"Henry, you have to rest. You don't want to be hospitalized too, don't you?"

"I have to look after her, omma. I have to be the first person she sees when she wakes up." I struggled.

"I insist, son."

"I'm not winning this time, no?"

I drove to our house in defeat. I look like a zombie. I have been looking after ______ for 36 hours now.

The picture frames greeted me when I entered my room. I framed every single special moment we shared. That day at the amusement park, New York, when I first met her under the rain and shared a rainbow after her, I took pictures of all those moments. Those are the moments I will treasure forever. Memories that made their own place in my heart.

I slumped lazily on the couch and the TV. This should take my mind off everything right now.

"Breaking news! ______ Park has been rushed to a private hospital because of a tragic car-" * poof*

I turned off the stupid TV that made me even more frustrated. I just can't take it anymore. She's my eveything. My world, my strength, it's her. Since she walked into my life, she changed everything

My life would never be the same without her. I'm still trapped, ______. Trapped in the memories of you that I can't remember to forget.

Life would be meaningless without you. My music would mean nothing if you can't hear it. You promised you'll never leave again. Is this the price of our love? "Henry, what's wrong?"

"Have you heard the news?"

"Well, I'm kinda busy nowadays so..."

"It's... it's ______."

"What about my sweet dongsaeng?"

"Hyung...she's....she's in the hospital."

"What?! What happened?!"

"______ and I had a fight when we were in Jeju and she got involved in a terrible car accident."

"Sounds a lot like mine."

"Her head hit badly and its already been days..."

"Henry, calm down. She's a strong girl. I know she'll get through it. We all know she will."

"Hyung, I still haven't punched you for making her drink but I certainly can't do that right now." I sighed. "Hyung, if you were to choose between taking a risk and waiting, what would you pick?"

"I guess I'd pick taking the risk. I mean, if the risk doesn't pay off, at least I can say I did something."

"Hmm...you're right. This is all my fault."

"Don't blame yourself. Neither of us wanted this to happen."

"But..."

"Don't worry, hyung. I'll visit as soon as I can."

"Henry-ssi, you look down the dumps today. What happened?"

"Sohyun-ah, didn't you hear the news?"

"What about it?"

"I guess we should all hear it from Henry." The MC looked at me. 

"She....my s-sister...I'm sorry."

I walked out and made my way to the dressing room. Everybody looked at me with pity and confusion but I can't take all of this anymore. I'm tired, I'm sad, this is torturing me every second, every minute, every hour of the day. If it wasn't for me, she wouldn't be in this situation. I'm a coward. I'm stupid.

I went home and slammed the door shut. I punched the wall as hard as I could until my hand was bleeding. I screamed as loud as I could, but I still feel incomplete. I feel angry and frustrated. If there's someone who should be lying down inside that white lifeless room, it should be me.

"It should've been me!!!"

Why Lord? Why her? Why not me? Don't you know that slightly killing her is like killing me too? I can't sleep or it properly. I don't feel the music anymore. I feel like I'm living a life without a life, like I've lost everything I have because of one thing I shouldn't be having.
