“Somin….I think I am in love with Haera” Hyunjoong said 

“What?”Somin’s face fell

“Yes I know…its absurd right? I mean I just met her a month back and now I think I’m definitely in love with her…you might think I’m weird…but I just know…I cant explain it to you…I just know…I just knew she’s the one for me since the first time Dong Sun-nim introduced me to her…”

Hyunjoong went on but Somin wasn’t listening anymore. Her whole world came crashing down. Hyunjoong wasn’t in love with her but with her best friend Haera. Each word Hyunjoong said about how he is head over heels for Haera went through her heart like a sharp dagger. She clenched her fists to control her emotions but she hardly could.

“Jongmal?” Somin said in a low tone,almost choking

“Eh?”

“You really like Haera?”

“Ani…I think I love her” Hyunjoong’s answer aroused an unbearable pain in Somin’s heart. It hurt so much she couldn’t breathe.She wanted to scream at the top of her lungs,throw fists in the air—but she couldn’t and that made her feel more helpless.

“I thought you probably guessed…how I always stuck with you guys…I thought I was very conspicuous….i really thought one day either of you will just snap saying ‘yaah hyunjoong-ah you either confess or get the hell outta here’ “ Hyunjoong joked but he had no idea how Somin was feeling right now. Somin remembered the times they spent together,how he always took Haera along too. She now understood everything why he used to forget her name but never forgot Haera’s—ofcourse! She’s the one he loves.How can he forget the name of the person he loves.

“You’re so stupid Somin! Everything was infront of your eyes but you just overlooked!” Somin cursed herself

“Somin-sshi?” Hyunjoong interrupted “So what you think?”

“About what?”

“About me confessing ! I was thinking I’ll confess to her tomorrow”

Somin thought for a while. Haera knew about her feelings towards Hyunjoong,she wont eye her best friend’s man

“Yes you should” Somin finally nodded

“Thank you my angel AD!” Hyunjoong leaned forward and gave her a hug--Somin felt his warmth wrapping her

“Okay let’s drop you home then” Hyunjoong drove and dropped her at her house

Granny opened the door to find  a sad somin.

“Get in dear…you must be hungry...Dinner’s ready—“

“I’m not hungry grandma” Somin said in a low tone and dragged herself to her room

“Aish! My poor kid! She must have had a hectic day” granny sighed as she saw her precious granddaughter went to her room

Somin laid in her bed totally coiled up and soon the tears started to fall. She cried herself to sleep.

The next day when she entered the studio she was literally looking like a walking corpse-she kept on bumping into everyone as she had no idea where she was going,what she was doing anything.

“SOMIN!” Dong Sun shouted which took her by surprise.

“What’s wrong with you!!!! We have the public screening in the evening and we have to do 3 crucial scenes before we start! We don’t have much time and here you are doing everything wrong!”

“Mianhe” Somin said in a low tone. Dong Sun noticed her dark circles her totally drained face—he understood something was wrong but work was his top priority.

“Somin I’m giving you ten minutes. Go and get yourself some fresh air and when you come back I want my hardworking AD or else don’t bother to enter at al.EVER!”

Somin went out and sat under a tree. She thought about the previous night—what Hyunjoong had said

“He loves her… I cant do anything about it. But haera she knows how I feel about him—she wont ever accept his proposal”Somin had full confidence on her friend. “She definitely wont cause that’ll be backstabbing! Hyunjoong will be disheartened—he’ll be heart-broken but he’ll come around. I’ll make him come around. “ Somin finally found a ray of hope

“Cheer up Somin! Its not all over yet! You can still have him! SOMIN Fighting!”

She went back and she was back to her normal self.Dong Sun felt relieved to have his AD back. They were very busy so she hardly got time to talk to Haera or Hyunjoong.

“And CUT! Good work” Dong Sun clapped “Okay people get ready for the screening. I want everyone at the venue by 6. Dismiss”

Hyunjoong dropped Haera first and then drove to somin’s

“I’m dying of nervousness! First the SS501 appearance and then the confession! I think I’m gonna die” Hyunjoong sighed in anxiety

“Don’t worry everything will be fine” Somin patted his shoulder .Hyunjoong suddenly grabbed her hand which gave Somin goosebumps

“You really think so?” Hyunjoong said looking at her intently

“Mmm” Somin managed to nod.
