Chapter 3

Mrs. Cho was walking back and forth inside their hotel room

“Honey, where is our son? I’m starting to get nervous now. Where on earth did he go?”

Mrs. Cho asks her husband who is sitting on the bed, feeling so weak

“Calm down honey. I already ask my secretary to hire some men who will look for our son. I’m sure that they will find him. They need to find him and bring him here immediately”

Mr. Cho told his wife. He holds his head

“That boy is always giving me a head ache. When will that boy change? I don’t understand why he’s doing this. Why is he ruining his own like this? Where did I go wrong? Why did our son became like this?”

Mr. Cho asks her wife

“Honey…”

Mrs. Cho sighs sadly and sits beside Mr. Cho. She holds his hands

“It’s not your fault. It’s nobody’s fault. Please don’t blame yourself. Kyu is just blinded by the bad influence of his friends, that’s why he doesn’t want to understand what is wrong and what is right. He thinks that we’re hindering his happiness”

Mrs. Cho explains to her husband

“Honey, do you think it’s about time for us to tell Kyu about your illness? Maybe he will change once he finds out about your condition”

Mr. Cho shook his head

“Kyu will never know about it. I don’t want him to be sad and blame his self and beside that boy will never care at all because he’s mad at me and he hates me. But I still believe that he will change one day and will be happy with his life and Minnie will be the one who will help him become a better person. Minnie will be Kyu’s angel”

Mr. Cho’s tears start forming in his eyes

“And I would like to see him happy and a better person before I close my eyes”

“Honey…”

Mrs. Cho holds Mr. Cho’s face. She stares at him sadly, controlling her tears from falling

“Don’t say that. We’re going to do everything to cure you”

“Honey, I told you that you need to accept…”

Mrs. Cho holds her husband’s lips to stop him from talking

“Shhhh, I don’t want to hear it. You need to be strong for me honey. I’m not yet ready to let you go, so please hang on and be strong, arasso?”

“Let’s not talk about it”

Mr. Cho wipes his wife’s tears

“We’re not supposed to talk about it because today is a very special day. It’s our son’s wedding. We need to celebrate and be happy”

Mr. Cho told his wife. Mrs. Cho nods and manages to flash a smile. They heard a knock on the door. Jessica went inside

“Excuse me aunt and uncle”

Jessica looks at them sadly

“Fany and I can’t contact Kyu. His mobile phone is off and he left it inside his room”

Jessica informs them

“Uncle, your secretary is at the lobby. I think they also fail to find Kyu”

Jessica told Mr. Cho nervously while staring at his serious expression. Mr. Cho clenches his fist

“Damn it! That boy really wants to test my patience. I really don’t know what I am going to do to him. He’s such a hard headed boy and very stubborn”

Mr. Cho takes a deep breath, calming his self. He looks at Jessica

“Where is Minnie?”

Mr. Cho asks

“Her nanny is helping her take a bath. The make-up artist and hairstylist are on their way here at Shilla Hotel”

Mr. Cho nods

“Please don’t let her know that there’s something bad going on. Don’t ever tell her that Kyu is missing. Just calm down and stay normal when you’re with her. I don’t want her to worry about it and I don’t want her to be sad and feel so alone because of this. Do I make myself clear?”

Jessica nods her head

“Just continue preparing for the wedding. I’ll just go at the lobby and talk to my secretary”

Mr. Cho told them. He stands up and went out of the room. Jessica looks at Mrs. Cho worriedly

“Aunt, what are we going to do if Kyu will not show up?”

Jessica asks nervously. Mrs. Cho shook her head

“Don’t think like that. You heard your uncle. We need to stay calm or else Minnie will feel that something went wrong”

Mrs. Cho holds Jessica’s hands

“Don’t worry sweetheart. I know that your cousin will show up. He will be here any minute. I know that he can never hurt an innocent girl like Minnie. He can never hurt her like this”

Mrs. Cho told Jessica who sighs sadly

“I hope so…I really hope that he will show up”

Jessica told her aunt sadly

*SHERATON INCHEON HOTEL*

Kyuhyun was lying on the bed with Seohyun; they are both . Kyuhyun was hugging Seohyun while she rests her head on his bare chest. Kyuhyun gets his brown Burberry Utilitarian BU7819 46mm chronograph wrist watch on the side table to check the time; it’s already 10AM

“I need to go now”

“Why?”

Kyuhyun looks at Seohyun

“Today is my wedding”

Seohyun frowns upon hearing Kyuhyun

“You’re going to leave me alone because of her?”

Seohyun asks while frowning at Kyuhyun

“What do you want me to do? I need to marry her. I don’t have any other choice than to marry that ”

Seohyun hugs Kyuhyun. She stares at him with teary eyes, working on her acting skills. She was trying to convince Kyuhyun not to marry Sungmin

“Please don’t show up on that ing wedding. It’s not important, just stay here with me. I can give you a lot of pleasure and happiness and that’s the things that your blind can’t give. Please don’t marry her. I don’t want you to marry her”

“I’m sorry, but I need to marry that ”

Seohyun frowns harder, feeling angry

“Yah! If killing is not a crime, I’m going to kill that blind of yours. I can’t understand why you need to marry her. You don’t even love her or…”

Seohyun stops talking as her eyes grow big

“Don’t tell me that you’re falling in love with her?”

Kyuhyun laughs

“Are you insane huh? What the ing hell are you talking about? Of course that thing will never happen. I’m not going to fall in love with her”

Kyuhyun told Seohyun, but deep inside, his heart is telling the opposite. His heart was telling him that he is falling for Sungmin little by little, but his mind tells him not to follow his heart because his emotions are just fooling him. He needs to hate Sungmin and make her life miserable to have revenge his father. The father that he hates so much because he thinks that his father is controlling his life and who is always trying to hold his freedom to be happy and to do all the things that he want. The father who separated him to the girl that he love when he was in Junior High and the father who is trying to separate him from his friends and Seohyun. The father whom he thinks never appreciated him , who will always think that he’s such a shame in the family and a father who regret having a son like him

“Kyu, you can always have a choice not to show up on that ing wedding. But you still choose to marry that blind . Don’t follow what your father wants you to do. You’re not his puppet. You hate him, right? Can’t you see that he’s trying to control your life again? Just don’t show up and let your ing father die in heart attack”

Seohyun told Kyuhyun who shook his head

“I need to marry that and use her as my revenge against Mr. Cho. He wants me to marry that blind then be it. But I’m not going to treat her right and I’m going to make her life miserable like hell and let’s see where Mr. Cho’s conscience can take him. I’ll be happy if his conscience will take him to his grave”

Kyuhyun smirks

“I’m not going to love that and that thing will never happen. I’m going to hate her as much as I hate my stupid parents. I’m going to marry her just for fun and revenge. I’ll make her suffer. I’ll play with her like a toy and I won’t lose the bet because I need you to be mine soon”

Kyuhyun told Seohyu. He captures and kisses her passionately. Kyuhyun slowly Seohyun’s lower lip with the tip of his tongue before pressing his mouth on hers, kissing her deeply. Kyuhyun slowly pulls back

“I need to go now. I’ll see you later after my wedding”

Soehyun nods. Kyuhyun gives her a peck on her lips. He stands up and gets his clothes on the floor and went inside the bathroom to fix his self

Mrs. Cho happily hugs Kyuhyun

“I’m glad that you’re safe. We’re so worried about you sweetheart”

Kyuhyun pushes his mother away

“Don’t touch me!”

