Sunnys POV

 

The school had just finished, and Sooyoung was driving me somewhere.

It made butterflies spread all through my body that Sooyoung actually wanted to hang out with me.

 

"We're here" she said as she stopped the car.

 

I opened the door and left the car.

Outside, it was a huge hamburger restaurant.

 

"I heard you like hamburgers" Sooyoung said, as she stood next to me.

 

I nodded excitedly, and then we entered the restaurant.

Luckily for us, it was an perfect available table for two.

 

We sat down and made our order, then it became awkward silence.

 

"Sooyoung... Why did you take me here? I mean... We barely know each other" i took courage and said.

 

Sooyoung shrugged her shoulders.

"Then i guess it's best that we get to know each other better" she said and smiled, and i couldn't help but blush.

 

Too bad she noticed, so she giggled to herself.

 

When the burgers came Sooyoung immediately started eating voraciously. I could tell that she was a real shikshin.

 

"Is there something you want to tell me?" she asked when she took a break from eating. She smiled.

 

"Like w-what?" i stuttered.

 

What does she mean?

 

She shrugged her shoulders.

"I thought if it was something you wanted to tell me, it would be an great idea to say it now" she said and smiled.

 

My heart started to beat faster.

She couldn't mean that she knows that i----

I started thinking about if i should confess, but i decided that i shouldn't.

 

"No" i said and shoke my head.

 

"Are you sure?"

 

I nodded and continued eating.

 

She shrugged her shoulders.

"Ok"

 

 

When we were finished eating, Sooyoung said "What do you want to do now?" 

 

"Wae!?"

 

"I said; what do you want to do now?" she repeated.

 

"Uhh... I-i thought we should go home after dinner" i stuttered 

 

"If you want to" she said and shrugged her shoulders.

 

We walked and sat down in the car, and she drive away.

 

"Your house or my house?" she asked with her eyes on the road.

 

"Your house! If that's okay" i answered and blushed a little.

 

"Yeh, of course! You're always welcome!" Sooyoung said, and i saw that she smiled.

 

 

Authors POV

 

After a couple of minutes, the two girls arrived and hurried into the house.

 

Seohyun immediately appeared and hugged Sunny.

"Sunny-ah! Hi! Did you two have fun?" she asked and pinched Sunnys cheek.

 

"Ne, it was fun" Sunny answered and shoke her head to break free from Seohyuns pinch.

 

Suddenly Tiffany entered the hallway.

"Hi Sunny! Oh, you look so pretty in those clothes!" she said and hugged the her.

 

Sunny smiled.

"Thank you for letting me borrow them!" she said as she hugged Tiffany back.

 

"My pleasure" she said and smiled her eyesmile.

 

They walked to the kitchen where Tiffany gave Sunny an popsicle.

"Oh.. Gomawo" Sunny said "How's Amber by the way?"

 

"She's not unconscius anymore" Tiffany answered "Taetae and Sica made a great job as nurses."

 

Sunny nodded and imagined Taeyeon and Jessica being nurses on a hospital.

 

"Are you sleeping here tonight too?" Hyoyeons voice suddenly was heard.

 

"Ne... If it's ok for all of you" Sunny answered.

 

Hyoyeon nodded.

"It's always okay! We love having you here" she said and smiled for the first time Sunny saw it. Okay, she smiled with closed.. But that's still a smile.

 

Sunny couldn't help but smile too.

This girl actually have a happy and nice side, she thought to herself.

 

"Do you like video games?" Hyoyeon suddenly asked.

 

Sunny nodded excitedly.

"Yeh! I love video games!" she said and jumped up and down of excitingness.

"Wanna play?"

"Yeh!!" Sunny said and sounded all euphoric.

Sunny and Hyoyeon walked to the livingroom and Hyoyeon started the game.
It was a Super Mario game, that Sunny really enjoyed.
They played for hours, but then they decided to turn off the game.

"It was really fun!" Sunny said as they sat on the couch.

Hyoyeon nodded.

"And it's nice to spend time with you... I mean, at first i thought you didn't like me" Sunny said.

 

"Oh... I'm sorry... I know i can appear rude, but really i'm not. I just hate this whole vampire thing... i could do anything to be a human again" Hyoyeon said and sighed.

"I understand that it's not fun being a vampire" Sunny said and tried to sound understanding.

 

"It's much worse than you think. We have to be awake all the time, and because we live forever... You never have a goal in your life. It's terrible.
It is also terrible if you are very attached to a human, and they get old and dies, just like that" she continued and snapped her fingers when she said 'that'.

 

Sunny sighed.
"I want to apologize if i'm ripping up old wounds, but i just want you to know that i am really sorry for what happened to your boyfriend" she said and Hyoyeons back.

 

Hyoyeon smiled as her eyes teared up.
"Thanks, it makes me glad that you care." she said "I really loved Eunhyuk, or Hyukjae as his real name was. He was my real soulmate, and he was the only one i loved and trusted. I'm at least very thankful that he stayed with me when i became a monster..." she said while a tear fell down her cheek.

Sunny wiped it away with her thumb.

"I actually don't know why i am telling you this... I mean, i barely don't know you. But it's something with you that makes me feel safe and happy, and even though i don't know you, i trust you as much as my eonnis." Hyoyeon said and smiled to Sunny.

 

Sunny smiled back and hug Hyoyeon.
"Thanks Hyoyeon" she said.
