As soon as both their lips met Hyunjoong felt as if the hurricane ravaging is heart has finally stopped its torment. Everything was calm and serene—he was at peace. He didn’t want to let go of Somin but the boarding call for Jungmin brought him back to his senses and he leaned back. The others however,much to Somin and Hyunjoong’s surprise ,were not at all perturbed by their kiss.

“Sorry my boarding call interrupted you two” Jungmin chuckled. Somin and Hyunjoong felt flushed but Hyunjoong recovered and went to his brother “I am sorry Jungmin” he said.

“Kinchana hyung. I’m glad you found your love. Take care of her” Jungmin said and looked at Somin

“I will” Hyunjoong beamed

“Mainhe Jungmin” Somin apologized

“Ah…kinchana Somin…don’t insult my friendship by apologizing” Jungmin shook his head “and don’t worry about me I’m the y Charisma. I’m sure I’ll get someone” he chuckled

“Sure you will” Somin nodded “Take care”

The SS boys hugged each other and then Jungmin went to hwangbo

“Have a safe trip mother-in-law” Hwangbo bowed and then burst into laughter. She hugged Jungmin and patting his back she whispered “You did well”

Jungmin nodded briefly. “You think about yourself too.” He said to which Hwangbo looked to him,inquiring. “Your love isn’t forbidden,noona” he whispered “you two love each other that’s what matters,not social norms” Jungmin said and proceeded towards the security checking waving to everyone

“Well all’s well that ends well. Let’s go home” Youngsaeng cried and everyone left the airport. Youngsaeng Hyungjun and Hwangbo got into Youngsaeng’s car while Hyunjoong and somin into Hyunjoong’s car.

An awkward silence prevailed as Hyunjoong drove home. Somin didn’t really know what to say--it was very difficult to wrap her head around the fact that she and Hyunjoong are now officially a couple.

“Do people go dumb after they propose?” Hyunjoong suddenly interrupted her thoughts

“Eh?” Somin said

“What eh? I just confessed to you and now you are silent. Do people turn dumb after they become a couple?” Hyunjoong shrugged his shoulder. Somin giggled at his joke. “Atleast I got your giggle” Hyunjoong looked at her smilingly

Somin blushed and looked down.

“Seriously this silence! Why are so quiet? It’s killing me!” Hyunjoong stated desperately

“I…I feel kinda scared…” Somin said looking down at her hands

“Scared? Why?” Hyunjoong glanced at her in alarm

Somin bit her lip nervously. “This situation…I dunno how it is for you but for me…this..this is a dream come true. I feel like I’m in a blissful dream and I’m scared to wake up…I just can’t believe all this” Somin said

A soft smile spread across Hyunjoong’s face as he listened to Somin. He couldn’t believe how much they matched—he has been feeling the exact same way.The airport drama happened so fast that he hasn’t been able to totally absorb everything. Infact the reason why he was disturbed by Somin’s silence was cause he feared the whole airport incident was an illusion. But now he knows it is not. Somin is now his and he is now hers…forever. He knew that and he wanted Somin to know that too.”well…Somin believe it…cause all this is really happening” Hyunjoong said flashing his brilliant smile. Somin smiled shyly and looked ahead.

“I am going” Somin said. They had reached her place

“Somin!” Hyunjoong called out as she opened the car door.

“De?” Somin asked turning back to him

Hyunjoong looked down briefly  before looking back at her “To make things more believable…how about I take you out for dinner tonight?” he asked,raising his eyebrows

Waves of joy crashed on Somin’s heartshore. She was so happy that she wanted to scream in joy yet in reality she couldn’t find her voice to say yes so she just nodded,smiling.

“Bye” she managed to say Hyunjoong beamed and waved

“Somin…”

Somin had just turned again to get out of the car when Hyunjoong called her again

“De?” she turned

Hyunjoong looked at her intently and then without any warning he leaned forward and planted a soft kiss on her forehead “I love you” he whispered before leaning back into his seat
