The next morning Dongjin got to know the news from Yoosang that Baekhyun is going to sing in a music show with no other than Chanyeol. And boy did he turn crazy.

So after a lot of begging and puppy eyes Baekhyun had to eventually call Chanyeol and ask him if it’s okay if his friends can come along too which the taller answered with a ’of course, no problem!’.

And here they are waiting for him to pick them up while his friends can’t stop teasing Baekhyun.

When they arrive at the building which Baekhyun noticed is the building Inkigayo holds he had turned into a kid and looked everywhere because he has once again never been here, at least not in this side where he knows he can meet a lot of idols. If only the rest of the fandom could come here too.

Following the giant to who knows where he immediately stops in his tracks and turns around.

”I completely forgot I have to talk to someone, I’ll be right back. Is it okay if you wait here?” He asks nicely and the guys nods and tells him to just go.

”He’s so kind and there is something in his eyes whenever he looks at you.” Dongjin says suddenly.

”W-what? You have only met him for some hours.” Baekhyun mumbles with a blush on his cheeks.

”It’s true though, you should’ve seen whenever he looked at you. The sad thing you weren’t even aware how his eyes lingered on you for so long!” Yoosang ruffled Baekhyun’s hair. ”Isn’t it good that you have us here like extra eyes?” The couple laughs at Baekhyun’s expression.

And so they end up talking and forgetting time, they talked about the building and the life of idols. However Yoosang caught a sight of some girls and he felt his heart beat like crazy, he had quickly nudged Dongjin on his side and the said boy reacted the same. Their eyes became big and they didn’t know what to do. Baekhyun furrowed his brows and turned around and his heartbeat had started to pump harder but for another reason. It was Girls’ Generation and he knows how much his friends are a fan of them, ever since high school.

”Oh my god. I can’t believe we are meeting them in real life.” Dongjin whispered as he clings on Yoosang’s arm. ”Baekhyun don’t you like them too?” He asks quietly.

”Um, of course.” That’s right, he likes them a lot too and won’t deny that their songs and performances are amazing. Not just one of the girl’s personality. 

”W-wait…are they walking to us?” Dongjin looks around and they are indeed heading toward them.

”Holy .” Yoosang mumbles, more to himself.

Baekhyun bits the inner cheek and feel like something is about to happen.

”Hey are you lost?” It’s Sunny who asks. She is wearing her beautiful smile that everyone adores!

”N-no! We are waiting for someone.” Dongjin nervously answers back. The couple are holding hands, totally forgetting they are in public and may I add in Korea?

Baekhyun did not miss how the girls and mostly Taeyeon was glancing at their hands. He knows what they might think.

The girls ends up talking to the couple as if they had known each other for a long time but Baekhyun on the other side was glancing at Taeyeon in hope for her to not do anything to him. He doesn’t want her to hate him, the thing she has done is enough and all he wants is that she is nice to him. 

”Gosh it really to be the fat one in the group.” She says out of nowhere and Baekhyun who looks at her eyes in shock denies it because there is no way she is fat!

”You’re not fat, you have a dream body!” The rest of the group agrees and for once Baekhyun hoped that Taeyeon wouldn’t be angry at him because he actually told the truth.

”I know, I was talking about you.”

And that was all it took to make Baekhyun tense. Taeyeon knows she just hit something inside him and grins.

”Sorry if that came as an insult.” She snickered and the other girls let out some giggles because they didn’t expect her to talk about the boy.

Yoosang and Donjin was left speechless but once they got their senses back they were about to talk back because no one talks to their friend like that no matter who you are!

Unfortunately Chanyeol came and the first thing he did was bow to them and greet the girls, however when he glanced at Baekhyun he knew something happened so he tells the girls goodbye and takes the guys somewhere else.

When they are alone in a hallway on their way to the changing room Chanyeol feels the need to ask if something really happened.

”Did something happen?” He asks but the question is mostly directed to Baekhyun.

As if the boy felt it he shakes his head and mumbles a no.

But maybe it was good that his friends were there because they had immediately jumped into their conversation.

”Yes something did happen! Something shocking.” Dongjin did not hesitate to tell him everything. From how the girls was being nice until Taeyeon who is his bias but not longer insulted Baekhyun by calling him fat. ”She did it in the worst way someone can do. And the fact that he was being nice to her!” He muttered angrily as Yoosang tried to calm him down.

Chanyeol looked surprised because out of all the things he did not expect him to hear this. He looks at Baekhyun who has his head down and puts his hand on his shoulder. ”You’re not fat okay? Not even near. And so what if you are fat? That’s not her problem right?”

