A/N: The medical terms used here are not exactly what they are. I just use it for the sake of the story. I’m not expert in medicine fields and I’m not a doctor. Thank kyu

Sungmin was sitting on the bed, wearing her bathrobe. She just finished taking a bath. She was waiting for Victoria’s secretary to arrive at the Cho mansion with the maternity dress that Kyuhyun requested from Victoria earlier on that morning. Sungmin is already on her 7^th week and they just don’t understand why she’s growing too fast. Her clothes don’t fit anymore. Some of her dress still fit, but it’s too tight and she’s not comfortable wearing it. That’s why Kyuhyun called his mother’s stylist very early in the morning to ask for a maternity dress that will suit his wife. Kyuhyun went out of the bathroom after fixing his self for his work. He sits beside his wife and kisses her wonderful lips, making her smile.

“What are you thinking my very beautiful baby Min?”

Kyuhyun asks while staring at his very beautiful and really lovely wife. He is worried about Sungmin because her morning sickness is getting worst each day and she feels like dying every day because of it. Sungmin is just hard headed that she doesn’t want to stay in the hospital though Sunyoung already told her that she needs to stay in the hospital for awhile because of her very worst morning sickness. Kyuhyun can’t even convince his wife because Sungmin will always end up being too emotional and really moody. Sunyoung just told Kyuhyun and Mrs. Cho not to convince Sungmin anymore if she really doesn’t want to stay in the hospital because too much emotional stress will only affect the baby inside her tummy. She just advice them to watch over Sungmin all the time and make sure that she will always have a proper bed rest and not to tire herself and that’s why Sungmin is having her class inside Kyuhyun’s room, so she won’t move a lot and she won’t be having a hard time going down at the living room for her class and then going up after her class. Another thing that makes Kyuhyun worry about his wife is the way Sungmin grows so fast. He’s worried that Sungmin might feel depress because of it. But he feels happy because he can already see Sungmin’s tummy growing. Her baby bump is starting to show though it’s still not that big, but Kyuhyun can already feel it and he can already see it as well.

“I’m not thinking anything”

Sungmin told her husband.

“Really?”

Kyuhyun asks. He holds his wife’s hands and softly kisses it.

“I’m just worried that you’re already feeling depress because you’re growing too fast and your clothes won’t fit anymore”

Kyuhyun told his wife. Sungmin shook her head.

“I’m not depressed at all. Why should I? You told me that you still love me and I’m still beautiful and y even though I grow big, right? And it only means that our little cherub is fine because he’s growing inside my tummy”

Sungmin told her husband, flashing a sweet smile. She puts Kyuhyun’s hands on her baby bump.

“Can you feel my tummy growing? You can touch it, right? Jessica Unnie and mom told me yesterday that I already have a baby bump and they can see it. My tummy is already growing and I’m happy about it”

Sungmin told her husband happily. Kyuhyun nods his head and starts rubbing his wife’s tummy that already grows a little.

“But then, I’m still having the worst morning sickness. It’s feels like I’m dying every day and I’m feeling really tired lately. I always get tired easily and sleepy all the time. I can’t even concentrate in my class sometimes because I end up falling asleep without finishing my class and the school works that I need to finish. I’m sorry Kyu, but I promise that I won’t fail. But don’t expect a high grade this time because I really can’t concentrate that much. I’m being too tired and very lazy. I just want to lay down on our bed and sleep all the time”

Sungmin told Kyuhyun sadly. Kyuhyun shook his head. He holds Sungmin’s beautiful face between his hands and kisses her lips softly.

“It’s ok baby. You don’t need to stress yourself that much, just like what Doctor Park told you last week. I’m sorry because I’m the one who is giving you a hard time. I ask you to have a double time in your studies because we’re flying in Sydney soon”

Kyuhyun told his wife, feeling a bit guilty for demanding Sungmin to finish all her curriculum fast for that school year because they need to go in Sydney and prepare for her giving birth and eye surgery. Joon will also go back in Sydney soon. He just need to find a perfect gene that will match Sungmin’s gene in order for them to replace the bad genes and cure Sungmin’s LCA before the eye surgery itself.

“When are we going to fly in Sydney?”

Sungmin asks, feeling sad because she won’t be seeing her friends for a long time and Kyuhyun told her that he might transfer his work in Sydney which only means that they will migrate in Sydney and live there with Mrs. Cho and Sungmin really feels sad about it.

“After your amniocentesis test”

Kyuhyun answers his wife.

“Doctor Park will not be there if I give birth”

“She will be there. She will only ask one of her good friends in Sydney who happens to be an OB like her to take care of you. She will be flying in Sydney when you’re already near your due date, so you don’t need to worry because Doctor Park will be there and she’s the one who will help you give birth”

Kyuhyun explains to his wife because he knows that Sungmin is worried that Sunyoung will not be the doctor who will help her give birth. Sungmin doesn’t want any other doctor. She only wants Sunyoung because she’s not afraid of her and Sunyoung is really nice and she knows how to deal with her mood swings.

“Do we really need to migrate in Sydney and live there?”

Sungmin asks sadly.

“I really think that there’s nothing wrong if we migrate in Sydney and live there. Mom also agrees with it. I can always work there since Cho International Corporation is also there”

Kyuhyun told his wife, explaining his idea with her. He notices Sungmin’s sad expression. Kyuhyun cups his wife’s beautiful face and gently caresses her cheek.

“But if you don’t want then we will stay here. I’m not going to force you to live in Sydney if you don’t want. You will be the one who will choose”

Kyuhyun told Sungmin, making her smile.

“Of course I want to stay here in Seoul because my friends are here. Fanny Unnie, Jessica Unnie, Siwon Oppa and baby Seunhyun are here. I’m going to be sad if I won’t see them for a long time. Baby Seunghyun will be sad because he won’t have a playmate anymore if our little cherub will live far away from him. Fany Unnie, Jessica Unnie and I are planning to watch movie together and have girl’s bonding once I finally have my eyesight. How are we going to do that if we will migrate in Sydney?”

Sungmin told her husband. Kyuhyun smiles at her and nods his head.

“That’s why you’re the one who will choose because I don’t want you to be sad. You know that I always want to make you happy and to see you happy because I love you so much. If staying here in Seoul will make you happy then we will stay here in Seoul. We will just visit Sydney every summer and New York every holidays. Is that ok?”

Kyuhyun asks. Sungmin nods her head, agreeing to her husband’s idea.

“It’s fine with me Kyu. But we will always celebrate your birthday at Halla Mountain with our little cherub and watch the frozen tries that sounds like a chime ok”

Sungmin told Kyuhyun.

“Yes baby”

“It will be fun for su—“

Sungmin stops talking. She holds her head and closes her eyes because she’s feeling so dizzy again.

“Baby, what happen? Is there something wrong? Are you ok?”

Kyuhyun asks while staring at his pregnant wife worriedly.

“I’m feeling dizzy again Kyu”

Sungmin told Kyuhyun sadly. She’s having a hard time again because of her very worst morning sickness. Kyuhyun hugs Sungmin, so she can rest her head on his chest.

“Just stay here and take a rest. I’ll just call Doctor Joon and tell him to just move your appointment with him next week, so I can be with you. I’ll tell him that you’re not feeling well and you need to take a rest some more. He will understand”

Kyuhyun told his wife. Sungmin slowly shook her head.

“No. Don’t do it Kyu. I don’t want to cancel my appointment today with Doctor Joon”

Sungmin told her husband, disagreeing with his idea. Kyuhyun stares at his pregnant wife worriedly. Sungmin’s eyes are still closed because she’s still feeling very dizzy.

“But baby, you’re not feeling well. I’m worried”

Kyuhyun told his wife with worried voice.

“Don’t worry about me Kyu. I and out little cherub will be fine. Doctor Joon is a very busy doctor and he has a lot of things to do. He needs to go back in Sydney soon and attend to his other patients. It will be embarrassing if we cancel my appointment with him today. I don’t want to give him a hard time because I know that he’s already having a lot of hard time because of studying my illness. I know that he’s thinking a lot of things, so let’s not add up ok”

Sungmin told Kyuhyun. She’s concern about Joon. Sungmin knows how busy her doctor is and that’s why she doesn’t want to give him a hard time and she doesn’t want to be a burden for him.

“Are you sure that you can make it?”

Kyuhyun asks , still feeling worried about his pregnant wife.

“Yes I will. Don’t worry about me. I’ll be fine and our little cherub as well. Jessica Unnie is with me and my driver will be with us as well as my nanny, so no need to worry”

Sungmin told Kyuhyun, convincing him that she will be fine and there’s nothing to worry about. Kyuhyun nods his head.

“Ok. But don’t be a hard headed girl ok. Don’t ever let go of Jess and your nanny’s hands ok. I’ll just give Doctor Joon a call later to ask what happen to your check-up”

Kyuhyun told his wife. Sungmin slowly nods her head. She slowly opens her eyes when she’s no longer dizzy.

“Don’t worry because I’m fine now and if we cancel my appointment today with Doctor Joon, how will he and Jessica Unnie be able to see each other today?”

Sungmin asks her husband. Kyuhyun laughs softly.

‘Yah!”

Kyuhyun gently pinches his wife’s cheeks.

“You’re playing cupid huh”

Kyuhyun told Sungmin who smiles at him.

“Of course, I believe that someone just needs to keep on insisting for them to talk to each other. I will Doctor Joon and Jessica Unnie’s cupid. I will talk to doctor Joon later and insist him to date Jessica Unnie. You see. Unnie is willing to see him and talk to him. I just need to convince Doctor Joon for it to happen”

Sungmin told her husband happily.

“But don’t push it too hard. If Doctor Joon really doesn’t want to go out with Jess and talk to her then don’t keep on insisting. Doctor Joon might get mad. Just let him have his own way and don’t insists if there’s really no second chance at all or Jess will end up getting hurt. You don’t want your Jess Unnie to get hurt, right?”

Kyuhyun told his wife. Sungmin nods her head.

“Don’t worry Kyu. I know when to stop. I’ll just try my best to convince Doctor Joon to go out with Jessica Unnie, so they can talk and fix the problem between them. I will not keep on insisting if Doctor Joon doesn’t really want. But I still hope that he will agree on it and there’s still a second chance for him and Jessica Unnie to be together again”

Sungmin told her husband.

“If it’s meant to be, it will be. So don’t stress yourself too much just by thinking about it. It will be bad for you and to our little cherub”

Kyuhyun told his wife.

“Don’t worry Kyu. I won’t stress myself that much”

Sungmin told Kyuhyun while flashing a sweet smile. They heard a soft knock on the door.

“Kyu, can I come in?”

Jessica asks.

“Min’s maternity dress is already here. Ms. Song’s secretary already drops it here and I already pay it with the money that you gave me earlier. Can I come in? Min needs to get dress now, so we can already leave”

Jessica told her cousin. Kyuhyun nods his head.

“Ok Jess. Please come in”

Kyuhyun told his cousin. Jessica slowly opens the door and go inside her cousin’s room. She closes the door and walks towards the couple who are sitting on their bed. Jessica smiles at them.

“This is Min’s maternity dress. It looks really cute and I really bet that it will suit Min. There’s no color pink. The only colors that are available are color red, orange and baby blue. Ms. Song chooses the baby blue because she thinks that the color will suit Min that much”

Jessica informs the couple before showing the maternity dress to Kyuhyun.

“What do you think Kyu? It’s so cute, right? It will really suit your beautiful wife”

Jessica told her cousin while smiling brightly. Kyuhyun stares at the cute baby blue maternity dress that Jessica was holding in front of him. Kyuhyun nods his head, agreeing to his cousin. He likes the maternity dress and he really thinks that his pregnant wife will look stunning on it and Sungmin will look like a cute doll on it.

