Chapter 20

Tiffany and Jessica’s eyes widened and their mouths hang open as they stare at their cousin in law who is standing in front of them with Mr. and Mrs. Cho.

“Wow! You’re more beautiful than a Princess”

Tiffany told Sungmin. She and Jessica think that Sungmin’s beauty is really a jaw dropping.

“I can’t believe that Kyu can really choose a perfect hairstyle and makeup for you. You’re damn so beautiful and I bet you’re the most beautiful contestant”

Jessica told Sungmin who suddenly blush a little because of their compliments and because she’s happy because Kyuhyun was the one who choose her hairstyle and makeup for the pageant. He sends some pictures of makeup ideas and hairstyle that he wants for his wife in Mrs. Cho’s email. Mrs. Cho shows it to the makeup artist and hairstylist and that’s what they did to Sungmin. Her makeup is just simple because Kyuhyun wants the people to see her wife’s natural beauty. He doesn’t want her makeup to overpower her natural beauty. Sungmin’s eyes has a hint of gray amidst a lid of pearly white; it’s dramatic yet sophisticated and it makes Sungmin’s doe eyes glow like a pearl. Her blush is peach and she’s wearing a rosy lipstick. Kyuhyun wants it to be red since red lipstick really looks good on his wife, but he doesn’t want Sungmin to look seductive because men might fall in love with her and Kyuhyun doesn’t want that to happen. Sungmin’s hair is styled in a braided updo and she’s wearing a very expensive crystal diamond headwrap. Kyuhyun leaves his credit card to his mother before he went at Jeju Island. He told his mother to choose the best accessories, shoes and of course gown for his wife because he wants Sungmin to be the best among the contestants.

“Are we going to my University now mom?”

Sungmin asks as she turns her head towards Mrs. Cho’s direction. Mrs. Cho nods happily while staring at her very beautiful daughter in law.

“Vic is already there. She brings your gown and your shoes for the pageant”

Mrs. Cho told her daughter in law.

“But Kyu is not yet here. What time is it mom?”

Mrs. Cho looks at her husband. Mr. Cho looks at his wrist watch to check the time.

“It’s already twelve thirty in the afternoon”

Mr. Cho informs his daughter in law.

“Dad, is it ok if we call Kyu? He told me that he will be home at twelve in the afternoon. It’s already twelve thirty. He supposed to be here by now”

“No problem baby girl. Wait a second”

Mr. Cho gets his mobile phone inside the pocket of his navy blue suit. He presses his son’s number, calling him.

“Yeoboseo”

Kyuhyun answers his mobile phone while scratching his head.

“Where are you?”

Mr. Cho asks.

“I’m still here in CJU. I don’t know what time I’m going to arrive in Seoul. I have a problem with my flight. It was delayed. There is a problem with aircraft. I still don’t know if I can go home today because they might cancel the flight”

Kyuhyun explains as he starts to panic.

“WHAT?”

They all stare at Mr. Cho when he shouts.

“Why not use our private airplane?”

Mr. Cho asks. Kyuhyun shook his head.

“It’s under maintenance and the other one is used by your Vice-President on going to New York. Dad, can you please give the phone to my wife. I need to talk to her”

Kyuhyun instructed his father. Mr. Cho nods and gives his mobile phone to Sungmin.

“Kyu”

Kyuhyun somehow feels calm upon hearing his wife’s voice.

“Baby, I’m sorry. I don’t know if I can make it to your pageant”

Kyuhyun told his wife sadly. Sungmin’s tears start forming in her eyes upon hearing her husband.

“But you promise me that you will watch it”

“Yes. But I ju…”

“I hate you!”

Sungmin told Kyuhyun and hangs up. She reaches her hand out, holding her father in law’s mobile phone in front of her.

“Dad, here is your mobile phone”

Mr. Cho gets his mobile phone and puts it back inside his pocket. He holds Sungmin’s beautiful face between his hands.

“Don’t worry because I know that Kyu will make it. He will be there. I know he will”

Mr. Cho told his daughter in law. Sungmin nods her head sadly while controlling her tears from falling.

“He promise to be there”

“You need to trust him. Kyu never breaks his promise to you. He loves you and he will do anything to be there in your pageant and watch you”

Sungmin nods.

“You smile now”

Mr. Cho told his daughter in law, but Sungmin didn’t smile. She feels upset because of thinking about her husband. She’s worried that Kyuhyun will not show up and will not watch her pageant. Sungmin suddenly feels scared and her confidence starts to get low knowing that her husband will not be there to watch her.

“Let’s just go to your University now. You don’t want to be late for your pageant right?”

Mrs. Cho told her daughter in law, but Sungmin didn’t answer. She just remains quiet. Mr. and Mrs. Cho look at each other sadly.

“Don’t worry sweetheart. I’ll be driving Kyu’s car because that’s what he told me. I’m sure that he will be there. He will make it no matter what happen”

“We need to go now because Siwon is already waiting for us at the venue of your pageant. We’re going to cheer for you”

Tiffany and Jessica cheer Sungmin happily, but she still looks sad. Mrs. Cho holds her daughter in law’s hand and wraps it on her arm as she starts walking. Mr. Cho follows them from behind. Tiffany looks at Jessica.

“What really happen? Where the hell is Kyu?”

Jessica shook her head. She gets her mobile phone inside her Louis Vuitton clutch and calls Kyuhyun.

“The phone has been turn off. Please leave a message after the tone”

Jessica hangs up. She looks at Tiffany sadly.

“I can’t contact him. His mobile phone is already off”

“What? Oh my God! If Kyu will not show up later at the pageant, I’m sure that our Minnie sweetheart will be very upset and she will surely get mad at Kyu”

Jessica nods sadly.

“Come on. Let’s just follow them now. We need to go”

Jessica told Tiffany as they went out of the mansion. Mr. Cho looks at Jessica.

“Just follow us from behind. Drive safely”

Jessica nods.

“Yes uncle. Take care”

Mr. Cho nods and went inside the white Bentley Continental Flying Spur. The Cho family driver gently closes the door before running towards the driver’s seat. Jessica looks at Tiffany.

“Let’s go?”

Tiffany nods her head as an answer. Jessica opens her Louis Vuitton clutch and gets Kyuhyun’s car key. They walk towards their cousin’s silver Jaguar XK convertible. They went inside and buckle their seatbelts. Jessica starts the engine and closes the roof of the car. She starts driving Kyuhyun’s car as she follows the white Bentley Continental Flying Spur in front of her.

Meanwhile…

Kyuhyun was frowning so hard as he stares at his mobile phone.

“Aish! Damn it! How can I forget to charge my mobile phone?”

Kyuhyun asks his self, feeling a bit irritated. He walks around to look for a payphone. Kyuhyun found one. He walks towards the payphone and grabs the telephone. He dials his father’s mobile number.

“Yeoboseo”

“Dad! It’s me. Can you please give the phone to my wife? I just want to talk to her”

“Wait a second son”

Mr. Cho holds Sungmin’s hand.

“Your husband wants to talk to you”

Mr. Cho told Sungmin, but she shook her head. Mr. Cho sighs and presses his mobile phone back on his ear.

“I’m sorry son, but Minnie doesn’t want to talk to you”

Mr. Cho told his son sadly. Kyuhyun sighs and holds his forehead.

“Arasso. Please tell her to do her best later and I promise to be there no matter what happen. My mobile phone is already dead. I forgot to charge it. I’ll just see you all at Korea University Theater Hall 1”

“Son, please…Minnie is expecting you. Don’t break your promise to her or else she will surely be sad and mad at you”

Kyuhyun nods at his father.

“Don’t worry dad. I’m already doing my best. See you later. Please tell my baby Min to smile and I love her so much”

“Arasso”

“Thank you dad. See you later”

Kyuhyun hangs up. He sighs sadly and starts pulling his hair as he starts to panic.

“Damn it! Really…damn it!”

Kyuhyun kicks the wall, hurting his self.

“Ouch! What the is that? Aish!”

Kyuhyun bites his lower lip and starts walking around the airport to look for his secretary. He saw Onew running towards him.

“Sir, I have bad news for you”

Onew told his boss while staring at him sadly.

“The airplane will arrive later at three in the afternoon”

Onew informs Kyuhyun who takes a long deep breath.

“LEE ONEW!!!”

Onew jumps when Kyuhyun shouts at him.

“If you can’t find an alternative flight for me then I’m going to suspend you for one year!”

Kyuhyun told his secretary whose eyes suddenly grow big.

“Sir, that was unfair”

Onew shook his head.

“It’s not my fault if…”

“JUST LOOK FOR AN ALTERNATIVE FLIGHT FOR ME OR I’LL FIRE YOU!”

Kyuhyun shouts again. Onew gulps nervously. Kyuhyun sighs and calms his self.

“Please Onew. I really need to fly back in Seoul now. I don’t want to miss my wife’s pageant. Min will get mad at me and I don’t want that to happen. I don’t want to break my promise to my wife. So please, do something. You need to help me. I need to be there at my wife’s pageant”

Kyuhyun told his secretary. Onew notices the sadness on Kyuhyun’s eyes and the tears that were about to fall any minute. Onew can feel Kyuhyun’s worries and his eagerness to fly back in Seoul for the sake of watching his wife’s pageant.

“I promise her that I’ll be there. I don’t want to break that promise. I don’t want her to be sad. She’s expecting me to come and I need to be there. I need to cheer for her”

Kyuhyun explains. Onew can feel his boss’ love for his wife.

“Don’t worry Sir. I already call Nicole to help us. She calls one of your Personal Assistants to work on that since she’s already on her way to Korea University to deliver the bouquet that you order for your wife. I’m going to ask some help at the Information Center.  Just wait for me here Sir”

Kyuhyun nods.

“Fighting! We can surely find an alternative flight, so don’t worry too much Sir. Fighting!”

Onew told his boss happily before running towards the Information Center to inquire for alternative flights. Kyuhyun sighs and sits on the chair. He closes his eyes and rubs his forehead. He’s feeling so tired and sleepy because he didn’t had a proper sleep because of doing a lot of business stuff. His head is already aching because of thinking about his flight going back in Seoul.

“I need to do everything. I need to go back in Seoul no matter what happen”

Kyuhyun opens his eyes. He takes a deep breath. He stands up and follows Onew at the Information Center to nag for an alternative flight so he can already return to Seoul.

*KOREA UNIVERSITY, THEATER HALL 1*

Heechul welcomes Sungmin at the backstage. Sungmin was with her in laws, Tiffany, Jessica, Siwon and Victoria and her assistant who is holding Sungmin’s beautiful gown and shoes.

“Wow! You look so beautiful”

Heechul told Sungmin as she hugs her tight.

“Our friends are waiting for you at your dressing room. You need to change now because the pageant will start exactly at three in the afternoon. There will be last instructions for the contestants. Seungri is inside his dressing room with Youngwoon and Hae. They will drop by later in your dressing room to check you”

Heechul explains happily. Her smiles suddenly vanished from her lips upon noticing Sungmin’s sad face.

