartbeat started pumping nervously.

“No, stop Ha Rin. Please just stop this.” Myungsoo said in a pleading tone at the same time as his heart began to race fast.

“What now?” Ha Rin asked monotonously evading his stare.

Myungsoo then slid his hand and held onto both of Ha Rin’s hand firmly and took a step closer to her.

“Stop acting so cold towards me. You’re just making this hard for the two of us.” He said softly.

“What are you talking about?” She questioned in confusion and can’t help but look up and meet eyes with him.

“I miss the cheery Ha Rin that always has a smile on her face, the Ha Rin that never left my side and showed me how important I am in her life and the Ha Rin that once said she likes me as a man. Where is she now?” Myungsoo asked her and looked at Ha Rin straight in the eye.

Ha Rin couldn’t say anything as she didn’t know what to say and let her heart pump fast freely since she doesn’t have the power to slow it down anyway.

“You may be right in front of me now but I can still feel the distance between us. Why Ha Rin?” Myungsoo inquired in sadness.

“Let’s see, you started to turn your back on me when you started dating Woohyun.” Myungsoo continued.

“Why is Woohyun in this now?” Ha Rin asked and eyed him in disbelief.

“When he came in your life, in our lives, that’s when he set off on taking you away from me. That’s the truth huh?” Myungsoo demanded.

“Do you really want to know the truth behind all these?” Ha Rin questioned and pushed him away lightly as Myungsoo gave her a nod.

She breathed out heavily as tears slid down her cheeks. “Its all your fault! I had to stay away from you and forget about this stupid feelings because its what I’m suppose to do anyway! I had no choice! So you are part of the blame too!” Ha Rin exploded as tears continued to fall.

Myungsoo wiped her tears away with his thumb and cupped her face tenderly. “You don’t have to do it anymore Ha Rin.” He said in a calm voice.

“I don’t understand.” Ha Rin said in almost a whisper.

“You don’t have to forget about it because I feel the same way about you.” He said delicately and leaned his forehead onto hers.