Kyuhyun smirks

“You’re worried about me or you’re worried that I will not show up and marry that blind ?”

“Of course we’re worried about you”

Kyuhyun just smiles sarcastically. He turns his back away and starts walking

“CHO KYUHYUN!”

Kyuhyun stops walking when he heard his father’s voice

“Aish! What the ing hell he wants this time?”

Kyuhyun whispers, feeling irritated. He slowly turns around and saw his father walking angrily towards him

“Where the hell have you been? You make everyone worry about you”

“Then?”

“What do you mean by then?”

Kyuhyun smirks

“Are you done talking Mr. Cho?”

Kyuhyun asks and turns his back away. Mr. Cho holds Kyuhyun’s arm before he can walks away

“I’m still talking to you. You’re really an arrogant son of mine!”

Kyuhyun ignores his father. He pulls his arm away from his father’s grip and walks away

“CHO KYUHYUN!”

Mr. Cho shouts. He was about to follow Kyuhyun when Mrs. Cho holds his arm to stop him

“Honey, please…”

Mrs. Cho shook her head

“Leave him alone for the meantime. He still needs to prepare for the wedding. I already inform the priest that the time of the wedding has been change. Instead of three in the afternoon, I moved it at five in the afternoon since Kyu just arrive”

Mr. Cho nods at his wife. He massages his temple

“Honey, are you ok?”

Mrs. Cho’s eyes widened when blood starts coming out from Mr. Cho’s nose

“Oh my God!”

Mrs. Cho wipes the blood with her hand. Mr. Cho gets his handkerchief and presses it on his nose to stop the bleeding. Mrs. Cho holds her husband’s hand

“Let’s go back inside our room honey. Just take a rest for the meantime. Don’t stress yourself like this and please don’t worry too much. Everything will be fine”

Mrs. Cho stares at her husband worriedly. Mr. Cho holds his wife’s beautiful face

“I’ll be fine. Let’s go now. I still need to talk to Minnie and give her something”

Mr. Cho told his wife who nods at him. Mrs. Cho holds him tightly as they start walking slowly back to their hotel room

Sungmin was alone inside her hotel room. She’s already done dressing up for her wedding and the make-up artist and hairstylist are also done doing her hair and make-up. Sungmin was wearing a light make-up and rosy pink lipstick and her hair was styled on a low side chignon. She was wearing the blue diamond earrings that Mrs. Cho bought for her. Sungmin actually refused to accept it, but her mother in law keeps on insisting and Sungmin can’t do anything because Mrs. Cho was the one who puts it on her ears and told her that she will hate her if ever she removes the expensive earrings. Sungmin just agree because she doesn’t want her mother in law to get mad at her and hate her

“Umma, Appa”

Sungmin whispers. She was sitting on the chair near the dresser. She was holding the picture of her parents

“I’m getting married now”

Sungmin’s tears start forming in her eyes

“I wish that you can celebrate this wonderful day with me. I wish that you can also walk with me on the aisle and watch me happily as I exchange my vow with my husband”

Sungmin slowly brushes her fingers on the picture

“I’m going to marry the son of Mr. and Mrs. Cho. Well, I really don’t know what will happen to us because he doesn’t love me. I know that I’m going to have a hard time dealing with him because he’s an arrogant man and happy go lucky. He loves to make fun of me and hurt me. But don’t worry because my husband is a good man. I know that he has a good heart like his parents. He may be an arrogant man, but I still believe that he’s not bad at all. SO please, help me to become a good wife for him even though I’m like this”

Sungmin reaches her hand out. She places it on the dresser and slowly runs her hand on the smooth surface, searching for something. Sungmin stops when her hand touches a hard and smooth glass. Sungmin carefully picks the small bell that her mother gave her. She holds it on her hands and slowly sways it, producing a soft, relaxing and calm sound. Sungmin slowly closes her eyes and flashes a bright smile while listening to the soft sound of the bell. She imagines herself walking happily on the aisle. She stops swaying the bell and slowly opens her eyes when she hears someone opens the door. Sungmin carefully places the small bell and the picture of her parents on top of the dresser. She heard footsteps; someone is walking towards her

“Who’s there?”

Sungmin asks

“It’s me sweetheart”

Sungmin smiles upon hearing his father in law’s voice. Mr. Cho stands beside her

“Sweetheart, can I talk to you for awhile?”

Sungmin nods at Mr. Cho

“What is it dad? Is there something wrong?”

Mr. Cho shook his head. He grabs a chair and places it in front of Sungmin. Mr. Cho sits down, facing Sungmin

“Dad, how come we’re not yet leaving? It’s 2:30PM when I checked the time awhile ago. We’re already late because the wedding will start at three in the afternoon, right?”

“Your mother in law change the time. Instead of three in the afternoon, she makes it five in the afternoon”

“Why? Did something bad happen?”

Sungmin asks worriedly

“Everything is fine sweetheart. It’s just that something went wrong in Kyu’s formal suit. We need to look for a new suit and the wedding coordinators are not yet done preparing the church”

Mr. Cho lied

“But you don’t need to worry sweetheart because everything is fine now”

Mr. Cho starts coughing

“Dad, are you ok?”

Sungmin asks with concern on her voice. Mr. Cho didn’t answer as he keeps on coughing. He gets his handkerchief inside his pocket to cover his mouth as he continues to cough

“Dad”

Sungmin starts to feel nervous. Mr. Cho stops coughing. He takes a deep breath

“I’m…fine sweetheart”

Mr. Cho whispers. Sungmin leans forward. She reaches her hands out and holds her father in law’s tired and pale face

“You have a fever dad”

Sungmin told Mr. Cho while holding his forehead

“I’m worried about you”

“Don’t be”

Mr. Cho manages to smile though he’s not feeling well

“I’m fine. I already drink medicine awhile ago and I feel better now”

Mr. Cho lied so Sungmin won’t worry about him that much

“Are you sure?”