“Sweetheart, is there a problem?”

Heechul asks with concern. Sungmin didn’t answer. Sungmin looks like as if she will burst into tears any minute. Heechul looks at Sungmin’s family with worried face. Jessica mutters the words, ‘It’s because of her husband. Kyu might not be able to attend the pageant and watch her’. Heechul nods her head and stares at Sungmin sadly.

“Let’s go?”

Sungmin just nods her head, still feeling sad. She was controlling her tears from falling.

“Smile now”

Heechul told Sungmin, but she didn’t smile. Heechul just sighs and gently pats Sungmin’s cheek.

“I’m sure that our friends will be happy to see you”

Heechul happily told Sungmin, trying to cheer her up. But she fails because no matter what compliment or encouragement she tells Sungmin, she can’t make her smile. Heechul holds her friend’s hand and looks at her family.

“Please follow me. We’re going inside Minnie’s dressing room so she can already change in her gown”

They nod at Heechul who starts walking while holding Sungmin’s hand. They walk past Eunjung’s dressing room. Heechul looks at Eunjung and Jiyeon who are staring at Sungmin seriously. Heechul gives them a deadly glare. Eunjung is one of the five contestants for the pageant. Jiyeon signs her up upon knowing that Sungmin will also be in the pageant. She wants her best friend to beat Sungmin and she’s really confident that Eunjung will win the peageant because she believes that her best friend is the best of all the contestants and she’s the most beautiful contestants and not to mention the smarter contestant of all. Jiyeon and Eunjung believe that they will win against Sungmin because she’s nothing but a blind girl who is trying hard to socialize with other students and trying hard to be a normal person like them. Jessica suddenly wants to slap them and pull their hairs when she saw them laughing softly while staring at Sungmin.

“Behave”

Tiffany whispers to Jessica as she pulls her closer, preventing her to go near Jiyeon and Eunjung who keeps on talking about Sungmin.

“They are es”

Jessica whispers.

“Let them talk and laugh at Minnie. They will surely regret it and cry later when our Minnie wins against them. We’re the one who will be laughing at them later. Just wait”

Tiffany told Jessica who nods at her. They arrive at Sungmin’s dressing room. It was three rooms away from Eunjung’s dressing room. Jongwoon was the one who choose it that way because he wants Sungmin to be far away from Eunjung and her friends. He also ask for a tight security outside Sungmin’s dressing room, just in case Eunjung and her friends are planning something evil again.

“We’re here”

Heechul happily told them. She opens the door and they went inside.

“AHHHHH!!! MY GORGEOUS BABY JULIET IS HERE!!!”

Hyuk Jae shouts happily upon seeing Sungmin inside the dressing room with her family, Victoria and her assistant and of course Heechul. Hyuk Jae immediately jumps off of the table and happily runs towards Sungmin. She hugs Sungmin tight while jumping like a kid.

“I’m so happy to see you my gorgeous baby Juliet”

Hyuk Jae giggles happily. Tiffany and Jessica control their selves from laughing as well as Siwon who gives the bouquet of pink American roses that he’s holding to Ryeowook. He bought it for Sungmin before he drives his car at Korea University after attending meetings in Incheon. Ryeowook puts the beautiful bouquet on top of the dresser. Hyuk Jae looks at Sungmin while smiling brightly. She can’t help but to fall in love even more to Sungmin because she’s damn so beautiful.

“You’re so beautiful. I just can’t say a word to describe how beautiful you are my gorgeous baby Juliet”

Hyuk Jae told Sungmin.

“I really love you”

Hyuk Jae smiles sweetly. They are all shock when Hyuk Jae kisses Sungmin’s wonderful lips.

“I love you so much”

Hyuk Jae was about to kiss Sungmin’s lips again when Zhoumi pulls her away from Sungmin. She wraps her arms around Hyuk Jae, hugging her tight to prevent her from going near Sungmin. Zhoumi smiles at Sungmin’s family.

“Sorry about that. Our naughty lesbian here is getting hyper again. Too much caffeine you know”

Zhoumi told them while ruffling Hyuk Jae’s hair. Ryeowook and Zhoumi smile at Sungmin and they really think that she’s damn so beautiful. They look at Heechul when they notice Sungmin frowning so hard and she looks so sad. Heechul mutters something about Sungmin’s husband. Zhoumi and Ryeowook just nod at her. Mr. and Mrs. Cho look at the door when someone knocks; it was Nicole. She was holding a very beautiful bouquet of pink tulips with pink magnolias and white orchids. Nicole bows at Mr. and Mrs. Cho upon seeing them.

“Good afternoon Sir and Ma’am”

Nicole greets Mr. and Mrs. Cho with a smile on her lips.

“Where is Kyu?”

Mrs. Cho asks Nicole worriedly. Nicole stares at Mrs. Cho sadly. She walks towards them and whispers something to Mr. and Mrs. Cho so Sungmin can’t hear it. Mrs. Cho sighs and looks at her daughter in law sadly. Mr. Cho drags Siwon outside to talk and see what they can do to help Kyuhyun whose flight has already been cancelled due to the aircraft’s malfunction. Nicole moves towards Sungmin.

“Young lady…”

Nicole stares at her boss’ wife sadly.

“Where is my husband? Did he already call you?”

Sungmin asks. Nicole can see the sadness and a bit of anger in Sungmin’s expression. Nicole shook her head. She holds Sungmin’s hands and gives her the bouquet that Kyuhyun orders for her.

“I just came here to deliver the bouquet that Sir order for you. Actually…”

Nicole didn’t have the chance to finish talking because Sungmin throws the bouquet on the floor. She feels so upset and at the same time mad at her husband.

“Stop talking. I don’t want to hear it. Just tell Kyu to stop reasoning out. If his work is more important than me then tell him to marry his work. I hate him”

Sungmin told Nicole who fell silent. She doesn’t know how to explain Kyuhyun’s situation because Sungmin sounds so angry and Nicole is afraid because Sungmin might shout at her. There was a moment of silence when they heard a soft knock on the door. Jongwoon came inside. He bows at Mrs. Cho and to Tiffany, Jessica, Victoria and her assistant and of course to Nicole.

“I just want to remind Minnie to prepare herself now. It’s already…”

Jongwoon stares at his wrist watch to check the time.

“Two thirty in the afternoon. We need to see the contestants with their partners ten minutes before the pageant begins for further instruction”

Jongwoon told them. He bows his head before going out of the room to remind the other girl contestants to start preparing for the pageant. Mrs. Cho holds her daughter in law’s hand.

“Let’s go change your clothes now. Vic and her assistant will help us”

Mrs. Cho told Sungmin.

“Ms. Jung…”

Sungmin calls Nicole.

“Yes Ms. Cho?”

“Throw the bouquet that my husband gave me. I don’t want that bouquet”

Sungmin instructed Nicole before holding her mother in law’s hand. Mrs. Cho looks at Nicole and just nods her head. She looks at Victoria and her assistant who are standing behind them.

“Let’s go now Vic. Minnie needs to prepare now for the pageant”

Victoria nods and follows Mrs. Cho and Sungmin from behind. They all look at Nicole when Sungmin is already out of sight.

“What really happen? Where is Kyu?”

Tiffany asks Nicole worriedly.

“Well…”

Nicole stares at them sadly.

“Sir can’t make it. His flight has been delayed awhile ago, but I just receive a call from Onew before I went here inside Ms. Cho’s dressing room. He informs me that Sir can’t make it since their flight has been cancelled because of the aircraft’s malfunction. They need to fix it and the airline company can’t give an alternative flight today. Sir will arrive tomorrow instead of today”

Nicole explains to all of them, feeling sad for Sungmin.

“But I think Mr. Cho and Mr. Choi are already discussing it. I just don’t know if they can find an alternative flight for Sir so he can make it today. One of his Personal Assistant calls me awhile ago. They can’t find a flight for Sir. Every flight going to Gimpo, Seoul and Busan are all fully booked”

Nicole added. Tiffany and Jessica sigh sadly.

“Now what? Min is surely upset now. I bet she wouldn’t be able to concentrate on the pageant”

Jessica told Tiffany and Sungmin’s friends sadly. They heard a knock on the door. Jongwoon came back.

“For all the guests, you can now proceed at the Theater as the program is about to begin after twenty five minutes”

Jongwoon announces before leaving the dressing room. Tiffany and Jessica look at Sungmin’s friends.

“We’re going to take our seats now”

“We’re going with you Ms. Choi”

Zhoumi told Tiffany. She, Ryeowook and Hyuk Jae walks towards them.

“Let’s go. Chullie Unnie will just join us later. She will be here to help Minnie”

Ryeowook told Jessica and Tiffany who nod at her. Jessica looks at Nicole.

“Are you going to watch?”

Jessica asks. Nicole shook her head.

“I want to, but I can’t. I need to go back at Cho International Group of Companies. I need to prepare some important documents for Sir’s meeting with Mr. Kim tomorrow morning. Sir is really getting busy. I bet Ms. Cho will really feel so mad at him now”

Tiffany and Jessica nod at Nicole, agreeing to her.

“I need to go back in my office now. Good luck for Ms. Cho. I know that she will win the pageant because she’s beautiful and smart”

Nicole told them happily. She picks the bouquet that Kyuhyun orders for his wife on the floor and bows at them and leaves the dressing room. Tiffany stares at her cousin in law’s friends.

“Let’s go find our seats now?”

Tiffany asks them happily. Zhoumi, Ryeowook and Hyuk Jae nod happily. Jessica looks at Heechul.

“The es awhile ago, can I slap them later?”

Jessica asks Heechul who suddenly laughs.

“No worries Jess Unnie. We can do that together”

“Sure”

Heechul and Jessica smile at each other and give each other a high five.

“See you guys later”

They all nod at Heechul. They wave their hands happily and went out of the dressing room.

“I hope Mr. Cho can make it though his flight is already cancelled. He’s the one who can make Minnie smile. I hope he will arrive later”

Heechul told herself before walking inside the dressing room to look for Sungmin.

 Heechul looks at the door when she heard a knock. Seungri went inside the dressing room.

“Seungri is here”

Heechul told Sungmin who didn’t speak. Heechul stares at Sungmin sadly. Sungmin is really frowning so hard and she looks so upset and sad.

“I’m going to join the rest in the Theater Hall. Good luck and I know that you can do it. Fighting!”

Heechul gently pats Sungmin’s cheek. She walks towards Seungri who is holding one long stem red rose for Sungmin.

