“You murdered it!” Kyungsoo exasperatedly threw his hands in the air as he looked wide-eyed at the guilty offender.

“I was just trying to dry it before he gets home…” Tao whispered guiltily as he held the abused stuff doll in his hands. Its fur, before soft and fluffy is now terribly mangled in nearly-scorched sections and its former structure now shrunk into odd angles.

“You don’t seriously mean putting the damned doll in high heat dryer!” Luhan rolled his eyes at Tao.

“This wouldn’t have happened if you didn’t have a tomato juice lying around.” Tao blamed Baekhyun.

“Well, who was the one swinging his stupid wushu stick all over the place?!” Baekhyun defended.

“Guys, stop. Can’t we just buy him the same stuffed doll?” Suho asked calmly.

“I think I saw the same plushed doll in Myeongdong.” Lay suggested.

“Why are you guys fussing so much over a plushy? I’m sure Kris wouldn’t mind. We're in freakin China. ”Chanyeol shrugged.

“YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT YOU’RE SAYING.” Tao held Chanyeol by the shoulders and stared him dead serious in the eyes.

“Kris calls that plushie his child. You don’t know how much he cherishes that doll.” Xiumin stated matter of factly.

“Well, what are we still doing here? Lay, accompany Tao and go find the same plushie.” Suho ordered. The two nodded obediently and headed to the door.

Just then, the front door opened with a very bad-mood-looking Kris. His eyes landed on Tao’s hands that’s cradling a familiar-looking plushie.

Everyone was silent as they watched Kris’ face turn beet red and his eyebrows pulled together in a ballistic unison. Tao gulped a mouthful of saliva and desperately placed the thing out of Kris’ sight.

“I-It was…an…a-accident…” Tao managed to choke out in a frightened voice.

Kris looked at him darkly and forced his way around Tao to snatch the maltreated toy.

“AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!” Kris bellowed at the top of his lungs and stormed off to his room, banging the door as loud as he can.

Everyone inside the house was frozen in state. Only their eyes shifted at each other’s frightenedly.

“Well, I guess we know now why his symbol is a dragon.” Chen said with a shrug.

“I thought flames were going to shoot out of his mouth the moment he screamed.” Baekhyun shivered with wide eyes.