“Yes”

Sungmin slowly let go of her father in law’s gorgeous face. Mr. Cho looks at Sungmin and smiles brightly

“You’re so beautiful sweetheart. You’re the most beautiful bride”

“Thanks dad”

Sungmin smiles. Mr. Cho opens the box that he was holding and gets the beautiful diamond necklace. He places the box on top of the dresser and stands up

“This is my gift for you sweetheart. I want you to wear it on this special and wonderful day”

Mr. Cho told Sungmin as he puts the necklace around Sungmin’s neck

“It really suits you”

Mr. Cho told Sungmin while smiling. Sungmin holds the diamond pendant

“Dad, you don’t need to spend a lot for me. I told you and mom not to buy me jewelries. I don’t need it”

“But bride needs to wear jewelries to make them look more beautiful”

“But I’m not beautiful. Jewelries are only made for beautiful women”

Mr. Cho looks at his daughter in law

“Who told you that you’re not beautiful?”

“I’m not beautiful because my eyes can’t see. I’m not beautiful because I can’t see myself, the people around me and the world. I’m not beautiful because all I can see is darkness and people also think that way”

Sungmin told her father in law sadly. Mr. Cho sat down and holds Sungmin’s beautiful face

“You are beautiful sweetheart. You’re very beautiful inside and out. You have a pure heart and wonderful smile. Don’t ever listen to those people who are telling you that you’re not beautiful just because your eyes can only see darkness. The true beauty of a girl is not through her physical appearance, but through her heart. Beauty fades as time goes by, but the beauty of the heart never fades. It will remain beautiful until the end of time”

Mr. Cho told Sungmin. He holds her hands tightly

“I’m sorry sweetheart”

Mr. Cho stares at Sungmin with teary eyes

“I’m sorry because of me your dad is not here to celebrate this special and wonderful day with you. I’m sorry because of me your dad is not here to walk with you on the aisle and watch you happily on your wedding day”

“Dad…”

Sungmin holds Mr. Cho’s hands and shook her head

“You don’t need to apologize. Don’t blame yourself because it’s not your fault. Appa just did the right thing because if you die, mom and Kyuhyun-shi will be sad. You still need to live for them and for Kyuhyun-shi. He still needs you. He still needs your guidance, discipline, time, advice and love. Kyuhyun-shi still needs to spend a lot of time with you and make good and happy memories together with you and mom. You still need to live because Kyuhyun-shi will become a better person for you and you still need to see him like that and you still need to hear his laughter, see him happy and hear him saying I love you to you and mom everyday”

Mr. Cho suddenly remembers Sungmin’s father upon hearing Sungmin because her father also tell him the same thing before he closes his eyes completely

“But sweetheart, you also need your father. He’s the only family you have”

Mr. Cho told Sungmin sadly

“That’s true. I need Appa, but Kyuhyun-shi needs you more because you need to rescue him from the darkness”

Mr. Cho was controlling his tears from falling. He really wants to cry. He can’t believe that the innocent girl sitting in front of him didn’t even hold anger or grudge in her heart for the lost of her father. She doesn’t even get mad at him and blame him for the dead of her father. Her heart is so pure and selfless. Mr. Cho notice the tears that slowly falls at the corner of Sungmin’s eyes

“I know that I already lose Appa and he’s no longer here with me. But I know that he and Umma are watching over me from heaven. People might pity me because I don’t have a family. I can’t see and I don’t have anything that I can be proud off and I’m poor. But I can say that I’m still lucky because you and mom are there for me. You are my parents now and I’m lucky because I have Kyuhyun-shi and because of that, I know that Umma and Appa are already happy and they are no longer worried about me since I found a family who will love me and take care of me”

Sungmin told Mr. Cho as tears fall down from her eyes

“Dad…”

“Yes sweetheart?”

“I’m going to ask a simple favor from you and mom. Can you and mom walk me on the aisle?”

Sungmin asks. Mr. Cho wipes the tears that fall from his eyes. He hugs Sungmin tight

“Of course sweetheart, you don’t need to ask for it because we’re really going to walk with you on the aisle”

“Thank you”

Mr. Cho looks at Sungmin and wipes her tears away

“The bride should not cry on her wedding day or else she will be ugly. You need to smile now”

Mr. Cho told Sungmin while gently caressing her cheek. Sungmin flashes her sweetest smile

“You’re really beautiful and Kyu is really lucky to have you”

Mr. Cho told Sungmin while smiling brightly at her. Someone knocks on the door, Mrs. Cho slowly went inside and happily walks towards them

“Is the bride ready?”

Mrs. Cho asks happily while staring at Sungmin. Mrs. Cho walks towards the bed and gets the fingertip length veil. She walks towards Sungmin and puts the veil on her head

“You’re so lovely sweetheart”

Mrs. Cho told Sungmin as she gently caressed her daughter in law’s cheek

“Shall we go now? The gorgeous Prince is already waiting for his lovely Princess at St. Francis Church”

Sungmin smiles and nods. She slowly stands up with the help of Mrs. Cho   

“Let’s go now our lovely Princess”

Mr. Cho told Sungmin happily. He holds Sungmin’s hand and wraps it around his arm. Mrs. Cho holds Sungmin’s other hand and smiles at her

“Your father in law and I will be your eyes as you walk on the aisle. No need to bring your long cane”

Sungmin nods happily

“Let’s go now”

Mr. and Mrs. Cho smile at each other and start walking slowly, guiding their daughter in law’s steps

Kyuhyun was standing at the front of the aisle, waiting for his bride. He looks so gorgeous on his black tuxedo. He looks so manly and a perfect gentleman because of his hairstyle that is neatly parted on his right side. He was frowning so hard while listening to Bach’s Air on G String that was being played by the orchestra. Kyuhyun sighs

“This is so ridiculous. Why do I need to be here and marry that blind ?”

Kyuhyun whispers, feeling so irritated. He suddenly wants to run away and leaves the church. He wants to leave, but he’s feet won’t move and his heart keeps on telling him to stay and marry Sungmin while his mind try to oppose it

“What the ing hell is happening to me? Why am I feeling like this?”

Kyuhyun thought. Although he keeps on telling his self that he doesn’t want to marry Sungmin, there’s something inside him that makes him happy and excited to marry Sungmin and he just can’t explain and understand his emotion on that moment

“Here come your bride and she’s so lovely Kyuhyun-ah. Look at her”

Siwon who is standing beside Kyuhyun, told him happily. Kyuhyun immediately raises his head and looks at Sungmin who is walking slowly on the aisle with his parents. Kyuhyun smiles inwardly while staring at his very beautiful and lovely bride

“So, what can you say? She’s so lovely, right?”

Siwon asks Kyuhyun who shook his head and looks at Siwon with a smirk on his lips

“Lovely? Since when did a become lovely? Beautiful? She’s blind and ugly because of her rotten eyes that can only see darkness”

“Stop that Kyu!”

“Shut up!”

