Min Young’s POV

After a week, the rumors around about L oppa, Ha Rin and Hyuna had died down and that’s all thanks to our parents who had taken control of the whole situation.

We never denied the fact that Hyuna is the real wife and Hyunsoo’s mother but with their own investigation Hyuna’s relationship with Hyunseung has been revealed too.

“Why can’t we be inside too?” I asked one of their butlers guarding the conference room at the Shin’s mansion.

“I’m sorry Young Mistress but it’s an order from your parents.” Our butler said apologetically.

Bum oppa just came and approached me. “Oppa! Tell him to let us in. Come on!” I told him.

“Move aside and let us in.” He said in a serious tone and was about to open the door but the butlers stood by it and blocked his way.

He stepped away and walked towards the living room. “Sorry Min Young-ah, I tried.” Bum oppa said in a relaxed tone of voice.

“Aren’t you worried on what could be happening inside with the four of them there?” I asked him in concern.

“Why should I? You aren’t forgetting that our parents are there too right?” Bum oppa reminded me.

I made an “O” shape with her lips upon realization. “Let’s relax for now and wait until they come out. Come here.” He said and gestured me to come closer with his hand.

“Mr. Jang, thank you for coming here.” Mr. Kim said and shook hands with Hyunseung who was sitting beside Hyuna across Myungsoo and Ha Rin inside the Shin’s conference room.

“Its my pleasure Mr. Kim, and it’s a way of apologizing too.” Hyunseung said in guilt.

“Oppa!” Hyuna said and gave him a reprimanding look.

“Oppa~” Ha Rin mocked her out of the blue which made Myungsoo chuckle and pinched her cheeks.

“What an immature .” Hyuna grunted and glared at Ha Rin.

Myungsoo glared back at Hyuna. “Can we just get this over with and tell us why the four of us have to face each other like this?” He questioned his parents and Ha Rin’s parents too.

“We thought of this for us to settle things, tell us Hyuna-ssi, how long were you planning to hide the truth from us? Since when were you being unfaithful to my son? Huh?!” Mrs. Kim asked in a raised voice.

Hyuna lowered her head in guilt and took a deep breath. “I’ve been with Hyunseung oppa ever since. When I met your son, I thought I could use him, for money.” She began in a low voice.

“I planned everything, Hyunseung oppa was against it but I still continued on my plan and that’s to make him fall for my bait.” Hyuna continued on and looked at Myungsoo.

“So what you’re telling us now is that you never loved my son and you were just playing with his feelings all along?!” Mrs. Kim questioned in anger.

“Calm yourself down honey.” Mr. Kim said and put his arm around his wife’s shoulder as they listen to Hyuna intently.

“How can I calm down when this—“

“I did love him, but it was only for a short time because I felt that he was longing for someone else.” Hyuna said in almost a whisper and looked directly at Ha Rin.

“And its none other than you, Ms. Shin.” She said firmly.

“Is that true oppa? Even she knew it?” Ha Rin asked with her face lighten up and gazed at Myungsoo.

“Maybe.” He said as he shrugged his shoulder and pecked her cheek quickly.

“Then we’re settled right? I’m with Hyuna, and the two of you found your match with each other too.” Hyunseung spoke up and held hands with her.

“Not quite!” Myungsoo, Ha Rin and Hyuna cried out in unison.

“We got that prepared already, you just have to sign it.” Mrs. Kim said and handed two separate files to Myungsoo and Hyuna.

“Divorce papers?!” Ha Rin and Hyunseung yelled out at the same time in excitement that finally the love of their lives would be free.

Myungsoo and Hyuna signed it quickly and stood up as they shook hands with each other. “That’s it for us, finally.” Myungsoo said with a smirk in relief.

“What will happen to our Hyunsoo now?” Ha Rin asked and looked at Myungsoo’s parents and her parents expectantly.

“He’ll be staying with us Ha Rin-ah. Since Hyuna-ssi won’t be able to take care of him all the time since she’s busy with school. Would that be okay Hyuna-ssi?” Mr. Kim asked calmly.

Hyuna nodded. “Yes, but I can still visit him right?” She questioned cautiously.

“Of course you can, you’re still his mom.” Mr. Kim reassured her with a smile.

“Thank you. And please give me this chance to apologize to all of you. I’m really sorry; To you Mr. and Mrs. Kim, Mr. and Mrs. Shin, most especially to you L and Ha Rin.” She said and bowed three times with Hyunseung doing the same by her side.
