All eyes went to the door which revealed an enthusiastic Seungri. “Ah, Hyung!!!” He greeted in a roaring way.

 

 

 

A pillow immediately flew to his direction and smacked him straight in the face. Everyone motioned their finger to their lips signaling him to be quiet.

 

 

 

 

 

 

“Omma..”

 

 

 

Their gaze shifted into the bed. Joong ki woke up with squinted eyes adjusting to the light of the room. 

 

 

“Joong Ki-ah!” Dara forwarded and hugged her son. “How are you feeling?”

 

 

 

He smiled and saw Jiyong at Dara’s side.  He threw a confused look at Dara, “Ah..Uncle-”

 

 

 

 

 

Dara cut him, “Joong Ki-ah, you’re free to call him the way you want…” She smiled encouragingly.

 

 

 

 

Joong Ki’s face brightened and smiled, “really…? Does he know already?”

 

 

 

 

 

This time Jiyong spoke, “Do you think you could fool your own dad?”

 

 

 

 

 

 

He stared at Jiyong for a while, “Ap…Appa…” Jiyong immediately forwarded and hugged him.

 

 

 

 

 

Dara couldn’t help but pour out happy tears upon seeing the two, she can also hear Bom’s restrained cry from her back.

 

 

 

 

Jiyong broke the embrace and check Joong Ki’s state, “Are you feeling okay already?” He nodded. “Good, because after you leave the hospital, we’ll go to any place you want. Wherever, Appa will take you there.”

 

 

 

 

 

Joongki excitedly squealed in delight. “Oh.. Omma told me a lot of places. Yey!   Omma, we’ll all go there, right?. Appa, Omma and me.” 

 

 

 

 

 

Dara smiled awkwardly. “Ah.. neh.. I guess…”

 

 

 

 

 

 

But Seungri took this opportunity and butted in, “Of course, that what are friends for… friends can go to places Dara… that’s not illegal…”  He’s aiming the mockery towards Jiyong, who smiled threateningly to Seungri signaling him to stop. TOP nudged him too.

 

 

 

 

 

The girls snorted at him. Jiyong bitterly closed his eyes upon realizing that Dara might have told them about his stupid statement already.

 

 

 

 

 

Bom smiled evilly, “Yes, friends could do that, especially good friends. Too bad, we haven’t done it in a while, we’re so close to each other right? Tabi?” she emphasized on “friends” especially.

 

 

 

 

TOP just nodded upon hearing Bom say his name.

 

 

 

 

“So we could all go right? Cause we’re all such good friends?” She suggested. “that’s more fun Joong Ki right?! You want Aunt Bom to go too?”

 

 

 

 

 

“Yes Aunt Bom! Yey!” Both Jiyong and Dara bowed their heads in embarrassment. How awful can this conversation go?

 

 

 

 

 

Joong Ki had already woken up but their hearts are now filled with other personal worrisome things regarding matters of the heart.

“Wow!”

 

 

They heard Joong Ki’s amazed expression for the nth time.

 

 

 

 

“Honestly Dara, Joong Ki was allowed out of your house right? Then why is this like another amazing world to him?” Seungri couldn’t manage to hide his reaction.  He’s been keeping mum the whole ride but he can’t take it anymore.

 

 

 

 

Dara stared blankly at him. “Huh?”

 

 

 

 

He pointed Joong Ki. “Oh, that is...I was kind of busy with school in the morning and my job at night.” They looked shocked with her sudden statement.

 

 

She noticed them,“What?.. I gotta make ends meet. We were living together with Sun Hee’s parents but we don’t want to bother them so much since they already are paying for my tuition and the hospital for Joong Ki.”

 

 

 

 

Dara continued, “We go out once in a while but we never had trips, this is new for Joong Ki, especially now. He’s been never been in Jeju or out of Seoul so I guess he’s reacting just normal for a kid…”

 

 

 

 

 

 

“Appa! Look!” Their conversation got interrupted as Joong Ki pointed at the vast view of the sea.

 

 

 

 

“ I love it here! Are we close already?” Joong Ki excitedly asked as he sit on Jiyong’s lap.

 

 

 

 

“Neh, just a few minute I think. We’ll arrive there sooner than you think.” Jiyong answered while playing with his son’s hair.

 

 

 

 

“So Omma and you have been here before?”

 

 

 

 

“Ah neh, we’ve been here.” Jiyong awkwardly answered.