Kyuhyun drops his head, but deep inside, he really wants to focus his eyes upon Sungmin and stares at her all day. Kyuhyun really thinks that Sungmin is very beautiful though he keeps on telling her and the people that Sungmin is ugly and a

“Stop thinking like that Cho Kyuhyun! Don’t listen to what your heart is telling you. Your heart is just fooling you because you don’t love her and you will never love her. Listen to your brain because it’s the one that tells the truth. You don’t love that . You just want to play on her. She’s just your toy and to have revenge on your ing father!”

Kyuhyun told his self. He was thinking so deeply as he gets so confused on his feelings towards Sungmin that he didn’t even notice that Sungmin and his parents are already in front of the aisle. Mr. Cho coughs to catch his son’s attention, but it seems that Kyuhyun didn’t hear him as he keeps on thinking and worrying about his feelings towards Sungmin. Siwon holds Kyuhyun’s arm

“Kyu”

Kyuhyun was back to reality when he heard his cousin in law’s voice. He looks at Siwon

“What?”

“Min and your parents are here. Don’t keep your bride waiting”

Siwon told Kyuhyun who looks at his parents and Sungmin. He moves closer to them. Mr. Cho gives Sungmin’s right hand on him. Kyuhyun holds it and wraps it around his arm. He stares at Sungmin whose eyes are fixed on a far away distant. Kyuhyun didn’t bow at his parents. He starts walking fast, dragging Sungmin with him, and causing her to fall on the floor. Kyuhyun stares at Sungmin whose eyes become teary. She can’t stand because she hurts her right ankle because of falling so badly on the floor. The priest, Mr. and Mrs. Cho and Kyuhyun’s relatives are all shock when Kyuhyun walks towards the altar all by his self without even helping Sungmin to stand. Siwon and Mr. Cho immediately run towards Sungmin and help her stand. They can see great pain in Sungmin’s eyes, but she’s trying to hide it while she controls her tears from falling. Sungmin was limping as they walk slowly and carefully towards the altar. Mr. Cho shoots Kyuhyun a serious glare before leaving the altar with Siwon. The priest stares at Kyuhyun and Sungmin who are quietly standing beside each other. He takes a deep breath and starts the ceremony.

“We are all gathered here today to witness and celebrate the union of Kyuhyun and Sungmin in marriage”

The priest looks at Kyuhyun and Sungmin

“Kyuhyun and Sungmin, today you are surrounded by your family and relatives, all of whom have gathered here to witness your marriage and share in the joy of this special occasion”

Kyuhyun look at Sungmin and notice the tears that were about to fall from her eyes. He moves closer to her

“What is wrong with you?”

Kyuhyun whispers softly. He was shock when Sungmin holds his hand

“Please hole my hand tightly and don’t let go of it. My knees are trembling because I hurt my right ankle. It’s so painful”

Sungmin told Kyuhyun, controlling her tears from falling

“Do you want to sit?”

Kyuhyun asks with concern on his voice. Sungmin shook her head

“It’s ok. I’m fine. It’s not yet time for us to sit. I don’t want to ruin our wedding and I don’t want to embarrass in front of your parents and relatives. Just hold my hand and I’ll be fine”

Sungmin told Kyuhyun. He nods at her and holds her hand tightly, making sure that Sungmin won’t fall. The priest moves closer towards Kyuhyun and Sungmin as they proceed to the echange of wedding vows. The priest looks at Kyuhyun

“Kyuhyun, do you take Sungmin to be your lawfully wedded wife, promising to love and cherish through joy and sorrow, sickness and health, and whatever challenges you may face, from this day forward until death do you part?”

Kyuhyun looks at Sungmin who is still bearing the pain on her right ankle. Kyuhyun slowly turns Sungmin to face him. They are facing each other. Kyuhyun stares at Sungmin who is staring at a far away distant. He holds her hands and look into her innocent eyes.

“In the presence of our family and relatives, I, Kyuhyun, take you Sungmin to be my wife, my partner in life and my one true love. I will cherish our union and love you more each day. I’ll be your days and nights when you need them filled, your spark of life and eyes in the darkness. Your hope when you’re down and out; from this day forward until death do us part”

Sungmin was shock to hear that vow from Kyuhyun. She was not expecting it from Kyuhyun. She’s expecting him to say a force ‘I do’ and not sweet and loving words like that. Even Kyuhyun’s parents and relatives as well as the priest were all shock to hear those things from Kyuhyun’s mouth when the only word that he needs to say is ‘I do’. Kyuhyun was also shock upon realizing what he just said.

“! What the is happening to me? What did I say that? you Cho Kyuhyun! I told you not to listen to your heart because your heart is just fooling you. You don’t love her! You don’t love that ing blind , arasso?”

Kyuhyun thought, convincing his self that he didn’t meant what he said to Sungmin and that he’s not falling in love with her. Kyuhyun looks at the priest.

“That is counted as I do, right?”

The priest nods at Kyuhyun happily. He coughs and continues the ceremony. He looks at Sungmin.

“Sungmin, do you take Kyuhyun to be your lawfully wedded husband, promising to love and cherish through joy and sorrow, sickness and health, and whatever challenges you may face, from this day forward until death do you part?”

“I do”

Kyuhyun holds Sungmin’s left hand and places the wedding ring on her ring finger. The priest looks at Sungmin. He holds her hand and gives her the other pair of the wedding ring. Sungmin reaches her free hand out to search for Kyuhyun’s left hand. Kyuhyun holds Sungmin’s hand

“It’s my left hand”

Kyuhyun told her. Sungmin holds Kyuhyun’s left hand

Sungmin places the wedding ring on Kyuhyun’s ring finger. The priest stares at them happily

“By the power vested on me, I hereby pronounce you man and wife. You may kiss the bride”

Sungmin’s heart starts beating fast because of nervousness, knowing that Kyuhyun must kiss her. Kyuhyun carefully lifted Sungmin’s veil. He stares at Sungmin’s wonderful, pinkish and perfect heart shape lips. He leans forward and slowly presses his soft pinkish lips on hers. Sungmin blush a little and her heart keeps on beating fast because Kyuhyun is her first kiss. She finds it sweet even though Kyuhyun doesn’t love her at all. Kyuhyun looks at Sungmin who feels so shy towards him.

“You’re such an innocent ”

Kyuhyun whispers softly that only the two of them can hear. The priest smiles brightly as he stares at Kyuhyun’s parents and relatives

“Family and relatives, I present to you the newlywed couple, Mr. and Mrs. Cho Kyuhyun”

The priest announces happily. They all clap their hands, congratulating the newlywed couple. Mr. and Mrs. Cho smile brightly at each other, feeling so happy for their son and Sungmin. Kyuhyun looks at his wife. He smiles inwardly when he notices a bright smile on Sungmin’s lips.

