Jaejin was waiting patiently for his turn to teach Seol. All day during work, he would always be excited to go home to teach and spend time with Seol. Their time together was limited due to their busy schedule and Seol was busy with studying.

That afternoon, he was quietly reading a book while waiting for Seol just enjoying the peace of the room and the leisure he was experiencing while reading but Sophia and Hongki entered the room noisily, breaking the silence he was in.

"Mind turning your voices down a little?" He said to them and he raised his book, showing them that he was being disturbed by them.

"Jaejin, I was wondering if we could teach Seol together today. Since our lesson is on control." Hongki said to Jaejin, ignoring what jaejin just said.

"I don't mind. She does have difficulty in controlling."

"Saves us time as well."

"Indeed."

Hongki winked at Jaejin and they both just laughed with the hidden meaning. Sophia, who was close by, hit Hongki on the head lightly when she got what they meant.

But even before they could start arguing, the door opened, making their attention turn to it to  look who was it that came in all of a sudden. To their surprise, Jonghun came in with Jezebel, making Jaejin instantly jumped off of his seat when he saw her. Their eyes met; her gaze was stuck at him but he looked away instantly.

"What's the doing here?" Sophia whispered to Hongki and he just shrugged. "Jonghun, care to explain?" Sophia said coldly to the prince and the prince expected this attitude right from the start.

"I know this is all sudden and a shock for all of you. But remember how we need someone to teach Seol medicine? Well, I found someone." Jonghun then showed Jezebel to them and she bowed to all of them to show her respect to the higher ranking demons in front of her.

"I'm Jezebel. Our clan is famous at the medical field.. but that was a long time ago." She said casually as if bitterness wasn't in her voice.

"It's not easy to look for a clan that is as good as Jezebel's. They come next in line to Seol's so I decided to grab this opportunity." Jonghun began explaining but the others were not fully convinced, knowing very well what trouble she could bring to Jaejin and Seol.

Before they could ask any further, the door opened yet again. Minhwan and Adriel came in and joined they were as well surprised upon seeing her.

The prince nodded approvingly when he saw the two and he turned to all of his friends. "Good now that we're all here, except for Seunghyun of course. I might as well explain." He paused and they all waited for him to continue, giving respect to the prince. "It's not easy to trust anyone these days and the only demons who knows about Seol's whereabouts are us, the council and the king. Asking for some random demon with medical knowledge is risky. Considering Jezebel's background, she's perfect for the job and I bet no one can disagree with that." He said smugly and waited for any protests but he only got a silence in return. When he got no objections, he  clasped his hands and looked gave off a smile. "Very well, looks like it's settled then.” He then turned to Jezebel, “Lady Jezebel, you can rest in your room for a while and we'll introduce you to Seol later. She's still with Seunghyun for another lesson.” He said to her and she nodded.

She silently retreated and the maid showed her way to her room. As she was leaving the place, it was accompanied by a dead silence and accusing stares as they watched her back disappear. When she was gone they all let out a breath, for they were holding back a while ago.

"Jaejin, I like you for Seol but if you come near that girl, I will cut you." Adriel turned to Jaejin, her voice was threatening. Her usual light aura was gone when she said those words. She then walked away, dragging Minhwan with her, not giving Jaejin any chance to speak. He just gulped, knowing very well that Adriel was serious with her words.

"Looks like you're going to be in a lot of trouble." Hongki patted his shoulder.

"Yeah." He answered weakly. "Isn't it time for Seol and Senghyun to go back yet?"He asked impatiently, trying to get the matter out of his head.

"Seunghyun said that they might be late for dinner." Sophia answered his question.

"So I see." Jaejin just then dropped his self on the couch and felt the tension came to his body. He let out a sigh and closed his eyes tight.

"Is that Jezebel that good for you to have a hard time resisting her?" Hongki teased Jaejin. When Jaejin heard this, he zapped his pointed his finger at his hyung and let out a thunder, giving him a zap.

"You're such a ert hyung." He whined to him.