“My baby Min will look like a cute doll on it”

Kyuhyun happily told Jessica who nods her head happily, agreeing on him.

“So, am I the one who will help Min to dress up or you?”

Jessica asks.

“I’ll be the one who will dress my wife. Just wait for us at the living room ok”

Kyuhyun told his cousin. Jessica nods happily.

“Ok. So, here’s the maternity dress and the maternity bra”

Jessica told her cousin as she give the maternity dress and maternity bra of Sungmin to Kyuhyun.

“I really think that Min should start shopping for her maternity dress and bra since she’s growing really fast and her ies are getting bigger that fast. Maybe Min and I can go shopping later after her appointment with Doctor Joon. What do you think?”

Jessica suggested. Kyuhyun nods his head.

“Ok. But don’t stress my wife that much ok”

Kyuhyun told his cousin. Jessica nods her head.

“Ok”

Jessica smiles at Kyuhyun before focusing her attention on Sungmin who is still hugging Kyuhyun.

“Sweetheart, I’ll wait for you downstairs ok”

Jessica told her cousin in law. Sungmin smiles and slowly nods her head. Jessica smiles at Sungmin and gently pats her cousin in law’s cheek before leaving Kyuhyun’s room, so her cousin can already help his wife to dress up.

“Baby, you need to get dress now. You and Jess should leave now or else you’ll be late in your appointment with Doctor Joon. You still need to visit your friends in school before you go at Incheon Eye Care Medical Center”

Kyuhyun told Sungmin as he stands up. Sungmin nods her head. She unties her bathrobe and slowly removes her bathrobe, revealing her body. Kyuhyun stares at her. He notices the changes in his wife’s body and he really thinks that Sungmin grows big, but for him, Sungmin is always y and will forever be y no matter how big she is. Kyuhyun smiles when he stares at his wife’s baby bump. He’s really happy seeing it and he just can’t wait for his wife’s tummy to grow big and feel their little cherub’s first kick.

“Kyu, I thought I need to get dress now? What are you doing? Are you still there?”

Sungmin asks, catching her husband’s attention.

“Oh! Sorry about that baby. I’m just happy staring at your baby bump”

Kyuhyun told his pregnant wife. He puts his hand on Sungmin’s tummy, rubbing it gently.

“I just can’t wait to see your tummy grow really big and to feel our little cherub’s first kick. I seriously think that our little cherub is growing so fast in your tummy. They say that it’s still early to have a baby bump in seven weeks, but you already have one though it’s not that big, but it’s already showing”

Kyuhyun told his wife.

“I’m already having a hard time moving because I feel a bit heavy and I get tired easily and because of my worst morning sickness. I just want to stay on bed and sleep all day and I feel it every day. Seriously Kyu, when will this worst morning sickness end or it will never end?”

Sungmin told her husband. She’s really having a hard time as her pregnancy progresses. There are times wherein she really doesn’t want to move, not because she’s feeling lazy, but because she’s feeling very dizzy whenever she will move a little and she always get tired easily whenever she will move.

“That’s why you need to agree to Doctor Park to stay first in the hospital, so she can monitor you all the time and you won’t have a hard time”

Kyuhyun told his wife, convincing her while helping her to get dress. Sungmin slowly shook her head.

“I don’t want to stay in the hospital. I’m more comfortable here at home than in the hospital. I won’t get enough rest there because they will do a lot of things to me and doctors and nurses will visit me from time to time. I’m just going to stress myself if I stay in the hospital and beside, you know that I’m scared of hospitals”

Sungmin told her husband who is busy hooking her maternity bra.

“I know…”

Kyuhyun looks at his wife after hooking her bra.

“But that’s what your doctor told you. She wouldn’t suggest something that will harm you and our little cherub. I just want to make sure that you’re fine and safe”

Kyuhyun told his wife. Sungmin frowns at him.

“Do you think I’m not safe here at home? Is that what you’re trying to tell me?”

Sungmin asks while frowning. Kyuhyun shook his head.

“That’s not what I mean ok. You see. If you’re in the hospital, doctors can attend to you whenever you’re not feeling well unlike here. We don’t have doctors here at home and I always panic b=whenever you’re not feeling well. Do you want me to die of heart attack?”

Kyuhyun asks, making his wife laugh.

“Baby, I’m serious. Don’t laugh at me ok”

Kyuhyun told his wife before putting her maternity dress on her.

“You won’t die because if you do then I’ll be very sad and you can’t see our little cherub”

Sungmin told her husband, smiling at him. Kyuhyun sighs and kneels in front of his wife to have the same level of her tummy. Kyuhyun puts his hands on Sungmin’s tummy.

“Little cherub, please behave so mommy won’t have a hard time and daddy won’t panic all the time ok”

Kyuhyun told their baby inside his wife’s tummy. He gently presses his head on Sungmin’s tummy, hoping that he can already hear their little cherub.

“I still can’t hear anything”

Kyuhyun told his wife while pouting like a kid. Sungmin smiles and starts her husband’s hair.

“Mom told you that it’s still early for you to hear our little cherub in my tummy, so don’t get too excited ok”

Sungmin told her husband. Kyuhyun smiles and wraps his arms around Sungmin’s waist while his head is still resting on her tummy.

“If only you can see yourself right now, you will tell me that you already grow big and I’m sure that you will also be very happy when you see your baby bump. It’s really wonderful”

Kyuhyun told his wife. He softly kisses Sungmin’s tummy.

“I love you our little cherub”

Kyuhyun told the baby inside his wife’s tummy before standing up. He gets his wife’s comb on top of the bedside table and sits beside her and help her brush her beautiful long black hair.

“Should I tie your hair?”

Kyuhyun asks. Sungmin shook her head.

“No. You can leave it like that. It’s still wet. I’ll be the one who will tie it later when it’s already dry”

“Ok”

Kyuhyun smiles and continues combing his wife’s beautiful hair. He puts Sungmin’s comb inside her handbag after combing her hair. Kyuhyun stands up and went inside his wife’s walk-in closet to choose Sungmin’s shoes. He quickly goes back inside his room with cute flat sandals. He puts it on Sungmin’s feet before checking her handbag, making sure that his wife didn’t forget something.

“I already put your cane inside your handbag ok. I also put my credit card inside your wallet. Just give it to Jess later when you go shopping for your maternity clothes and other stuffs for your pregnancy. I already put your things here inside your handbag. Did you forget something?”

Kyuhyun asks. Sungmin thinks for the meantime before shaking her head.

“Ok. Let’s go down”

Kyuhyun holds his wife’s hands to help her stand up. He wears his backpack and gets his car key on top of the bedside table and puts it inside his pocket as well as his mobile phone. He gets Sungmin’s handbag on top of their bed and holds his wife’s hand as they leave their room together. They use the elevator to go down. Kyuhyun went at the living room with his pregnant wife.

“Ready to go?”

Jessica asks her cousin in law with a bright smile on her lips. Sungmin answers her with a happy nod. Kyuhyun gives his wife’s handbag to her nanny as they went out of the mansion. Sungmin’s driver bows at them before opening the door of Sungmin’s limousine. Kyuhyun looks at his cousin to give her final instructions.

“I entrust my wife to you and to her nanny. Watch over her and make sure that she’s fine and she won’t tire herself ok. Don’t drag her to different places. She’s not allowed to get tired that much. It’s bad for her and our little cherub”

Kyuhyun told his cousin. Jessica nods her head while smiling at her cousin.

“Go home early. After shopping for her maternity clothes and the things that she needs for her pregnancy, go straight home because Min needs to rest all the time. I put all her things inside her handbag and her cane is also there. I put my credit card inside Min’s wallet. Just get it there ok. Call me whenever you need to”

Kyuhyun told his cousin who keeps on nodding her head. Jessica feels happy because she really thinks that her cousin is really sweet and very protective and caring towards Sungmin and their little cherub. Kyuhyun focuses his attention to his wife’s nanny after giving his cousin last instructions.

“Nanny, you also watch over my wife ok. Make sure that Jess won’t drag her everywhere. Go home early. Call me if Jess and Min are being hard headed girls”

Kyuhyun told his wife’s nanny, making Sungmin and Jessica laugh softly.

“You’re being too overacting Kyu. Do you really think that I’m going to drag Min everywhere knowing that she’s pregnant? Of course I’m not going to do that”

Jessica told her cousin as she gently punches Kyuhyun’s arm.

“I’m just telling nanny because you and my baby Min can be crazy sometimes”

Kyuhyun told his cousin.

“Ah Kyu…”

Jessica stares at her cousin curiously upon seeing Sungmin’s bodyguards who are already going inside the two black BMW cars.

“Do we really need to bring Min’s bodyguards with us?”

Jessica asks. Kyuhyun nods his head.

“Yes. I need to make sure that all of you will be safe, especially my wife because I can’t go with her today. I don’t want something bad happens to my baby Min and our little cherub and of course to all of you, that’s why you need bodyguards”

Kyuhyun explains while flashing a proud smile. Jessica sighs because for her Kyuhyun is being too overprotective again and really overacting.

“You’re being too overprotective again”

Jessica complains. Kyuhyun smiles at his cousin and gently flicks her forehead.

“I’m always an overprotective husband and everyone knows it, so don’t complain about it”

Kyuhyun told his cousin. Jessica nods her head. Kyuhyun stares at his beautiful wife, focusing his attention on her.

“Baby…”

Kyuhyun holds his wife’s beautiful face between his hands.

“You take care ok”

Kyuhyun told Sungmin who nods her head.

“Don’t tire yourself that much. If you need something, just tell it to Jess or to your nanny. I’ll see you later”

“What time are you going home?”

Sungmin asks.

“I’ll be home before dinner. Maybe six thirty in the evening. Let’s have our dinner together ok”

Kyuhyun told his wife, making her smile. Sungmin nods her head happily.

“Ok”

Sungmin told Kyuhyun while smiling sweetly.

“Ok. You better go now, so you won’t be late in your appointment”

Kyuhyun told his wife. Sungmin’s nanny went inside Sungmin’s limousine.

“You take care of my wife ok”

Kyuhyun told his cousin. Jessica nods her head happily.

“Don’t worry about Min. She and the baby will be fine. I will take care of her”

Jessica told Kyuhyun, so he won’t worry that much.

“I’m going to work now ok. See you later. I love you baby”

“I love you too Kyu. Drive safely. See you later and please don’t tire yourself that much”

“Ok”

Kyuhyun kisses Sungmin’s lips before letting her go inside her limousine with Jessica. Kyuhyun gently closes the door and looks at his wife’s driver.

“Ahjusshi, drive safely”

Kyuhyun told his wife’s driver. He nods at Kyuhyun.

“Yes young master. Drive safely as well. We’re going now”

Sungmin’s driver bows at Kyuhyun before going inside the limousine. The first BMW car leaves the mansion followed by the black limousine of Sungmin and then the second BMW.

“It’s time for me to work”

Kyuhyun told his self. He run towards his car and drives it away to go at Ilsan and attend important meetings.

Sungmin went at Korea University first to visit her friends before her appointment with Joon at Incheon Eye Care Medical Center. She went at the Student Council Office with her nanny and Jessica. Heechul and Seungri smile upon seeing their friend.

“MINNIE!!!”

Heechul shouts happily. She quickly stands up and runs towards Sungmin and gives her a sweet hug.

“I miss you so much”

Heechul told Sungmin.

“I miss you too Unnie”

Sungmin told Heechul as she hugs her as well. Seungri gets chairs for Sungmin, Jessica and Sungmin’s nanny. Heechul let go of Sungmin and stares at Jessica. They smile at each other.

“It’s good to see you Unnie. You’re very pretty, but it seems that you lose some weight”

Heechul told Jessica.

“I’m too busy with my work. I have a lot of things to do. I take a day off today because I’ll accompany Minnie to her eye doctor today. Kyu can’t come because he needs to attend important meetings in Ilsan while aunt has a charity work today. Fany can’t come because she needs to take care of her newborn baby”

Jessica told Heechul.