“Good luck. We’re all cheering for you and Minnie. Take care of her”

Seungri nods happily. Heechul taps Seungri’s shoulder before leaving the dressing room. Seungri walks towards Sungmin. He was astonished by Sungmin’s beauty and he just can’t help but to drool over her. He can’t even take his eyes away from Sungmin who is sitting quietly on the chair. She was wearing a simple yet very elegant gold elaborate lace gown. It suits her so well, making her milky skin glow and revealing her y body. She’s wearing diamond earrings and 500, 000 USD diamond heels. Seungri kneels in front of Sungmin to have the same level to her. He holds Sungmin’s hand and gives her the rose that he’s holding.

“It’s for you. You look so beautiful”

Seungri told Sungmin.

“So perfect”

Seungri added. Sungmin quickly pulls her hand away from Seungri’s grip, avoiding having a physical contact with him.

“Thanks for the flower. Can please put it on top of the dresser?”

Sungmin asks. Seungri nods. He gets the rose from Sungmin’s hand. He slowly stands and puts the rose on top of the dresser. There was a knock on the door. One of the coordinators of the pageant went inside.

“You guys need to go out now. We’re going to give further instructions. The pageant will start after ten minutes. Do well students. Fighting!”

He happily cheers for Seungri and Sungmin before leaving the dressing room. Seungri looks at Sungmin.

“We need to go now Minnie”

Sungmin nods. Seungri holds Sungmin’s hands as he helps her to stand. He notices Sungmin’s sad face.

“Don’t be like that. You smile”

Seungri told Sungmin, but she didn’t smile.

“Minnie…”

“Kyu is the only person who can make me smile. We need to go now”

Sungmin told Seungri who suddenly feels a pain in his heart upon hearing those words from Sungmin. He feels jealous and he really envies Kyuhyun because he’s the reason of Sungmin’s smile and Sungmin can always smile whenever her husband is around.

“Let’s go now”

Seungri told Sungmin. He holds her hand and wraps it on his arm as they carefully walks. Seungri guided Sungmin’s way as they leave the dressing room.

*CJU*

Kyuhyun was sitting sadly on a chair. He drops his head while thinking about his wife. Onew opens his backpack and gets some cookies inside. He offers some to Kyuhyun, but he refused to eat.

“Sir, you need to eat. You see. You haven’t eaten anything yet. You didn’t have dinner yesterday because of too much work to finish. You didn’t had the chance to eat breakfast awhile ago because you’re in a hurry and you’re not yet eating your lunch today. You might get sick. Ms. Cho will worry about you”

Onew told his boss. Kyuhyun sighs.

“Is there anything that we can do?”

Kyuhyun raises his head and looks at his secretary sadly. Onew can see the tears that were about to fall from Kyuhyun’s eyes.

“I don’t know Sir. Our flight has been cancelled. I’m just waiting for you to tell me that we should go back in our hotel now. Nicole can’t even do anything. We already tried everything, but there’s no flight available”

Onew explains, feeling sorry and sad for his boss.

“Even the ferries are all fully booked; maybe because Holiday is approaching. I don’t know. Just my guess Sir”

Kyuhyun opens his backpack. He gets his video cam inside.

“Aish! I even forgot to charge my video cam. Now what?”

Kyuhyun sighs heavily and throws his video cam irritatingly inside his backpack. Kyuhyun closes it and wears it. He stands up.

“Where are you going Sir?”

Onew asks.

“I’m going to ask the Information Center again. Maybe they already found a flight for me”

Kyuhyun told his secretary. Onew quickly returns his jar of cookies inside his backpack. He stands up and follows his boss. Kyuhyun was talking to a customer service representative at the Information Center.

“Please, I’m begging you. I really need to go back in Seoul. I need to attend my wife’s pageant in her University. It’s very important. I promise that I’ll be there for her. Please do everything. I’m begging you”

Kyuhyun told the customer service representative while controlling his tears from falling.

“Wait a second Mr. Cho. I’ll try to look again and search for available flight”

The customer service representative told Kyuhyun as he scans the computer to look for a flight for Kyuhyun who stares at his Burberry wrist watch, checking the time.

“Gotcha!”

The customer service representative smiles upon seeing a flight for Kyuhyun.

“Mr. Cho…”

He calls Kyuhyun’s attention.

“There is one vacant seat in Asiana Airlines. The plane will leave at 3:15PM. But it’s just an economy class flight. Is it ok?”

He informs Kyuhyun who smiles at him.

“It’s ok. I really don’t mind. The most important thing is I can go back in Seoul and catch up my wife’s pageant. Thank you so much”

“No problem Sir. I’m going to booked you now”

Kyuhyun nods. He looks at Onew and hugs him.

“See you tomorrow”

Kyuhyun told Onew.

“Yes Sir. Enjoy your wife’s pageant. Fighting! See you tomorrow when I arrive in Seoul”

“You need to make it for my meeting with Mr. Kim tomorrow morning”

Onew salutes at his boss.

“Yes Sir. Have a safe flight. I will return now to our hotel. See you tomorrow”

Kyuhyun nods happily. He pats Onew’s shoulder and starts running while dragging his luggage.

“It’s good that they found a flight for him. My boss really loves his wife. He really didn’t give up just to find a flight going back in Seoul”

Onew smiles. He holds his luggage and starts walking. He went out of the airport and rides a cab to go back to the hotel.

Sungmin’s family and friends are all watching Sungmin on the stage sadly. They are sad because they never saw Sungmin smiling. She’s always frowning and it seems that she’s not enjoying the pageant at all. She looks like a kid who is throwing some tantrums.

“Oh my God! Sungmin will never win if she will always frown like that. Look at her. She looks like a five year old kid who is throwing tantrums. I’m not used to see her like that”

Tiffany told her husband. Siwon sighs sadly.

“We can’t do anything honey. She’s like that because of Kyu. It’s really sad to see her like that. It’s really hard to see Minnie like that. Kyu promise her that he will be here to watch, but unfortunately her husband can’t make it. Who wouldn’t feel upset because of it?”

Siwon told his wife.

“But Kyu didn’t want his flight to get cancelled”

Siwon nods.

“I know. But Minnie will never understand it because she believes on Kyu’s promise that he will be here to watch her. It’s not that easy to accept a broken promise, especially if it’s from someone you love most”

“Can’t you really do something about it?”

Tiffany asks while watching Sungmin sadly. Siwon shook his head sadly.

“Uncle and I already did everything that we can, but there’s really no way to solve Kyu’s problem. Even the ferries are all fully booked. I can’t understand why Kyu is having a bad luck today. We can’t even contact him because his mobile phone is lowbat”

Siwon explains. Sungmin’s friends are also feeling sad while watching Sungmin.

“What are we going to do?”

Zhoumi asks Heechul who shook her head.

“There’s only one way to make her smile and that is to bring her husband here. But how are we going to do that if Mr. Cho’s flight has been cancelled due to aircraft malfunction? I don’t even have a private plane to fetch him at Jeju Island”

Heechul told Zhoumi and the rest of their friends sadly. Youngwoon who was busy taking some photos of Sungmin and Seungri looks at Heechul.

“We’re not going to win if she will keep on acting like that. The judges are not convince”

Youngwoon told Heechul worriedly. Ryeowook nods, agreeing to Youngwoon.

“Oppa is right Unnie. It seems that the judges are no longer interested on watching Minnie. I’m sure that Eunjung will win if Minnie won’t smile and show some interest for the pageant. She won’t be able to get the judges’ vote. Even Professor Kim is worried about her”

Ryeowook told her cousin. They all look at Jongwoon who is standing at the corner, watching Sungmin with worried face. He can’t understand why Sungmin is acting like that. Jongwoon never see Sungmin act like that before. As far as he can remember, Sungmin is the type of girl who loves to smile even though she’s feeling sad and whenever she’s upset because she doesn’t want to make the people around her to worry. But Jongwoon is already seeing a different Sungmin on that moment. She’s frowning so hard and she’s really showing the public how upset and angry she is.

“What is wrong with her? She’s not like that before. I wonder what happen”

Jongwoon whispers. He sighs and walks towards Heechul. There is a fifteen minutes intermission as the staffs prepare the stage for the contestants’ talent show.

“You need to come with me”

Jongwoon told Heechul.

“Bring your makeup kit”

“I didn’t bring any makeup Professor Kim”

Heechul told Jongwoon. Mrs. Cho who is sitting at the back of Heechul happen to heard Jongwoon and Heechul’s conversation. She quickly opens her handbag and gets the makeup that the makeup artist gave her for Sungmin’s re-touch.

“Here. Take it. The makeup artist gave it to me awhile ago. It’s for Minnie’s re-touch”

Mrs. Cho told Heechul as she hands her the makeup. Heechul smiles and nods her head. She gets the makeup on Mrs. Cho’s hands. Jongwoon looks at Mrs. Cho.

“I’ll try my best to make her smile. I’ll do what I can”

Jongwoon told Mrs. Cho who nods at him. He bows at Sungmin’s in laws and drags Heechul towards the backstage. They went inside Sungmin’s dressing room.

“Minnie…”

Jongwoon runs towards Sungmin who is already crying on Seungri’s arm. He gently pulls Sungmin away from Seungri and hugs her tight.

“Tell me what’s wrong”

“Teacher Jongwoon…”

Sungmin hugs Jongwoon. She buries her beautiful face on Jongwoon’s chest as she continues to sob.

“I hate my husband”

“Why?”

Jongwoon asks as he gently pats Sungmin’s back, comforting her.

“He promises me that he will be here. He promises me that he will watch me. He knows that I need him here because he’s my strength. He’s the one who’s giving me confidence and smile on my lips. But…”

Sungmin raises her head and shook it sadly.

“But he’s not here. He didn’t do his promise to me. He exchanges me from his work. He doesn’t love me Teacher Jongwoon because I’m not important to him. He knows that I’m waiting, but he didn’t even show up. I’m really upset and mad at him. He loves his work more than his wife. He doesn’t love me because he misses this very important day. He knows that this day is really important for me and I’m expecting him to share this moment with me. But he’s not here and he won’t be here”

Sungmin told Jongwoon while sobbing. Jongwoon stares at his student sadly.

“Shhhh…”

Jongwoon wipes Sungmin’s tears away.

“We’re here. We’re all cheering for you. Your family, your friends, the other people and of course I are here for you and to cheer for you”

Jongwoon holds Sungmin’s beautiful face between his hands.

“Don’t be upset. Just think about your sweetest memory with your husband and you will surely smile. Just understand him and of course you must trust him. Trust on his promise. I know that he will be here. He will surely arrive because he knows how meaningful this day for you is. Just trust on his promise. I know that he will never break it because he loves you so much”

Jongwoon told Sungmin, giving her strength.

“Just think about your husband’s love for you. I’m sure that his love always makes you feel happy and special. Think about it and you will feel better. You need to smile ok. Even though it’s hard, you need to try because that’s the Sungmin that I know”

Sungmin nods. Jongwoon smiles at her.

“Chullie will fix your makeup. Don’t cry again because we only have few minutes left. The second part of the pageant will soon start”

Sungmin nods. Jongwoon gives her a sweet hug.

“See you later. I want to see you smiling on stage. Can you do that?”