After a few seconds, a bell like sound chimed in the room.

"Oh that's the signal and stop talking about that girl, Seol is coming." Sophia warned them and she snapped her fingers, bringing Seunghyun and Seol back.

When they got back, the two of them were holding hands, both were catching their breaths. Their bodies were covered with dirt and mud and a few scratches from here and there could be seen. Jaejin instantly ran towards Seol and grabbed her away, removing Seunghyun and Seol's intertwined hands.

"What happened to you?" Jaejin asked her worriedly while looking at Seol.

"Didn't expect there would be a lot of distractions during our lesson." Seunghyun chuckled and so did Seol, remembering the times they were chased out by creatures or suddenly getting their selves trap in an enchantment.

"But hey, it was fun." Seol said to Seunghyun and they smiled at each other.

"But look at you, you're in a mess." Jaejin continued scanning her. "And what are these scratches? Shouldn't you be healed by now? Unless it was from a.. YA! SEUNGHYUN! WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?" Jaejin then scolded the younger one but Seol calmed him down by holding his hand.

"They are just scratches Jaejin and besides, I was with Seunghyun. He wouldn't let anything happen to me."

Jaejin knew that Seol was right. Seunghyun would do anything for Seol. He felt a little hint of jealousy but he decided to shake it away. He squeezed her hand lightly and let out a short sigh. "The two of you clean yourselves. We're about to have dinner."

Seol and Seunghyun both followed; they were still talking about their adventure with smiles on their faces as they left the room. As much as Jaejin denied it, he couldn't help but feel threatened by his friend. Seol lost her memories, Seunghyun is very lovable, not to mention he’s very in love with her.

Jaejin was filled with insecurity. While waiting for dinner to be served he sat uneasily, thinking about the things that could happen in the future. Not to mention, Jezebel. He knew Seol would definitely be hurt if she learned about them. He did screw up and he was afraid of the consequences of his actions. He was willing to get punished but not willing to cost his relationship with Seol.

He didn't notice how much time he spent thinking and wondering. He didn't even notice that Sophia and Hongki left lready. He was alone in the study, surrounded by shelves and the silence enclosed by the walls, sitting on the leather covered couch for almost half an hour.

With all the thoughts running in his head, he couldn’t contain it any longer. He then rushed to Seol's room. Their apartment was "reorganized" by Sophia, making their dorm and Seol's apartment linked. He barged into her room and didn't even bother to knock. When he saw her, he instantly pulled her into a hug without even giving a warning.

Seol was taken aback by Jaejin's actions, clueless of what was happening. She was barely wearing a thing; only a towel was covering her body. "uuuhh.. Jaejin?" She called for him but he wasn't responding. His hug was still tight on. "Is something wrong?" Her instincts told her to ask and she felt Jaejin let out a sigh, confirming her speculation.

He then let go of her slowly and when he looked at her again, that was the only time he noticed that her hair was uncombed, drops of water were rolling down her skin and that she was only wearing a towel. His eyes shot wide open at her sight and immediately blushed, shocked of what his eyes came to see.

"Sorry! I...I didn't notice." He was stammering, his eyes were glued at her and this made her feel awkward.

"Do you mind if I put on some clothes first?"

"Go ahead." He said but he wasn't removing his gaze off of her.

"Could you uhmm..maybe... turn around?"

"Oh right."

He then turned around when he noticed what he was doing. She then hurriedly slipped into a shirt and shorts, her usual outfit when she was still "human".

"I'm done, you can turn around now."

He then slowly turned around and looked at her again, his eyes apologetic. "I'm sorry. I didn't notice."

"It's all right. Now tell me what's bothering you." Seol asked him gently and he didn't know exactly what to answer. He then stared at her and examined her figure, while doing that he couldn't help but feel bothered by her scratches.

Seol noticed this and let out a sigh. "These are just scratches. You don't have to worry about it and besides Seunghyun protected me. So stop worrying."

When she said those words, he felt like something inside of him snapped. He slowly walked towards her and took her hand, examining her wounds.

