Who said I can't love? That is, but a false belief. Behind my black cloak and my sharp weapon, my sorrow and my grief are hidden. Over the passing Millennia, death has grown to be cruel, directing all the blame of those who were left by their loved ones to me-the one who reaps souls whose time has come to an end. Hence, is this reason enough, to be a being who can't love? Are humans-who have alive and beating hearts the only creatures who can love?

I'd hate to admit it, but yes. I literally don't have a heart. My whole-being is just as good as a ghost's. I have not yearned for air, food or shelter. Ironic it may seem- I reap souls, at the same time taking away their vital signs. But in actuality, I'm unable to blush, have my own flutter of heart or pulse.

I have started to believe the myths myself-but not until I met her-the one who made me go beyond of whom I should be, of what I'm capable of. She made me love  ... her.
