It’s finally here, the day of their comeback they have been working so hard for. So far the only thing that has been the most annoying is waking up so early. It was around 04:00 A.M. when they were on stage with loyal fans supporting them by cheering as loud as they could. Their makeup was by now smudged and sweat was dripping down their forehead. The group was standing there in a straight line while talking a bit to their fans before leaving the stage. Suho who had finished talking turned his head to Chanyeol who was patting a tiny towel onto his forehead down to his neck.

”Chanyeol, do you want to say anything about your comeback?” He asked and the fans waited excitedly for information.

”Yeah, I am having my solo comeback again and it will be held here in Inkigayo after we have promoted as a group. So I will come back soon.” Chanyeol chuckled as he gave his mic to Lay who seemed to be lost in his own world.

Today is a special day, a day Baekhyun has been waiting for, was it his birthday? No, not really. It was the day when his favorite boy group is having a comeback! And that was not the only thing he was happy about. Sehun who knew it was his birthday invited him to their first stage performance and who was he to reject that offer? He brought Kyungsoo and Luhan too of course.

So walking inside the building where lots of artists are made his heart pump faster. He knew Luhan and Kyungsoo was already used to this since they have been there a lot of times. But for him was something amazing, the way he showed his staff-card to one of the guards was special.

The only thing he could sulk at was that his friends got the chance to greet their boyfriends, may he add with a smooch kiss?! Baekhyun had to look away for he imagined him and Chanyeol doing that.

The trio was cheering for the group on the side with the biggest smile ever. Baekhyun had his eyes only at Chanyeol who looked even more hot with his hair red and his eye makeup being on point. And oh, how he rapped his part. Everything was perfect.

When the group was done with their performance and their talking Baekhyun began to panic not knowing what to do. Chanyeol was going to see him, it’s not a bad thing but Baekhyun has never experienced this kind of moment so everything was new.

Without letting anyone notice him he hid behind thick black curtains as the group walked down and Luhan and Kyungsoo following them to the waiting room. Baekhyun made sure to silently walk behind them having Chanyeol being in front of him like a tower.

He was being in his own world that when they had arrived to the waiting room he had accidentally bumped with force into Chanyeol’s back. He stumbled back a bit by surprised. Chanyeol jumped a bit from the sudden touch and as he looked back his eyes widened. He did not expect Baekhyun to be here since it was usually just Luhan and Kyungsoo who came. But seeing Baekhyun rubbing his cute bottom nose, he couldn’t help but smile.

”Hey, are you okay?” He asked once they were all alone in the hallway and the door to the room being closed.

Baekhyun nodded with some tears in his eyes. 

What he didn’t expect was to have Chanyeol removing his hand and blow on his nose.

”What are you doing?” Baekhyun asked with red tinted cheeks.

Chanyeol now releasing what he had done jerked back in a second, nervously chuckling as he rubbed the back of his head.

”I-um..nothing-sorry.”

”Are you two done yet?”

Baekhyun and Chanyeol looked back to the door to see Luhan and Sehun smirking.

”Of course we are.” Chanyeol muttered and walked inside with his eyebrows wrinkled.

Sehun who knew his best friend for a long time knew what that face expression means and he knew that Chanyeol was hiding something.

”Did he say something?” Luhan asked Baekhyun curiously.

”Um—” Before he could answer properly he got dragged inside by Kyungsoo.

Inside the room was different kinds of people, some who were dressing the artists some who did the makeup and others who was their managers and staffs, he doesn't really know everything. What made him blush hard was the fact that they were undressing themselves right there with no trouble! They were literally half and Baekhyun didn’t know where to look.

Luhan whispered something to Sehun and Kyungsoo with a big grin. The two nodded and sneaked behind Baekhyun who nervously looked anywhere but the idols.

Suddenly he was taken to a changing room and pushed inside having the door being closed. He quickly tried to open it but there was no chance of doing so. He heard someone cough so he turned around and almost fainted.

Chanyeol stood there with only boxers.

With.Only.Boxers.*Nosebleed*

Baekhyun did the first thing, closing his eyes hard.

”Are you lost?” Chanyeol suddenly spoke making Baekhyun open his eyes despite having the glory in front of him.

”Y-Yes..I got dragged in here. I can look somewhere else if you want.”

”It’s fine, we are both men so there is nothing wrong, right?” Chanyeol assured with a smile and walked to a bench where his clothes where.

Baekhyun nodded to himself, agreeing with him.

As Chanyeol put his t-shirt on and his shorts Baekhyun fiddled with his fingers looking around in the room.

To break the silence he looked to Chanyeol again now being fully dressed.

”You did great up there.”

”Thanks.” Chanyeol smiled again, this time showing his dimple.

Baekhyun on his lower lip not knowing what else to say. He heard a knock from outside startling him a bit.

”We are leaving, hurry up.” That voice, Baekhyun knew was Xiumin the eldest in the group. Eyes strong like a cat.

Chanyeol and Baekhyun walked out having great amount of eyes at them but none threw suspicious questions.

”I’m taking my own car.” Chanyeol said as he threw his backpack on his back and headed to the door.