"You seem to be too amused over these wounds. Let me clean them for you." He then kissed every scratch he could find. He started with her right arm, letting his lips brush softly on her skin.

"I told you, I’m fine." She said shyly but Jaejin continued kissing her wounds and she found herself powerless to stop him.

Seol was carried away by his touches. She didn't know when she was put into bed. The next thing she knew, Jaejin was already kissing her wounds on her thighs. She tried stopping him but he was too stubborn to do so. He then went up to her stomach. He slowly raised her shirt half way and saw a few scratches there. He kissed it again like how he did to the other wounds.

Seol was too captivated by his kisses, just the feeling of his lips on her skin was enough to drain away all her energy/ She didn't want him to stop but she couldn't admit to that.

"There are scratches on your neck too." Jaejin said as he crawled on top of her and started kissing her neck. She threw her head to the side to give him more access of her flesh. She then felt something more wet going around her neck, and she knew instantly it wasn't just the lips anymore.

"Jae..Jaejin...ahh.." She called out for her softly, her body heating up.

"Hmmm?" He responded while still her flesh softly, leaving little marks every now and then. She couldn't respond any further and surrendered to him. When Jaejin was a bit satisfied with the work he did to her neck, he slowly went up to her lips but he was stopped by a knock on the door.

"My lady, my lord, dinner is served." Bast called out from the other side of the door and both of them were instantly stopped from their activity.

Seol instantly sat up when she ehard Bast’s voice, making her feel embarrassed all fo a sudden. "We're coming." Seol answered and Jaejin went off of her. "Why don't we eat now?" She said to him, returning to her senses and he followed reluctantly.

"Sure my love." He responded with a smirk and took Seol's hands in his and walked hand in hand towards the dining area.

When they got there, everyone was already present, except for Jezebel. They all noticed the marks on Seol's neck and they couldn't help but let out a giggle.

"What's so funny?" She asked to them as she sat down.

"Hey Jae, looks like you had your dessert already." Hongki teased and all of them let out a laugh. Jaejin just let out an embarrassed smile while Seol didn't get what Hongki meant.

"I don't get it." Seol pouted to them and Adriel pointed to her neck and it took a while before Seol realized what she meant.

She ran off to the nearest mirror and saw not just one hickey but several hickeys. She glared at Jaejin and shyly retired to her seat to eat.

"Sorry." Jaejin whispered to her. "I couldn't help it."

"Can we not talk about this right now?" Seol blushed even more and all of them snickered, trying their best to hold back their laughs.

Their happy mood was changed when Jezebel entered the room. Silence fell and the aura changed drastically.

Jezebel caught Seol's eye. She examined her features and was taken aback by her elegance. She was wearing a soft white dress that goes up her knee which helped her pale white skin show up more. Her hair was jet black and wavy at the end that goes down her chest. Her eyes were like gems sparkling. She was a beauty and Seol was completely dazzled. Seunghyun however, was caught in a sudden surge of anger. The rest were in silence and the air was filled with uneasiness.

"I'm sorry I'm late. I didn’t notice that I fell asleep." She said to them politely.

"It's okay. Go take a seat." Jonghun responded to her and she took the seat next to the prince.

"Why is she here?" Seunghyun asked coldly and they all remained quiet. Seol looked at Seunghyun, noticing the unhappiness in his tone.

"Since you've asked already, I might as well introduce her to Seol." Jonghun began and turned to Seol. "This is Lady Jezebel and she will be teaching you medicine."

"Pleasure to meet you Lady Seol. It's an honor to be of help to the clan that leads in the medical field. My knowledge may not be as much as your family's but I would be glad to be of assistance and share the little I have." She introduced herself to Seol and all Seol could do was nod to her for she was too captivated by both her beauty and upbringing.

"Thank you." That was all Seol could manage to say.

"Very well, since they met already, why don't we continue eating?" Jonghun said to them and they all obeyed quietly. The dinner was then spent in complete silence.