“I see. Well, it’s good that you decided to drop by. I really miss Minnie. Please have a seat. Do you want something? I’m going to ask Seungri to buy something for you”

Heechul told them. Sungmin’s nanny shook her head and sit down. Jessica also shook her head.

“I’m still full. So it’s ok. No need to worry about me”

Jessica told Heechul. She helps Sungmin to sit on the chair before she grabs a chair and sit down beside her cousin in law.

“How about you? Do you want something?”

Heechul asks Sungmin.

“No thanks Unnie. I’m fine. I’m not yet craving for something”

Sungmin told Heechul happily. Seungri pulls his chair and sit in front of Sungmin. Jessica notices the way Seungri look at her cousin in law. Seungri stares at Sungmin with love and Jessica thinks that Seungri has a crush on Sungmin just by staring at his eyes that are shining so bright and full of love while looking at Sungmin. Heechul sit down beside Seungri.

“What brings you here? Miss us?”

Heechul asks Sungmin happily. Sungmin nods her head.

“She really wants to visit. She actually plans to visit all of you here last week, but since she’s having a very worst morning sickness every day, her doctor required her to have bed rest all the time”

Jessica told Heechul.

“You’re not stressing yourself that much, right?”

Heechul asks Sungmin with concern. Sungmin shook her head.

“I’m just having a hard time because of my worst morning sickness. Doctor Park told me that maybe my body is still adapting to the changes since it’s my first pregnancy. She actually wants me to stay in the hospital for observation, but I didn’t agree on it. I’m scared of hospitals”

Sungmin told Heechul.

“Your husband is taking care of you, right?”

Seungri asks. Jessica suddenly frowns, but not that obvious. She didn’t the tone of Seungri’s voice when he asks Sungmin if Kyuhyun is taking care of her. It is as if Seungri is judging Kyuhyun as to whether he is a good husband or not.

“My husband is taking good care of me. If I don’t want him to go to work, he will not go to work. He will just stay with me at home and cuddle me all day because that’s what I want. Kyu is so sweet because he always give me what I want and he always make sure that I and our little cherub are always in good condition. He never fails to watch over me and monitor me even though he’s at work. He’s the best husband and I know that he will be the best daddy too”

Sungmin told Seungri happily. Jessica notices Seungri frowning a little upon hearing what Sungmin told him.

“What is wrong with him? Does he love Min? It seems that he wants to compete with Kyu”

Jessica thought while staring at Seungri. Heechul notices Jessica observing Seungri. She quickly elbows Seungri.

“Don’t be too obvious”

Heechul whispers softly that only she and Seungri can hear. Seungri just ignores Heechul.

“I see. I just want to make sure that you’re fine and that your husband is taking good care of you because he tend to be very busy sometimes and forget about you”

Seungri told Sungmin.

“My cousin is always busy, but he makes sure that he has time for his wife. He’s really sweet you know and he’s very excited for the arrival of the baby. All of us are really excited”

Jessica told Seungri, hoping that he will stop acting as if he’s Sungmin husband because she’s starting to get irritated. Jessica is just controlling her temper because she doesn’t want to throw a fight with her cousin in law’s friend.

“By the way…”

Heechul speaks to break the tension that is starting to build between Jessica and Seungri.

“Can I touch your tummy? Your baby bump is starting to show up”

Heechul told Sungmin who nods happily at her. Heechul stands up and walks towards Sungmin. She kneels down to have the same level of Sungmin’s tummy. Heechul touches her friend’s tummy, rubbing it gently.

“Your baby is growing fast”

Heechul told Sungmin, feeling the mound on her stomach. Sungmin nods.

“Mom also can’t believe that I already have a baby bump. I’m just on my 7^th week. But I already feel heavy. Maybe because I keep on eating a lot lately and I always sleep. But Kyu told me that our little cherub is just excited that’s why he already wants to show his self to the world”

Sungmin told Heechul, flashing a sweet smile. Heechul nods her head happily.

“Kyu Oppa is right. Your little cherub is just excited to show his self to the world. It’s ok to grow big as long as you and your little cherub will be fine all the time. Just listen to your body. If you want to eat then eat and sleep as much as you want. You need it for the baby to be healthy”

Heechul told her friend happily before standing up and go back to her seat.

“Are you really not going to join us in our European Trip next week?”

Seungri asks.

“I want to, but Kyu will not allow me. But I will try to convince him. I really want to join you guys. It will be fun and I want to spend some time with all of you as much as I can because I’m really going to miss all of you when I already fly in Sydney for my eye surgery”

Sungmin told them.

“When are you going to fly in Sydney?”

Seungri asks sadly. Sungmin shook her head.

“I don’t know the exact date. Kyu told me that we will go in Sydney after my amniocentesis test”

Sungmin answers Seungri.

“So, you’re going to give birth in Sydney as well?”

Heechul asks. Sungmin nods her head.

“That will be great. We’re just going to wait for you to return here in Seoul and I’m sure that when that day come, you can already see us and we will all going to see your cute little cherub. I suddenly feel excited to see your baby. I bet it will be very cute and beautiful like you”

Heechul told Sungmin happily, feeling excited for her friend.

“Don’t forget to update us about your eye surgery when you’re already in Sydney ok”

Heechul told Sungmin who nods her head happily. Jessica stares at her watch.

“Sorry guys, I don’t want to bother your bonding time and I know that you still want Min to stay here longer. But we need to go now because she still has an appointment today with her eye doctor”

Jessica told them.

“It’s ok Unnie. We will just visit Minnie before our European Trip next week. Is that ok?”

Heechul asks Jessica.

“I’ll ask Kyu first. Ms. Jung will just call you if it’s ok”

Jessica told Heechul.

“I hope all of you can come next week. I feel a bit sad because our other friends are not here”

Sungmin told Heechul sadly.

“Don’t be sad Minnie. They still have class. If only you can go with us in our European Trip, I’m sure that you will enjoy it. But it’s ok. Just take a rest for the baby. We can just have vacation once you already give birth and you can already see. That will be fun for sure”

Heechul told Sungmin. Jessica stands up and helps Sungmin to stand. Heechul and Seungri stand up and walk towards Sungmin.

“See you next week. You take care and be healthy as well as your baby”

Heechul told Sungmin. She rubs Sungmin’s tummy before hugging her.

“I’ll tell them that you drop by to visit. I’m sure that your Romeo will be very upset. But she can’t do anything because she’s currently in Busan with Hae and our Dean. They attended a workshop. It’s funny because they are partners”

Heechul told Sungmin, making her laugh softly.

“I’m sure that our Dean will have a hard time because Hae and Hyukkie are like cat and dog”

Heechul laughs. She smiles at Sungmin and gently pats her cheek.

“See you next week”

“Ok Unnie. See you next week. Make sure that all of you are present ok”

“Ok”

Heechul nods happily. Seungri hugs Sungmin, ignoring Jessica’s glare.

“You take care. See you next week”

Seungri told Sungmin before letting go of her.

“Good luck on your check-up and all of us will support your eye surgery”

Heechul told Sungmin.

“Thanks Unnie. We’re going now. Thanks for the time and see you next week”

Sungmin happily waves her hand to bid goodbye to her friends. Heechul hugs Jessica and bows at Sungmin’s nanny before they leave the Student Council’s Office. Sungmin’s bodyguards escorted them as soon as they went out of the office. Jessica and Sungmin are slowly walking at the hallway while Sungmin’s nanny is following them from behind as well as the bodyguards.

“Min, is it ok to ask you something?”

Jessica asks. Sungmin nods her head.

“What is it Unnie?”

Sungmin asks.

“I’m just curious. Please don’t think that I’m meddling on your business with your friends. But do you think Seungri likes you?”

Jessica asks curiously.

“What do you mean Unnie? Seungri and I are friends”

Sungmin told Jessica with confusion in her voice. Jessica nods. They stop walking when they reach the elevator.

“I mean, it seems that he likes you more than friend. Can you not feel it?”

Jessica asks her cousin in law before pressing the down button. Sungmin shook her head.

“How do I know if a man likes me?”

Sungmin asks as she shook her head slowly.

“Nobody courts me before. I never experience having a boyfriend before. Nobody treats me special before. Kyu is the only man who treats me special and the only man who let me experience how to be loved by a man…so I can’t tell. Why? Do you think he likes me more than friends?”

Sungmin asks curiously. Jessica nods her head.

“Yes. That’s how I feel it. It hink he likes you more than friends. The way he looks at you is really different and he’s acting as if he’s your boyfriend. Maybe Kyu can also feel it and he can also see that Seungri likes you more than friend, that’s why he’s very jealous of him”

Jessica told her cousin in law.

“OMO! If that’s true, what should I do Unnie?”

Sungmin asks with wide eyes open. She shook her head.

“I only love Kyu and I only want him. Do I need to tell that to Seungri?”

Sungmin asks. Jessica laughs softly because of her cousin in law’s innocence. Jessica shook her head and gently pats Sungmin’s cheek.

“Just don’t worry about it that much. He knows that you’re already taken and he will eventually learn to accept it. But don’t act cold on him. He’s still your friend. Just act normal without thinking that he likes you”

“But Kyu will be jealous and I don’t want that”

“Don’t mind your husband. He’s just a possessive brat and he’s really a jealous type of man. You see…”

Jessica smiles brightly. She holds Sungmin’s hand as they went inside the elevator with Sungmin’s nanny and bodyguards. Sungmin’s nanny presses the ground floor button.

“Kyu is always jealous and very possessive when he loves something. He doesn’t want to share it to anyone and that also goes to the woman he loves. Kyu loves you that much and that’s why he’s always jealous and really possessive. It’s already in his nature to get jealous and become a possessive brat”

Jessica told Sungmin.

“But I really want to go with my friends in that European Trip. Unnie, do you think Kyu will allow me if I try to convince him?”

Sungmin asks. Jessica smiles at her.

“Don’t worry sweetheart. I’m going to help you convince him. There’s nothing wrong if you join your friends in that European Trip. You also need to experience going with them in other country”

“But Kyu will not agree for sure”

Jessica holds Sungmin’s beautiful face between her hands.

“He can never resist you and I’m sure that we will be able to convince him if we give him some option”

“Like?”

Sungmin asks curiously. Jessica smiles at her.

“Leave it to me sweetheart. We’re going to bargain later with Kyu for him to allow you to join your friends in that European Trip”

Jessica happily told her cousin in law. Sungmin smiles at her.

Sungmin told Jessica, feeling excited about her joining her friends in their European Trip next week.

Kyuhyun arrives at Ilsan Ambassador Hotel to have a meeting with his Vice-President, three members of the Board and some CEOs from Berlin. They will talk about the expansion of Cho International Group of Companies in Berlin, Germany and they will have business partnership. Onew and Nicole are following their gorgeous boss from behind. Kyuhyun stops walking when he heard his secretaries talking about him. Onew and Nicole bump into their boss because they didn’t notice him stop walking because they are too busy talking about them.

“Sir, why do you need to stop from walking? You supposed to inform us, so we won’t bump to you”

Onew told his boss. Kyuhyun turns around to face them. Onew and Nicole gulp nervously when Kyuhyun flashes a fake smile.

“Sir, Collie and I are just talking about you”

Onew told Kyuhyun. Nicole elbows him.

“What? I’m just telling Sir the truth. We’re really talking about him and it’s you who start it”

Onew told Nicole who frowns at him.

“Shut up!”

Nicole whispers while frowning at Onew. Kyuhyun coughs softly to catch his secretaries’ attention. Onew and Nicole stare at their boss and smile at him weakly.

“Care to share what are you guys talking about since I’m your topic?”

Kyuhyun asks his secretaries. Onew takes a deep breath.