Kyuhyun was sitting inside his black Lamborghini Reventon. He was staring on his wedding ring that was on his left ring finger.

“I can’t believe that I’m already married. I will no longer sleep alone. I’m going to see my wife’s beautiful face before I close my eyes at night and when I open it at the morning”

Kyuhyun suddenly smiles

“She’s really beautiful with or without make-up. She’s so innocent and can be cute sometimes”

Kyuhyun whispers. He suddenly slaps his cheek

“ you Cho Kyuhyun! What the ing are you thinking? Let me remind you that you don’t love that girl. How can you love a blind girl huh? Are you insane? She’s a and social climber girl remember? Don’t fall on her trap. She’s just acting so innocent, so you will fall for her and if that already happens then she will use that opportunity to ask money from you in order for her to undergo an eye surgery for her to be able to see”

Kyuhyun told his self

Kyuhyun holds his hear that is always beating so fast whenever he’s thinking about Sungmin and whenever she is around. Kyuhyun starts pulling his hair, feeling so confused.

“What the hell is happening to you Cho Kyuhyun? How many times do I need to tell you to follow your brain and not your heart? Mind over matter, arasso?”

Kyuhyun takes a long deep breath

“You don’t love that , arasso? You’re arrogant, happy go lucky and a bad boy. You need to be like that. You need to hurt her because you don’t love her. You don’t love her. You don’t love her”

Kyuhyun told his self, convincing his self that he doesn’t love Sungmin. Kyuhyun nods and flashes a smirk.

“Ha! That’s right Cho Kyuhyun! I told you that your heart is just fooling you, so don’t ever listen to it again. You don’t love that blind and that’s the truth. Now, go inside the Boss Club and fetch Seohyun-ah”

Kyuhyun removes his wedding ring and puts it inside the pocket of his dress pants. He went out of his car and went inside the boss club. People are staring at Kyuhyun because he’s still wearing Tuxedo and looks so formal. Kyuhyun ignores the people’s glare and walks around and went inside a private room. His friends start shouting happily while clapping their hands.

“HERE COMES THE GROOM! SO GORGEOUS! NICE CLOTHES KYU!”

They shout happily at Kyuhyun before laughing so hard and crazy like drunken people. They are teasing Kyuhyun.

“So, how’s the groom? Where is the blind bride?”

Changmin asks while laughing hard. Kyuhyun just smirks and takes a shot of Absinthe that Junsu gave him.

“Seohyun-ah is really jealous of that ing blind ”

Minho told Kyuhyun while laughing at Seohyun who is frowning really hard.

“Shut up Minho! You’re such an !”

Seohyun hits Minho’s arm because he keeps on laughing to . Kyuhyun takes a shot of Devil Springs Vodka before sitting beside Seohyun who is really frowning so hard on him. Kyuhyun cups her face and forces her to look at him. He gently brushes his lips on hers.

“I told you not to get jealous on her, right?”

Kyuhyun told Seohyun before kissing her lips. Seohyun stands up and sits on Kyuhyun’s lap. Kyuhyun wraps his arm on her waist, pulling her closer to him. Seohyun brushes her fingers on Kyuhyun’s lips, seducing him.

“You’re going to forget me now because of your blind wife”

Seohyun told Kyuhyun with teary eyes, working on her acting skills again.

“I told you that I don’t love her and I will never fall in love with her. That thing will never happen. She’s nothing to me. I only see her as my toy that I can play whenever I want. So don’t be jealous because you’re my girl and not her”

Kyuhyun removes Seohyun’s fingers on his lips. He holds her face and leans forward to kiss her. Seohyun wraps her arms on Kyuhyun’s neck as she opens to response to Kyuhyun’s kiss. Kyuhyun kissed her hungrily. Seohyun opens as Kyuhyun inserts his tongue inside , rotating it inside as they kiss each other more passionate. Kyuhyun pulls back and stares at Seohyun.

“Come with me at home and let’s finish our business inside my room”

Kyuhyun whispers.

“Your wife and parents are there”

Kyuhyun shook his head.

“So what if my wife is there? She’s blind and she can’t do anything about it. It’s none of her business if I bring other girl at home and beside that’s my house and not hers. Don’t worry because my ing parents went somewhere after the reception awhile ago”

“Arasso. Let’s go now”

Seohyun stands up

“Guys, Seohyun-ah and I will go ahead. See you tomorrow”

Kyuhyun told their friends. He takes two shots of Devil Spring’s Vodka and Absinthe before standing up. He salutes at their friends.

“When can we meet your blind huh?”

Changmin asks. Kyuhyun flashes an evil smile.

“Tomorrow. I’ll just bring her with me in our meeting place. See you tomorrow”

Kyuhyun told them happily. He gives each of them a high five. Seohyun waves happily at Taeyeon and leaves the room with Kyuhyun.

Kyuhyun arrives at Cho Mansion with Seohyun. He saw Sungmin sitting at the living room. She was holding her small bell.

“Is that your blind ?”

Seohyun asks Kyuhyun while staring at Sungmin seriously

“Yes”

Kyuhyun answers Seohyun before walking towards Sungmin. Seohyun follows him from behind.

“Good evening my wife. What the hell are you doing here?”

Kyuhyun asks

“I’m waiting for you. Where have you been?”

Kyuhyun smirks as he stares at Sungmin.

“It’s none of your business . By the way, I’m going to introduce you to Seohyun-ah”

Kyuhyun harshly pulls Sungmin up. She squirms because Kyuhyun holds her arm tightly.

“Ouch!”

Kyuhyun just ignores her. He looks at Seohyun who is staring at Sungmin seriously.

“Seohyun-ah, this is my blind wife”

Kyuhyun introduces Sungmin to Seohyun. Sungmin bows her head.

“It’s nice to meet you Seohyun-shi. I’m Lee Sungmin, wife of Kyuhyun-shi”

Seohyun laughs at Sungmin.

“Nice to meet me? How can you say that ? You can’t even see me at all! And who do you think you are to claim yourself as Kyu’s wife? I know that you’re married to him, but let me remind you …”

Seohyun slaps Sungmin’s cheek as hard as she can.

“Kyu doesn’t love you! He doesn’t love you because he loves me and you’re just his toy!”

Seohyun told Sungmin. Kyuhyun holds Seohyun’s arm to stop her from mocking Sungmin.

“Seohyun, let’s go now. Stop that. Just leave that blind alone”

Kyuhyun told Seohyun, but she just ignores him. Seohyun feels so angry at Sungmin for being Kyuhyun’s wife and she just can’t accept it. She saw the small bell that Sungmin is holding.

“Oh!”

Seohyun snatches the small bell away from Sungmin’s hand.

