No One’s POV

“Good morning Ms. Shin and Mr. Kim.” Ha Rin’s Korean secretary greeted as they got out from their limousine early morning in Japan, the next day.

Ha Rin gave her a smile. “He’ll be your secretary Mr. Kim.” Ha Rin’s secretary said as the guy beside him bowed in front of Myungsoo and to Ha Rin afterwards.

“Welcome Mr. Kim.” Myungsoo’s secretary said in Korean. Myungsoo smiled kindly.

“Shall we?” Ha Rin’s secretary said and Ha Rin gave her a nod and both their secretaries led the way inside their company building.

As they entered the building, all their employees are lined up and bowed as Myungsoo and Ha Rin walked in the middle with confidence.

“I just realized that its my first time being here.” Myungsoo told Ha Rin as they were walking beside each other.

“Do I look like a care?” Ha Rin said coldly and entered the elevator quickly as it opened on their way to their office.

“Why are there two desks in here secretary Kwon?” Ha Rin questioned and looked at her secretary as they came inside her office.

“It was an order from both of your parents that you’ll be staying in one office together in order to help each other out during your stay here.” Miss Kwon, Ha Rin’s secretary explained.

“And its inevitable Ms. Shin.” Mr. Park/ Secretary Park added as Myungsoo’s secretary.

“Why do we always have to stay in one room together? There are a lot of other rooms he can stay in right?!” Ha Rin complained again and turned to look at her secretary as she sat on her desk.

“Yes Young Mistress but as I said it was an order.” Secretary Kwon said and bowed as she placed a folder on top of Ha Rin’s desk.

“Just call me if you need anything Young Mistress.” Secretary Kwon told her and bowed politely as she exit the office.

“Here’s your company Mr. Kim. I’m just outside and if you need my help just tell me.” Secretary Park said and left the office too which left Myungsoo and Ha Rin together inside their office.

“What the hell are these for?” Ha Rin whined and scanned the pages of the file inside the folder her secretary had handed her.

“I believe its for you to revise on for our meeting later.” Myungsoo stated as he sat down on his desk a few meters away from Ha Rin’s on the right side of the room.

“Meeting? On our first day?! What the?” Ha Rin’s eyes widened in disbelief and tried to focus on reading the file in front of her.

Myungsoo gave a low chuckle and browsed the file himself. “First it was the hotel suite, second this office and now this? a meeting on the very first day?!” Ha Rin enumerated her complaints with her fingers.

“Don’t you want this? we’ll have more quality time together after almost a month of not seeing each other.” Myungsoo muttered and looked at her with a warm smile.

“Whatever. Just do your work Mr. Kim.” Ha Rin said monotonously and covered her face with the folder to hide her blushing cheeks.

“Good morning to everyone. First, I would like to introduce myself. I’m L; One of the heirs of KimShin Corporation together with the Shin twins.” Myungsoo began and introduced himself in Japanes as a start of their meeting with the Japanese board of directors and shareholders.

 Its my first time to meet everyone since I’m based in Korea but I’m hoping to have a good working relationship with all of you.” He added with a genuine smile and went back to his seat.

“Thank you Mr. Kim.” Ha Rin said formally as it was her turn to stand by the podium at the conference room in front of everyone.

“As you know, we’re gathered here to talk about the proposals that has been made to increase our company’s reputation am I right?” Ha Rin made her start.

Myungsoo continued on watching her in amazement as to how Ha Rin handles herself well in front with a fluency of the Japanese language as she went on with her speech.

“Mr. Kim, its your turn to speak now.” Secretary Park whispered at Myungsoo and there he was back in reality after realizing that he had been staring at Ha Rin for too long.

“Alright.” Myungsoo said and stood up immediately and continued on where Ha Rin has left off at the speech.

The meeting had ended at lunch time and as Ha Rin returned to their office from the rest room she had sigted something on top of her desk from the door where she stood.

Ha Rin walked to her desk and looked around and found that Myungsoo was busy working on his laptop. And as she sat on her chair there was a plastic full of food inside for lunch.

“Who are these from?” Ha Rin asked out loud and noticed a sticky note posted on the plastic bag and she carefully took it off of it.

That meeting might have starved and tired you too much. So I got these for you to enjoy. Happy eating Ha Rin! You were great back there by the way.

A smile appeared on her face after she had read the note and her cheeks gave out a light shade of pink.

Ha Rin looked at Myungsoo’s direction and she had met eyes with him with a thankful smile. Myungsoo smiled back thoughtfully and Ha Rin began to eat her lunch happily in content.