“Ah Sir…it’s not like Collie and I are meddling in your life, we’re just concern about you. Well…”

Onew looks at Nicole.

“You’re the one who should tell it to Sir because you’re the girl here and you’re the one who initiate the topic about Sir”

Onew told his friend. Nicole pouts at Onew before staring at Kyuhyun who is waiting for her to speak. Nicole flashes a smile, feeling nervous because Kyuhyun might get mad at her and of course to Onew if ever she tells him the things that she and Onew are discussing about him.

“Go on. Just speak. I’m going to listen”

Kyuhyun told Nicole. He shook his head and smiles at Nicole.

“I’m not going to fire you and Onew, but…”

Kyuhyun stares at his watch.

“You have fifteen minutes to explain yourself or else I’ll be late in my meeting and if that happens, you and Onew ill be saying goodbye to your work. Now, speak”

Kyuhyun told Nicole who takes a deep breath before speaking.

“Sir, Onew and I keep on noticing that you smell like a girl lately”

Nicole told Kyuhyun. Onew nods his head.

“Where on earth did you get your perfume Sir? It’s not your perfume. You always smell like a girl. Is that the new trend today or…”

Onew stares at his boss with suspicious glare.

“You’re cheating with Ms. Cho. I’m sure that she will feel very upset if she finds out that you have other woman and if she smells you”

Onew told Kyuhyun with concern in his voice. Nicole and Onew stare at their boss blankly when he laughs.

“Why is he laughing?”

Nicole whispers softly. Onew shook his head.

“Not sure, but maybe because we already caught him having a secret affair behind Ms. Cho”

Onew whispers.

“Pabo!”

Kyuhyun told his secretaries who stop whispering at each other. He flicks Onew and Nicole’s forehead.

“Where the ing hell did you get the idea that I’m cheating on my wife?”

Kyuhyun asks while as he raises an eyebrow.

“You’re a playboy, right?”

Onew told Kyuhyun.

“Excuse me Lee Onew…”

Kyuhyun clears his throat before continuing.

“Yes I am a playboy. I never deny that fact. But that was before. You see. I’m a good boy now and Min is the only girl in my heart. She’s the only girl that I love and I will never exchange her to any other woman out there”

Kyuhyun told Onew. He crosses his arms on his chest.

“Since you and Nicole are very curious about the way I smell. Let me answer your curiosity”

Kyuhyun smiles at his secretaries.

“I always smell like a girl because I’m using my wife’s cherry blossom perfume. She’s the one who is spraying that perfume on me. She always wants me to smell like that because she loves the smell of it. You see. She’s pregnant and her mood is always weird. Before, she loves my perfume that much and now that she’s pregnant, she doesn’t want it anymore. She’s having a hard time when she’s smelling it and since she loves the cherry blossom perfume that Jess gave her and she loves clinging to me and smelling me, she always spray that perfume all over me and she always told me to use it every day and that’s why I smell like a girl”

Kyuhyun explains to his secretaries. Onew and Nicole nod their heads happily. They really think that their boss is really sweet and very loving husband.

“Now, did I answer your curiosity about the way I smell?”

Kyuhyun asks his secretaries. Onew and Nicole smile at him and nod their heads.

“Good”

Kyuhyun smirks.

“Now, we need to go at the conference room before I grill both of you alive. We need to hurry now or else I’ll be late in my meeting”

Kyuhyun told his secretaries. Onew and Nicole happily salute at him.

“YES SIR!!!”

Onew and Nicole shout happily. Kyuhyun smiles at them before continue walking.

“He’s such a sweet hubby”

Nicole told Onew.

“And very loving too. He’s such a proud daddy and really excited for the arrival of his child. I’m so happy for him and for Ms. Cho”

“Me too”

Nicole giggles happily. She holds Onew’s hand and drags him with her as she starts walking happily to follow Kyuhyun from behind.

Jessica was walking at the hallway very carefully with her cousin in law. Sungmin’s hands are wrapped around Jessica’s arm. They look like sisters who are shopping around the mall. Jessica is guiding Sungmin’s every step, making sure that she will not trip on the floor and hurt herself or else Kyuhyun will surely kill her if something bad happen to Sungmin and her baby. Sungmin’s bodyguards and nanny are following them from behind.

“Unnie, are you not nervous or afraid?”

Sungmin asks her cousin in law. Jessica stares at her with confused expression, wondering why Sungmin is asking such question.

“Why am I going to be nervous or afraid?”

Jessica asks curiously.

“It’s because you’re going to see your ex-boyfriend again. Are you still not talking to each other?”

Sungmin asks. Jessica shook her head.

“We don’t need to talk Min and there’s nothing to talk about between us and if there’s something that we need to talk about, I’m sure that Joon will never listen because he’s mad at me”

Jessica told her cousin in law. Sungmin can feel Jessica’s sadness through her voice.

“What really happen between you and Doctor Joon?”

Sungmin asks curiously, hoping that her cousin in law will finally open up her past relationship with Joon. Jessica just sighs sadly.

“I guess it’s my fault. That’s all I know”

Jessica told Sungmin.

“But if there will be a chance, hmmm…let’s say, what if Doctor Joon ask you out to talk about the past and clear the misunderstanding between the two of you, are you willing to do that? I mean, is it ok with you to go out with him and talk?”

Sungmin asks because she’s planning to do something. She plans to talk to her doctor and convince him to go out with her cousin in law for them to be able to talk the things that they need to talk about and for them to clear the bad issues between their past relationship, so they won’t be awkward with each other anymore and so that Joon will no longer hate Jessica. Sungmin is also hoping that there’s still a second chance for her sister in law and Joon to be together again. She knows that Jessica will be happy with Joon and she wants her cousin in law to be happy in life and with the man she really loves just like her and Tiffany.

“Well, if Joon wants to talk about it then it’s fine with me. But don’t expect that there’s still a second chance for us. I know that you, Kyu, Fany, Sunny and even aunt are expecting that Joon and I will be back together again”

Jessica told Sungmin as if reading her cousin in law’s mind.

“But why? You deserve to be happy and I know that Doctor Joon will make you happy. Why not give each other another chance? There’s always room for second chance and I do believe it because Kyu and I already undergo that process”

Sungmin told her cousin in law. Jessica shook her head sadly.

“But Kyu and you are different from me and Joon. I don’t want to think and hope that there will be another chance for me and Joon because it will be hard if I expect it to happen. I don’t want to get hurt at the end. I don’t want to give myself a false hope because I know that there’s really no second chance for us even though I cry river of tears, Joon will never give us a second chance to be together again”

Jessica told Sungmin sadly. They finally arrive at room 515.

“We’re here”

Jessica told Sungmin.

“Ready for your check-up? Are you feeling nervous?”

Jessica asks while staring at her cousin in law with concern. Sungmin smiles and shook her head.

“I’m not nervous at all because I know that Doctor Joon will take care of me and I trust him and his team that they will give me eyesight soon”

Sungmin told Jessica happily.

“That’s right sweetheart. You better keep on believing that you will have eyesight soon because Joon will never give you hope if he knows that there’s really no hope to cure your blindness. Don’t worry because I know him. I know that he will do everything for you to be able to see”

Jessica told her cousin in law while smiling brightly at her.

“Let’s go now?”

Jessica asks. Sungmin nods her head happily. Jessica stares at Sungmin’s nanny and bodyguards.

“I’ll be the one who will accompany Min inside. We’re going to be fine. Just stay here and wait for us”

Jessica told them. They all nod at her. Jessica knocks softly on the door before going inside the room with Sungmin.

“Good morning, we’re here for Doctor Joon. My cousin in law has appointment with him today”

Jessica told Soon-kyu’s secretary who smiles at them. She stands up and bows at them.

“Doctor Joon is already waiting for Ms. Cho. Please follow me”

Soon-kyu’s secretary told them. Jessica nods her head and holds Sungmin’s hand as they start walking carefully to follow Soon-kyu’s secretary who escorted them inside a big room. Jessica stares at her ex-boyfriend who is busy reading something. Joon looks serious as his eyes are focused on the screen of his laptop. Soon-kyu’s secretary walks towards him.

“Doctor Lee”

Soon-kyu’s secretary speaks to catch Joon’s attention. Joon nods his head, indicating that he’s listening. Soon-kyu’s secretary bows at him.

“Ms. Cho is already here”

Soon-kyu’s secretary informs Joon who quickly stops what he’s doing. He looks at Sungmin with a smile on his lips, but that smile quickly vanished upon seeing his ex-girlfriend with Sungmin. Soon-kyu’s secretary bows at Joon and to Sungmin and Jessica before going out of the room. Joon stands up and walks towards Sungmin and Jessica who is sitting on the couch.

“Hi Minnie. It’s good to see you. Are you ok now?”

Joon asks his patient before holding her hands to help her stand up. Joon notices Sungmin’s baby bump.

“Oh! Your baby is already showing his self to the world”

Joon told Sungmin as he smiles at her. Sungmin nods her head happily.

“Come. I’m going to check your eyes first”

Joon told Sungmin as he escorted her towards the chair near his sister’s desk. Jessica smiles inwardly because she’s happy to see her ex-boyfriend’s care for her cousin in law and she really appreciate it. Jessica stands up and follows them from behind. Joon helps Sungmin to sit on the high chair.

“Are you ok?”

Joon asks, making sure that Sungmin is fine.

“If you’re not comfortable, tell me ok”

“Ok. But don’t worry about me Doctor Joon. I’m fine. Where is Jessica Unnie?”

Sungmin asks. Joon stares at his ex-girlfriend who is standing behind Sungmin.

“She’s behind you. She’s fine, so no need to worry about her”

Joon told Sungmin coldly. He hates the fact that he’s seeing Jessica at that very moment.

“Kyu can go with me today because he needs to attend a very important meeting in Ilsan, that’s why he asks Jessica Unnie to accompany me. He didn’t inform you about it?”

Sungmin asks Joon who is busy preparing the things that he will need.

“Well, he informs me that he can’t accompany you today because of work. But he didn’t tell me that Ms. Jung will be the one who will accompany you today. I thought it’s your mother in law”

Joon told Sungmin.

“Oh! Mom can’t make it today as well because she needs to do charity work today”

Sungmin informs her doctor happily. Joon just nods his head. He sits on the high chair in front of Sungmin and smiles at her.

“How are you? It’s been weeks since I haven’t seen you”

Joon told Sungmin, worrying about her.

“Kyu told me that you’re having a hard time because of your worst morning sickness every day and that’s why we need to cancel all your appointments with me last week. Doctor Park also informs me about it. I’m worried about you. I want to visit you at home, but I’m busy and I don’t want to see someone there and you know who she is, right?”

Joon told Sungmin, talking about Jessica.

“What is your problem huh? If you want to visit Min then you can always visit her. If you don’t want to see me then I also don’t want to see you!”

Jessica told her ex-boyfriend while frowning at him. Sungmin suddenly feels nervous because she can sense the tension between Jessica and Joon.

“Am I talking to you Ms. Jung?”

Joon asks while raising an eyebrow. Jessica shook her head.

“No. But I’m just telling you my opinion. You don’t need to talk so rude on me”

“Rude? Since when did I become rude to you? You’re the one who becomes rude to me”

Joon told his ex-girlfriend, staring at her with teary eyes as he suddenly remembers that painful day wherein Jessica broke up with him.

“Yah! Why—“

“Unnie, Doctor Lee, can you please stop fighting? I’m getting nervous and sad because of hearing your angry voices and because you’re fighting”

Sungmin told them sadly. She shook her head sadly.

“I don’t want that. Please stop now. My little cherub will also get scared if both of you will continue fighting with each other”

Sungmin told them as she starts rubbing her tummy gently. Joon takes a deep breath and stares at Sungmin.

