No One’s POV

As Ha Rin went inside the house, she gave out a sigh of relief with a hand on her chest. “What happened out there that you had to react like that?” Min Young asked inquisitively.

“Nothing much.” Ha Rin said simply and smiled towards Myungsoo and Hyunsoo’s direction.

She walked briskly and sat beside the two and pecked Hyunsoo’s cheek that made him giggle heartily.

“I missed you so much Hyunsoo-yah~” Ha Rin cheered happily. Then, Myungsoo, Ha Rin and Hyunsoo began to play with each other like a real family.

Min Young was watching them closely with a narrowed look and Bum on the other hand had a smile on his face, liking the view in front of him.

“Oppa, when are you guys planning to leave?” Min Young questioned loudly to distract the happy family.

Bum glared at her. “You don’t want us here don’t you?” He asked back in disappointment.

“Not exactly. I was just—“

“Don’t you remember what our parents told us?” Bum added.

“Princess!!~” As if on cue, their parents arrived with Mr. Shin’s loud voice.

With this, the foursome and Hyunsoo on Myungsoo’s arms stood up instantly and welcomed their parents with a hug as usual.

“So tell us, how was your trip in Japan?” Mrs. Kim asked as they started eating their lunch together still at the Shin’s mansion.

Myungsoo and Ha Rin looked at each other as they were sitting across each other at the other end of the table with Hyunsoo at the center on his high chair being fed by the two of them.

“It was great! And as you told us, we had allotted ourselves a day just exploring the city.” Myungsoo spoke up first.

“We did some shopping as usual and we have gifts for all of you, right oppa?” Ha Rin said and smiled.

“Yes, there are all inside our bags.” Myungsoo said in affirmation.

“I’m sure we could check that out later.” Mrs. Shin assured in excitement and gave Ha Rin and Myungsoo a thankful look in advance.

“Now on a more serious side, how’s our business doing in Japan?” Mr. Shin asked and looked from Myungsoo to Ha Rin with a humorless expression on his face.

Myungsoo gave Ha Rin a knowing glance as he was busy helping Hyunsoo drink water from his glass.

“Yes appa. Our business is doing very well, we managed to increase its sales during our stay and its popularity among the Japanese citizens is at its peak.” Ha Rin began at looked at Myungsoo to continue.

“And our shareholders are pleased to see its improvement by the implementation of new marketing advertisements and strategies that we’ve all came up with.” Myungsoo went on.

“That’s good news. So son, you didn’t have a hard time adjusting with the employees then since I’m aware that it was your first time there, right?” Mr. Kim asked Myungsoo.

“Not really. And that’s thanks to Ha Rin. She had helped me a lot.” Myungsoo said honestly and directed his gaze to Ha Rin with a smile.

Ha Rin’s cheek gave out a light shade of pink with this. “No, Myungsoo oppa had contributed a lot on this too. He’s great.” Ha Rin complimented in return and stared back at him.

“For short, the two of you makes a good team. Right?” Bum commented and looked at the two who were busy with their staring game.

“Yeah~” Myungsoo and Ha Rin said in unison and smiled proudly at each other.

“So we’re right about sending you both in Japan. Good job for us too.” Mr. Shin said and high-fived Mr. Kim.

“I’m glad that the two of you had enjoyed yourselves. Judging by your satisfied expressions, you had taken good care of each other am I right son?” Mrs. Kim questioned Myungsoo.

“I did my part. You can ask Ha Rin about it.” Myungsoo said who still had his eyes on her.

“Did Myungsoo take good care of you honey?” Mrs. Shin asked Ha Rin and all eyes were on her now.

“Yeah. He did a good job of taking care of me.” Ha Rin admitted shyly and looked straight at Myungsoo with a warm smile.

“That leads me to this announcement, since they had done a great job and to celebrate it we’re planning on going to a family trip. What do you think?” Mr. Kim questioned with a grin on his face.

“What family trip? Where are we going?” Bum asked inquisitively.

“Wait! We already have school in a few days. I don’t think we can—“

“No honey, as you said, you still have a few days so I think there won’t be a problem. So what do you say kids?” Mrs. Shin intercepted Min Young and looked from her to Bum, Myungsoo and Ha Rin who were all nodding their heads earnestly.

Min Young’s POV

“Yah! Shin Ha Rin! What the hell is going on with you?!” I asked my sister as we both entered our room after lunch.

“What?” She questioned me cluelessly and lay on our bed relaxingly.

“Just so you know, I was watching you and L oppa the whole time when we were having our lunch. And before I allow my imagination to go wild, I’m giving you the chance to explain yourself first. Please?” I told her as calm as possible.

“N-n-nothing. We just…”

“What?” I asked as I grew impatient.

“We had the chance to figure things out and now, we’re… I guess… Alright?” She explained rather unsure with her words.

“That’s it? With how you guys were, I think its just more than alright. Tell me the truth dongsaeng…” I said in a more serious tone.

There was a moment of silence as she took awhile to think through it. “So…” I insisted.

She looked at me in the eye, “We’re back to normal. The normal Myungsoo and Ha Rin are back, stop thinking about other things because that’s just it.” Ha Rin stated and gave me a small smile.

“Alright. I’ll let go of it now. But if I sensed that something’s up, you’ll deal with me, understand?” I reminded her.  Ha Rin nodded and sighed in relief.

“By the way unnie, I’ve met Hyukkie oppa at the Christmas Eve party in Japan. He’s still the same.” Ha Rin said with a giggle.

“Hyukkie? Hmmm, Eunhyuk oppa?” I asked her unsure.

“Yes, Lee Hyukjae, your best friend in the world ever when we were in Japan.” Ha Rin told me with a big grin.

“What did he told you?! Did he mention me or something?! Does he still look good?!” I questioned her in excitement.

“Aigoo~ Look at you, getting all hyped up just hearing his name. you still couldn’t forget about the fact that you had a crush on him before huh?” Ha Rin teased me.

“You know that I WAS head over heels about him before, but what can we do he fell for you, but you turned him down.” I told her and gave her a narrowed look.

“Yeah, but that’s all in the past, I can still remember how we met him. And it was just because he’s the soon of one of our Korean shareholders that’s based in Japan.” Ha Rin recalled with a smile.

“Yeah, and also because we pitied him as he was waiting for his dad to come out from our meeting. He got so impatient then, but thanks for our friendly skills he was alright and became good friends with us.” I continued.

“And since, the three of us knew that we’ll be busy once we went our separate ways and went back here in Korea we made an agreement to help ourselves from being miserable just because we miss each other.” Ha Rin went on and looked at me.

“DON’T THINK ABOUT EACH OTHER EVER AND JUST WAIT UNTIL WE SEE EACH OTHER AGAIN IN JAPAN OR HERE IN KOREA.” We recited at the same time.

“I suddenly missed him. Should we call him now?” I questioned her and widened my eyes earnestly.

“Not a good idea. I tried to call him before I came back here with Myungsoo oppa but his secretary was the one who answered and said that he’s in Greece right now for business purposes and they don’t know when he’ll come back.” Ha Rin explained.

I shrugged my shoulders in disappointment. “Its okay, we can try and call him some other time unnie.” Ha Rin reassured me with a smile.

“I guess so.” I said.

“So, its your turn, how was life with me as your annoying, but cute twin sister? Any development with the HAMSTER couple?” She asked in interest wiggling her eyebrows up and down.

“This will be a long talk. I missed that.” I told her and hugged my sister.