 

 

 

 

“oh... You often go here with Omma?” Joong Ki curiosly continued.

 

 

“Joong Ki-ah!” Dara warningly interrupted them.

 

 

 

“Ah it’s okay. We’ve been here just once, we were together with your Bom, TOP, Chae and the rest of the guys four years ago.” Jiyong explained.

 

 

 

Joong Ki looked like he was in deep thought, “Four years ago? then I wasn’t in Omma’s belly yet when you went here because I’m now four years old.”

 

 

 

 

Dara coughed upon hearing her son and Jiyong went red.  The rest of the guys laughed at the child’s innocent statement.

 

 

 

Seungri couldn’t help but utter, “You still weren’t when we arrived here Joong Ki, but after we left, you were already in your Omma’s belly.”

 

 

 

“Yah!” Chaerin smacked Seungri’s head. She then warningly whispered, “You’re talking to a kid. You wanna die? Keep your mouth shut...”

 

 

 

 

 

 

“Really?” Joong Ki beamed at his father who was still red from embarrassment and anger after hearing Seungri. “Then if you two are here again, then we can have my baby brother in Omma’s belly, right?”

 

 

 

 

This time, all of them choked. Joong Ki curiously eyed everyone but all of them showed weirdness in their expression.  

 

 

 

 

 

“Why? You can right Appa? Pleassseeee!” Joong Ki cutely pleaded.

 

 

 

 

Bom and the rest of the girls sniggered as they watch Jiyong’s reaction from his son pleading. The guys didn’t help as they mimic Joong Ki’s curious expression and leaned forward to hear Jiyong’s answer.

 

 

 

 

 

‘Ottoke? Why did I have such a curios son?’

 

 

 

 

 

“Joong Ki-ah! Stop already okay?” Dara interrupted before Jiyong can even utter a word. “It..It’s… I’m… Jiyong, I’m sorry for what he said… You don’t have to..errr.. answer him… Joong Ki-ah, we’ve talked about this before right? No funny questions.”

 

 

 

 

Joong Ki bowed upon her mother’s scolding. “Mianhe Omma, Mianhe Appa.”

 

 

 

 

“Ani, it’s okay Joong Ki. Now let me tell you a secret…” He then whispered to Joong Ki whose expression brightened.

 

 

 

 

 

 

“I told you he’ll be great.” Bom whispered from my back. I immediately glanced at her wide-eyed. “Not now, Bom.”

 

 

She just shrugged, then proceeded to speaking again, “Are Byul and se7en there already?”

 

 

TOP nodded. “He texted me early this morning. They also brought Ji Hye so that Joong Ki will have a playmate.”

 

Jiyong smiled, “ That’s good then, right Joong Ki?”

 

 

The boy nodded excitedly and Jiyong continued to play with his son. Dara watched them with a smile, but this just earned her a nudge from Bom.

 

Bom smiled mischievously, “Oh this is gonna be a fun weekend.” Chaerin and Minzy sniggered upon hearing her. They definitely know something is behind that smile.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

“We’re here!” Taeyang announced.

 

 

 

“Santokkiiiii!” A yell came out of nowhere just as Dara step out of the vehicle. She looked for the owner of the voice and couldn’t help but grin upon seeing who it was.

 

 

“Ah, I should’ve known, nobody calls me that name other than you.” She was immediately enveloped in an embrace by Se7en. “Wahhh, I can’t breathe.”

 

 

*cough*

 

 

 

They broke from the embrace upon hearing Jiyong.  “Yo man! Good to see you!” Then Se7en embraced Jiyong and whispered, “some people never change huh? You still get easily jealous. I’m not the one you should be jealous of.”  He patted Jiyong’s back before greeting the rest of the guys.

 

 

Han Byul tearingly went on to greet Dara. “Dara-yah, you pabo!” She laughed as she lightly smack dara’s head during their embrace.

 

 

They were busy greeting each other to notice the two guys walking towards them.

 

 

 

“Yo, Long time no see!” one of the guys greeted arrogantly.  The other saluted them while smiling. Jiyong was wide-eyed upon seeing them while Dara was shocked and surprised.

 

 

 

“Is that how you greet your old friends Dara?”

 

 

 

‘Oh Boy!’ Jiyong gulped.

 

 

 

 

“Minho! Joongie!” Dara skipped towards them and immediately hugged them. “Yah I miss you both!” Hyun Joong grinned and responded the hug from Dara while Minho mockingly smiled at Jiyong.