“Sorry about that. Ok. I won’t argue with your cousin in law anymore if she will shut and will not speak unless I told her to do so”

Joon told Sungmin before staring at his ex-girlfriend, shooting her a serious glare.

“Ok. I won’t speak anymore”

Jessica told Joon while raising an eyebrow. Joon nods his head. He takes a deep breath again to compose his self. He focuses his eyes back on Sungmin.

“I’m going to check your eyes first before I extract blood from you”

Joon told Sungmin who suddenly feels nervous upon hearing that her doctor will extract blood from her again.

“What for Doctor Joon? I’m scared. Do you really need to extract blood from me whenever we’re going to see each other?”

Sungmin asks nervously. Joon laughs softly because of his patient’s innocence. He shook his head.

“Of course not. It’s just that, I need your blood sample again. Don’t worry because I’m also going to extract blood from your cousin in law”

Joon told Sungmin, smiling at her.

“Why me? Why should you—“

“I’m not talking to you and I told you not to speak unless I told you, right?”

Joon told Jessica while staring at her seriously. Jessica sighs.

“Fine”

Jessica holds her lips to control her temper towards her ex-boyfriend. Sungmin laughs softly.

“Doctor Joon”

Sungmin calls her doctor to catch his attention. Joon stares at Sungmin.

“Yes Minnie? Is there something wrong?”

Joon asks. Sungmin shook her head and smiles at her doctor.

“You and Jessica Unnie look good together. Why not give each other another chance to be together again? I bet you and Unnie will be a good couple”

Sungmin told her doctor, teasing them. Joon and Jessica suddenly blush a little because of Sungmin playing cupid. Jessica’s mobile phone suddenly rings. She quickly gets it inside her handbag and stares at the caller’s name.

“Sorry about that”

Jessica told her ex-boyfriend who is staring at her seriously. Jessica just ignores Joon and looks at her cousin in law. She holds Sungmin’s hand.

“I’ll just go out for the meantime. It’s a call from my work. Maybe it’s about our company’s new product or my seminar next week. I’ll be back soon ok. Just need to talk to Junior Executive”

Jessica told her cousin in law. Sungmin nods her head.

“Ok. Don’t worry about me Unnie. Doctor Joon is here. He will take care of me”

Sungmin told Jessica who stares at her ex-boyfriend. She pouts at him, making him smile. Joon still thinks that Jessica is cute whenever she pouts and he misses the way Jessica pouts like a kid.

“You take care of Min or I’ll grill you alive if something bad happens to her and to the baby”

Jessica told Joon while pouting at him.

“You don’t need to remind me. I know what to do ok. Just go out and answer the call”

Joon told Jessica.

“I’ll be back”

Jessica whispers to her cousin in law before leaving the room to answer the important call from her Junior Executive.

“She’s a Marketing Director, right?”

Joon asks Sungmin as he starts checking her eyes carefully.

“Yes. Unnie is a Marketing Director of Natural Beauty. She has a lot of things to do and she handles a lot of people and that’s why she’s becoming busy lately. It’s good that she can have her day off today or else I will be going alone or Kyu will cancel my appointment with you today”

Sungmin told her doctor.

“Are Doctor Bang and Doctor Jung already in Sydney?”

Sungmin asks. Joon nods his head.

“Yes. They need to attend a doctor’s conference in Liverpool. They will be there with our other teammates to present your case to other doctors. They will help us decide on the best medical procedures to give you before the eye surgery itself. Sunny will be flying in Sydney tomorrow to meet doctors from other countries and also discuss your case with them. I told you Minnie. You will have your eyesight soon. Just be patience because we still need to study it further for best result and you still need to give birth first before you undergo different medical procedures and your eye surgery”

Joon told Sungmin. He smiles at him and starts writing on his chart.

“Do I really need to undergo a lot of medical procedures before my eye surgery?”

Sungmin asks. Joon nods his head as he prepares the things that he will need to extract blood from Sungmin.

“Yes Minnie. It’s a long way before the eye surgery itself. We really need to perform a lot of medical procedure on you before the eye surgery because we need to replace and cure the damage genes and make sure that there won’t be a problem that will occur during the eye surgery and your LCA won’t recur or get worst. You see. An eye surgery itself won’t help you have eyesight. You won’t be able to see if you will only undergo eye surgery. Of course we need to repair your genes too because that’s the main problem that cause you to have LCA. Your case is really special, that’s why there are a lot of procedures to do before the eye surgery”

Joon explains.

“How long are you going to stay here in Seoul?”

Sungmin asks.

“I’ll go back in Sydney next week, Friday. Why?”

Joon asks Sungmin before tying a tourniquet on her right arm. He closes Sungmin’s fist as he starts to look for a good vein.

“Doctor Joon, can I ask for a simple favor?”

Sungmin asks her doctor. Joon looks at her.

“Is it about me and Jess?”

Joon asks. Sungmin nods her head.

“Please don’t get mad at me. I just want you and Unnie to talk and fix everything between the two of you”

“There’s no more chance for us to be together again. I guess you should ask your cousin in law why”

Joon told Sungmin before focusing on finding a good vein on Sungmin’s hand.

“If there’s really no more chance for both of you to be together again, then you can just talk to each other and try to be friends. I don’t want you hating each other. Please Doctor Joon”

Sungmin told her doctor. Joon looks at her. He can’t understand what’s with Sungmin that makes him calm even though they are already talking about Jessica. Joon gets mad whenever the topic is about his ex-girlfriend because he really hates Jessica for leaving him. But he can’t understand why his heart melts when it comes to Sungmin and he feels calm and at ease whenever he’s talking to her even though the topic is about the girl who hurt him so badly. There’s something on Sungmin that makes his heart becomes soft and his temper to become calm and that’s the thing that Joon can’t understand.

“Ok. I’ll go out with her tomorrow, if she will agree on it”

Joon told Sungmin, making her smile and Joon feels happy whenever Sungmin is smiling and happy.

“I’m sure that Jessica Unnie will agree on it. She really wants to talk to you. Please don’t go out with her just because I talk to you. You need to go out with her because you want it and because you want to fix the misunderstanding between the two of you ok”

Sungmin told her doctor. Joon nods at her.

“Ok Minnie. I’ll just give her a call later to ask her out”

“Pinky promise?”

Sungmin told her doctor, raising her left pinky. Joon laughs softly because of his patient’s innocence and cuteness. He nods his head happily and intertwines his pinky on hers while smiling brightly.

“Ok Minnie. Pink promise”

“Thank you doctor”

Sungmin smiles sweetly. Joon nods his head.

“Ok. Can I extract blood from you now? Don’t worry. It won’t hurt a lot ok. Just relax and don’t be afraid”

“Ok”

Joon smiles and starts extracting blood from Sungmin. Jessica returns inside the room after talking to her Junior Executive over the phone. She saw Joon busily extracting blood from her cousin in law. Jessica quickly walks towards Sungmin and holds her left hand, so she won’t get scared that much.

“Unnie, you’re back. How was it?”

Sungmin asks.

“It’s about my seminar next week in Busan. I’ll be very busy next week. I’ll go home in my condo tomorrow evening because I need to prepare my things for my three days seminar in Busan next week. I’ll be staying there for three days before I fly in Canada to introduce our company’s new beauty product in their market”

Jessica informs Sungmin. Joon is listening to her, he just don’t want to make it obvious.

“Ok. We’re done now. Was it painful?”

Joon asks Sungmin as he puts a cotton on the punctured area, pressing it to put pressure and stop blood from coming out. Sungmin shook her head and smiles like a kid. Joon looks at Jessica.

“Can you press it for me? I need to do something”

Joon told his ex-girlfriend. Jessica nods and quickly holds Sungmin’s hand, accidentally touching Joon’s hand. They stare at each other. Jessica quickly looks away, avoiding Joon’s eyes. She presses the cotton to apply pressure on it and stop the blood from coming out while Joon puts the vacitainers inside a glass cabinet that is full of ice.

“Next is you”

Joon told Jessica.

“Why me?”

Jessica asks. Joon ignores her and check if Sungmin’s hand is no longer bleeding.

“Is it ok to borrow your cousin in law now? I also need to extract blood from her”

“Ok doctor. I’m fine now and I think the blood already stop from coming”

Sungmin told Joon happily, knowing the fact that Joon will hold Jessica’s hand because he needs to get a blood sample from her.

“Just stay on your seat ok”

Joon told Sungmin who nods happily. Joon holds Jessica’s hand and drags her carefully.

“You sit there”

Joon instructed Jessica to sit on his high chair.

“You can let go of my hand now”

Jessica told her ex-boyfriend. Joon suddenly blush a little upon realizing that he’s still holding his ex-girlfriend’s hand.

“Oh! Sorry about that”

Joon told Jessica, avoiding her smile and her eyes. Joon takes a deep breath and starts tying the tourniquet on Jessica’s right arm. He gets his ex-girlfriend’s handbag on her lap and puts it on top of the desk. Jessica’s heart starts beat fast because of joy. She’s happy because she gets the chance to have a simple skin ship with the man she loves. Joon folds Jessica’s right hand, making a fist.

“I’m scared of needles Joon. Don’t make too painful for me”

Jessica told her ex-boyfriend. Joon stares at her and smiles sweetly, making her blush. Joon nods his head.

“So, you’re still a baby huh? You’re still afraid of needles. Can you still remember when you were brought in the hospital because of dehydration and high fever? Even though you’re already feeling so weak, you still have the energy to cry when they told you that they will extract blood from you for laboratory test”

Joon asks Jessica s he touches her right hand gently. Jessica nods her head.

“And you were there to calm me. You never leave me at that time and you’re the one who took care of me”

Jessica told her ex-boyfriend. Joon nods his head and starts looking for a good vein. Jessica stares at her ex-boyfriend, watching him sadly. How she wish that she’s still Joon’s girlfriend. But she knows how much she hurt the man she loves and what she did is probably unforgivable for Joon, but she got scared of it and she’s not yet ready at that time when Joon propose marriage to her. She also got scared that she might hinder Joon’s dream of becoming a good eye doctor if she marries him.

“I’m going to insert the needle now. Don’t be afraid. You take a deep breath and relax”

Joon told Jessica.

“Ok”

Jessica takes a deep breath and stares at Joon who carefully and gently inserts the needle to extract blood from her. Joon holds her hand, so she won’t be afraid.

“You and Minnie are the same. Both of you are scared of hospitals and needles. Such a baby”

Joon told Jessica as he carefully extract blood from her.

“At least Min has Kyu who will always hold her hand and calm her, so she won’t get scared unlike me. I don’t have someone to give me strength and hold my hand and tell me that it will be fine”

Jessica told her ex-boyfriend. She was actually shock on what she told Joon, causing her to pull her right hand away from Joon, hurting herself.

“Ouch!”

Jessica’s tears start forming in her eyes because of pain.

“Yah! Why did you pull your hand? Aish!”

Joon frowns at his ex-girlfriend. He carefully pulls the needle and puts it inside a vacutainer. He closes it and shakes it before putting the vacutainer inside the pocket of his lab gown. Joon get cotton and apply pressure on Jessica’s injured hand to stop it from bleeding.

“Are you planning to kill yourself?”

Joon asks worriedly.

“Sorry about that. I was just shock on what I told you”

Jessica told Joon softly. Joon didn’t speak. He just ignores Jessica as he treats her injured hand.

“Unnie, what happen? Are you ok?”

Sungmin asks her sister in law worriedly. Jessica nods her head.

“Don’t worry sweetheart. I’m fine. There’s nothing to worry about”

Jessica told Sungmin, so she won’t worry that much.

“Are you sure?”

Sungmin asks, making sure that her cousin in law is really fine. Jessica nods her head.

“Yes Min. I’m sure”

Jessica told Sungmin, calming her. Joon puts gauze on the injured area and stare at Jessica worriedly.