“What is this? A bell? The blind has a toy”

Seohyun told Kyuhyun while showing him Sungmin’s bell. Kyuhyun smirks. Seohyun starts ringing it. The head maid and Sungmin’s nanny go out from the maids’ waiting area upon hearing the sound of Sungmin’s bell. But they stop walking when they saw Kyuhyun and Seohyun, happily making fun of Sungmin.

“Please give it back to me. I’m begging you”

“What if I don’t want huh?”

Seohyun laughs when she notices the tears that are forming in her eyes.

“Aigoo! The is going to cry now”

Seohyun teases Sungmin happily. She pushes Sungmin hard on the floor. Sungmin holds her right ankle. Kyuhyun notices the bandage on Sungmin’s right ankle.

“Please give it back to me. Please, I’m begging you Seohyun-shi. Give it back to me, please”

Sungmin begs, controlling her tears from falling. Seohyun flashes an evil smile.

“Arasso. I’ll give it back to you if you will kiss my feet”

Seohyun told Sungmin while laughing at her.

“Seohyun, that’s enough. Give it back to her now”

Kyuhyun told Seohyun, making her frown. Kyuhyun was about to grab the small bell away on Seohyun’s grip, but she throws it hard on the floor. Sungmin’s eyes widened when she heard a loud sound; something is broken

“What is that?”

Sungmin asks while tears start falling slowly from her eyes. Seohyun laughs.

“I’m sorry . I accidentally drop your bell and it’s already broken”

Seohyun told Sungmin happily, emphasizing the word ‘accidentally’. Kyuhyun feels hurt when Sungmin starts crying. She slowly crawls on the floor; her hands are seeking for the broken bell.

“Why did you break it? I told you to give it back to me. I’m not doing anything to you, but why did you break it?”

Sungmin told Seohyun while running her hands on the floor, searching for her broken bell.

“Stop accusing me of something that I didn’t do! You didn’t even saw it because you’re blind! I didn’t break it ! It accidentally slips on my hand!”

Seohyun told Sungmin angrily. Sungmin’s hands start bleeding when she touches the broken glasses. She starts picking it. She doesn’t care if she hurts herself.

“You’re so funny. You’re crying over a stupid bell!”

“You don’t understand how important this bell to me is”

Seohyun was about to step on the broken glasses to crash it even more, but Kyuhyun grabs her arm and drags her angrily upstairs. The head maid and Sungmin’s nanny immediately run towards Sungmin to help her.

“Young lady, please stop”

The head maid holds Sungmin’s bleeding hands

“I need to collect the broken glasses. Please don’t stop me”

Sungmin told the head maid while crying

“Your nanny will be the one who will collect it. Leave it to her. You need to come with me because I need to stop your hands from bleeding and treat your wounds”

The head maid told Sungmin

“Don’t worry young lady. I’ll be the one who will collect the broken glasses and gives it to you later. Please don’t cry now and let the head maid treat your wounds”

Sungmin’s nanny told her. She wipes Sungmin’s tears and carefully gets the broken glasses on Sungmin’s hand

“Please take care of it”

“Yes young lady. Don’t worry”

“Thank you”

The head maid grabs Sungmin’s long cane on the floor. She folds it and holds Sungmin’s arm, helping her to stand.

“Let’s go young lady”

The head maid holds Sungmin as they walk slowly. She guides Sungmin’s way as they went inside the maids’ waiting area while Sungmin’s nanny starts picking the broken glasses on the floor.

Meanwhile…

Kyuhyun drags Seohyun angrily inside his room.

“What the ing hell did you just do huh? I told you to give it back to her, but you break it!”

Kyuhyun told Seohyun angrily. Seohyun raised her eyebrow.

“That deserves it!”

“BUT I TOLD YOU TO STOP!”

Kyuhyun raised his voice, feeling so angry towards Seohyun for hurting Sungmin and for making her cry.

“Why are you shouting at me? Why are you getting mad at me huh? Don’t tell me that you’re trying to defend that blind ?!”

Seohyun frowns at Kyuhyun.

“Of…of…course…of course not!”

Kyuhyun told Seohyun, defending his self. Seohyun starts crying to make Kyuhyun feel guilty for shouting at her.

“Why? Are you falling in love with her? You’re getting mad at me because of her. It’s so painful you know and I’m starting to get jealous”

“Seohyun-ah”

Kyuhyun sighs. He cups Seohyun’s face.

“Stop crying”

“But you’re throwing a fight against me because of her. You’re defending her”

Kyuhyun shook his head

“I’m not defending her”

He wipes Seohyun’s tears away.

“I’m sorry ok. Please smile now”

Seohyun smiles and takes off her halter tank. Kyuhyun stares at her full of delight, feeling so excited to have with her. Seohyun wraps her arms around Kyuhyun’s neck and flashes a seductive smile.

“Let’s continue our business?”

Seohyun asks before kissing Kyuhyun’s lips. Kyuhyun response to her kiss. He carries Seohyun and lay her down on his soft bed and finishes his business with her.

Sungmin went upstairs to call Kyuhyun for dinner. She softly knocks on the door and opens it slowly.

“Oh yes Kyu…yes…faster…ahhhhh”

Sungmin’s eyes widened upon hearing Seohyun in pleasure. Sungmin’s world suddenly stops. Her heart aches and her tears start forming in her eyes. She feels so hurt because her husband is having with other woman. She can’t believe that Kyuhyun can hurt her like that. Sungmin slowly closes the door. She falls on the floor because her knees are trembling. Sungmin slowly stands up. She holds on to the wall as she starts walking slowly while limping since her right ankle is injured. She holds her long cane tightly. Sungmin manages to go down the stairs, but falls three steps on the floor. Mrs. Cho who just arrives with Mr. Cho after going at Mr. Cho’s doctor saw Sungmin on the floor.

“Aigoo! Sweetheart!”

Mrs. Cho immediately runs towards her daughter in law and helps her stand. Mr. Cho walks towards them to check Sungmin.

“Sweetheart, are you ok?”

Mr. Cho asks his daughter in law worriedly, but Sungmin didn’t answer. They notice her sad face and the tears that are about to fall from her eyes any minute.

“Sweetheart, what’s wrong?”

Mrs. Cho asks worriedly. Sungmin shook her head while controlling her tears from falling.

“Where is Kyu?”

Mrs. Cho asks, but Sungmin didn’t answer. Mr. and Mrs. Cho stare at each other as they can feel that something bad happen while they are away from home. Mrs. Cho calls the head maid.

“Where is Kyu?”

Mrs. Cho asks. The head maid gulps nervously as she stares at Mr. and Mrs. Cho.

“Young master went upstairs with Seohyun-shi. Young lady went upstairs awhile ago to call him for dinner”

The head maid told them. Mr. Cho immediately runs upstairs.

“Mom…”

Sungmin holds Mrs. Cho’s hand as tears slowly falls from her eyes.

