Taeyeon’s pov

We arrived at our apartment in silence. After quickly opening the door I walked into the walk in closet and shut the door behind me, avoiding any contact with her. I felt stupid for avoiding her but Taecyeon’s words kept hitting the fragile places of my heart. I heard the bathroom door close, making me let out a sigh. Why must this be happening now? Of all times, could Taec’s words be true? I shook my head as I began to search for something comfortable to wear. As I was taking off my shirt, leaving me shirtless in my bra and shorts, I felt some awfully familiar hands snake around my body making me gasp at the sudden contact. “Tae” she nuzzled her nose into my causing tingling vibration on my sensitive spots. “You’ve been silent the whole way home, is something bothering you?” She asked me in her concerned husky voice. How did she get in here? I kept silent as I played with the shirt in my hands. How was I supposed to respond to that? “I’m fine” I said in a low voice, though I intended for it to come out more confident. It was as if she could see through my words, she slowly turned me around and like magnets our eyes connected. I felt her searching through my eyes as her heft palm rose up, cupping my cheek. She leaned in and gave me a sweet kiss, calming my insecurities for that brief moment. “You sure?” She asked, her eyes never leaving mine. I nodded, not being able to speak as the guilt of lying bore into me. There was at least one thing I was sure about; she honestly cared for me deeply. But, I wasn’t sure if she was just confused about her feeling for me. Curiosity took over my thoughts as I saw her look away with red cheeks. “What’s wrong?” I asked as she fiddled with her fingers in a Shy manner. She simply pointed at my chest, reminding me that I was still shirtless. I couldn’t help but blush madly as I quickly put on a shirt to cover myself. We still haven’t done anything intimate other than kissing.

The next day~

I sat in dance club floor as thoughts of Tiffany flooded my mind. I couldn’t deny it; I was deeply and madly in love with her. I have been for a while now. As I was spacing out, I noticed the door to the club room open to reveal a very familiar face staring at me. Practice was already over and nobody was in here but me and my soul. “Hey Taengoo” Yuri greeted me as she took a seat next to me. “What are you doing in here all alone? Shouldn’t you be in track practice?” She looked at me curiously as I stared up at the ceiling boredly. “I can skip as much as I want to” I said in an uninterested manner. “I only agreed to join because Amber kept asking me and with the condition that I could show up to practice when I felt like it.” I looked over at her and found her staring up at the ceiling as well. “Shouldn’t you be in the water, fish? Or with your ‘Sica-baby?” I teased. She looked over at me with a flustered face and gently pushed me by the shoulder. “Y-yah! How do you know about that?” She asked me, obviously embarrassed. I couldn’t help but let out a chuckle. “You were mumbling in your sleep in homeroom. I was trying to wake you up but you just kept on mumbling ‘Mmmmh Sica’ and ‘ooooh, Sica-baby~” I said imitating her voice. “Had a dirty dream Kwon?” I let out my ahjumma laugh when I saw her face turn a bright red. “You’re such a byun” I said as I rolled on the floor, unable to contain my laughter. “Yah! Shut up Taeng! I bet you have dirty thoughts of Tiffany as well!” Upon hearing her name, my laughter subsided. The same questions continued to flood my mind.

“Taengoo?”

Upon hearing Yuri call out my name, I broke away from my thoughts and sat up. “You okay buddy?” I bit my lower lip, debating whether to tell her not. I looked over at her to see her with concerned eyes. Here’s to nothing. I never liked sharing but for once, I felt like it was best to let it all out and who better to tell than Yul, the only other person besides Tiffany that I could trust.  

When I arrived at the softball field I watched as Sunny helped Tiffany better her swinging. I felt a whole lot better now that I told Yul about it. She told me not to worry, that it was obvious Tiffany really loved me. But even so, why do I still have this doubting feeling in my chest? I couldn’t help but doubt.

“Umm, Taeyeon-shii”

Upon hearing someone call out my name I looked to my side to find a girl in a underclassmen’s uniform fiddling her fingers nervously as she looked at the ground. She looked familiar but I couldn’t quite pinpoint from where. “Um..” before she could finish I felt a sudden weight on my back pushing me forward but luckily I was able to stand my ground “TaeTae I’m hungry~” I heard Tiffany say. I realized it was her who had jumped on my back in a piggy back manner. “Hold on Fany-ah” I said but when I looked  back to where the girl stood, she was already gone; Strange? “Taeyeon?” Hearing Tiffany call my name again brought me back. “Ah its nothing, let’s go home. Ill cook you some bibimbap.” She smiled and kissed my cheek thanking me as I walked to my car with her on my back.

Third person’s pov~

Taeyeon and Tiffany made their way towards their car, oblivious to the cold glares they were receiving from afar. In the distance a girl clenched her fists in anger as she saw the two love birds disappear. “Stupid Stephanie Hwang.” She mumbled as she kicked a rock. “I was so close.”

“Iu? What are you still doing here?” Sunny’s voice made her relax as she put on her fake smile. “Ah its nothing Sunny unnie I was just leaving” Iu replied as she bowed before running off. Sunny stood there confused as she stared at the retreating girl. “Something is off about that girl” she mumbled to herself. Suddenly she felt two strong arms hug her from behind. “Ready to go?” Sooyoung asked as she back hugged her girlfriend. “Yup~” Sunny cooed in Aegyo causing Sooyoung to give out a goofy grin, obviously melting from Sunny’s cuteness.

Hey guys! I don’t know how much longer (chapter wise) this fic will go on but I can say that its near its end~

Burt don’t worry, it will be a good amount of Chapters and I promise you guys a good ending~ or at least I’ll do my best (:
