Eunhyuk’s POV

I smiled once I stepped outside and smelled the fresh air. Today is the first day of spring! You can hear all of the birds chirping, feel the warm sun shining on your skin, smell all of the flowers blooming, and see not a single spot of icy cold snow left. Goodbye cold weather, hello freshness!

 

 

Today seemed like a good day to just stay outside and enjoy the warmth that the sun was giving, but I’m going to have to play later, or else I’m going to be late for Siwon’s graduation ceremony. He invited to come and watch at his college and I gladly took his offer.

 

 

I quickly walked down the street towards the bus stop, where the bus seemed to be waiting for more passengers to aboard. I hurriedly stepped inside and took my seat once the bus began to move.

 

 

The first stop I made was to the mini market where I buy my medicine at since it’s also part pharmacy. I walked inside and roamed through the aisles until I found what I was looking for; a beautiful bouquet of a variety of colored flowers. Don’t get any ideas though! It’s just to congratulate him on his graduation. I’m just being nice, that’s all…

 

 

I took the flowers up to the cashier, whom I always see whenever I come here, and paid for them before I thanked him and stepped outside to catch the bus again and quickly hopped on. I sat in my seat, setting the flowers right next to me, and the bus was moving once again. I sighed as I lay back in my seat and looked out the window, watching everything pass by.

 

 

I had to debate whether or not to come today. Wherever Siwon is, Donghae is there. I was afraid to run into him today. What might he think if he saw me with Siwon today? But I realized that there’s no way I’d be able to see him today. I mean, this is Siwon’s graduation. Why on earth would he be there?  Plus, I don’t see what the big deal is. So I’m going to a friend’s graduation, so what? He can’t really get mad at that, can he?

 

 

Before I knew it, I saw Siwon’s college just outside the window. I asked for the bus to stop before I got up and left. I was standing across the street from his college once the bus left. It looked like the ceremony was being held outside because I saw many people entering and sitting down on chairs. I looked both ways before crossing the street quickly and entering the school grounds, holding the flowers tightly in my hands. I looked around the crowd to see if I could find Siwon’s graduation class. All of the students were wearing the same thing, so I couldn’t see him. Sighing, I gave up and just took a seat in the back and waited for everything to start.

 

 

No time was hesitated once it finally began. Everyone that was graduating took their turn to receive their diploma. Families were cheering and flashes were going off as people started taking pictures. I looked carefully to see if I could spot Siwon, but I still couldn’t see him.

 

 

“Choi Siwon,” the announcer called, and I immediately looked towards the front and smiled as I saw Siwon walk up the stairs and receiving his diploma. I stood up and waved my hands as I cheered, hoping he would see me, and he did. He smiled brightly, winked, and waved at me before going back to his seat. At least he saw me!

 

 

A few more people began to go up, and during that time, I noticed Siwon staring at me. Once our eyes met, I blushed once he smiled sweetly at me, and I couldn’t help but smile at him as well. I’m glad I came to see him today.

 

 

“Kim Hana,” the announcer called again. That sounds so familiar. Where have I heard that name before? Suddenly as I looked towards the front, I couldn’t believe my eyes. Kim Hana, the Kim Hana whom I despise so much, went to this college. How come I’ve never heard of this until now!?

 

 

Finally, everything was over. All of the graduates got up and went to their parents. I got up as well and walked through the big crowd to find Siwon. That was a bad idea. I was being squished right into the crowd! I could barely see anything!

 

 

“Siwon!” I called out, hoping that he would hear me in the crowd, but there was no response from him. I was being pushed in different directions, but I made sure the flowers never got ruined. Suddenly, a random hand grabbed my arms and started to pull me. No! Let me go! I’m too young to die!

 

 

“I finally got you,” I heard Siwon’s voice whisper in my ear as he hugged me from behind, and my heart began to race quickly.

 

 

“S-Siwon,” I managed to say because he continued to hug me tighter.

 

 

“Are those for me?” he asked, and I knew that he was talking about the flowers. He let me go and I turned around to face him as I smiled.

 

 

“Yeah! Congratulations!” I exclaimed as I handed the flowers to him, and he smiled wider.

 

 

“Thank you, Eunhyukkie. I’m glad you came to see me. I couldn’t be more happier,” he stated, and I blushed even more as he leaned down to kiss my cheek. I bit my lip and smiled.

 

 

“Oppa!” I heard a girl’s voice coming towards us. I turned towards the direction was coming from and saw Hana running towards us, also with flowers in her arms. Great, just what I needed.

 

 

“Hi Hana!” Siwon greeted as they hugged, and I just rolled my eyes. It’s not anything new. She used to do this so much when we were kids that I learned to deal with it.

 

 

“What are you doing here?” she asked me coldly as she glared at me.

 

 

“I invited him here to see us graduate,” Siwon answered for me.

 

 

“Siwon, you never told me that she went to the same college as you,” I stated coldly as well, glaring back at her.

 

 

“Sorry, I forgot to tell you,” Siwon apologized.

 

 

“Are jealous of me again, Hyukjae? I just graduated from college and you haven’t even done anything yet,” Hana gloated. There she goes again; stating how much better she is than me.

 

 

“Don’t call me Hyukjae. I changed my name to Eunhyuk, you know,” I replied, and she just laughed.

 

 

“Changing your name doesn’t make you better than me, you know.” May someone give me permission to slap her all across South Korea?

 

 

“Why are you here anyway? Don’t you have people here to see you?” I asked, obviously looking annoyed.

 

 

“Of course I do. Oh, and there he is right now! Oppa, over here!” she screamed with joy. I looked towards where she was looking and saw a guy coming towards, dressed up all nice. I took a closer look and couldn’t believe who I saw.

 

 

“Donghae!?” I yelled as he approached us, and he looked just as surprised as I was.

 

 

“Hyukkie? What are you doing here?” he asked me.

 

 

“I should be asking you the same question!”

 

 

“Hana invited me to come see her graduate and I said I’d go. Now why are you here?” he asked me, sounding a little angry now that he spotted Siwon. Siwon didn’t look too happy to see him either. Damn it, I was afraid this would happen! Why should I get nervous about it though? I didn’t do anything wrong. All I did was go to see a friend graduate, and he did the exact same thing with Hana. Why is he the one to get mad at me?

 

 

“Siwon invited me here and I was happy to have come,” I answered. His eyes looked like he got angrier, but I don’t care!

 

 

“Thanks again for the flowers, Donghae oppa. They’re so gorgeous!” Hana squealed. I crossed my arms and rolled my eyes at her once again.

 

 

“You’re very welcome.” Donghae’s mood suddenly changed as he smiled at her. I felt my temper rising just by watching them. Suddenly, we heard Hana’s family calling her over and she quickly made her way over to them.

 

 

“Eunhyukkie, would you like to get some strawberry ice cream just across the street with me?” Siwon asked gently, and I smiled at him.

 

 

“I’d love to!” I cheered. He held out his hand to hold and I gladly took it, though I flinched a little, as we began to walk.

 

 

“Hey wait!” Donghae yelled as he ran to us and grabbed my hand. “Only I can hold Hyukkie’s hand!”

 

 

“You don’t own him, therefore, I can do what I want,” Siwon argued back. They glared at each other before looking opposite ways. Maybe it’s not a good idea to hold either of their hands. I made a move to slip my hands away, but they only held on tighter. I sighed and gave up as we continued to walk across the street towards an ice cream parlor. Once we reached the parlor, my eyes lit up with excitement. There was a whole batch of new strawberry ice cream just waiting for me to eat!

 

 

We quickly made our way towards the cashier and Siwon ordered for me. He even offered to pay for me.

 

 

“Siwon, you really don’t have to—“

 

 

“But I want to,” he said with a small smile, making me smile back.

 

 

“No! I pay for Hyukkie!” Donghae said as he had already pulled out his money and gave it to the cashier, and Siwon glared.

 

 

“T-thanks, Donghae,” I thanked, and he grinned. Usually, this would be the part where he smiles widely at me, but I guess since Siwon is here, he’s not exactly that happy.

 

 

I got the ice cream that I wanted and the three of us sat down at a table. I started to eat my strawberry ice cream and enjoyed every single bite of it. Although, I couldn’t help but notice the two of them in front of me not saying a word. I know it’s not a good idea to keep these two together in the same place, but I can’t just ask one of them to leave. Maybe I should just go so I won’t have to put up with this awkwardness.

 

 

“U-um, guys, I really have to go now,” I stated once I ate my last spoonful of ice cream.

 

 

“Can’t you stay a little longer?” Siwon asked me.

 

 

“I wish I could but I have to go to work in an hour anyway, so I really must be going.”

 

 

“Should I take you home, Hyukkie?” Donghae offered.

 

 

“It’s fine. I can go home myself.” I began to stand up until Siwon grabbed my arm and pulled me back down.

 

 

“Wait, before you go, there’s something I want to talk to you about.” I stared at him and nodded my head in agreement before sitting back down.

 

 

“What is it about?” I asked. He took a deep breath before looking at me straight in the eyes.

 

 

“Have you thought about it?” There was no need to think about what he meant. I knew he wanted an answer to his question; if I’d go out with him or not.

 

 

“T-thought about what?” I asked, trying to seem like I didn’t know what he was talking about.

 

 

“You know, if you’d go out with me.” I didn’t want to speak. Of course I’ve thought about it; countless times. But I can’t give any answer yet. Especially since Donghae is sitting right beside us. I notice him tense up as he stared at me, looking like he wanted my answer as well.

 

 

“S-Siwon, I-I…I’m sorry. I can’t give you answer yet. I still need time to think. I have a lot on my mind at the moment.” Siwon suddenly looked so sad.

 

 

“But Hyukjae, I’ve waited long enough.”

 

 

“I told you not to use that name…”

 

 

“You can’t answer me because Donghae is here, can’t you?” I noticed Donghae getting tensed up again. Why isn’t he saying anything? Why is he being so quiet all of a sudden?

 

 

“N-no, that’s not it—“

 

 

“You know, I love you.” I could tell that Donghae was getting angrier and angrier.

 

 

“I-I know but—“

 

 

Siwon scooted his chair closer to mine, cupped my face, and kissed me, without any warning. I was in shock at the sudden action, but I knew Donghae was even more shocked. I can’t read minds, but I can only imagine what he’s thinking right now. I didn’t want this. I can’t have Siwon kissing me all the time! This isn’t right! Especially if Donghae is right in front of us!

 

 

Quickly, I put my hands over his chest and pushed him away, both of us not saying a word. He suddenly smirked and looked towards Donghae, who had his mouth wide open. Without a minute to think, he immediately got up, grabbed my hand, and practically dragged me out of the place. I could tell how furious he was by the way he was holding my hand. He was holding it pretty tight.

 

 

“O-ow! Donghae, let go of me! You’re hurting me!” I yelled, and he suddenly stopped. He loosened his grip around my hand, but only a little.

 

 

“Why did you come to see Siwon today?” he asked, not looking at me.

 

 

“Obviously to congratulate him today. Plus he invited me kindly,” I answered.

 

 

“You should’ve said no and stayed home.” His voice became a little louder. I felt myself getting a little angry.

 

 

“Why should I? It was my decision to go or not. Who says I can’t go anyway by myself?”

 

 

“I do!” he yelled. “I was hoping that I wouldn’t see you here today with him!”

 

 

“You don’t have control over me! Whatever I do and decide is my business, not yours!” I yelled back.

 

 

“I don’t care! You shouldn’t have done it!”

 

 

“Says the person who did the same thing! How come I’m not allowed to go somewhere with a friend but you can!? You don’t have control over me!”