So the taller end up comforting Baekhyun as much as he could and luckily Baekhyun felt much better.

The stylist turned Baekhyun into a whole different person that even Chanyeol had complained that the boy doesn’t fit the song at all. The stylist had only shut the taller up and transformed him too. They both looked good together and their clothes matched well. The thing is they put a lot of red eye shadow on Baekhyun and some eyeliner and even lipstick! It was hard for Chanyeol to not jump on the boy and kiss the living life off him. Even Chanyeol had some eyeshadow and he even reminded himself of the comeback with Exo just not dramatically.

”Okay bad boys you’re ready to steal the girls’ heart or the boys’ whatever you prefer.” Baekhyun was shocked at how the stylist just spoke as if it didn’t bother her, something inside him just swelled from happiness. Even Yoosang and Dongjin felt more comfortable knowing she accepted the same gender being together. Probably because the couple kept on wanting to hold hands but didn’t want to since they are afraid so they kept on teasing each other.

The guys stood backstage but the couple told them that they need to go to the toilet before the duo goes up on stage. 

So Baekhyun and Chanyeol talks about the performance and what they should do and that Baekhyun should sing the chorus and other verses he was told to sing. Baekhyun understood and they turned silence. Suddenly there was someone who was calling for Chanyeol and the taller had quickly looked at Baekhyun. ”Is it okay if I..?” Chanyeol asks.

Baekhyun just push the giant away and tells him he’s not a kid making Chanyeol laughs and run away, promising Baekhyun he will come back as soon as possible.

So it was just Baekhyun and some other staffs at backstage and he didn’t know what to do so he just looked at the staffs that were fixing the scene for them. There was still not a single fan inside there since they are coming at a specific time. Baekhyun is a bit nervous since it’s his time to stand on a scene with his favorite idol and not the one who is cheering at him. It’s kind of weird.

Out of nowhere from his peripheral vision he sees the girl he feels afraid of. Screaming inside him he looks away as if he hasn’t seen her. Didn’t she leave? He thinks.

”Oh hi again Baekkie!” She greets with a sweet smile. She looks at his hands and notice he’s holding a mic. ”So you are going to sing too?”

Knowing he can’t be impolite he answer her right away. ”Yes.” Just doesn’t have the courage to look at her.

She hums and her head. ”Sorry again if I hurt your feelings I’m just saying the truth you know.” She says quietly almost as if she doesn’t want other people to hear. She looks around and then back at Baekhyun who is biting his lower lip. Taeyeon grins a bit and cross her arms. ”You will ruin the song so bad, no one will even like your voice okay? You don’t even have a single experience nor have you gotten a voice coach for god’s sake. You think people will fall in love with you?” She rolls her eyes as she sees Baekhyun looking sad. ”They will think you are gay which you are and you know what? Chanyeol’s fans doesn’t like gays and nor do I. People like you are just in our ways and takes our boys!” She raise her voice a bit making a staff look at them in curious.

”Excuse me is there something wrong here?” He asks.

”No, I was just telling him what happened earlier.” The staff seemed to believe in Taeyeon’s lie so he walked away and left them two alone again.

”Think about it.” She made a look of devil but she caught the sight of Chanyeol from far away she hurried to end their conversation. ”It was really nice to meet you Baekkie~” She pinched his cheek and ran off.

When Chanyeol comes back Baekhyun doesn’t hesitate what he’s about to say.

”I don’t want to sing!” He says loudly and looks down.

Chanyeol was taken aback at the sudden outburst. He doesn’t know what caused Baekhyun to behave like this. Was it what Taeyeon said earlier? 

”Why?” Chanyeol asks worriedly. He had looked forward to this day and now it seems like he will end up singing alone.

”I’m just going to ruin your song and your fans will hate me because I’m someone inexperienced with no talent and they will be disgusted because I’m g—” He was cut off when Chanyeol hugged him tightly, the taller knew what he was about to say and that was the limit.

”Just shut up and relax.” He says as he holds Baekhyun tightly yet so gently.

Baekhyun’s tense body disappears and he is now breathing calmly. 

”Everything will be alright, you are amazing and my fans will be blown away from your voice.” Once again, Chanyeol ended up comforting Baekhyun in the best way. Despite Baekhyun still feeling like crap he felt a bit better by Chanyeol’s words. And the fact that he got a hug from him made everything much better. With a blush he thanks him.

What they didn’t notice was that Baekhyun’s friends had witnessed the scene and couldn’t help but grin.

