No One’s POV

“What’s the emergency about?!” Myungsoo and the twins yelled as they arrived at the same time at the Shin’s mansion.

“Hi my princesses!” Mr. Shin cheered and hugged the twins after such a long time.

“When did you arrive here appa?” Ha Rin asked and broke off the hug first.

“Just this morning, we wanted to surprise the three of you.” Mrs. Kim said and hugged Myungsoo.

“And it was a great surprise; we were so worried and thought it was a real emergency.” Min Young said and looked at her mom in suspicion.

“Alright, I surrender. It was my idea; it’s the only way I thought of for you kids to rush here.” Mrs. Shin explained and raised both of her hands as an ‘I surrender’ gesture.

“And besides, there’s someone who wants to see you three.” Mr. Kim said and smiled.

“Who?” Myungsoo and the twins questioned in unison.

“That would be me.” A male voice said and stood up straight from behind the couch smiling cheekily.

“Bummie oppa!” Min Young squealed and hugged him.

“How come you’re here hyung?” Myungsoo asked in confusion.

“That’s a very warm welcome little brother. Didn’t you miss me?” Bum asked and ruffled Myungsoo’s hair.

Myungsoo chuckled and hugged his brother anyway. “Hi oppa~” Ha Rin greeted casually and gave Bum a hug afterwards.

“Now that the four of you are complete, Min Young won’t be left out anymore from Myungsoo and Ha Rin.” Mrs. Kim commented which made the adults laugh in agreement.

Myungsoo and Ha Rin gazed at each other awkwardly as Bum pulled both of them on his side and pinched their cheeks.

“Is that true?” Bum questioned. Myungsoo and Ha Rin kept quiet and lowered their heads.

Min Young pulled Ha Rin beside her as she felt her sister in an awkward state already. “Isn’t time for lunch yet?” Min Young asked to change the topic.

“Right in time Young Mistress, the table’s ready.” One of the maids informed and bowed.

“Alright, let’s go eat.” Mr. Shin announced and they all went to the dining room for lunch.

“So oppa, why are you here exactly? How’s teaching Pottery in Spain going?” Min Young asked from the moment they had started eating lunch.

“Its great of course! And the school that I’m working at gave me a holiday since most of the students are preparing for their upcoming exams, besides I miss all of you. So here I am.” Bum explained.

Min Young nodded with a smile of understanding. “How about you girls, how are you? I’m not surprise if you both have boyfriends now. Both of you grew up to be very pretty indeed.” Bum complimented.

The twins blushed at the comment and Myungsoo smiled in agreement looking at Ha Rin. “Who’s got a boyfriend?” Mr. Shin asked in alarm.

The twins looked at each other with widened eyes as they both looked at their dad with smiles on their faces.

“Well… I’m actually seeing someone at the moment. You wouldn’t mind, right dad?” Min Young admitted. 

Mr. Shin furrowed his eyebrows and thought hard for awhile as the twins, the Kim’s and their mom waited for his answer expectantly.

“You’re at the right age now, so I’m okay with it.” Mr. Shin smiled and Min Young grinned happily in return.

“But if he hurt you, he’ll go against me. Remember that alright?” Bum reminded and Min Young just nodded.

“How about you Ha Rin, are you seeing someone too?” Mrs. Kim asked and all of them turned their attention to her including Myungsoo most especially.

Ha Rin didn’t say anything and just had a smile on her face. “We’ll take that as your answer.” Bum said.

“How about you little brother, how’s Hyuna?” Bum questioned inquisitively.

Myungsoo sat up in alarm. “I’m curious about that too son. How are you with her?” Mr. Kim asked in interest.

Ha Rin looked at him as he was just sitting across her, waiting for his answer with her heart pumping nervously.

“We’re at our rough spot now but I don’t want to talk about it because I’m happy here, spending time with the people much more special in my life.” Myungsoo answered and stared at Ha Rin directly and had finally met eyes with her.

“That’s so sweet honey~” Mrs. Kim commented and smiled at her son.

Myungsoo didn’t hear it as he was still gazing at Ha Rin with her gazing back at him. Min Young coughed.

“How’s our Japan branch by the way?” Min Young asked as she noticed the staring game Myungsoo and Ha Rin were doing to divert their attention to something else.

The adults gave a knowing glance at each other as Mr. Shin gave a nod towards Mr. Kim. “That’s another matter we would want to discuss with the four of you.” Mr. Kim began.

Min Young widened her eyes. “Did something bad happen?” she asked.

“Nothing of that sort honey, but we thought of something for our branch to be known more and we’ll need your help for that.” Mrs. Shin said.

“What kind of help?” Myungsoo questioned.

“We had thought of sending you and one of the twins there to acknowledge the people in Japan that you’re the heir and heiresses of our company.” Mrs. Kim explained.

“Not only that, but we want you to be familiar with how our company works there by maintaining its status but in fact increasing its popularity and sales too.” Mr. Shin elaborated.

“How would come to Japan then?” Ha Rin spoke up.

“That would be you princess.” Mr. Shin said and smiled in confidence at Ha Rin.

“WHAT?!” The twins questioned loudly.

“Why me? I’m not that good at being in charge at our company. Min Young unnie’s better than me, and you know that.” Ha Rin said factually and Min Young nodded intently.

“That’s the main reason why we chose you dear. We want you to learn more, and besides Myungsoo will be there to help you.” Mrs. Kim said and gave her a reassuring smile.

Myungsoo looked at her but she avoided his gaze and looked at her sister for help instead. “We have school. We can’t—“

“Your school just closed this morning. We’re aware of that so we knew it’s the perfect timing to send your sister and Myungsoo to Japan.” Mrs. Shin told Min Young as she shook her head in defeat.

“What do you say son?” Mrs. Kim asked Myungsoo.

“When are we leaving?” Myungsoo questioned with a smile on his face.

“The day after tomorrow, so I suggest the both of you to prepare your things tonight.” Mr. Shin said as a wrap up.