 

 

“That’s different!”

 

 

“How is it different then, huh!?”

 

 

“Because I’m in love with you Hyukjae, God dammit!” he screamed as he faced me, and I saw the tears forming in his eyes. “I don’t love her; I love you. It’s different because I don’t know how you feel about me or Siwon yet. Even though I hope you pick me, you might end up picking Siwon. Just thinking about it crushes me inside and I can’t stand it!”

 

 

I had no words left to say. He let go of my hand and stood still in place, trying to make his tears go away. I’m an idiot. Why can’t I ever think about someone else’s feelings for once?  I took a deep breath and held the urge to cry as I hugged him from behind.

 

 

“I’m sorry for yelling at you. I’m just…frustrated. I really do have a lot on my mind and it’s tiring. I believe you when you say that you love me. It’s not like I think you’re lying. I’m not lying when I say that I can’t give you answer yet either because I just don’t know right now. But I’m telling the truth when I say that…I like you…m-maybe a l-little. Hana is someone who I’ve been jealous of my whole life, so to see her with you all the time makes me mad. I know you don’t mean to do it, but I can’t help it. I don’t want to see her with you. I know it makes you mad when I’m with Siwon too. He’s still my friend, so I can’t just leave him, but I don’t want to be around him if you’ll get mad at me for it. I just— I-I mean— I’m sorry.”

 

 

I didn’t even notice the tears that began to roll off my cheeks. As my sobs became a little louder, Donghae removed his arms around him and turned to face me. He cupped my face and wiped my tears away with his thumb before he gently kissed my lips, without giving me a second to react. As he pulled away, he smiled at me.

 

 

“I’m sorry too. I never want to be mad at you. I just love you a lot; hopefully more than Siwon does. And it makes me a lot happier to know that you really do get jealous because you do like me. I don’t like you seeing me when I’m like this. I’m not going to get mad you anymore. I promise.” I nodded my head as I rested my head on his shoulder. I wrapped my arms around him as he did the same.

 

 

“Donghae?”

 

 

“Yeah?”

 

 

“Can you take me out on a date again?” Donghae let go of me and grabbed my hands. He had a goofy smile on his face.

 

 

“Really!? S-seriously!? You mean it!?” I smiled with him and nodded my head.

 

 

“I really am sorry for what I did. So I want to make it up to you by letting you take me on another date.”

 

 

“Yay! Yes! Yes! I will definitely take you out on another date Hyukkie!” he exclaimed as he hugged me tighter, and I just chuckled at him.

 

 

“I like you better when you’re this cheerful,” I stated, not realizing what I had just said, and blushed. I felt my heart racing as he showed me a soft smile.

 

 

“I love you every time I see you, Hyukjae.” He held onto my waist as he began to lean in closer to me and kiss me again. I closed my eyes and wrapped my arms around him as I kissed him back.  

 

 

Kissing Donghae is much more different than kissing Siwon.

 

 

When I kiss Siwon, I want him to stop because it isn’t right.

 

 

But when I kiss Donghae, I can’t pull away, no matter how much I want to stop.

 

 

 

I want to kiss him forever.

A/N: I'm sooooo sorry that I'm updating really late >.< I was determined to update as soon as I could so you wouldn't have to wait so long. But here it is! The Eunhae chapter that was totally rushed xD I had a basic idea on how to write this chapter, but putting in the details was hard. I'm just glad I came up with this just in time xP Are Eunhae shippers happy? Yes? No? Maybe so? :3 I promise to update faster. There are just a lot of things distracting me nowadays >.> Like those Super Junior teasers for their new album 8D Eunhae and Yewook were just pure love. Now, I'm waiting for my precious Kyumin <3 Which I hope will come out together! What's your guy's favorite teaser pic so far? Mine is Donghae's :) Kyumin is coming in the next chapter! And possibly a little Yewook, cause I know Yewook shippers are practically dieing right now. *evil author is being evil*
