Chapter 7

I walked out the elvator on the 28th floor. I looked to my left and right, trying to search for the financial department. Luckily, there was this information board nearby and I could go straight to the department.

I placed the file at the personal assistant table when I heard someone was calling my name.

"Oh Jin Hye- shhi? Oh Jin Hye- sshi?" I turned back and saw a young woman waving at me. I just stood there until she arrived in front of me.

"Can I help you?" I asked her politely.

"Come. The others wanna see you!" She said excitedly and pulled my hand to the other part of the floor.

"Guys! This is Oh Jin Hye." she announced. Now, all the attentions were on me. .

"Oh! The new personal assistant?" someone asked.

"Oh, nae. Annyeonghasaaeyo. Oh Jin Hye imnida. I hope you can take ccare of me since I'm 
new here."

Some of them continued with their works but some girl came and surrounded me. This doesn't look good. And to make things worse, they were in the elevator this morning. That talked bad about me right behind my back.

I may be stupid but I knew about all of this stupid cliche scene in highschool when the new girl got surrounded by the queen bee and her minions.

Oh, how cliche. 

"So, how's your first day?" a girl asked me.

"Um, it's good."

"Oh. I heard about your interview. How awfully it went. But you got the job anyway." a girl said before laughed a bit, a faked laugh.

"Yeah. I heard them too. Even the manager defended you."

"You must be really something then." Another girl interrupted. "Won't you tell us how did you do it?"

"I'm sorry but I've got to go because I've got a lot to do." I excused myself and went straight to the elevator. I need to get out from the scene before one of those girl ended up in the hospital.

They were just like Se Na's size so my hitting would do.

I saw him tidying up the paper and when he was walking to the door, I quickly went out from my room and bid him goodbye.

"Go gome safely." I said as I bowed down to him. He looked at me plainly before rolled his eyes. 
What? Can't he said simple thank you or something. Duh. I went to my table and began to tidy up my stuff and papers when my phone chimed.

It was like 1 minute or 2 he didn't reply me. He was like never not-reply-me-in-one-second. But it was a silence this time.

You're freaking out just now, Oh Jin Hye. For good Lord, he got a life on his own somewhere. A REAL life.