“Shhhh”

Mrs. Cho wipes Sungmin’s tears. She looks at the head maid.

“Please watch over her”

“Arasso Mrs. Cho”

Mrs. Cho let go of Sungmin’s hand and runs upstairs to follow her husband. She saw the door of Kyuhyun’s bedroom widely open. She immediately went inside. She runs towards her husband who looks so angry. Mrs. Cho’s eyes grow big upon seeing Kyuhyun on top of Seohyun who is also . Mr. Cho was staring at Kyuhyun and Seohyun seriously.

“I’m giving you five minutes to put on your clothes Cho Kyuhyun and go downstairs or else I’m going to throw you out of the house and you will sleep on the street for the rest of your life!”

Mr. Cho told his son angrily. Kyuhyun gets off of Seohyun. He stands up and went inside his walk-in closet to dress up. Mr. Cho looks at Seohyun who quickly wraps the blanket around her body, feeling so nervous and embarrassed in front of Kyuhyun’s parents.

“Wear your clothes and leave my house before I drag you out with my own hands!”

Mr. Cho told Seohyun, staring at her seriously. He went out of Kyuhyun’s room. Mrs. Cho shoot Seohyun a deadly glare before going outside to follow her husband downstairs.

Seohyun whispers. She stands up and picks up her clothes on the floor and immediately wears it so she can already leave the mansion.

Mr. Cho was staring at Kyuhyun seriously. Mrs. Cho holds Sungmin’s hands. They are sitting together on the sofa and both are feeling nervous. Mrs. Cho stares nervously at her husband’s serious glare towards their son while Sungmin’s heart beats fast as she feels nervous and scares at the same time. She can feel the tension between her husband and father in law even though she can’t see them. Sungmin jumps when Mr. Cho shouts.

“WHO TOLD YOU TO BRING THAT HERE IN MY HOUSE?”

Mr. Cho shouts so loud because of anger towards his son. Kyuhyun didn’t answer.

“I’M ASKING YOU CHO KYUHYUN! WHO GIVES YOU THE PERMISSION TO BRING A HERE? DAMN IT!”

Kyuhyun looks at his father and smirks.

“So what if I bring Seohyun here Mr. Cho? It’s none of your business!”

“Don’t you have shame? Your wife heard everything!”

“Wife?”

Kyuhyun shouts while staring at his father angrily. Mr. Cho just stares at him. He’s feeling weak just by hearing Kyuhyun. Mrs. Cho stands up and walks towards them. She stares at Kyuhyun and slaps him.

“I know that you hate us. But we still deserve respect Cho Kyuhyun!”

“Respect?”

Kyuhyun smiles while staring at Mr. Cho.

“Do you want me to give your ing husband a respect? He doesn’t deserve to be respected. An like him doesn’t deserve to be respected!”

Mr. Cho grabs Kyuhyun’s collar. He holds it tight because of anger.

“You’re mad at me because I send you in New York to separate you from Yuri! Tell me son! Is that the girl that you want as a girlfriend? The girl who cheats on you, playgirl and very indecent. You’re mad at me because I hate your friends and Seohyun. You think that I’m hindering your happiness and controlling your life?”

Mr. Cho’s tears start forming in his eyes.

“Tell me Cho Kyuhyun! What kind of life do you want? You want to be happy go lucky and arrogant just like your friends? You want to have a life like them? Drink as much as you want. Play at the casino and spend a lot of money. Part at the club and sleep with different women! Is that what kind of life you want to have? Is that what you call happiness? Sungmin’s heart jumps when she heard a loud sound. Mr. Cho slaps Kyuhyun really hard. Sungmin’s heart keeps on beating so fast. She starts to get scared when she heard Kyuhyun and Mr. Cho shouting at each other again. Sungmin stands up and starts walking slowly while limping. She holds her long cane tightly and follows Kyuhyun’s voice so she can go to his direction.

“Kyuhyun-shi”

Sungmin manages to reach her husband’s direction. She reaches her hand out and holds Kyuhyun’s hand.

“Stop that”

Sungmin told Kyuhyun, but he just ignores her. She tries to pull Kyuhyun to stop him from arguing with his father.

“Kyuhyun-shi, please stop now. Please stop arguing with dad”

Sungmin moves closer to Kyuhyun.

“I HATE YOU! I ING HATE YOU! JUST DIE MR. CHO!”

Kyuhyun shouts angrily. Mr. Cho raised his hand to slap his son, but it accidentally landed on Sungmin’s cheek because of trying to stop Kyuhyun from arguing with Mr. Cho.

“Oh my God!”

Mrs. Cho runs towards Sungmin.

“Sweetheart…”

“I’m ok mom. It’s nothing”

Sungmin told Mrs. Cho while holding her cheek. Mr. Cho walks towards her and holds her hand.

“I’m sorry sweetheart. I’m so sorry”

Sungmin shook her head.

“It’s my fault dad. Don’t apologize. It’s not your fault”

Sungmin told her father in law. Mr. Cho suddenly holds his head because he feels so dizzy.

“Honey, what’s wrong”

Mrs. Cho holds her husband’s arm.

“Honey, please talk to me”

Mr. Cho starts coughing

“Let’s go to our room now”

Mrs. Cho told her husband. Sungmin starts to worry because of hearing her mother in law’s panic voice.

“Mom, what is happening?”

“It’s nothing sweetheart. Your father in law is not feeling well today. We’re going up now so he can take a rest. Don’t worry. He’s fine”

Mr. Cho told Sungmin before going upstairs with Mr. Cho. Kyuhyun holds Sungmin’s arm tightly. Sungmin squirms because of pain.

“This is all your fault ! My life becomes miserable because of you! I don’t love you at all!”

Kyuhyun told Sungmin before running upstairs.

Mrs. Cho was staring at her husband worriedly.

“I’m done packing our things for our flight tomorrow. I already called Jessica and Tiffany. They will be here tomorrow with Siwon. They will watch over Minnie while we’re away from home”

Mr. Cho nods weakly. They heard a soft knock on the door. Sungmin went inside with her nanny who is holding a cup of warm milk.

“Dad. Mom”

Mrs. Cho stands up and walks towards Sungmin.

“Yes sweetheart?”

Mrs. Cho holds Sungmin’s hand.

“Nanny and I bring a cup of warm milk for dad”

Mrs. Cho smiles. She guides Sungmin’s way towards the bead and helps her sit beside Mr. Cho. Sungmin’s nanny places the cup of warm milk on top of the side table. She bows at them before leaving the room.

“Dad…”

Sungmin runs her hand on the soft mattress to find Mr. Cho’s hand. She holds it tight.

“Are you ok now?”

Sungmin asks worriedly.