Luhan and Kyungsoo looked at Baekhyun who seemed to only have his eyes on the tall figure that soon is about to disappear.

”Why don’t you drive Baekhyun home? Since me and Kyungsoo will stay for a longer time.” Luhan quickly asked when Chanyeol was already outside.

Chanyeol stopped and turned back looking at Baekhyun who only shook his head.

”I can take a taxi or a bus, it’s fine.”

”What nonsense are you saying, I’ll drive you.” Chanyeol waited for Baekhyun who got pushed forward by his friends.

The walk through the whole quiet hallway was pretty awkward and uncomfortable for Baekhyun. There was a manager and other big guys called staffs protecting the man beside him like a king he is. It was fascinating actually but he can’t help but feel so small.

As they got outside they got bombed by several girls screaming their lungs out - probably also straining their voices to the edge. He didn’t know how to react to that but it sure felt like he was a celebrity although the girls only called for Chanyeol’s name.

The said boy was hurrying to his car and Baekhyun had to run after him since the other seemed to be in such a haste.

Once they were inside the chaos outside could no longer be heard. It was just them and nothing else beside the motor and the slight faint of the radio. Just like the other times it was dark inside the car only the lights outside was helping them see.

It was when the red light was seen and Chanyeol turned his attention towards Baekhyun who was way too oblivious.

Chanyeol patted on his thigh making the other jump a bit. The elder chuckled and focused on the road again as it turned green way quickly than expected.

”So do you have anything planned for tonight or tomorrow?”

”No, why?”

”Because I was wondering if you wanted to sleep over at my house?”

Baekhyun felt so touched that he couldn’t stop the big smile on his face.

”That sounds good.”

”Great because we will have lots of fun.” Chanyeol smiled back and they drove to his house instead.

When Chanyeol had opened his front door he had quickly thrown a sudden question at Baekhyun.

”So…do you still hate this place?”

”W-What?!”

”I mean last time you said you never wanted to come back..so I was just wondering.” Chanyeol shrugged and removed his shoes and his outwear.

Baekhyun stood there stunned. He had totally forgot he had said that, but it was all because of Taeyeon and nothing else.

”What I said was just something I blurt out. I tend to do that when I get sad, nervous and all kinds of emotions.” It’s true. And that’s what he doesn’t like about himself. Sure it can be helpful sometimes but in some situations it can go overboard.

”Oh, okay it’s fine.” Chanyeol assured and lead them to the living room. He had told Baekhyun to wait on the sofa while he go and grab some clothes he can wear.

As Baekhyun got left alone in the quiet place he took the chance to look around the living room. It was indeed big, way too big for his liking. But the contrast and the warm colors on the wall, the fireplace in the corner, the big TV in front of him. The cozy soft sofa he was sitting on that had fluffy blankets here and there in case you would freeze. 

And the more he looked the more he thought that this style was totally Chanyeol’s.

The thought made him smile like an idiot.

Chanyeol came back faster than expected with a pile of clothes Baekhyun can wear for sleep. The smaller got immediately up and thanked him a lot as he walked to the direction where the bathroom is ( luckily he remembered where it is ).

The elder decided to prepare some snacks since he was in the mood for some movie. He didn’t know whether Baekhyun was tired or wasn’t interested watching a movie. At least they doesn’t have to watch the entire film.

When Baekhyun came back there was different sizes of bowls on the table, cups with drinks inside already and a big bottle of soda that he doesn’t know what flavor it is. He guess that Chanyeol wanted to have a movie time which wasn’t a bad idea.

”I’m back!” He said loudly not knowing where the taller went. Apparently he had been in the kitchen doing something.

”Horror, romance, fantasy..? Anything on your mind?” Chanyeol asked as he walked to where all of his dvd’s are. His friends thinks he’s weird for still buying those things but ever since he was little Chanyeol had always loved collecting CD’s so there’s no surprise that his shelves are filled with tons of movies to pick from, all from different kinds of genre.

Baekhyun hummed, thinking of something he liked.

Was romance cheesy? Was it perhaps a bit too much?

What about horror? If romance is too obvious than he picks horror.

Because if he picks romance then who will enjoy it more? Who will want to be closer, have body contact, or being touchy touchy? Exactly.

And while romance is a good one, horror is something you can’t help but get scared of. You just automatically jump and cling on the nearest person because that’s what your body tells you to do. Isn’t that a perfect opportunity without looking like a desperate boy who is deeply in love?

”Let’s watch your best horror movie you have.”

”Oo~going for that genre,alright, I got a perfect one!” Chanyeol tip-toed and took out a dvd case.

Baekhyun hated horror movies, he didn’t even know why those kinds of things existed. Why would anyone create a movie when a person can have a big chance of getting a heart attack? Like get really scared. But he told himself that this is all for Chanyeol.

So he did what he always does when it comes to this genre. Run to the sofa ( the safest place so far ) and pick up your feet so no monsters can grab them and drag you somewhere else.

Chanyeol pressed the play button and walked to the sofa Baekhyun was sitting on like a ball. The sight made him laugh;the corner of his eyes wrinkling a bit.

”You look scared.” He teased.