After dinner, Seol resumed her lessons with Hongki and Jaejin. She was caught in wonder however, why everyone seemed to be cold towards the new girl except for the prince.

"Seol, you're doing it wrong." Jaejin said to her gently.

"You're messing up the energy you're releasing too." Hongki added.

Seol then tried snapping out from her thoughts and focused on the lessons instead.

After a few more times, she succeeded and dropped herself on the ground the moment she did it. She was just too exhausted.

"I think that's enough for today." Jaejin told Hongki, worry written all over his face when he saw Seol's tried figure.

"Okay then. Well, since you're a keeper, you will still have a hard time manipulating that power since it's too massive. Go take a rest." Hongki explained to her and left the two alone.

Seol tried standing up but Jaejin was already crouching, his back in front of her. "I'll carry you." He said.

"I can still walk."

"I know. I just want to carry you."

"But my room is just a few steps away."

"Get on my back or I will carry you bridal style."

She then climbed on his back when she heard that and let him carry her to her room.

"Hey, do you always get your with me?" She asked, curious how their relationship works.

"Not really." He then chuckled. "More like, I'm the puppy who follows you around." She frowned when he said that and Jajein noticed her silence. "It's no big deal. You just have your own way of showing your affection." He reassured her but before he could even continue, they were already in her room and she got off of him and sat on her bed. "Why don't you go to rest now? You had a long day." He said to her as he touched the tip of her nose. She nodded and he kissed her forehead. "Good night Seol." He said to her sweetly. He was about to leave when he felt her grabbing the back of his shirt. He slowly turned around and looked at her. "What's wrong?"

She just shook her head to his question. "There's something I want to say. Come closer." And when Jaejin's face was close enough, she kissed him on his lips swiftly and hurriedly hid under her sheets. "Good night." Her voice was muffled by the sheet that was covering her.

He then crawled on top of her and slowly pulled down the sheets that were covering her face. He looked at her eyes, melting her by his stare. "I love you so much." He whispered to her and kissed her head one last time. "Sweet dreams my love."

Meanwhile, back in the dorm, Seunghyun was quietly showing his protest about having Jezebel around. Jonghun clearly sensed the message from the aura Seunghyun was emitting. "Look, she's the best choice Hyunnie." The prince tried convincing the younger demon.

"Yep, the best choice to hurt Seol. Definitely." He nodded while mocking the prince.

Jaejin who just came in, heard the argument and he knew the first consequence just came. Seunghyun sent him an icy glare and he immediately shivered from it.

"We need someone to teach Seol medicine. Someone we can trust and not rat out our whereabouts." Jonghun continued explaining.

"And that someone would not be telling the whole world about Seol's existence because her boy friend would be sleeping with her mentor. Oh perfect! Just perfect!" He continued with his sarcasm.

"I already stopped sleeping with her! I promised you that already!" Jaejin defended his self.

"Just make sure hyung. If Seol sheds a single tear because of that girl, I can never promise to just sit around and do nothing." He warned him and Jaejin knew how serious he was. "I'm tired. Good night." Seunghyun then left them with his words lingering in their ears.

All Jaejin could do was let out a sigh and drop his self on the seat and massage his temples.

"I'm sorry Jaejin but she's the best one we've got." Jonghun apologized, knowing how much in a tight situation Jajein was.

"I know you have your reasons and I believe in your decisions. It's okay."

"Thank you for believing in me."

"We all believe in your decisions hyung and this one is clearly my fault why everyone is reacting this way."

"Hell yes it is." Jonghun chukcled and Jaejin couldn't believe what he was hearing but he just laughed with him as well. "Just make sure you keep your hands off of that Jezebel. I know she's hot but you don't want to lose your true love right?" Good luck buddy." Jonghun then patted his back, giving him a warning as well.

Jaejin let out a sigh again and he knew the problem was just starting.

it's been 3 weeks since i last write a new chapter =__= im so stuck omg.. anyway this one is kinda long..enjoy ^^ PROBLEM IS BOILING BOILING BOOOOIIILLLIIINNGGG.. :))
