Min Young’s POV

“Unnie!” Ha Rin called out as she entered our dance studio.

I turned off the music and faced her as I put a hand on my waist and raised my eyebrows at her. “Aren’t you supposed to be here before me? Look at the time, its past 7:oo in the evening dongsaeng!” I pointed out.

“Uh, about that, Myungsoo oppa finished work by 5pm then we went straight to his house and looked after Hyunsoo we didn’t realize the time. Sorry.” Ha Rin explained quickly and lowered her head.

“So our company’s and L oppa’s house is where you’ll be after school then?” I asked her.

“When did you start calling him that name?” she asked me looking surprise and a bit irritated.

“When I arrived I did some research because I got curious on why the girls in our school call him that and I found out that—“

“Its his name in the business industry and that’s how people know him. He explained to me earlier.” Ha Rin finished my sentence feeling rather annoyed and sat on the floor.

“What’s your issue?” I asked and sat across her.

She shrugged and kept silent. “So you decided to call him that name then?” she asked.

“Yes, because I did my own research and since people in our school don’t know that we’re SHIN Min Young and SHIN Ha Rin I figured we should act like we just knew L oppa when we came back here and that he was the one who helped us. Agree?” I explained.

“Wouldn’t that be hard? Since for some reason I don’t like calling him that name and—“

“You should try. It’s the only way we can protect ourselves from social climbers and two-faced es around. Aratji?” I asked her.

She nodded reluctantly. “What were you practicing when I came in?” she asked.

“its a routine that needs to be presented tomorrow.” I said and breathed out tiredly.

“That’s why I never tried out dancing, its tiring~” she said.

“At least its not boring unlike yours where you just study note values and more boring stuff.” I said in defense.

“Well, that’s true but it’s the basics we have to learn and speaking of which, I still have theory homework to do. Good night unnie. See you in the morning.” Ha Rin said as she stood up and pecked my cheeks and ran out of the dance studio.

No One’s POV

“Are you going out with L?”

“Is he your boyfriend?”

“Why did he pick you up yesterday?”

These are the kind of question that flooded Ha Rin the moment she entered their school and her schoolmates didn’t let her go until lunch time when she finally had enough.

“How can I stop them?!” Ha Rin asked as she looked at her sister and their friends Jihyun, Gayoon, Jiyoon and Sohyun frustrated.

“Should we sing them a song?” Gayoon suggested.

“That’s an idea. So we can show them that we’re studying her to be great singers!” Jihyun added since she, Gayoon and Ha Rin are all in one course which is about singing of course.

“How about a dance showdown?” Sohyun advised.

“That’s a good one too! This time, we’ll show them that we’re good dancers trained here to be the best.” Jiyoon added as as she, Sohyun and Min Young are sharing the same future career path.

“No! I got a better idea. Dongsaeng, help me up please.” Min Young pronounced and held onto Ha Rin for support as she stood on the table.

“ATTENTION!” Min Young’s voice boomed around the cafeteria that made all the girls look at her in curiosity.

“To clear up the issue about my sister and the popular L, for the nth time, she’s not dating him, he isn’t her boyfriend. So please, get your backs off my sister and stop asking her about this matter again. Thank you and have a nice day!” Min Young announced clearly and sat back down on her seat afterwards.

“That’s should settle it dongsaeng.” Min Young said and smiled at her sister and she responded back with a smile of relief.

Ha Rin’s POV

“Yah! Kim Myungsoo!” I said as I went inside Myungsoo oppa’s office right after school.

Myungsoo oppa looked up. “What’s wrong Ha Rin?” he asked casually.

“There’s definitely something wrong oppa. All my schoolmates thought I’m dating you and that you’re my boyfriend because of the scene you made yesterday.” I stated.

He smirked. “How did you fix it then?”

“Min Young unnie cleared it at lunch time earlier and from then on, they stopped pestering me about you.” I said.

“You should be proud that you were linked to me Ha Rin-ah~” he said with so much confidence.

“Psshh! Since when did you start being such an hot issue?” I asked to change the subject and lowered my head to hide my cheeks.

He stood up from his seat and lifted my chin up and edged his face closer to mine. “I was always a hot issue Ha Rin.” He whispered softly and winked.