”I am definitely not scared, that’s why I chose horror.” Baekhyun pouted and made himself comfortable under one of the fluffy blankets. The clothes made him feel so uncomfortable, having a big t-shirt on and shorts. Okay the shorts where way too big and kind of felt annoying having them on so he sneakily removed them as Chanyeol was making himself comfortable too.

They are in the middle of the movie and yes it was way too scary for Baekhyun’s liking. Even Chanyeol who he knows ( through sites ) likes horror movies screamed in fear. Baekhyun failed his plan by clinging on Chanyeol instead he had to grab the blanket and move it in front of his face. Hurray!

But as the movie proceeded Baekhyun was dozing off. The jumps scare was no longer scary and his eyes was slowly closing. He tried staying awake since he didn’t know how to fall asleep. whether he should sleep on the hard edge or on Chanyeol’s shoulder.

Which one?

He kept on thinking and thinking and thinking…

And without noticing he was asleep, wandering to the Neverland, perhaps?

Chanyeol who had been so focused on the movie was startled when he felt a head resting on his shoulder. This feeling, the feeling he got right now scared him, it was so weird that he loved it at the same time.

Baekhyun right now was looking so cute and he had to admit that. The boy looked smaller and his face was similar to a puppy with his droopy eyes and the slight curly locks.

Yes.

Chanyeol’s heart was beating way faster than it had been.

Like, crazy.

He knew what it meant because he had obviously been in love several times back in school so he isn’t stupid to not know what these feelings are.

But why now?

Was all it took for him to feel butterflies in his stomach to have Baekhyun resting on his shoulder?

In the end he ends the movie night and lifts Baekhyun up in a bridal style, too surprised how light he feels.

To be honest, Chanyeol does not have any other bedrooms except for his own. So the only place he could let Baekhyun sleep in was his bed.

As he placed the smaller boy under the duvet he heard soft yelps and he couldn’t help but stare with wide eyes at Baekhyun. His cheeks flushed and his heart beating as if it was going to explode. The feeling again made him get so dizzy and lost that he quickly tucked Baekhyun as fast as possible.

And now that he thinks of it, he’s kind of tired too.

He only has one bed.

Well…it’s not like something happened the last time right? So it’s perfectly fine that they can sleep in the same bed. Beside Chanyeol woke up before Baekhyun that time so he guessed that it will happen the same.

To Baekhyun’s luck it was him who woke up before.

All because he couldn’t sleep anymore.

But as he turns his head to the side he can’t help but stare with big eyes and a speedy heart. He can’t also help but stare at the beauty so close to his face.

Chanyeol’s sleeping face was so beautiful that he just can’t believe he can witness this sight! He looks so cute with his eyes being a bit opened and his mouth too. So squishy and oh my god his lips are like so kissable…how he wished he could have a morning kiss.

Baekhyun quickly looks for his phone, grabs it and quickly takes a picture of Chanyeol.

Of course taking several selfies and a picture of them both with Baekhyun pretending to sleep. His own selfie is uploaded on Instagram with a caption ” You made one of my dreams come true! ”

He continued playing with his phone waiting for Chanyeol to wake up until he felt two arms and long legs wrap around him as if he was a tree and the other a koala.

Baekhyun can’t breathe.

At that moment, Chanyeol just had to wake up and what didn’t happen if the same reaction?

Yeah, a world that had stopped completely.

Like wasn’t he the one who was supposed to wake up first?! 

As slow as possible Chanyeol removes his own body and does the first thing.

Ask if Baekhyun is hungry.

And the other could only mumble a yes.

In the kitchen they both stands together in front of the refrigerator to decide what to eat.

Baekhyun who is still ”sleeping” thought it was a good idea to have his morning stretching right there when he had taken off his shorts in the living room yesterday.

The smaller was oblivious to the red faced boy in front of him as he lifted his arms to the side and made noises. His bare legs was shown all the way up, only to be covered by his black boxers.

It was only when he had opened his eyes and stared at Chanyeol when he noticed something was off. The way Chanyeol was staring down made a bulb rise in his head. His face went beat red when he realized that Chanyeol had been staring at his legs the whole time while he was stretching. How embarrassing!

Both of them can’t stop blushing but Chanyeol is fast enough to hide it as he quickly gets back looking at the stuff inside the refrigerator.

They tried to forget the incident but it’s hard and so as Chanyeol is preparing their breakfast Baekhyun decides to say something.

”Do you have any plans for today?” He asks as he sits down when he noticed that the other was finishing.

”Yes, I’m going to prepare for my solo comeback and—oh right! Before I forget, I’ve talked to my manager about Heaven you know that song? Anyway I’ve decided that your song will be in the album but won’t have that title name. If it’s okay with you?” Chanyeol asked once he was seated across Baekhyun.

The smaller boy quickly shook his head with a surprised look.

”What? Of course it’s fine! I would be happy if I could just write a word, so thank you for letting me participate in your album Chanyeol. It means a lot to me.” Baekhyun smiles and bows slightly to show respect and gratefulness.

”Anything for you!” Chanyeol happily said feeling good that Baekhyun had thought that it’s fine. On the other hand…