“I will try”

“Ok”

Jongwoon smiles and gently pats Sungmin’s cheek before leaving the dressing room with Seungri. Heechul helps Sungmin to sit on the chair.

“Don’t worry Minnie. Professor Kim is right. Your husband will be here for sure. He will not break his promise to you because he loves you so much. Trust him ok?”

Sungmin nods.

“Yes Unnie”

“Ok. Let’s fix your makeup now. Do well on your talent show. I’ll happy listening to your sweet voice”

Heechul told Sungmin happily. She smiles at Sungmin and starts fixing her makeup.

Some audiences and the staffs of the pageant stare at the tall and gorgeous man wearing cuffed jeans, light blue button down and brown boat shoes. Some girls giggle upon seeing him. He looks like a celebrity. He still manages to look hot and gorgeous even though his hair is a bit messy because of running. He was holding his coat and his dragging his luggage with him. Kyuhyun was looking around, ignoring the people who are staring at him. He was looking for his family and wife’s friends, but he can’t find them because there are a lot of people sitting inside the Theater Hall 1. Kyuhyun looks at the stage; contestant number 4 is already performing.

“How many contestants are there? I hope I didn’t miss my baby’s performance”

Kyuhyun whispers as he looks for empty chair. Unfortunately, he can’t find one. He just takes a deep breath and look for a good place. He walks at the corner, not that far from the stage.

“Excuse me, can I stand here? I can’t find any empty chair because I’m already late”

Kyuhyun asks one of the staffs. He just nods at him.

“Thanks”

Kyuhyun smiles at the staff. He puts his luggage in front and his coat on top of his luggage. He suddenly flashes a bright smile when he saw a wall socket beside him.

“Ha! I’m such a lucky guy”

Kyuhyun whispers happily. He remembers that he brings the charger of his video cam with him. Kyuhyun quickly removes his backpack and opens it. He gets his video camera and the charger inside. The staff watches him as he happily plugs the charger on the wall socket. Kyuhyun giggles happily when he opens his video camera.

“I can record my baby’s performance. This is so great”

Kyuhyun told his self happily. He notices the staff staring at him.

“Don’t worry. I’ll just pay for the electricity of the University. If you want, I can pay it for four years. Just let me use it because I really need to record my wife’s performance”

Kyuhyun told the staff who smiles at him.

“It’s ok Sir. You can use it. No worries”

The staff told Kyuhyun.

“Can I ask something?”

Kyuhyun ask as he stares at the staff curiously. He nods at him.

“How many contestants are there?”

“Five”

“Is Cho Sungmin done performing?”

The staff shook his head.

“She’s contestant number five. She will be the last to perform”

He informs Kyuhyun who suddenly feels excited to watch his wife.

“Thanks a lot”

Kyuhyun told the staff while smiling like a kid.

“No problem Sir”

The staff told Kyuhyun while smiling. Kyuhyun turns around and focuses his video camera on the stage as Contestant number 4 is already done with her performance.

“Thank you Ms. Ham Eunjung and Mr. Ahn Yuhan for that wonderful dance performance”

“You guys really did great as well as the other candidates. So, let’s proceed to our last pair of candidate”

The MCs smile brightly. Kyuhyun presses the record button as the MCs introduce Sungmin and Seungri.

“Let’s welcome back here on the stage our dear Cho Sungmin and Lee Seung-hyun”

The audiences clap their hands. Sungmin and Seungri’s friends happily cheer for them.

“CHO SUNGMIN!!!”

Sungmin stops walking when she heard a familiar voice shouting her name. Seungri also stop walking. He looks at Sungmin curiously, wondering why she stops walking.

“Minnie, are you ok?”

Seungri asks as he holds Sungmin’s hand. Sungmin nods at him.

“I think I heard my husband’s voice”

Sungmin told Seungri.

“CHO SUNGMIN!!! I’M HERE!!! SORRY I’M LATE, BUT I MADE IT FOR YOU!!! I LOVE BABY!!! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!! I KNOW YOU CAN!!!”

Kyuhyun’s family and his wife’s friends as well as the people inside the Theater Hall all stare at Kyuhyun who is happily standing at the corner, cheering for his wife happily.

“GO MY BEAUTIFUL BABY MIN! I’M GOING TO BE YOUR NUMBER ONE FAN BOY!!!”

Kyuhyun shouts while holding his video camera. He ignores the weird glare and the laughter of the people and their whispers because all he cares about at that moment is to cheer happily for his wife; to give her strength, confidence and to put a smile on her lips.

“Oh my God! What the ing hell is he doing?”

Tiffany asks while hiding her face that is already red because of embarrassment. Jessica also hides her face because she feels embarrassed of her cousin.

“He looks like a kid who is lost. Look at him. Why his hair a bit messy and he even brings all his things with him”

Jessica told them.

“And the worst part is, he’s using the University’s electricity just to charge his video camera. Oh my goodness! That’s so embarrassing”

Mrs. Cho told them. Siwon starts laughing softly while listening to his cousin in law who is happily shouting. Sungmin’s friends are all looking at Kyuhyun blankly. They can’t believe that Kyuhyun can do such things for the sake of his wife.

“EVERYONE!!! SHE’S MY WIFE!!! CHO SUNGMIN IS MY WIFE!!! SHE’S THE MOST BEAUTIFUL GIRL IN THE WHOLE UNIVERSE!!! I LOVE HER SO MUCH!!! SHE’S MY WIFE!!! I LOVE HER SO MUCH AND I’M PROUD OF HER!!! GO BABY!!!”

Kyuhyun shouts happily. Tiffany holds her forehead while shaking her head. She elbows her husband who is laughing beside her.

“Yah! Will you please stop laughing? It’s so embarrassing ok”

“Of course not honey. Kyu is such a great man. Daebak!”

Siwon told his wife happily.

“Oh please! Can someone stop him from shouting like that? The security might drag him outside. Is he drunk? He’s crazy”

Jessica told them. Mr. Cho suddenly laughs.

“Honey, stop laughing. Just stop your son from shouting”

Mrs. Cho told her husband. Mr. Cho shook his head.

“Let him do what he wants. He’s happy and I’m happy whenever our son is happy. He’s cheering for his wife. There’s nothing wrong with that. I really can’t believe that our son can do such things. He really loves our baby girl. I’m so proud of him and happy at the same time. I have a very wonderful son and daughter in law and soon to have an adorable grandchild. Isn’t lovely?”

Mr. Cho told them happily.

“Look!”

Hyuk Jae points her finger on Sungmin.

“My gorgeous baby Juliet is already smiling”

Hyuk Jae told them happily. They all look at Sungmin and notice her smiling so bright.

“See? I told you. Kyu can make it and will make his wife smile because he’s the only person who can do it”

Mr. Cho told them happily and proudly. He is smiling brightly as he stares at his daughter in law who is already smiling brighter than a son. The judges start to fall for her because of her smile and they really think that Sungmin has a special beauty that other candidates don’t have. Her smile calms each person’s heart and makes a person’s day bright and beautiful. Jongwoon smiles brightly upon seeing Sungmin smiling like that. He turns around and looks at Kyuhyun who is smiling brightly as well while watching his wife happily.

“Minnie will be fine. I’m happy that she found a good and loving man who will take care of her and love her forever. I’m not worried anymore because I know that Minnie will be in good hands. I’m happy for her and I’m going to return in Canada happily”

Jongwoon told his self as he stares at Kyuhyun and then focus his attention back on Sungmin and stares at her happily. Seungri guided her way as she walks towards the microphone stand. He adjusted the microphone for Sungmin before running towards the piano. Seungri sits on the piano chair. He takes a deep breath and starts playing the piano. He’s playing the introduction of ‘To The Moon OST’ by Laura Shigihara. Sungmin will sing while Seungri accompanies her.

Sungmin starts singing. Her voice is sweet and calm and full of emotions. She sings it with all her heart. She feels confident knowing that her husband is already there to watch her. Kyuhyun gives her strength and confidence. Sungmin knows that she can do anything because Kyuhyun is always there for her; to support her and to love her unconditionally. She feels special because of Kyuhyun and she never feels like that before because Kyuhyun is the only man who makes her feel that way.

Jessica whispers to Tiffany who nods her head, agreeing to Jessica. Tiffany was controlling her tears from falling as she listens to her cousin in law’s sweet voice. Her voice is full of love and Tiffany is sure that Sungmin is singing from her heart and it’s for Kyuhyun. The judges are all teary as they listen to Sungmin’s sweet voice. They really think that Sungmin is such a wonderful girl and they can feel the emotion of the song through her voice and facial expression. Some of the audience starts to get teary as well because Sungmin touches their heart through her voice. Mr. and Mrs. Cho’s tears start falling from their eyes because they are so happy and proud to have a wonderful daughter in law and they just can’t help but to cry because the happiness keeps on flowing in their hearts.

“Sir, your wife is such a wonderful girl”

The staff whispers to Kyuhyun.

“And that’s why I’m so lucky to have her”

Kyuhyun told him while smiling. He’s feeling so proud because Sungmin is his wife. Kyuhyun slowly closes his eyes as he listens to his wife’s sweet voice. Sungmin’s sweet voice is taking away all his worries and stress away. Sungmin’s sweet voice gives Kyuhyun strength and inspiration. He suddenly remembers the night wherein Sungmin sings the same song to him when they are in London, walking at the park. Sungmin gives him strength, especially when he feels like giving up. Sungmin is the one who helps him change into a better person and the girl who brings back the meaning of his life when she gives him a second chance and when she told him that she loves him even though he’s a bad person. Kyuhyun understand life and love because of Sungmin. That’s why he’s forever grateful and thankful to have Sungmin in his life. He finally understands what true happiness that his parents want for him is. For Kyuhyun, having Sungmin as his wife is the greatest blessing that he received in his life because his life is no longer empty when Sungmin arrives in his life.

Sungmin finishes the song with a sweet smile on her lips. The audience claps happily as well as the judges. Jongwoon nods his head happily, feeling so proud of Sungmin. Her friends and family also clap their hands happily, cheering for her and feeling so proud of her.

“Unnie, I can sense our victory. I’m sure that Minnie will win this pageant. I’m confident now because of her smile”

Ryeowook told her cousin while clapping her hands happily. Heechul nods happily, agreeing to her cousin.

“It’s all because of Mr. Cho. Thanks to him, our Minnie can smile now. Her face is already bright now compare before. Her smile is really calm and I’m really happy. She’s beautiful and she’s more confident now after hearing her husband’s voice. I admire their love for each other. They really give each other strength and confident and inspiration as well. I hope I can also find a man like Mr. Cho. His love for Minnie is really unconditional and really the best. It’s daebak”

Heechul told her cousin with teary eyes because she feels so happy for Sungmin.

“THAT’S MY GORGEOUS BABY JULIET!!! FIGHTING CHO SUNGMIN!!! BEAT THEM ALL!!!”