“Apply ice on it later, so it won’t get a bruise. Do you understand?”

Joon told his ex-girlfriend. Jessica nods.

“I’m done now?”

Jessica asks. Joon nods his head as an answer. He helps Jessica to jump off of his high chair.

“Thank you”

Jessica smiles at Joon and stand behind Sungmin, wrapping her arms around her, hugging her from behind.

“Are you ok?”

Jessica asks. Sungmin nods her head.

“But I’m already hungry now”

Sungmin whispers. Jessica smiles and gently pats Sungmin’s cheek.

“Don’t worry. We’re going to eat after this”

“Ok”

Jessica stares at her boyfriend who is busy writing something on the vacuitainer that contains her blood. He puts it inside the other glass cabinet with ice before focusing his attention on Sungmin and Jessica.

“The reason why I need your blood Ms. Jung is because I’m going to have a trial and error later about gene mutation. I need one donor who is compatible with Minnie’s genes”

Joon told Jessica.

“Why not get a sample of Kyu’s blood. I’m sure that his gene will be compatible with Min’s because they are husband and wife”

Jessica suggested. Joon nods his head.

“But you also bear a bit of Kyu’s genes because he is your cousin. Don’t forget that. Actually, anyone can be a donor as long as the genes will be compatible with Minnie’s genes. I’m also going to test mine later. Please tell Kyu to see me within this week or next week before Friday because I’m already going back in Sydney next week, Friday”

Joon told Jessica, making her feel sad. Jessica thought that Joon will stay longer since he still needs to study Sungmin’s case.

“I need him within this week and his mom. I also need Fany’s husband”

“And Fany?”

Jessica asks. Joon shook his head.

“She just gave birth, right? We can’t involve her here because it will be bad for a woman who just gives birth, especially if she’s feeding her baby. Please tell Doctor Park that I need her as well. She can go with Kyu or she can have a different appointment with me”

Joon told his ex-girlfriend, giving her a lot of instructions. Jessica nods her head, memorizing what Joon told him.

“Minnie’s friends can also join the test. Maybe you can also invite them to go here within this week or next week before Friday”

Joon added.

“Ok. Copy”

Jessica smiles at her ex-boyfriend who nods his head.

“So, that’s it for this day. I’ll just give Kyu a call if I need to see Minnie again before I fly back in Sydney on Friday next week. If Kyu needs to talk to me, tell him to give me a call”

Joon told them. He holds Sungmin’s beautiful face between his hands and smiles at her.

“I’ll see you around. I’ll update your husband and your mother in law about your eye surgery. Don’t worry about it ok. Just take care of yourself and the baby. Both of you need to be fine. You will have your eyesight soon, so don’t worry anymore ok”

Joon told Sungmin who nods happily at him. Joon was shock when Sungmin gives him a hug, just like a little sister hugging her brother. Jessica smiles at she stares at them. Joon smiles and wraps his arms around Sungmin, hugging her too.

“Thank you so much doctor. Don’t forget our pink promise ok”

Sungmin whispers to Joon who laughs softly. Joon nods his head.

“Yes. I won’t. You take care and always be safe and your baby too”

Joon told Sungmin before letting her go. He and Jessica help Sungmin to go down the high chair.

“We’re going now Doctor Joon. I’m already hungry. You take care and see you next time”

Sungmin told her doctor while smiling sweetly at him. Joon nods his head and gets Jessica’s handbag on top of the desk and give to her.

“See you next time. Both of you should take care. Bye”

Joon told them. Sungmin waves her hand happily before she and Jessica leave the room. Soon-kyu’s secretary bows at them before they go out of the clinic. Sungmin’s nanny and her bodyguards start walking to follow Sungmin and Jessica from behind.

“Unnie, I’m so happy because I’m going to have eyesight soon. I’m sure that Kyu will also be happy once he hears about it”

Sungmin told her cousin in law happily. Jessica nods her head, agreeing to Sungmin. She also feels happy for her cousin in law.

“Everyone will be happy for sure. I told you. Joon will do anything to give you eyesight. He never gives up that easy, that’s why I’m happy that he becomes your doctor”

Jessica told Sungmin while smiling at her, feeling proud of her ex-boyfriend. Sungmin suddenly stops walking when she feels a sudden pain in her tummy. She holds her tummy and bites her lower lip. Jessica stares at her worriedly.

“Are you ok sweetheart? What happen?”

Jessica asks worriedly. Sungmin takes a deep breath.

“I’m fine Unnie. I just feel so hungry now”

Sungmin lied. She doesn’t want to tell Jessica that she feels a sudden pain in her tummy because she doesn’t want to worry her cousin in law and she knows that Jessica will bring her to the hospital and Doctor Park will tell her to stay in the hospital for awhile and that’s why Sungmin didn’t bother telling Jessica the truth and the pain is already gone.

“Are you sure?”

Jessica asks with concern, staring at Sungmin worriedly. Sungmin smiles and nods her head, making Jessica sighs in relief.

“That was a relief. I really thought that something bad already happen to you and your baby”

Jessica told Sungmin, feeling calm. She heard her mobile phone ringing. Jessica gets it inside her handbag.

“Your hubby is calling. Do you want to talk to him?”

Jessica asks. Sungmin nods her head. Jessica presses the answer button before giving her mobile phone to Sungmin to answer the call from Kyuhyun.

“Hi Kyu. Jessica Unnie and I are done now with my appointment with Doctor Joon. We’re going to eat our lunch now because I’m already hungry as well as our little cherub. How about you? Are you going to eat your lunch now?”

Sungmin asks her husband while smiling. Kyuhyun smiles upon hearing his wife’s sweet voice over the phone. He feels calm and can smile somehow though there’s something bad happen to his work. He failed to get the deal and because of it, he won’t be able to expand his company in Berlin, Germany and some members of the Board is really disappointed on him. Kyuhyun has his own reasons why he didn’t accept the deal and argue with the Presidents of top three communication and technology companies in Berlin.

“Can I join you for lunch?”

Kyuhyun asks his wife, trying to sound normal. He doesn’t want Sungmin to feel that he’s feeling really down and upset at that very moment because of what happen in his meeting.

“I thought you need to stay in Ilsan for the whole day because you have a lot of meetings?”

Sungmin asks her husband curiously. Kyuhyun nods his head as he drives his car.

“Yes. But the meeting is already finished now and I can already go. My work for today is done. Why? Don’t you want us to have lunch together?”

Kyuhyun asks, trying to smile. Sungmin flashes a smile.

“Of course I want. Where are we going to meet you?”

Sungmin asks.

“You and Jess should meet me in Spasso. See you there baby. I love you and our little cherub”

Kyuhyun told his wife. Sungmin nods her head happily.

“I love you too. Drive safely and see you later”

Sungmin told her husband and hangs up.

“Unnie, Kyu told me that he will have lunch with us at Spasso. His meetings are done now”

Sungmin told Jessica, returning the mobile phone to her. Jessica nods her head happily and gets her iphone on Sungmin’s hand and returns it inside her handbag.

“Ok. That will be great and maybe Kyu can join us later when we shop for your maternity clothes and other stuffs that you need in your pregnancy”

Jessica told Sungmin happily.

“That will be great. Kyu and I can spend a lot of time together. But I wonder why he sound sad over the phone”

Sungmin told her cousin in law worriedly. No matter how Kyuhyun try his best to sound normal, Sungmin can still sense the sadness in her husband’s voice.

“Maybe he’s just tired because of his meetings. Don’t worry too much. It will be bad for you and the baby. We can also convince Kyu to allow you to join your friend in the European Trip”

“Ok. Let’s go now Unnie”

Jessica smiles and wraps her hands around her cousin in law’s arm as they start walking slowly and carefully again at the hallway while discussing the things that they need to tell Kyuhyun to convince him to allow Sungmin to join her friends in their European Trip.

Sungmin and Jessica are already having their lunch when Kyuhyun arrives at Spasso. He pats Jessica’s head and kisses his wife’s cheek before sitting beside her. Kyuhyun orders for a bowl of vegetable salad and fresh orange juice.

“Kyu, are you ok?”

Sungmin asks her husband worriedly. Kyuhyun nods her head.

“Yes I am. Why?”

Kyuhyun lied. He doesn’t want to share his problem to his wife because Sungmin might think about it and worry too much and it will be bad for her and their little cherub.

“Are you on a diet? Why did you order for just a bowl of vegetable salad? Do you want me to feed you?”

Sungmin asks with concern. Kyuhyun manages to flashes a smile and gently pinches his wife’s cute cheek.

“No need. I’m just tired and that’s I don’t have much appetite. Don’t worry about me ok. I’m fine. You and our little cherub should eat a lot, so don’t worry about me”

Kyuhyun told his wife as he rubs her tummy happily, feeling her baby bump. The waiter arrives and serves Kyuhyun’s lunch. He bows at Kyuhyun before walking away. Kyuhyun gets his fork and starts eating his vegetable salad. He takes a sip on his orange juice and stares at his cousin.

“How’s Min’s checkup with Doctor Joon?”

Kyuhyun asks before stuffing his mouth with his vegetable salad. Jessica looks at Kyuhyun and smiles at him.

“Kyu, Min will have her eyesight soon. That’s what Joon told us. He wants to see you, aunt and Siwon Oppa within this week or maybe next week before Friday. He will be flying back in Sydney on Friday next week, that’s why you, aunt and Siwon Oppa as well as Doctor Park need to see him soon”

Jessica informs her cousin who is chewing his food very carefully. Kyuhyun stares at his cousin curiously. He takes a sip on his orange juice and wipes his lips with his table napkin before speaking.

“What for?”

Kyuhyun asks before continuing eating.

“Maybe he will also extract blood from you, aunt and Siwon Oppa. He’s looking for a gene that will be compatible with Min’s genes. I think it’s for gene mutation. He didn’t exactly explain it further. Maybe you can just ask him about it. You can call him and set an appointment with him. He also told us that Mins’ friends can also help. He only needs one donor”

Kyuhyun told his wife while flashing a proud smile. Jessica laughs.

“Whatever Kyu. You’re not even y. Don’t believe him Min”

Jessica told her cousin in law, teasing Kyuhyun who pouts at her.

“Yah! You’re just jealous of me because I’m more gorgeous, y and hot than your ex-boyfriend”

Kyuhyun told Jessica before sticking his tongue out, teasing his cousin.

“Don’t worry Kyu because you’re the most gorgeous, y and hot man for me”

Sungmin told her husband while giggling happily.

“I knew it Min! You’re damn so in love with me”

“Yes I am. I love you so much”

Sungmin told her husband, hugging him sweetly. Kyuhyun can already smile and already forget the bad thing that happen earlier during his meeting because of his wife who never fails to cheer him up whenever he’s feeling down, sad and upset and who will always there to support him and love him no matter what happen. Kyuhyun gives Sungmin a sweet peck on her lips. Jessica coughs to catch the couple’s attention. Kyuhyun stares at her.

“Hey, don’t forget that I’m here love birds. Stop That PDA thingy. I’m getting envious here”

Jessica told them as she pouts.

“That’s why you need to court Doctor Joon, so you’ll have a boyfriend soon. Don’t worry because Min and I will help you with him”

Kyuhyun told Jessica. He winks at her, making her laugh softly.

“By the way Kyu, Min and I need to propose something to you”

Jessica told her cousin as she remembers that she and Sungmin need to convince Kyuhyun to allow Sungmin to join the European Trip.

“What is it?”

Kyuhyun asks his wife. Sungmin smiles at him.

“Ask Jessica Unnie”

Sungmin told Kyuhyun who looks at his cousin.

“Well, Min wants to join her friends in their European Trip”

“I said no. No matter what that proposal is, I’m not going to change my mind. Min will not join that European Trip”

“But why? Are you afraid that Seungri is there and you’re just going to get jealous, that’s why you don’t want me to go?”

