(Rinka’s POV)

                I stared him up and down with the most hatred eyes. I noticed JR feeling confused but I didn’t care. The man, no, the monster who killed my father was right infront of my very own eyes. I thought he was killed. Murdered. But then again, he was a Xiq. He had the right to revive if he wanted to.

But then how come my father didn’t revive? I couldn’t think about that now. I had to think about how I was going to kill him. But I can’t. He’s a strong, powerful, vampire and I’m just a weak no good human.

Jackson gave me a slick yet disgusting smile that only I could tell was fake.
“Excuse me? I don’t recall killing anyone. I surely don’t condone violence or anything of that matter.”\What bull.

I was completely in RAGE and was going to start attacking the out of him. But like I said before, I couldn’t. I decided to stick with his idea because I was pretty sure after we left JR would ask me why I said that and then I would have to explain vampires to him. I don’t want him exposed to that. 
I quickly bowed but still acted ignorant towards him.

“My bad wrong person.”  I spewed. He looked at me with some disbelief. “Anyways. I hope you liked your first day at Midnight Academy and you’ll be assisted to your dorm later.” He said.

Dorms? No one told me anything about dorms. It wasn’t on the school website or anything. Chorong, as you all know my adoptive mom, probably won’t accept this. But I’ll tell her about it anyways.

“I’m sorry but when I was looking through the school’s website they never mentioned anything about dorms.” I felt confused and stupid.
“Ah they don’t like to talk about the dorms until the student comes. There’s a really big reason for that.” He paused and looked at JR.

“But that’s only a secret for me and the rest of the students who attended this school before you. Am I right, JR?” JR quickly nodded and looked at me.

“Uhm…How about I show you the restrooms and…stuff.” He said. I looked over and glanced at “Jackson” one more time and nodded. “Bye.” I followed JR out the door and down the hall. I had so many questions to ask him.

“How come the dorms are a secret?” I asked. He shook his head. “I can’t tell you remember? It’s a secret.” I pouted and walked down the 53673573947 number of stairs there were.

“What was the whole, you were the man who killed my father thing about?” He asked me suddenly. I paused and completely panicked on the inside. What was I supposed to say?!
 “Oh I’m just really delusional and dramatic like that.” I lied.

He chuckled and lead me further down the hall where there were pictures of ancient things EVERYWHERE.

“Well don’t be like that on the first day.” He told me. I nodded and watched as he stopped infront of the girls restroom. "There." He said waving his hands infront of the restroom doors.

I made an annoyed face and shook my head.  “I hate school bathrooms.” I complained. He laughed. “Well get used to it.” What a mean mofo. I shoved my hands in my back pocket and walked closer to him.

“JR who do you share your dorm with?” I asked. He smiled and said, “My two bestfriends Aron and Baekho.”

Let me rephrase that.

He smiled.

Smiled.

He smiles?!

God works in mysterious way ya’ll. Remember that. His smile was actually really cute and bright. His perfect white, straight top teeth met his bottom teeth and his lips rose up-

WHAT THE AM I THINKING?! His smiled was cute thought. Not gonna lie. I slowly nodded. “Can we go back to the classroom?” I asked.

He smiled AGAIN OHMYGOD and turned around walking back to the classroom. Without me.  -.- Fine your smile was ugly anyways.

I quietly groaned and walked my way into the classroom when these two girls starting running towards me. I was so scared I staggered back a bit.

One of them had really dark black hair and her makeup was perfect to be honest. The other was really short and I’m pretty sure she was the same girl with the blonde dyed hair. But her eyes were DARK brown. Almost to the point where it was black. But now, they were some sort of midnight blue. It was creepy. The one with the dark black hair started squealing. “Yah! You’re in our dorm!” She and the other girl started jumping up and down.

I looked confused to why they were so excited. They didn’t even know me. “That’s…Great. Uhm, what’s your name?” I asked. The one with the dark hair smiled and bowed. “I’m SooYoung.” The one with the blonde hair smiled and bowed as well. “I’m ShinYeon.”

They were both REALLY pretty. I was actually happy to share a dorm with them even though they barely knew them. The rest of the class was sort of doing their own thing when the teacher finally gets up.

“Uhm yeah. ShinYeon and SooYoung go show Rinka the dorm and be right back. I have a lesson to teach.” Oh forreal? So now you wanna get up and actually educate me with something. Okay.

The girls nodded and linked their arms with mine basically dragging me out. “Yah! Your hair is AMAZING! You should help us dye our hair like you did too!” Shinyeon started fangirling. How many times do I explain this to you people?!

“Uhm I didn’t dye it.” I said flatly. The other girls furrowed their eyebrows and let go of my arm. They walked towards each other and ahead of me a bit and started whispering. Something like, “Yah. The rest of the Yakshus will like her. Especially Ren. But how could she have been born with that color?”

Uhm first of all blondie, you at whispering. Second of all, What Yakshus? It sounded like it could be a name for a vampire but then again, I only knew of Xiqs AND no one else knows about vampires except for me. I walked more towards them and whispered back, “Yeah can you just show me the dorm?” 
They looked surprised.

“Oh yeah!” SooYoung exclaimed and took my hand running into a different building..but it was INSIDE the school. Whut. Shinyeon opened the door to their room and it was ALL pink and sparkly and bedazzled and . It was cute but some of it was too much.

There were like 5000000 mirrors with the frames of bright pink scarfs and theyre walls were all designed with flowers and butterflies. I heard their conversation again.

“Yah do you think she could be one of us? Maybe if I you know..” “Ani! Ren said he’d KILL us if we did that!” Dafauq?

I tried to ignore what they were saying and stood infront of them. “Can I borrow one of your phones to call my mom? I need to tell her about this dorm stuff.” I said. SooYoung nodded and pulled out her phone which to my surprise was green and not pink.

“Here you go~.” She said. I smiled and took it calling my Chorong. Would she let me stay in a dorm with these two girls?!

Another dream has ended, but I'll show you a new one, next night.