Hyuk Jae shouts happily. Donghae takes a deep breath.

“CHO SUNGMIN, WE LOVE YOU!!! YOU’RE SO BEAUTIFUL!!! SEUNGRI-AH! YOU’RE THE BEST PIANIST IN THE WORLD!!! THAT WAS AMAZING!!!”

Donghae shouts. He looks at Hyuk Jae and smiles at her. Hyuk Jae rolls her eyes and gives Donghae an irritated glare before she stuck her tongue out.

“Oh come on guys. Stop hating each other because next year will be your year. Chullie and I will be the one who will sign you up for next year’s pageant”

Youngwoon told Hyuk Jae and Donghae, teasing them happily. Heechul nods while laughing.

“YUCK! NO WAY!!!”

Hyuk Jae and Donghae shout in unison while giving each other a disgusting glare. Kyuhyun slowly opens his eyes. He smiles brightly while staring at his beautiful wife.

“THAT WAS WONDERFUL BABY MIN!!!”

Kyuhyun shouts happily.

“Oh dear! Here we go again”

Jessica told them while shaking her head.

“YOU NEED TO SING THAT TO ME AGAIN BEFORE WE GO TO SLEEP LATER! I CAN’T WAIT TO CUDDLE YOU IN MY ARMS LATER! I MISS YOU SO MUCH BABY! I LOVE YOU!”

Kyuhyun shouts.

“What the ing hell is that? Seriously, why is he talking something like that in public? I seriously want to throw my shoe to him”

Tiffany whispers. Siwon starts laughing again.

“Isn’t it lovely honey?”

Siwon asks his wife while laughing.

“Lovely? It’s so embarrassing ok. He looks like a crazy fan boy”

“But I love it. This is the first time we can see Kyu like that and Sungmin is the only person who can make Kyu like that”

Siwon told his wife. They are all shock when Sungmin starts laughing softly. She feels happy hearing her husband’s voice and cheering for her like a crazy fan boy.

“See? Kyu can make her laugh as well”

Mr. Cho told his wife who nods happily at him. Seungri stands up and walks towards Sungmin. He holds her hand and wraps it around his arm.

“Seungri-ah, where is my husband?”

Sungmin asks happily as they start walking on the stage as the MCs welcome back the four pair of contestants back on the stage to join Sungmin and Seungri who stands at the corner. He looks around and saw Kyuhyun standing at the corner. He was holding his video camera happily, recording the pageant while watching Sungmin happily.

“He’s standing at the corner, left side. He’s not that far from the stage”

Seungri whispers to Sungmin as the question and answer portion begins. It was the guys turn first to pick a judge and answer their questions. Seungri stares at Sungmin and notices her smiling so sweetly and he just can’t help but to feel jealous and sad at the same time because he knows that those smiles are for Kyuhyun and he’s the reason why Sungmin can smile like that.

“I wonder how he can make you smile like that. I also can make you smile, but not as sweet and bright like that. I also can make you happy, but not as happy as like that and I can’t stop your tears from falling. He’s the only man who can do it and I envy him. I wish I am that man who can make those things for you, but that thing will never happen because you love him and not me. You just see him and not me”

Seungri thought while staring at Sungmin sadly.

“Seungri-ah…”

Sungmin speaks to catch Seungri’s attention. She holds his hand and presses it tightly, making him go back in reality.

“Yes Minnie? Is there something wrong?”

Seungri asks worriedly. Sungmin shook her head.

“They are already calling you. It’s your turn. Good luck. I know you can do it. Fighting!”

Sungmin told her friend while smiling brightly at him. Seungri nods. Somehow, Sungmin’s smile gives him strength though he knows that her smile is only for Kyuhyun.

“Yeah…fighting!”

Seungri told Sungmin as he manages to smile. He let go of Sungmin’s hand and walks towards the MCs to pick a judge and answer the question. Seungri answers the question with so much confident and of course with a bright smile on his lips. Their friends clap happily and start cheering after Seungri finish answering the question. He bows his head and smiles brightly before walking towards Sungmin who is clapping her hand happily.

“Wow! That was a nice answer Seungri-ah”

“For real?”

Sungmin nods happily.

“Is it scary to stand there and answer the question of the judge?”

Sungmin asks nervously as the question and answer for girls begin. Seungri shook his head.

“Not really…maybe a little. You just need to be confident for you to be able to answer the question”

Seungri told Sungmin who suddenly laughs softly. She remembers what Kyuhyun told her when they are talking over the phone last Wednesday night. Sungmin told her husband that she’s feeling scared because of the question and answer portion. She asks Kyuhyun on what she will do if she doesn’t know how to answer the question that was given by the judge. Kyuhyun happily told her that she should flash a smile and just answer even though it’s not related to the question because the most important thing is she answers the question of the judge. Kyuhyun even joke that she should smile and tell the judge that she invokes her right to speak.

“What’s wrong with you? Why are you laughing all of a sudden?”

Seungri asks. Sungmin shook her head.

“I just remember what my husband told me when I ask him what to do if I don’t know how to answer the judge’s question. He gives me a really funny advice. But I know that he did that to calm me and to give me confidence. I know I can do it because of him”

Sungmin told Seungri happily. Seungri just nods his head, feeling a bit sad because all he can hear from Sungmin’s mouth is all about Kyuhyun.

“Of course you can do it because you’re smart. You always top every class when we’re in elementary and high school and you’re still the top of the class now that we’re in college. You see. You’re such a smart girl and don’t forget that you’re our class valedictorian when we graduated in high school”

Seungri told Sungmin, giving her encouragement. Sungmin smiles at him.

“And don’t forget about my husband’s support for me as well as his family and our friends and Teacher Jongwoon. I can do it because of them and most especially because of Kyu”

Sungmin told Seungri happily. Seungri just nods his head. The girl MC walks towards Sungmin. She smiles at her.

“You need to go with me now beautiful girl. It’s your turn to face the judges and answer the question”

The MC told Sungmin who nods nervously at her. She holds Sungmin’s hand as they carefully walk. The girl MC guided Sungmin’s way as they walk towards the guy MC. Sungmin stand in between them. They put Sungmin’s hand in the fish bowl so she can pick a number.

“Ms. Cho picks judge number three”

The guy MC announces happily. Judge number three gets his microphone and smiles at Sungmin.

“Good day Ms. Cho”

He happily greets Sungmin who bows her head to greet him. The girl MC hands Sungmin a microphone.

“So, how are you today?”

The judge asks. Sungmin smiles and answers the question.

“I’m feeling good today and I’m happy”

“It’s good to hear that. So, my question for you is…”

The judge looks at the screen of his laptop and reads his question for Sungmin.

“Ms. Cho Sungmin, what is the real beauty of a woman?”

The judge asks Sungmin whose heart starts beating fast because she can feel that all eyes are set upon her. Kyuhyun stares at his wife. He knows that Sungmin is feeling nervous.

“You can do it baby”

Kyuhyun whispers as he stares at his wife. Sungmin remembers what Kyuhyun told her over the phone. Kyuhyun told Sungmin to be confident, smile and answer the question with all her heart and she doesn’t need to be scared because no matter what happen he will be there to support her and he will always be proud of her. Sungmin takes a deep breath. She smiles brightly and holds the microphone in front of her and answers the question of the judge.

“For me the real beauty of a woman is within. A person should never measure a woman’s beauty on the way she stand, speak or the way she looks because the real beauty of a woman is seen through her heart and not through her physical appearance because beauty fades as the time goes by, but the beauty of the heart is the beauty that never fades because it will remain beautiful until the end of time. Thank you”

Sungmin answers the question with great confident and sweet smile on her lips. Jongwoon nods happily at the corner while clapping his hands. He’s proud of his student and he knows that Sungmin deserve to win the pageant because she’s a very wonderful girl.

“THAT WAS A VERY NICE ANSWER BABY! GO FOR THE GOAL AND WIN THE PAGEANT! I KNOW YOU WILL! I’M SO PROUD OF YOU!!! YOU’RE BEAUTIFUL INSIDE AND OUT AND THAT WHAT MAKES YOU SO WONDERFUL!!!”

Kyuhyun shouts while giggling happily. Tiffany and Jessica stare at each other and laugh softly.

“Oh well, let him shout as much as he wants. We can’t do anything about it”

Tiffany happily told Jessica while clapping her hands for Sungmin. Jessica nods happily.

“And beside no matter what happen, we can never stop that brat possessive kid. What can we do? He’s a proud husband”

“I agree”

Tiffany and Jessica smile at each other and give each other a high five.

“WE’RE PROUD OF YOU CHO SUNGMIN!!!”

Tiffany and Jessica shout happily, cheering for their cousin in law, making her smile even more.

“THAT’S OUR BABY GIRL!!!”

Mr. and Mrs. Cho shout happily, feeling so proud of their daughter in law.

“THAT’S OUR BFF!!! SEUNGRI-AH!!! SUNGMIN-AH!!! FIGHTING!!! WE LOVE YOU GUYS!!!”

Sungmin and Seungri laugh softly upon hearing their friends’ cheer. Jongwoon wants to cheer for them as well, but people might think that he’s unfair because he’s only cheering Sungmin and Seungri and not the other contestants. He just claps his hands while smiling brightly. Sungmin and Seungri smile at each other. Seungri holds Sungmin’s hand up on air as he gives him a high five.

“I hope we can win this Minnie. I know we can”

“I hope so”

The tension is rising inside the Theater Hall 1 of Korea University because it’s already time to announce the winner of the pageant. Sungmin and Seungri’s friends are all crossing their fingers, hoping that their friends will win. Kyuhyun smiles brightly as he waits for the announcement. He’s sure and he’s confident that his wife will surely win because she’s the only girl contestant who answers the question of the judge properly and with all her heart. The girl MC is holding the envelope that contains the name of the winner for Ms. Journalism while the guy MC was the one who is holding the envelope that contains the name of the winner for Mr. Journalism.

“So, this is the moment that we are all waiting for. I shall now announce the winner for our Mr. Journalism for this year”

The guy MC opens the envelope that he’s holding excitedly. He smiles brightly while looking at the winner’s name while nodding his head, agreeing to the judges’ decision. He takes a deep breath and smiles at the people.

“Ladies and Gentlemen, our Mr. Journalism for this year is….congratulation Mr. Lee Seung-hyun, you’re our Mr. Journalism for this year”

The guy MC announces happily.

“DAEBAK!!! CONGRATULATION SEUNGRI-AH!!! WE’RE PROUD OF YOU!!!”

Sungmin and Seungri’s friends happily shout. Sungmin smiles brightly, feeling so happy for her friend.

“Congratulation!”

“I’ll wait for you in front of the stage. I know that you will also win”

Sungmin just smiles at him. Seungri quickly hugs Sungmin before walking in front of the stage to receive his award.

“Now, we all know who our Mr. Journalism is. So, it’s my time now to announce the winner for our Ms. Journalism. Who do you think she is?”