Sungmin asks, frowning at her husband as tears start forming in her eyes. Kyuhyun sighs heavily, avoiding getting angry on his wife. Jessica fell silent because she can feel Kyuhyun’s angry aura.

“We already talk about it, right? Ok. I’m always jealous with Seungri because I know that he likes you more than friends and I can feel it and that’s why I hate seeing you with him and I hate the fact that you and that guys are very close to each other!”

Kyuhyun told his wife, staring at her angrily.

“But baby, you’re having a hard time being pregnant. Doctor Park told you to take a proper rest…bed rest to be exact for our little cherub. She’s even requiring you to stay in the hospital for three days for observation, but you didn’t agree and now you’re telling me that you want to join your friends in that European trip? What the ing hell is that Cho Sungmin?”

“Why are you depriving me from learning and being with my friends?”

Sungmin asks, controlling her tears from falling. Kyuhyun shook his head.

“I’m not depriving you to learn new things, have fun with your friends and socialize with people. I know that you will learn a lot from that European trip, but please baby. Your health and our little cherub’s health is more important than that trip”

“Stop being a brat. Don’t argue with me because I’m already losing my temper ok. Just eat your lunch and don’t speak unless I told you to do so. When I say no it means no, so don’t try to argue with me”

Kyuhyun told his wife. Sungmin frowns and control her tears from falling because of anger.

“I hate you!”

Sungmin told her husband. She just sits there and didn’t eat anymore. Kyuhyun sighs.

“Fine. Do whatever you want. Damn it!”

Kyuhyun told Sungmin. He takes a sip on his orange juice and wipes his lips with his table napkin before standing up.

“Where are you going Kyu? We still need to go at the mall and shop for Min’s maternity clothes and…”

Jessica didn’t have the chance to finish talking because Kyu already walks away. Sungmin starts crying.

Jessica quickly stands up and sits beside her cousin in law. She hugs Sungmin tightly and try her best to calm her and stop her from crying.

Sungmin and Jessica arrive at Cho mansion after having lunch at Spasso. They didn’t have the chance to go at the mall and shop for Sungmin’s maternity clothes and other stuffs that she needs for her pregnancy because Sungmin is already feeling tired and she’s no longer in the mood to shop because of her misunderstanding with her husband. Mrs. Cho was shock to see her daughter in law frowning. Sungmin’s nanny escorted her upstairs, to Kyuhyun’s room.

“What happen?”

Mrs. Cho asks Jessica.

“She and Kyu fought”

Jessica told her aunt as she sits on the sofa.

“What do you mean that Kyu and Minnie fought? Kyu is home”

Mrs. Cho told her niece while staring at her curiously.

“Kyu went in Spasso to join us for lunch. He and Min had a little argument because Min wants to join the European trip with her friends, but Kyu didn’t allow her”

Jessica told her aunt sadly. Mrs. Cho sits beside her, joining her on the sofa.

“That’s why Kyu is frowning and it seems that he’s in bad mood when he arrives here awhile ago. He didn’t even talk to me when I ask. He just went upstairs. I think he is inside his office”

Mrs. Cho told Jessica who starts rubbing her temple.

“I just call Ms. Song and told her to choose maternity clothes that will suit Min”

“What happen to my baby girl’s check-up?”

Mrs. Cho asks. Jessica takes a deep breath. She looks at her aunt and smiles brightly at her before speaking, informing Mrs. Cho the things that happen during Sungmin’s appointment with Joon.

Meanwhile…

Sungmin was already sitting on the bed when Kyuhyun went inside his room.

“Young master is here”

Sungmin’s nanny whispers to her young lady, but Sungmin didn’t react because she still hates her husband for not allowing her to join the European trip. Sungmin’s nanny bows at Kyuhyun before leaving the room. Kyuhyun takes a deep breath and sit beside his wife.

“Baby, I’m sorry. I just don’t want you to get yourself into trouble as well as our little cherub. I only want both of you to be safe and healthy all the time. I’m sorry. I shouldn’t get mad at you”

Kyuhyun told his wife, staring at her sadly. He was hoping that Sungmin will talk to him and stop hating him. Sungmin crawls towards Kyuhyun and sits on his lap.

“I’m sorry too. I’m being a hard headed and brat girl again. I just want to travel with my friends”

Sungmin told her husband as she wraps her arms around Kyuhyun’s neck. Kyuhyun softly kisses his wife’s wonderful lips.

“You can travel with them when you already give birth and you can already see. You know that I always want you to be happy. I’m not dep—“

Sungmin kisses Kyuhyun to stop him from talking.

“I know and I understand. You don’t need to explain anymore. It’s my fault this time. Let’s not fight anymore ok. I’m sorry Kyu. Don’t get mad at me anymore”

Sungmin told her husband. She hugs Kyuhyun and rests her head on Kyuhyun’s chest.

“Tired?”

Kyuhyun asks while cuddling his wife in his arms. Sungmin nods her head.

“A little. But I’m fine. How about you? Tell me why you’re sad”

Sungmin told her husband. Kyuhyun didn’t speak. Sungmin slowly raises her head and starts brushing her fingers gently on Kyuhyun’s eyebrow.

“You can never hide anything from me Kyu. I can feel it though you try your best to speak normal and act normal. I can sense your sadness when we’re talking over the phone. Please don’t lie to me. I know that something bad happen awhile ago before we meet in Spasso. I know that you don’t want me to worry about you, but I’m going to worry more if you will not tell me everything”

Sungmin told her husband. Kyuhyun takes a deep breath and cups his wife’s beautiful face. He starts caressing Sungmin’s cheek gently.

“I’m sorry baby. I just don’t want to worry you because it will be bad for you and for our little cherub if you worry too much. The truth is, I feel sad and really upset because I fail to get the deal awhile ago. There will be no expansion in Berlin, Germany. It won’t happen anymore because I and Jonghyun didn’t accept their proposal. You see…”

Kyuhyun stops caressing his wife’s cheek. He stares at Sungmin sadly.

“Some board members are disappointed to me and to Jonghyun. They think that I don’t deserve to become the President of the company”

Kyuhyun told his wife sadly.

“Why didn’t you accept the deal?”

Sungmin asks curiously.

“It’s because they want a lot of changes in the company and those changes that they want will not bring good to the company, especially to the employees. Some board members think that my decision and Jonghyun’s decision are lame. I know that the company will benefit a lot and will really grow a lot if we accept the deal, but how about the employees?”

Kyuhyun shook his head.

“Dad never taught me to make my employees suffer just to make the company grow. I don’t want that to happen. Everyone in the company is like a family to me and I am concern with all of them and as a President and owner of Cho International Group of Companies, I need to protect them no matter what happen. They want to have three Presidents and I don’t want that. Its dad’s company and he works hard for it to become big and successful and I need to protect his company, so why will I let intruders change dad’s entire hard work in an instant. I just feel upset because they call me stupid”

Kyuhyun told Sungmin while frowning, thinking about what happen in his meeting earlier in Ilsan. Sungmin holds her husband’s gorgeous face between her hands and showers it with light kisses, making Kyuhyun smile.

“Are you still sad?”

Sungmin asks. Kyuhyun smiles and shook his head.

“Not anymore because you and our little cherub are here with me. I’m really lucky to have you baby. I really don’t know what to do without you baby”

Kyuhyun told Sungmin while smiling at her.

“I know what to do to make you feel happy even more”

Sungmin told Kyuhyun as she carefully gets off of him. She was about to stand up when she suddenly feels a sudden pain in her tummy. The pain more painful than the pain that she experience earlier.

“Baby, what’s wrong?”

Kyuhyun asks worriedly. Sungmin can’t speak because of too much pain. She’s just holding her tummy. Kyuhyun’s eyes widened when he saw blood on Sungmin’s legs.

“Oh my god! Baby, you’re bleeding”

Kyuhyun told his wife as he starts to panic. He quickly stands up and carries Sungmin on his arms. He leaves his room.

“MOM! JESS! TELL AHJUSSHI THAT WE WILL BRING MIN AT THE HOSPITAL NOW!!!”

Kyuhyun shouts loudly as he goes downstairs, carrying his wife on his arms. Mrs. Cho and Jessica quickly run towards Kyuhyun while the head maid told the Cho family driver that they will bring Sungmin at the hospital.

“Oh my God! What happen? Why is Minnie bleeding?”

Mrs. Cho asks her son as she too starts to panic. Jessica stares at Sungmin nervously. Kyuhyun didn’t answer his mother. He just runs outside and quickly went inside the black Rolls Royce Phantom. Mrs. Cho and Jessica follow him.

“Baby, please hang on. Our little cherub will be fine, don’t worry”

Kyuhyun told Sungmin who is already crying while holding her tummy, still feeling too much pain. Kyuhyun hugs her, hoping that their little cherub and Sungmin will be fine. The Cho family driver start driving the car fast as they rush Sungmin at Cha Hospital.

*CHA HOSPITAL*

Mrs. Cho and Jessica keep on walking back and forth outside the sonogram room, waiting for Sunyoung or Kyuhyun to go out and tell them the baby’s condition. Sungmin is already fine. They just need to check the baby’s condition. Sunyoung bring Sungmin at the sonogram room after attending to her at the ER. Kyuhyun is with her all the time.

“We’re going to have a ultrasound to check for the baby’s heartbeat, so I can tell you his condition. This won’t take long ok”

Sunyoung told the couple as she and some nurses prepares the sonogram machine.

“Kyu, our little cherub will be fine right? I’m scared. He will be fine, right?”

Sungmin asks Kyuhyun as tears start falling from her eyes again. She can’t help but to cry all the time because of worrying about her baby.

“Shhh…”

Kyuhyun wipes his wife’s tears away.

“Don’t cry and don’t worry too much. Our little cherub will be fine ok”

Kyuhyun told his wife as they hold each other’s hands tightly, both are hoping that their little cherub will be fine. Sunyoung puts a gel on Sungmin’s tummy as the ultrasound starts. Kyuhyun stares at the monitor. Sunyoung suddenly stops and stares at the monitor with wide eyes open.

“Why? Is there something wrong with our little cherub? Please tell us Doctor Park”

Kyuhyun asks Sunyoung who shook her head. She starts moving the transducer again on Sungmin’s tummy while staring at the monitor very carefully, making sure that she’s not being delusional because she’s seeing two sacs in Sungmin’s womb.

“OMO!”

Sunyoung smiles brightly and stares at Kyuhyun who is staring at her worriedly.

“How’s our little cherub?”

Kyuhyun asks.

“Can you see it?”

Sunyoung asks.

“See what?”

Kyuhyun asks as he stares at the monitor while SUnyoung moves the transducer happily.

“This and this”

Sunyoung told Kyuhyun, pointing her finger on the two sacs. Kyuhyun nods his head.

“What about it?”

Kyuhyun asks worriedly. Sunyoung stares at the couple while smiling brightly at them.

“Congratulation Kyu and Minnie. You will have twins”

Sunyoung announces happily.

“TWINS!”

Kyuhyun shouts, feeling his heart jumping because of happiness. Sunyoung nods happily.

“Yes Kyu. Minnie is carrying twins”

Sunyoung told Kyuhyun happily. Kyuhyun stares at his wife who still can’t believe that she’s carrying not just one, but two babies inside her tummy.

“Did you hear that baby? We’re going to have twins. Oh my goodness! I just can’t…”

Kyuhyun starts jumping like a kid because of too much happiness. He runs towards Sunyoung and hugs her while jumping happily. He then go out and starts shouting happily.

“I’M GOING TO HAVE TWINS!!!”

Kyuhyun shouts happily, ignoring the people’s weird glare. He runs towards his mother and cousin and hugs them tightly, feeling really happy about the good news.

