Chapter 25: Her miracle.

“Hyung, where is noona? It is almost time for boarding,” Jungshin was playing around with Haru noticed his missing noona.

“She went to the restroom,” his hyung answered.

“Where is eomma, appa?” Haru asked.

“Eomma seems to take her time at the restroom, Haru-yah.”

“Go and search for her, hyung. You said there was someone trying to follow her just now,” Jonghyun butted in.

“Yah, Jonghyun, you made me feel so uncomfortable right now,” he was worried all of the sudden. “Haru, let’s go search for eomma, shall we?” he called his daughter.

Haru nodded her head and followed her daddy to the restroom.

“Now, you go in there and search for eomma. Okay? You can just shout eomma’s name if there are lots of people inside, okay?” Yonghwa instructed her since he couldn’t enter the ladies restroom.

Haru obediently nodded her head and went inside to search for her mother.

“Eomma!” Haru cried as soon as she saw her mother on the floor. “Appa! Appa!” she wailed.

Yonghwa heard the wailing of his daughter, ran off to the ladies restroom without hesitating. His heart almost stopped when he saw how his wife struggled while enduring the pain.

“Shinhye ah, what happened?” he saw the blood on the floor and on her wife’s pink dress.

“Yonghwa ah, please, it hurt,” her face was pale as she tried to endure the pain that became worst.

“Eomma… are you okay…?” Haru cried seeing her mother in pain.

“Jonghyun ah, help me please. Call the ambulance, Shinhye fell in the restroom. Quick!” he called his dongsaeng before he lifted her in his arms to bring her to the emergency zone that caused chaos when the public saw it was their nation rock star.

Korean entertainment world once again was surprised by the news from Yonghwa. Fans seeing him rushing to the emergency in the airport with a woman in his arms had been circulating around Korea like a virus. Luckily, no photos were taken and the fans and media had already started to dig more information regarding the news.

While the entertainment world went crazy with another rumor, Yonghwa’s world suddenly turned dark. Shinhye had been in the emergency room for half an hour and he was still waiting with the boys. Haru was sleeping on his laps, there still tears stained on her chubby cheeks. She was crying over and over again, asking what happened to her mother. All Yonghwa could do was embraced her in his arms because he didn’t have the answer too.

And he was honestly scared too, just like his little angel here.

The dongsaengs were there too, each sat on the bench with a worried face. Their manager left a while ago to handle the boys’ concert that had to be cancel last minute. Still, he comforted Yonghwa before he left.

“Mr Jung?” a doctor finally came out from the emergency room. Everyone got on their feet at the same time.

“Yes doctor, I’m Jung Yonghwa, Park Shinhye’s husband,” Haru was now sleeping in his arms.

“Ah, yes,” the doctor was taken aback when four men stood up at the same time when he was just calling one name.

“Mr Jung, good news, your wife and baby both are in stable condition. You brought her in just in time. If you were late and the bleeding were not stop, the baby would be in harm, so will your wife. The bad news, your wife has been losing blood for quite some times and today incident had made her into the critical stage,” the doctor explained. “We need more blood to ensure her healthiness, especially the baby’s life.”

“Critical stage? I… Shinhye and I have the same blood type. I can donate right?” he asked.

“That would be perfect Mr Jung. Please follow our nurse here to donate the blood right now. We need to give it to your wife as soon as possible.”

“Ah, okay doctor. Thank you,” he bowed before handing in sleeping Haru to Jonghyun. “Be with her when she wakes up. My in-laws are on their way. If she cry, please just give her to my in-laws,” Yonghwa told his dongsaengs.

Three of them nodded their head in unison.

“I wish you well, hyung,” Jungshin hugged him. “Noona will be okay.”

“Aussie baby also will be okay, just like his appa, strong and tough,” Minhyuk added. Yonghwa thanked them and went inside the emergency room as told by the nurse. After reading and being explained about the procedure and all, he head into the ward.

And there she was.

Her face was pale.

His hand reached for hers.

Her hands were cold as ice.

She reminded him of the day he almost lost her forever.

The day that would turn out difference if Haru wasn’t there for them.               

“Please, stay strong, Shin. Stay strong, baby,” he held his tears.