The girl MC asks the people. Sungmin can hear different names of the contestants. She can hear her friends, family and other people shouting her name. Kyuhyun, Jongwoon and Seungri are also shouting Sungmin’s name, making her heart beat so fast because of nervousness. She suddenly wants to collapse on that moment because of the pressure that she’s feeling on that moment. The girl MC opens the envelope happily. She smiles brightly upon seeing the name of the winner.

“Congratulation Ms. Cho Sungmin. You’re our Ms. Journalism for this year”

The girl MC announces happily. Sungmin’s world suddenly stops as she heard the MC announcing her name. She just can’t believe that she won the pageant.

“DAEBAK!!! THAT’S MY BABY MIN!!! I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT BABY! I’M SO PROUD OF YOU!!! CONGRATULATION!!! I LOVE YOU!!!”

Kyuhyun shouts proudly. Sungmin and Seungri’s friends start running up on the stage. They drag Seungri and run towards Sungmin. Heechul, Zhoumi and Ryeowook happily hug Sungmin.

“You did it sweetheart! We’re so proud of you!”

Heechul told Sungmin as she hugs her happily.

“I did?”

Sungmin asks, still can’t believe that she wins the pageant. Heechul nods happily.

“Yes you do. I told you. You can do it”

Heechul told Sungmin, feeling so proud of her.

“Thank you so much Chullie Unnie and to all of you”

Sungmin happily thank her friends as they give each other a group hug. Hyuk Jae pulls Sungmin towards her and hugs her tight.

“I love you my gorgeous baby Juliet. You’re the best. I’m happy for you. Congratulation”

“Thank you Hyu—“

Sungmin didn’t had the chance to finish talking because Hyuk Jae kisses her lips, making her innocent eyes grow big.

“Yah! Get away from her. She’s my girl not yours”

Donghae told Hyuk Jae, pulling her away from Sungmin. They start bickering at each other again. Youngwoon quickly pulls Hyuk Jae away from Donghae before she can hit him on his face. He hugs Hyuk Jae and ruffles her hair happily.

“Don’t worry guys. Chullie and I are really going to sign up both of your for next year’s pageant”

Youngwoon teases Hyuk Jae and Donghae who are staring at each other seriously.

“YUCK!!! NO WAY!!!”

Hyuk Jae and Donghae shout in unison. They all laugh happily. Jongwoon went up the stage to congratulate Sungmin.

“Congratulation. You’re so beautiful and really wonderful”

Jongwoon happily told Sungmin before patting her head, treating her like a kid.

“Your husband is really proud of you. Until now he’s still holding his video camera and recording every moments of this pageant”

Jongwoon happily informs Sungmin, making her smile.

“Thanks a lot Teacher Jongwoon”

Sungmin smiles brightly. Jongwoon smiles at her and gently pats her cheek and gives Heechul a high five as well as Ryeowook who is shock that Jongwoon also gives her a high five. She just smiles at him.

"Good job Chullie and Wookie and all of you"

Jongwoon told them happily as he gives each of them a high five. He happily stares at Seungri and gives him a high five.

“Good job. I’m really proud of you and Minnie”

“THANKS TEACHER JONGWOON!”

Sungmin and Seungri happily shout in unison, thanking their teacher who keeps on flashing a bright smile. Mr. and Mrs. Cho went up the stage to put Sungmin’s crown and her sash.

“CONGRATULATION BABY GIRL!”

Mr. and Mrs. Cho told their daughter in law. Sungmin smiles sweetly at them.

“Thank you so much mom and dad. I love you both”

“We love you too”

Mr. and Mrs. Cho happily kiss Sungmin’s cheek. They hug her happily, feeling so proud of her. Siwon, Tiffany and Jessica happily walk towards Kyuhyun who is still holding his video camera, still recording every moment of the pageant. They smile at him as they stare at his teary eyes.

“Yah! Someone will cry now”

Jessica teases her cousin. They were shock when tears suddenly fall at the corner of Kyuhyun’s eyes.

“Aigoo! Why are you crying? I’m just kidding”

Jessica told Kyuhyun as she wipes his tears away.

“Pabo! I’m just happy and really proud of my baby Min. It’s really good to see her happy, smiling and laughing like that”

Kyuhyun told them while watching his wife happily on the stage as the people keep on congratulating her and Seungri.

“That’s because you’re making her happy all the time that’s why she can laugh and smile like that. She’s happy because of you”

Jessica told Kyuhyun who flashes a sweet smile. Kyuhyun stops recording when Sungmin and Seungri finally go at the backstage with their friends and Kyuhyun’s parents. Siwon happily pats Kyuhyun’s shoulder.

“You’re such a fan boy…a gorgeous and proud fan boy and husband”

Siwon told his cousin in law happily before ruffling Kyuhyun’s hair.

“OMO!”

Tiffany suddenly shouts. They all look at her nervously.

“My baby is also happy for Minnie. He’s moving inside my tummy”

Tiffany told them while rubbing her tummy happily. Siwon puts his hand on his wife’s tummy, feeling his son’s movement. He and Tiffany smile at each other as they enjoy feeling their son’s movement inside Tiffany’s tummy. Kyuhyun suddenly feels envy because he also wants to be a father soon just like Siwon.

“It’s good that you made it. You see. Min is really frowning so hard awhile ago. She really looks so upset and mad. She’s mad at you. She even throws the bouquet that you bought for her and ask Nicole to throw it away”

Jessica told Kyuhyun while staring at his luggage.

“For real?”

Jessica nods.

“So, I guess you need to go at the backstage now and explain yourself”

“Seriously…”

Kyuhyun sighs.

“I hope she won’t get mad at me for a long time. Aigoo! I don’t know what to do if she will get mad at me”

Kyuhyun told Jessica. He leaves his video camera to Jessica. He grabs his coat and his luggage and asks Jessica on how to go at the backstage. Jessica gives him some instructions. Kyuhyun nods and walks away. He walks at the backstage and stops in front of Sungmin’s dressing room. The door is open as her friends keep on congratulating her. Mr. and Mrs. Cho are also inside. Heechul saw Kyuhyun standing at the doorway. She claps her hands happily, catching everyone’s attention.

“Ok guys. I know that we’re all happy for our Seungri and Minnie. But it’s time to go now and leave Minnie alone here. You see. Mr. Cho is here. I think it’s about time for us to give Minnie and her husband some time to be alone together”

Heechul happily announces. They all stare at the doorway and found Kyuhyun standing there. Mr. and Mrs. Cho hug their daughter in law before going out of her dressing room. They hug their son happily.

“We will wait at the lobby”

Mrs. Cho told her son. Kyuhyun nods happily. Mrs. Cho gently pats her son’s cheek before walking away with Mr. Cho. Sungmin’s friends as well as Seungri went out of the dressing room. They all bow at Kyuhyun before walking away. Kyuhyun went inside. He locks the door and puts his luggage at the corner and his coat on top of it. He removes his backpack and puts it down on the floor.

“Kyu…”

Kyuhyun smiles as he walks towards his wife. Kyuhyun quickly wraps an arm around his wife’s slim waist and pulls her closer to him.

“Congratulation baby. You’re really the best. I’m happy and proud of you”

Kyuhyun told Sungmin. He gives her a sweet peck on her lips.

“I love you”

Kyuhyun whispers sweetly before pressing his forehead on hers. Sungmin smiles brightly and wraps her arms around Kyuhyun’s neck.

“I’m sorry for hating you and getting mad at you awhile ago. I just feel upset and sad because I thought that you’re not going to make it and you will break your promise to me”

Sungmin told her husband. Kyuhyun shook his head.

“I can never break my promise to you baby because I know that you will be sad if I ever I didn’t fulfill my promise to you and I don’t want you to be sad”

“Seriously…”

Sungmin suddenly pouts.

“Why are you late?”

Sungmin asks, still pouting like a kid. Kyuhyun cups his wife’s beautiful face and gently caresses her cheek.

“I’m sorry baby. There was a problem with my flight awhile ago. It has been delayed because of aircraft malfunction until the airline company completely cancelled the flight. I ask Nicole to help me find an alternative flight while Onew and I try our best to talk to the Information Center to inquire for an alternative flight. All the ferries are fully booked. Luckily, I found a flight going to Seoul. I left Onew in Jeju. He will be back tomorrow morning”

Kyuhyun explains. He flashes a smile while staring at his beautiful wife.

“My choice of makeup and hairstyle really suits you. I can be your makeup artist and hairstylist next time”

Kyuhyun told his wife. Sungmin laughs softly and hugs Kyuhyun. She rests her head on her husband’s chest.

“I love you Kyu. Thank you for everything”

Kyuhyun smiles and wraps his arms around Sungmin, hugging her tight.

“I love you too baby. I miss you so much”

“You’re not going to leave me again, right?”

Kyuhyun nods and looks at his wife.

“You change your clothes now. We’re going to have family dinner tonight. I’m already hungry”

Kyuhyun told Sungmin before yawning.

“Sleepy?”

Sungmin asks. Kyuhyun nods while rubbing his eyes. He’s really feeling so sleepy. Kyuhyun holds his wife’s hand and places it on his cheek.

“Baby, slap me”

Kyuhyun instructed. Sungmin shook her head.

“Why will I do that? I don’t want”

“Just do it because I’m feeling so sleepy”

“Ok”

Sungmin smiles and pinches Kyuhyun’s nose so hard.

“OUCH!!! CHO SUNGMIN!!!”

Kyuhyun screams because of pain. Sungmin let go of her husband’s nose and starts laughing hard. Kyuhyun holds his nose and gently rubs it while tears start to form in his eyes.

“Are you awake now?”

Sungmin asks before laughing again.

“Yah! That was painful. Seriously, it’s more painful than a slap”

Kyuhyun told his wife while pouting as he continues to rub his nose gently.

“Sorry Kyu”

Sungmin smiles and gives Kyuhyun a sweet peck on his lips.

“I love you”

“You need to kiss me first”

“I already did”

Kyuhyun shook his head and pulls Sungmin against him. Sungmin smiles brightly.

“That’s not the kiss that I’m asking ok”

Kyuhyun leans his face closer to his wife. Sungmin wraps her arms around her husband’s neck.

“Then what kiss do you want?”

Sungmin asks while smiling.

“Shhhh…”

Kyuhyun moves his face closer to hers until his lips were almost touching hers. Sungmin smiles sweetly and touches her husband’s lips with hers. They held their lips so close, barely touching. Kyuhyun slowly moves his lips from side to side, tracing his wife’s wonderful lips with his.

“Kyu, don’t tease me. Just kiss me now ok”

Sungmin told her husband while smiling sweetly. She bites her lower lip as she keeps the smile on her lips. Kyuhyun opens his mouth and gently take Sungmin’s upper lip between his lips, kissing her softly. Sungmin opens a little and kissed her husband back, taking his lips between hers.