“Mom, Jess…”

Kyuhyun stares at Mrs. Cho and Jessica with teary eyes.

“The babies are fine. Min and I will have twins”

Kyuhyun told his mother and cousin happily as tears start falling from his eyes because of too much happiness. He just can’t explain the joy that he’s feeling at that moment. Happiness keeps on flowing in his heart and entire body that he wants to cry because of too much happiness. Jessica and Mrs. Cho hug each other upon hearing the good news. They are both happy for Kyuhyun and Sungmin.

“Sweetheart, why are you crying? Aren’t you happy that you and Minnie will have twins?”

Mrs. Cho asks her son who is already crying like a five year old kid. Kyuhyun hugs his mother.

“I want to cry because of too much happiness. I can’t explain the joy that I’m feeling right now. It’s a very wonderful blessing mom. Having twins is really wonderful and I’m really happy and I know that my wife is also happy. I just can’t explain my emotions right now…I’m very happy…so happy”

Kyuhyun told his mother. Mrs. Cho smiles at her son and wipes his tears away.

“We are also happy for you and Minnie. Stop crying now. Minnie might think that you’re not happy”

Mrs. Cho told her son. Kyuhyun smiles and wipes his tears away.

“I need to go back inside. We still need to listen to our little cherubs’ heart beats. Want to come with me?”

Kyuhyun asks his mother and cousin.

“Can we?”

Mrs. Cho asks excitedly. Kyuhyun nods his head happily. Mrs. Cho and Jessica giggle happily as they go inside the sonogram room with Kyuhyun. Sunyoung shows them happily the two sacs and Mrs. Cho just can’t help but to cry as well because of happiness, knowing that she will have two grandchildren and she feels so happy seeing them on the monitor.

“They are just about to grow inside Minnie’s tummy. Now it explains everything. The reason why Minnie is having a worst morning sickness everyday and why she gets tired easily and she love to eat a lot and why her baby bump is already showing though it’s still early is because she’s carrying twins. Her s are actually bigger than a woman who is caring one baby and it will continue to grow”

Sunyoung told them. Kyuhyun was happily sitting beside his wife while holding her hand tightly and describing how their little cherubs look like.

“Can we already know their gender?”

Kyuhyun asks excitedly. Sungmin smiles because she also wants to know her babies’ genders. Sunyoung shook her head.

“It’s still early Kyu. Your babies are not yet fully develop for us to find out their genders. Let’s listen to their heart beats”

Sunyoung told them happily. They all smile brightly while listening to two healthy heart beats.

“The babies are fine”

Sunyoung told them happily. Kyuhyun quickly gets his iphone inside his pocket and starts recording his babies’ heart beats. Jessica, Sunyoung and Mrs. Cho bite their lower lip to avoid from laughing because Kyuhyun looks like a kid and they really think that he’s very excited and really a proud daddy. Kyuhyun smiles brightly after recording his babies’ heart beats.

“It will be my ringtone”

Kyuhyun whispers, setting the babies’ heartbeats as his ringtone. Kyuhyun puts his iphone back inside his pocket while smiling like a kid. He stares at Sunyoung.

“Doctor, can I ask for a copy of today’s ultrasound? I’m going to show it to Jonghyun, Onew, Nicole, Mr. Anderson, Fany, Siwon Hyung and to all the people. I shall put it on a billboard and advertise it in magazines, newspapers and televisions, so the world will know that my baby Min and I will be having twins. I also want Min to see it when she can already see”

Kyuhyun told Sunyoung, feeling really excited, happy and proud daddy. Sunyoung nods at him.

“Ok. I’ll give you a copy in a disc and a printed copy of it”

Sunyoung told Kyuhyun happily. Kyuhyun nods happily and hugs Sunyoung.

“Thanks Doctor Park”

Kyuhyun gets his mobile phone inside his pocket.

“I’ll just go out and call Onew to talk about the advertisement for my babies. I’ll be back later”

Kyuhyun told them. He gives Sungmin a sweet peck on her lips.

“I love you”

Kyuhyun told his wife. He kisses her tummy.

“I love you too little cherubs”

Kyuhyun told his babies. He giggles happily and went out of the sonogram room to give Onew a call and talk about the advertisements for his twins.

“He’s really proud and very excited”

Mrs. Cho told them. Sungmin smiles brightly while Sunyoung and Jessica nod their heads, agreeing to Mrs. Cho.

Kyuhyun was happily feeding his wife her dinner while he eats his dinner at the same time. Mrs. Cho and Jessica already go home because Kyuhyun shoo them away. Kyuhyun wants to have a solo time with his beautiful and very lovely wife as well as their babies inside Sungmin’s tummy and he won’t be able to do that if his mother and cousin will stay in the hospital with them. Kyuhyun send them home and told them to return tomorrow and tell the head maid to bring some of his things and clothes at the hospital. Kyuhyun already inform Onew that he will not go to work for five days because he needs to take care of his pregnant wife and their twins inside her tummy and he also reminds his secretary about the advertisement for his babies. He wants the world to know that Sungmin is carrying twins.

“Kyu, how long do I need to stay here in the hospital?”

Sungmin asks.

“Three days. I told Onew that I won’t go to work for five days. I will take care of you and our little cherubs and spend time with you”

Kyuhyun told his wife, making her smile.

“You need to listen to everything that Doctor Park will tell you ok. You need to have a lot of extra care because you’re carrying twins. But don’t worry because I will take care of you and I will make sure that you and our little cherubs will always be safe, healthy and fine”

Kyuhyun told his wife happily.

“Kyu”

“Hmmm? Do you want something?”

Kyuhyun asks. Sungmin shook her head.

“About the issue in the company”

Sungmin told her husband. She still feels worried about it and of course she’s worried of her husband.

“Baby…”

Kyuhyun puts down the spoon that he’s holding on top of the tray and moves closer to his wife. He wraps his arms around Sungmin and hugs her, resting his head on Sungmin’s chest, feeling her soft s. Kyuhyun starts rubbing his wife’s tummy. Sungmin smiles and starts her husband’s hair gently.

“Don’t worry about it ok. Stop thinking about it. It’s not my lost anyway and I already get over it because of the news that we’re going to have twins. I don’t feel sad and upset anymore. I know that I did what is the best and maybe it’s not meant to be for Cho International Group of Companies to be expanded in Berlin, Germany. It’s ok. At least, I won’t be too busy. I have a lot of time to spend with you and our twins and I can always play with them when they finally arrive”

Kyuhyun told his wife happily. He’s feeling excited while imagining him playing with his kids. Kyuhyun slowly raises his head and stares at Sungmin happily. He kisses her lips softly and holds her hands.

“I’m really happy baby. It’s a very wonderful blessing for us and I’m also happy because you will be able to see soon. My birthday wishes are starting to come true and I’m really happy. No matter how tired am I because of work and no matter how much I become stress out and encounter a lot of problems in the company, it’s nothing because I have a very wonderful wife like you. It’s still feels great to go home and spend time with you after a long tiring day at work. I’m really thankful and really happy because I have you”

Kyuhyun told his wife while staring at her full of love. Sungmin smiles sweetly.

“I’m also thankful and happy that I have you. We have each other and for me, you’re the best CEO because you love your work and your employees. Don’t mind those people criticizing you because for me and for our little cherubs, you’re the number one and the best CEO in the whole world”

Sungmin told her husband happily as he she hugs him.

“Thank you baby. I am the best because I have you. I wouldn’t be like this if I didn’t found you. I love you so much Cho Sungmin”

Kyuhyun told his wife.

“I love you most Cho Kyuhyun”

Sungmin told her husband. Kyuhyun smiles and stares at his wife and softly kisses her wonderful lips.

“You finish eating now ok”

Kyuhyun told his wife. Sungmin nods happily.

“Ok”

Kyuhyun smiles and continues feeding his wife happily.

It was already late at night, but Joon is still at Soon-kyu’s clinic, studying. He gets his mobile phone on top of the desk when he remembers his pinky promise to Sungmin.

“Aigoo! I almost forget about it. Minnie will surely feel sad if I forget about our pinky promise”

Joon told his self. He quickly scans his contacts. He was shock because he can’t find Jessica’s number.

“Aish! Damn it! Why are you so stupid Lee Joon?”

Joon asks his self, feeling angry because he just remembers that he deleted Jessica’s number.

“Ok. I need her help this time”

Joon told his self. He presses his sister’s number to give her a call.

“Yeoboseo”

Soon-kyu answers with sleep voice.

“Sorry honey. I need to wake you because I’m going to ask for a simple favor from you”

Joon told his younger sister. Soon-kyu yawns softly.

“You need to stay here first before I say yes”

Soon-kyu told her brother, convincing him to go home because their parents are already eager to see him.

“Tell Umma and Appa not to nag about me moving here in Seoul then I will stay there in our house”

Joon told his sister. Soon-kyu pouts.

“But I really think that Umma and Appa’s idea are great”

“Just send me Jessica’s number again. I deleted it before”

Joon told his sister, making her smile.

“Are you going to ask her out now?”

Soon-kyu asks while giggling happily.

“Just send it to me ok. If you won’t do it then I’ll grill you”

Joon told his sister and quickly hangs up before Soon-kyu can speak. Joon waits for few seconds before he receives a business card. Joon saves Jessica’s number in his contacts.

“I hope she’s still awake”

Joon told whispers. He presses his ex-gurlfriend’s number to call her, hoping that Jessica will answer and still awake.

“Yeoboseo”

Jessica answers her mobile phone while typing on her laptop. She’s busy doing a report for her seminar next week.

“Are you busy?”

Jessica’s eyes widened upon hearing a familiar voice.

“Jo…Jo…Joon…how did you know my number?”

Jessica asks. Her heart starts beating fast because of happiness. She’s happy to hear Joon’s voice and of course talk to him over the phone.

“I ask Sunny. Can I disturb you for awhile? I just need to tell you something”

Joon told his ex-girlfriend. Jessica nods her head while smiling.

“What is it?”

Jessica asks curiously.

“Are you free tomorrow? Do you want to go out with me?”

Joon asks. Jessica’s eyes widened upon hearing her ex-boyfriend. Her heart keeps on jumping because of joy and she bites her lower lip to avoid giggling. Jessica nods her head happily.

“What time?”

Jessica asks.

“Ten in the morning. Let’s have lunch together ok”

Joon told Jessica who nods her head happily.

“Ok”

“Ah…is it also ok if you fetch me at Shilla Hotel?”

Joon asks, feeling shy.

“I don’t have car here and I don’t have license here on Seoul. My car and my driver’s license is in Sydney. But if you want, we can just ride a cab. I’ll fetch you there at ten”

Joon told Jessica.

“Hmmm….let’s put it this way. Why don’t you ride a cab and fetch me here at ten then let’s use my car to have lunch outside. Is that ok?”

Jessica suggested. Joon thinks for awhile before nodding his head, agreeing to his ex-girlfriend’s idea.

“Ok. No problem. So, why are you still awake? It’s already late at night”

Joon told Jessica with concern in his voice, making Jessica feels happy about it.

“I’m still doing a report for my seminar next week in Busan. How about you?”

Jessica asks curiously.

“I’m still here in the hospital. I’m studying and doing research as well. It’s for Minnie”

Joon told Jessica.

“You should sleep now”

“I’m still doing a report. I need to finish it”

“Sleep after doing it. I’m going to hang up now”

Joon told Jessica.

“Can we just talk until I finish my report and can you sing for me over the phone to put me to sleep, just like before?”

Jessica asks. Joon shook his head.

“We’re not the same as before. Go to sleep after doing your report. Good night and see you”

Joon told Jessica before hanging up.

“Yes of course Joon. You’re right…we’re not the same as before because you’re already cold towards me”

Jessica whispers, controlling her tears from falling. She just focuses her attention on her laptop and continue doing her report to take Joon away from her mind.