“I’m fine sweetheart. Don’t worry about me”

Mr. Cho lied

“I’m sorry awhile ago. I’m sorry for slapping you”

Sungmin shook her head

“It’s not your fault dad. You didn’t do it on purpose. Please don’t say sorry to me. I’m ok”

Sungmin flash a sweet smile to take away her father in law’s worry. Mr. Cho smiles seeing his daughter in law’s sweet smile. Her smile makes him feel a little bit better.

“Dad…”

“Hmmm?”

Mr. Cho notices the sadness in Sungmin’s eyes.

“I’m sorry for what happen awhile ago. I’m sorry for what my husband did and said to you”

Mr. Cho shook his head weakly.

“It’s not your fault sweetheart”

“Kyuhyun-shi loves you and mom. I know he does. So please, don’t give up on him. Please understand him more. He’s not a bad person and I know that”

Sungmin slowly lay down on the soft bed and hugs Mr. Cho.

“Please take a rest now, so you’ll be fine tomorrow”

Mr. Cho smiles and gently pats Sungmin’s cheek.

“I will”

Sungmin slowly stands up.

“You drink your milk, arasso? I’m the one who prepared it”

“Yes sweetheart”

Mr. Cho holds Sungmin’s hand

“Thank you. Thank you so much for understanding Kyu”

Mr. Cho told Sungmin who flashes a smile

“Good night mom and dad”

Sungmin told them and slowly walks towards the door and leaves the room quietly

Kyuhyun was sitting on the bed. He stares at his wife who just went inside his room, holding a first aid kit and small jar that her nanny gave her. The jar contains Sungmin’s broken bell.

“Kyuhyun-shi, where are you?”

Sungmin asks while walking slowly. Kyuhyun stares at her for the meantime before speaking.

“Sitting on my bed”

Sungmin walks towards the direction of Kyuhyun’s bed. She places the first aid kit and the small jar on the side table before sitting on the bed.

“You don’t need to treat my wounds. My nanny already did it awhile ago. You can leave now. I don’t you want you to sleep with me. I don’t want to see your ing ugly face!”

Kyuhyun told Sungmin angrily. But Sungmin just ignores her. She slowly runs her hand on the soft mattress and found Kyuhyun’s hand and holds it tight. Kyuhyun looks at Sungmin’s hand that is holding his hand tightly. He wants to pulls his hand away from her grip, but he changes his mind. He wants to feel his wife’s soft and smooth hand.

“You shouldn’t throw a fight with dad. He’s just disciplining you because you made a mistake. You shouldn’t hurt him like that. He only wants you to be a better person because he loves you”

“Shut up ! I’m not a kid. Stop reprimanding me!”

Sungmin shook her head

“I’m not reprimanding you. I just want you to understand”

Sungmin sighs sadly. Kyuhyun frowns at her

“You should respect them because they are your parents. You should love them and not hate them. You should be thankful to them because without them, you’re also not here”

“Then that’s much better than having parents like them!”

Kyuhyun told her, feeling so irritated just by thinking about his parents. Sungmin shook her head once again.

“Don’t say that. Life is so wonderful for you to waste it like this”

Kyuhyun smirks

“Life is not wonderful if you have ing selfish parents like them”

Sungmin shook her head for the third time. She slowly reaches her hand out to hold Kyuhyun’s gorgeous face. Kyuhyun can’t understand why Sungmin’s touch always melts his heart that is harder than a stone.

“Take away all your hatred in your heart. You will never understand mom and dad if you will never take that hatred away from your heart. Your parents love you so much, but you fail to see it because you keep on hating them. Every parent always wants the best for their children. Sometimes we fail to understand that and that’s why we think that they are selfish and they are controlling our life”

Kyuhyun stares at Sungmin’s innocent eyes, trying to absorb what she’s telling him.

“You think that they are hindering your happiness and don’t love you. But Kyuhyun-shi, you need to understand that parents are also human and they are not perfect. Of course they can also commit mistakes, but no matter what it is, they are still your parents and they are just doing the things that they think the best for you and you should be thankful for that. You’re so lucky to have them and that you still have them. So don’t waste that wonderful opportunity. Show them how much you love them and be a better person for them because that’s the only thing that you can give them in order for you to repay all the love, care and understanding that they gave you”

Sungmin told Kyuhyun, melting his heart.

Sungmin’s tears start forming in her eyes, feeling so sad

“I’m going to ask for your respect again…even just a little of it”

Kyuhyun notices Sungmin’s sad face and her teary eyes.

“I know that you don’t love me and that thing will never happen. But please respect me as your wife. Don’t ever bring again other woman here in the house”

Sungmin told her husband, controlling her tears from falling. Kyuhyun can feel Sungmin’s pain, even though she doesn’t tell him that she’s hurt for what he did, Kyuhyun can feel it through her voice.

“You go to sleep now”

Sungmin told Kyuhyun in a soft voice. Sungmin holds her long cane and carefully stands up. She slowly runs her hand on the side table. Her hand found the small jar. She carefully picks it and holds it tightly.

“That’s already a trash. Why don’t you throw it away? It’s already broken”

Kyuhyun told Sungmin while looking at the small jar that she’s holding.

“This bell is very important to me. Umma gave it to me as a birthday present when I was seven. This is the only treasure that I have. You see. I was born blind and I never know what the world look like. But whenever I heard the sound of this bell, it is as if I’m seeing the beauty of the world because for a blind person like me who can only see darkness, the world is full of happiness and laughter just like a sound of a bell, so relaxing and calm and that’s what makes the world beautiful”

Sungmin told Kyuhyun. He can feel Sungmin’s sadness and he can’t understand why he suddenly becomes so affected and hurt whenever Sungmin is sad, hurt and crying. Kyuhyun stares at his wife. He suddenly wishes for her to see the world, to see him and to see herself and the people around her. He wants to hug her and tell her that she’s not alone because he’s there for her, but Kyuhyun controls his self.

“ you Cho Kyuhyun! Don’t fall in love with her! She’s a ! You don’t love her!”

Kyuhyun thought

“Leave me alone! Go out now!”

Kyuhyun told Sungmin

“Good night”

Sungmin whispers. Kyuhyun watches her walk until she finally manages to go out of his room. Kyuhyun lay down on his soft bed.

“Damn it!”

Kyuhyun slaps his cheek.

“What the am I doing? What is happening to me? I should hate her and not like this! You don’t love her Cho Kyuhyun! You don’t love her and don’t forget that she’s just a bet”

Kyuhyun told his self.

“Yes, she’s just a bet and I don’t love her. I need to make her miserable. That’s right Cho Kyuhyun. Make her life miserable and don’t ever disappoint your friends. They are the only people who love you and understand you. You only have them, so don’t ever fall in love with that blind or else you’ll lose the people who are very important to you”

Kyuhyun nods

“Prepare yourself because you’re going to play with me and my friends tomorrow”

Kyuhyun whispers while flashing an evil smile.