“I love you Min”

Kyuhyun whispers, making Sungmin smiles. Kyuhyun captures his wife’s wonderful lips as they start kissing each other gently and softly. Kyuhyun slowly pulls back and smiles at his wife.

“You should change your clothes now”

Sungmin nods happily. Kyuhyun looks at the mirror of the dresser.

“Hey, you put lipstick on my lips”

Kyuhyun told his wife as he wipes his lips with his hand.

“It’s not my fault. You’re the one who kiss me”

Sungmin told Kyuhyun before laughing softly. She slowly turns her back away from her husband.

“Kyu, you need to my gown for me. Please help me change my clothes”

Sungmin told Kyuhyun who nods at her.

“Where are you clothes?”

Kyuhyun asks.

“Mom puts it on top of the chair”

Sungmin answers. Kyuhyun saw the chair that his wife is talking about. He quickly walks towards it and gets Sungmin’s clothes. He places it on the chair near them. Kyuhyun gets Sungmin’s silk strapless bra and gives it to her before ping her gown. Sungmin slowly pulls down her gown, exposing her beautiful s. Kyuhyun can see it on the mirror; he controls his self from being naughty and beside he’s tired on that day. Sungmin places the cups of her bra on her s. Kyuhyun helps his wife to hook her bra. Kyuhyun gets Sungmin’s navy and peach stripes maxi dress. He pulls Sungmin’s dress lower and slowly turns her around to face him. Kyuhyun helps Sungmin to wear her dress. He helps his wife to sit on the chair as he pulls her gown away from her legs.

“Is these the shoes that you’re wearing awhile ago?”

Kyuhyun asks. Sungmin shook her head.

“I’m wearing flat sandals Kyu. I think mom puts it under the dresser”

Sungmin informs her husband. Kyuhyun saw his wife’s silver Christian Louboutin Druide studded mirrored-leather sandals under the dresser. He carefully removes his wife’s heels and gets her flat shoes and puts it on her feet. Kyuhyun grabs his wife’s heels and her gown and slowly stand. He places Sungmin’s heels inside its box then he hangs her gown on a hanger and carefully puts it inside the garment suit bag.

“Baby, where is your coat?”

Kyuhyun asks.

“Hanging on the garment rack”

Kyuhyun looks around and saw the garment rack. He walks towards it and hangs his wife’s gown before getting Sungmin’s red coat that was hanging on the garment rack. Kyuhyun walks towards the door when he heard someone knocking. He opens the door and smiles at his mother’s Personal Assistants.

“Young master, your mother send us here to get young lady’s things and drops it home”

Kyuhyun nods. He gets his luggage and opens it. He gets his white scarf inside. Kyuhyun closes his luggage and wears his backpack. He gets his coat and stands up. He walks towards his wife and looks at one of his mother’s Personal Assistants.

“Please drop my luggage at home. Thank you”

They nod at Kyuhyun as they get all Sungmin’s things. Kyuhyun helps Sungmin to stand. He puts Sungmin’s red coat on her and wraps his scarf around his wife’s neck.

“It’s really cold outside because winter is approaching”

Kyuhyun puts Sungmin’s hoodie on her head.

“You didn’t bring your cane?”

Sungmin shook her head.

“Mom told me to leave it at home”

“Ok”

Kyuhyun smiles and holds his wife’s hand.

“No worries baby. I’ll be your eyes”

Sungmin smiles sweetly and intertwines her fingers on his. Kyuhyun gets her wife’s purple Louis Vuitton handbag.

“Let’s go?”

Sungmin nods happily. Kyuhyun softly kisses his wife’s wonderful lips and carefully walks, guiding Sungmin’s way. They went at the lobby of the building and saw his family already waiting for them. Tiffany and Jessica hug Sungmin happily, congratulating her. Jessica throws Kyuhyun’s car key towards him. Kyuhyun catches it with one hand. They went out of the building. Kyuhyun walks towards his wife’s friends so Sungmin can say good bye to them. They hug Sungmin happily. Kyuhyun told them to visit their house tomorrow and have lunch there in which they all agree.

“I’m going to see you again tomorrow my gorgeous baby Juliet!”

Hyuk Jae told Sungmin happily. She was about to hug Sungmin, but Kyuhyun quickly pulls his wife towards him, hugging her tight. He looks at Hyuk Jae while smiling.

“Aish! You’re my super immortal enemy”

Hyuk Jae told Kyuhyun. She stuck her tongue out and frowns at Kyuhyun who just smiles at her. Sungmin just laugh softly because she thinks that her husband is being childish again.

“We’re going now. Thanks for everything. I’ll see you all tomorrow. All of you must be present tomorrow, arasso?”

They all nod at Sungmin. Heechul gives Sungmin a hug.

“See you tomorrow sweetheart. We love you”

Heechul told her and gently pats her cheek. They wave their hands happily to Sungmin and bow at Kyuhyun who smiles at them. He looks at Seungri and notices him staring at his wife. Kyuhyun holds Sungmin’s hand and pulls her closer to him, indicating that Sungmin is his and no one can ever touch her and steal her away from him. Kyuhyun waves his hand and slowly walks away with his wife. He walks towards his car and opens the front seat. He helps Sungmin to get inside. Kyuhyun buckles his wife’s seatbelt and gives her handbag.

“Thanks Kyu”

Kyuhyun smiles and gently closes the door. He looks at his cousin in law.

“I’ll drive behind you”

Kyuhyun told him. Siwon nods and goes inside his car. Tiffany and Jessica waves their hands happily.

“See you and Min at Bien-etre”

Tiffany told Kyuhyun who nods happily at her. She and Jessica went inside Siwon’s car. Siwon blows his horn softly before driving his car away, following Mr. and Mrs. Cho’s car from behind. Kyuhyun went inside the driver’s seat. He starts the engine and opens the roof of his convertible car. Kyuhyun did that on purpose because he can be evil sometimes. He knows that Seungri is still watching him and Sungmin. Kyuhyun moves closer towards his beautiful wife and softly kisses her lips. Sungmin smiles at him.

“I love you baby”

“I love you too Kyu”

Kyuhyun smiles and kisses Sungmin’s lips again. He smiles inwardly when he saw Seungri staring at them. He just wants to show Seungri who is superior between them when it comes to Sungmin’s love and who is the rightful man who own Sungmin. Kyuhyun starts driving his car. He stops in front of his wife’s friends and told Sungmin to wave her hand to bid goodbye to her friends. Sungmin happily waves her hand. Her friends also wave at her. Kyuhyun smiles at them and wave his hand before closing the roof of his car and drives it away.

“Ok. Let’s go first at the Student Council’s Office before we go out and have our dinner together”

Youngwoon told them happily. Heechul looks at Seungri and notices his sad face.

“Minnie loves him and he loves Minnie. You can’t do anything about it”

Heechul told Seungri.

“Follow us inside the office”

Heechul told Seungri. She pats Seungri’s shoulder before walking away.

“I know. Sungmin is his and I really envy him so much”

Seungri told his self. He sighs sadly and follows his friends at the Student Council’s Office while feeling so jealous and envious towards Kyuhyun for having Sungmin as his wife and because he knows that they both love each other so much.

Kyuhyun drives his car at the Han River Park after having a happy dinner with his wife and his family at Bien-etre. He was sitting on the bench while watching his wife eating her favorite cherry flavoured ice cream. Sungmin smiles brightly after eating her ice cream. She gives the empty ice cream cup on her husband.

“You’re done?”

Sungmin nods happily. Kyuhyun gets the empty cup on Sungmin’s hand. He stands up and throws it in the trash can before going back to his seat.

“Kyu, my hands are cold”

Sungmin told her husband as she raises her hands in front of her, showing it to her husband. Kyuhyun holds it.

“Omo! It’s freezing”

Kyuhyun notices his wife trembling a little.

“Are you cold?”

Sungmin nods.

“Please stand baby”

Kyuhyun instructed. Sungmin obeys her husband. She stands up. Kyuhyun holds her hands and helps her to move closer to him. He told Sungmin to sit on his lap, facing him. Sungmin did what her husband told her to do. She sits on Kyuhyun’s lap, facing him. Kyuhyun fixes the scarf around Sungmin’s neck. He opens his coat and asks Sungmin to hug him. Sungmin wraps her arms around Kyuhyun and hugs him. Kyuhyun wraps his coat on Sungmin. He wraps his arms around his wife, hugging her to make her feel warm.

“Still feeling cold?”

“A little”

Sungmin smiles when Kyuhyun hugs her tight. She rests her head on Kyuhyun’s chest. The weather on that night is really cold, but Sungmin feels warm while lying on her husband’s warm body and because Kyuhyun is hugging her tight, warming her up. Sungmin hears her husband yawning.

“Are you feeling sleepy again?”

Sungmin asks. Kyuhyun nods like a kid.

“I’m not yet sleeping properly because of my work. I did a lot of things at Jeju Island and I’m really tired…super tired. I want to sleep now and take a rest”

“Then why did you bring me here? We supposed to go home after having dinner”

Kyuhyun shook his head.

“I just want to make it up to you because I’ve been away for a long time and I really miss you so much”

“It’s your fault because you’re always busy”

Sungmin told Kyuhyun as she starts pouting.

“I have a meeting tomorrow morning with Mr. Kim”

Kyuhyun informs his wife. Sungmin raises her head and frowns at Kyuhyun.

“Why are you always busy? Tomorrow is Saturday. You supposed to stay at home and it’s your day with me, right? You told me that Saturdays and Sundays are your day with me since we don’t have a baby yet. Seriously Kyu, do you really need to be busy all the time and leave me? Don’t forget that your wife still exists. I’m starting to hate you ok”

Sungmin told her husband while frowning at him. Kyuhyun sighs and gently brushes his fingers on Sungmin’s beautiful face.

“I’m sorry baby. I really don’t want to ignore you and be busy all the time. But I need to because it’s part of my work”

“Forgetting me is also part of your work? Then you need to divorce me now and marry your work since you love it more than your own wife”

“Hey…”

Kyuhyun gently flicks Sungmin’s forehead.

“Why are you getting mad at me all of a sudden? Who told you that I’m going to divorce you huh?”

Kyuhyun shook his head.

“Even if you beg, I won’t do that. Kyuhyun pushes his wife’s head back on his chest and rest his chin on her head. He slowly closes his eyes.

“I love you Cho Sungmin. I’m really sorry for being busy. I really want to be with you all the time and that’s the truth baby. But I just can’t because I need to work. But I’m trying to spend time with you. You see. I’m trying to make it up to you even though I’m already tired because I don’t want to lose my time to you and I don’t want you to think that I’m ignoring you and setting you aside”

Kyuhyun shook his head again.

“That’s not true baby and that will never happen. No matter what happen and no matter how busy I am, I want you to know that I love you and you’re still the most important in my life. I’m sorry if there are times wherein I need to leave you because of work, but I will always try to make it up to you. So please baby, don’t get mad at me anymore”

“Ok. You’re forgiven in one condition”

“What?”