When it’s their turn Chanyeol walks up to the stage first with Baekhyun trailing behind him like a lost puppy. The fans screaming makes the younger’s ear explode but it still feels great to not be one of them screaming his lungs out.

So Chanyeol introduce Baekhyun and the fans says that they remember him from v-live and the videos when the two of them had met several times. It was a good time and it seemed like the fans actually liked him; putting even more pressure on him.

Baekhyun felt like ting, literally. 

During the song the duo harmonized and sang the song perfectly. It was better than the fans’ expectations. They were amazed how well their voices blended and couldn’t help but sing along. Baekhyun and Chanyeol was so into the song that they had completely forgotten the fans and at some point they had even looked glanced at each other but Baekhyun was always the first one to look away from shyness.

However the thing that made his heart skip was when Chanyeol sang the second chorus and had looked at Baekhyun as if he was really telling him he looked like an angel. Baekhyun was lost at that moment. What Chanyeol wanted to tell with that face and his words Baekhyun didn’t know but he isn’t stupid to know there was something there.

Once the song had ended the fans began to scream and the duo did not hesitate to make a high five with big smiles. Chanyeol mouthed a ”good job” making Baekhyun smile even bigger.

Before leaving the stage the fans had screamed at the guys and especially Baekhyun saying he was good. And it definitely made him feel so much better. Taeyeon’s words long forgotten now.

When they walked down from the stage Dongjin and Yoosang came running from a TV and looked shocked at them but still laughing a bit.

”That was awesome! You guys are made for each other!” Dongjin complimented and gave Baekhyun a thumbs up.

”Thanks.” Chanyeol answers with a smile.

What no one noticed was how Yoosang scanned Chanyeol’s face. It’s Dongjin’s and his strength in their relationship. Dongjin who is the most cheerful one grabs the people’s attention and Yoosang acts as if he’s in his own world when he is actually looking at the people’s faces. And that was exactly what he was doing just now. Chanyeol may have smiled but Yoosang saw it with his own eyes that the taller blushed. He’s not stupid he has been at that stage too. Lucky Baekhyun still, poor him. He wants to laugh.

After removing their clothes and makeup Chanyeol asks the guys if they want to come with him to his house. It’s the couple who answers yes before Baekhyun has a chance. Both of them are so amazed how Chanyeol can look so handsome and that there is no wonder Baekhyun is in love with him because not only does he look good but Chanyeol is far nicer in real life than what the media says about him.

Everything goes well until Yoosang and Dongjin who are sitting next to each other begins to cuddle with one another. They forgets about the other two and just ends up in their own world.

Baekhyun can only look at them with dreamy eyes he wished it was he and Chanyeol that was doing those kind of stuff. They had even shared some kisses without even caring about the rest of the world. It was such a beautiful scene that Baekhyun pouted.

The two of them had shared some glances since they felt a tiny bit uncomfortable yet shy from the scene. When they had looked at each other for a long time Baekhyun looked away first blushing like crazy since they had eye contact. Unfortunately Baekhyun missed Chanyeol blush again.

When Dongjin looked up he remembered that they weren’t alone and quickly stopped Yoosang from stealing one more kiss. He sheepishly apologized to the other two and Yoosang did the same.

Baekhyun says it’s okay that they should just continue making the couple laugh. 

”Still kind.” Yoosang says and wraps an arm around Dongjin. ”Chanyeol.” When the elder heard his name being mentioned he jumped a bit.

”Yes?” He nervously answered.

”Are you gay?” Dongjin just slapped Yoosang on the chest saying he can’t just ask it straight out. 

Both Chanyeol and Baekhyun almost swallowed their saliva wrong. Baekhyun just ended up spurt his drink out from his mouth and felt his heart beat rapidly.

”Yoosang what the hell?” Baekhyun glares at him. ”Chanyeol you don’t have to answer it.” He quickly looks at the taller who feels like fainting. ”Seriously. Don’t feel forced—”

”Damn you two act like that question is the weirdest thing you have heard.” Yoosang laughed but in a second turned serious again. ”Answer me. I promise not to tell anyone, Baekhyun knows us well and we won’t ever expose you.”

Chanyeol breathes out shakily, this is it. This is ing it. He thinks as he feels Baekhyun’s eyes on him. this he curses and looks at the couple in front of him.

”I’m gay.” He said it. He dropped the freaking bomb he has been holding for so many years.

Chanyeol finally said it!

I think it's about time but I don't know if the timing is right XD

And can we just talk about Taeyeon in this story? Hahah what have I created???
