Alcohol starts kicking in.. 

I rubbed my eyes as I thought I saw Krystal's silhouette in the crowd.

There's no way she could be here.. Is there?

I mean she's locked up inside her lamp to god only knows where it'd went..

Nah.. Its just the effect of alcohol..

She cant be here.. 

She'll never be here..

After me and Jackie went back inside, girls swarmed around us, asking random things about me and again with offering those drinks. I dont want to be rude and again I accepted all their glasses. Jackie left me to entertain her other guest. Seriously, I dont even know half of my sister's guests to be honest.

"I shouldnt have drink every glass those girls offered." I told to myself as I walked upstairs. The party is better looking from up here. Everyone was having a blast except me. Some where dancing on the center, some where happy conversing with one another and some where just silently eating their dinner.

"Alone?" I tilted my head to he right to see a very beautiful lady oozing with so much iness. 

"Kinda." was my short answer.

"Mind if I join you here? Boys downstairs kept on bugging me." She said, brushing her hair to her left, exposing some of her skin. 

I gulped as I answered, "Not at all." 

"So, been hearing that the celebrant's sister is handsome. Do you believe them? I mean a handsome girl? Come on." She said as she offered me a drink that she took from the waiter who just walked passed us.

"You tell me." I cooly said as I took the glass.

"No.." She exclaimed in disbelief, her hand found its way to my chest. "Oh my god..Im sorry I didnt mean to.. Not like i did that on purpose, its just its a mannerism I kinda grew up with."

"Touching someone's chest?" I laughed..

"Yes.. I mean no.. No.. I just had this habit that when im surprised I kinda.." 

"Touch.." I butted in..

"Yeah touch.. What? No.. No.. I just have this issue of body contact.." She said in defeat.

I bursted into laughter.. She's cute and funny.. She then joined me, we were laughing like mad cows..

"Wow, its been so long since I laughed like that.." I said as I hold onto my stomach.

"Seriously?" I nodded in response.

"Amber..The celebrant's handsome sister" I offered my hand which she gladly took.

"Seolhyun.. The girl who's got some touching issues." 

"So.. Can you tell me why a handsome girl like you is alone tonight? No girlfriend to party with?" I didnt answer instead I sipped on my glass.

"Ohh.. How long?"

"Huh?" was my response.

"How long have you been single?" She asked casually, the rim of her glass was touching her lips.

"Two years.." She just nodded. I turned to face her, "And why is a lovely girl like you partying alone tonight?"
She laughed at me. "How can you be so sure that Im alone?"

"Well, you wouldnt be here with me if you werent."

She nodded her head again, confirming that I was right. "Would you believe me if I say Ive been stalking you since you came in earlier?"

"I wouldnt be surprised. Oww." She just hit me. God this girl, seriously has some touching issues.

"Conceited much? But no.. Im with friends and they just left me here alone since they found a date for themselves. Meanies." I couldnt contain my laugh.. She's just too cute with those puffing cheeks and puckered lips.

"I can be your date for tonight, if you want to." I cant help it. It just slipped out naturally.

She smiled and hugged me.

"Errr.. You actually dont have to hug me.." She pulled away after hearing that.. 

"Sorry I told you I have skinship issues." She said as she stuck her tongue out.

Ohh she's just so cute..

She kinda reminds me of Krystal..

"Hey, are you coming?" She broke my trance.

"Hmmmm?"

"You offered to be my date,right? So come on lets go dance." Before I could refuse, she already pulled me down to the dance floor.

Now, with her hand entangled at the back of my neck and mine was on her hips, we swayed along to the beat of the slow music that the band my sister have also booked specially for tonight was playing.

"Why did she left?" She started asking again.

"I need to choose between her and my family."

"And you choose your family obviously." I just nodded. "Were on the same both. My ex-boyfriend made me choose between him and my mom, ofcourse I chose my mom, so here I am alone and single for about a month now. Does it still hurts?" I nodded.

"Wow. Lucky girl. You mustve loved her that much, I mean its almost two years now and youre still not over her.."

I heaved a sigh.

"You know.. Things happen. Maybe one day she'll come around and realized you two were really meant for each other."

"Thats never gonna happen."

"Why not? Ohh.. Is she dead? Amber Im sorry.." She hugged me again. "God, Im sorry I need to stop throwing myself at you.." She was about to release me but I pulled her back..

"No please.. I mean.. Can you hug me for a while.. I.." I wasnt able to finish my sentence as I found myself crying on a strangers shoulders..

This was the first time Ive talked to someone about krystal aside from Jackie earlier.. Funny how I feel so at ease on this stranger's arms..

She carressed my back, trying to ease my pain.. Good thing that the music was loud that no one can hear me sobbing and that the lighting wasnt that bright so were hidden in the dark among the crowd.
