Sanduel's POV

We hopped in Baro's car and drove to the hospital.  We asked the information what I'm Yuri's room number. She gave us the number and I sprinted my way there, forgetting that I the others are with me. I opened the door, and saw Yuri lying in the bed, with some pins on her nerves, and air breather connected to her.

I went to her side, and stoked her cheeks. She wasn't moving or anything. She is just breathing. I didn't notice that Yuri's cousin and the others have come inside the room already. Then her cousin said something.

"She will not survive....I'm sorry. That's what the doctor said awhile ago." I feel tears were b down in my face.

"Please, stay with me, Yuri, please." I said begging her, while holding her hand. I cried and felt guilty, for all what I did last few hours ago.I took her hand and keep repeating the words I said. While repeating those words again and again, I swear her hand moved. I straightened up and looked at her. She slowly opened her eyes and smiled weakly.

"Jung...Hwan..."

"Please, don't say anything. Just rest so that you can go back to the way you were" I forced a smile

"Thank..you..Junghwan..but it's okay...I'm already happy..and satisfied."

"No no no, Don't say that Yuri, please don't say that. Promise me, you will be always by my side. Promise me." I hold her hand tightly and cried even more

"I'm..sorry..Junghwan.......I can't..fulfill..your request.....but before I..leave..I just wanted to say that....." The meter, suddenly went down, Baro and the others called the doctor. While I kept saying to her not to leave me.But it was too late she already died. I broke down in tears, and the others comforted me. But before she left the world, she said four words that made me cry even more, and have guilt daggers piercing through my hearts right now..and that is...."I...Love..You..Lee Junghwan.."

"I Love You too...Im Yuri..."

2 months have passed

"Hey Yuri! It's been 2 months now~ how r u? Me? Doing fine as always. I've brought flowers for you. Here" I placed the bouquet of flowers infront of her grave.

"I'm sorry.....I'm so sorry." I feel pathetic for not saying those words to you that day. I'm so sorry. I'm sorry. You're unfair..You're so unfair. Leaving me for 6 yrs, while I carry this pain. But you were also experiencing those....I'm so selfish. I laughed not caring the people say about me.

I touched the grave and I smiled to myself. I'll be with you soon...after 10 more months, I'll be with you.

"Yuri...thanks....for the memories. I'm glad to have met you. Thank you.Noel Saranghae "

"We will be reunited soon."