Sungmin smiles sweetly.

“You kiss me first”

Kyuhyun slowly opens his eyes. He looks at his wife and cups her beautiful face. He leans down and kisses Sungmin’s lips softly.

“Am I forgiven?”

Kyuhyun asks like a kid. Sungmin nods happily before resting her head back on her husband’s chest.

“Don’t worry because we’re going to leave on Sunday for our honeymoon”

Kyuhyun told his wife happily. Sungmin shook her head. She raises her head again to face her husband.

“Honeymoon? Can you still call it honeymoon if we already make love on our bed last Sunday?”

Sungmin asks.

“Can we just make it as family vacation instead of honeymoon?”

Sungmin asks happily. Kyuhyun shook his head.

“I don’t want”

Sungmin suddenly frowns upon hearing her husband.

“Don’t frown at me”

“But I want it to be a family vacation”

“But why? I can’t have a solo time with you if we will bring our family with us. How are we going to make our baby if we will bring them with us? I don’t want”

Sungmin starts brushing her fingers on her husband’s gorgeous face.

“But that’s what I want Kyu. We can have our own time together every night. You see. I just want us to have vacation with mom, dad, Jessica and Tiffany Unnie and Siwon Oppa. That’s a very wonderful idea and it’s not bad at all. We can still have our honeymoon even though we’re having vacation with our family. Please Kyu. Just say yes and beside it’s your punishment for making it hard for me last Sunday. I am sore down there for three days. It’s hard to walk properly you know”

Sungmin told her husband while pouting so cutely like a kid.

“And we also need to bring Kyumin bunnies”

“What? Seriously, you will never have the chance to focus your attention to me because you’re going to be busy taking care of those bunnies”

“But we need to bring them. I’ll throw tantrums here if you will not agree on me”

Sungmin threatens her husband. Kyuhyun gently flicks his wife’s forehead.

“Since when did you learn to threaten me?”

Kyuhyun asks while raising an eyebrow.

“Just now”

Sungmin laughs softly.

“Please Kyu. I want to have a family vacation and bring our Kyumin bunnies with us. I want our vacation to be adventurous and at the same time romantic for both of us. You can do that for me, right?”

Sungmin told her husband while flashing her puppy eyes. Kyuhyun looks at his wife and he really can’t resist her, especially when she’s already acting cute in front of him.

“Ok. What can I do? You know that I can never resist you spoiled bunny”

“That’s because you love me that much Kyu. I win, right?”

Kyuhyun nods happily.

“You win. You always win because I love you so much”

Kyuhyun told his wife. Sungmin giggles happily.

“Thank you. I’m sure that I’ll be having a great vacation with you, with our bunnies and our family. It’s so cool”

Sungmin giggles happily again.

“Min, I’m going to tell you something”

Sungmin nods happily.

“I saw a very beautiful rest house in Rochester New York when I went there to check the site for the company’s expansion there. Do you want me to buy it for you?”

Kyuhyun asks. Sungmin shook her head.

“Why do you need to buy a house there? I mean, we already have a house here and what are we going to do to that rest house if we’re living here in Seoul?”

“Well…”

Kyuhyun tucks Sungmin’s hair on her ear. Sungmin already removes her braided updo before they went at the Han River Park.

“You see. The company will have an expansion there, so it only means that there are times wherein I need to stay there for a long time to check the company’s progress and to manage it as well. I want to bring you with me if that happens because I don’t want to leave you for a very long time. I was thinking that we can stay there if we’re in New York. What do you think?”

Kyuhyun asks.

“Why are you asking me?”

“Because you’re my wife and your decision matters to me. It’s just like what dad did. He bought a house in Sydney because he wants us to go with him every time that he’s flying there for the company”

Kyuhyun explains.

“Well, it’s ok with me. I think it will be more expensive if we will stay at the hotel all the time”

“So, it’s a yes?”

Sungmin nods.

“I’ll ask Onew to process it immediately. I’ll bring you there next year when they are already done preparing everything for the company”

“Ok”

Sungmin smiles and rests her head back on her husband’s chest.

“Min…”

“Hmmm?”

Kyuhyun starts his wife’s shoulder length hair.

“Let’s make our baby in our vacation with our family. You see. Awhile ago, Fany’s baby move inside her tummy”

“You hold it?”

Sungmin asks excitedly. Kyuhyun shook his head.

“She told me. Maybe because she’s o happy awhile ago because you win the pageant. She told us that her baby is moving in her tummy. She and Siwon Hyung are happy while feeling their baby moving inside Fany’s tummy. I’m jealous. I envy Hyung. I also want us to have a baby soon. I also want us to feel those happy moments together. So please tell me that we’re going to make our baby even though we’re having vacation with our family”

Kyuhyun told Sungmin while thinking about their future kids. Sungmin nods happily.

“You don’t need to ask for it. Of course it’s still our honeymoon though our family will join us. I also want us to have a baby soon. It will be a very wonderful blessing for both of us”

Sungmin giggles happily.

“I suddenly feel excited”

Kyuhyun raises an eyebrow.

“Excited or ?”

Kyuhyun teases his wife.

“Yah!”

Sungmin pouts. Kyuhyun laughs softly. Sungmin slowly gets off of her husband.

“Baby, I’m just kidding”

“I know”

Sungmin flashes a smile and holds her husband’s hand, pulling her away from the bench.

“Kyu, let’s go. Let’s walk. You give me a piggy back ride”

“Arasso”

Kyuhyun stands up and carries his wife on his back.

“Is this also included as my punishment?”

Kyuhyun asks as he starts walking slowly. Sungmin giggles happily.

“I’m not punishing you. I’m being sweet and nice to you”

Sungmin told Kyuhyun while laughing softly. Kyuhyun stops walking. He turns his head to look at his wife.

“Excuse me Cho Sungmin. You’re being sweet?”

Kyuhyun shook his head.

“I don’t think so. You’re too harsh on me. You’re being nice?”

Kyuhyun shook his head again.

“That’s a big no because you’re such an evil baby”

Sungmin just laughs softly.

”But you can never resist me. I always win, right?”

“Yes baby. Why are you dominating me?”

Sungmin smiles brightly.

“That’s because you love me so much”

Sungmin happily told her husband and gives him a sweet peck on his lips. Kyuhyun smiles and starts walking again.

“Kyu…”

“Hmmm?”

“Promise to be gentle next time?”

Kyuhyun nods happily.

“I will baby. I’m going to be gentle next time. I promise”

Sungmin smiles and rests her head on her husband’s back.

“You need to sing now Kyu because I’m going to sleep now”

“Is that also a punishment?”

Sungmin laughs softly and shook her head.

“That’s my reward for winning the pageant awhile ago”

Sungmin told her husband happily.

“Ok. Fair enough”

“Kyu…”

“Yes baby?”

Sungmin giggles happily.

“I love you”

“I love you too baby. I love you so much. Good night. We’re going home later when you finally fall asleep. Sleep tight. I love you”

Sungmin slowly closes her eyes when she heard Kyuhyun singing a lovely song for her.

“I love you Kyu”

Sungmin whispers. Kyuhyun nods his head happily as he continues walking around the Han River Park while singing a lovely song for his wife, sending her in dreamland with a sweet smile on her lips.

SUNDAY, 2:00AM; CHO MANSION

“Son, are you sure that we really need to go with you and Minnie?”

Mr. Cho asks Kyuhyun as he gives his luggage to his son’s driver. Kyuhyun nods his head, checking his backpack.

“But why? It’s supposed to be your honeymoon, right? How come it becomes a family vacation?”

Mr. Cho asks. Kyuhyun closes his backpack and wears it.

“Dad, that’s what my wife wants. I just want to grant her wish and beside…”

Kyuhyun goes back inside their mansion with his father.

“Having a family vacation is not bad at all. It will be great if all of us will be on vacation”

“But son…”

“Dad…”

Kyuhyun smiles at his father.

“Don’t worry. Min and I are already planning to have a baby. We promise that we will give you the grandchild that you and mom are asking. It will be soon, just wait patiently ok?”

Kyuhyun told his father who nods his head. Kyuhyun suddenly smiles when he saw his wife going down the stairs carefully with Jessica; behind them is Mrs. Cho, Tiffany and Siwon. Sungmin’s nanny is already at Costa Rica along with the Cho family driver, Mrs. Cho’s nanny, Kyumin bunnies and three maids. They will also spend vacation with their masters because Kyuhyun wants it since they are going to stay at a Villa and they need some helpers to assist them while they are having vacation at Costa Rica.

“Good morning my beautiful baby”

Kyuhyun happily greets his wife who looks so sleepy. Sungmin was wearing black skinny jeans and blue button down shirt and pair of leather black boots and her pink coat with bunny hoodie. She’s still feeling sleepy because she and Kyuhyun sleep so late because of talking about their plans for their vacation with their family. Sungmin just slept for one hour.

“Is my baby still feeling sleepy?”

Kyuhyun asks as he hugs Sungmin who nods at him.

“I’m sorry. We really need to leave early because Nicole can only get an early flight for us. Just sleep in the car and in the plane, arasso?”

Sungmin nods weakly. Mr. Cho claps his hands and happily looks at everyone. He stares at Sungmin who is hugging Kyuhyun with her eyes closed, feeling so sleepy.

“Are you guys ready?”

Mr. Cho asks happily. They all nod excitedly, except Sungmin whose eyes are still closed.

“Ok. We need to go at the airport now or else we might miss our flight. Let’s enjoy our one week family vacation. It will be great for sure”

Mr. Cho told them happily. He goes out of the mansion with his wife. Tiffany and Siwon follow them from behind.

“I’ll go ahead”

Jessica smiles at her cousin and happily went out of the mansion. She’s feeling so excited for the family vacation as she and Fany already have some plan on what to do at Costa Rica since Kyuhyun informs them that Sungmin wants to have an adventurous vacation for all of them.

“Baby…”

Kyuhyun looks at his wife. Sungmin didn’t open her eyes.

“Kyu, I want to sleep more. I don’t want to walk. Just carry me”

“Ok”

Kyuhyun smiles and carries his wife on his arms, Sungmin is already sleeping.

“Poor my baby. You’re really sleepy. Just sleep tight. I’ll wake you up when we’re already at the airport”

Kyuhyun whispers while staring happily at his sleeping wife. Kyuhyun went out of the mansion and went inside the silver Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, carrying his sleeping wife. His driver gently closes the door and runs towards the driver’s seat. He went inside the car and drives it away.

“Kyu…”

Kyuhyun stares at his wife who is sitting beside him inside the plane. He puts the book that he was reading on his lap. He holds Sungmin’s hand and softly kisses it.

“Yes baby? What’s wrong?”

Kyuhyun asks worriedly as he stares at his wife’s sleepy eyes.

“I’m so sleepy”

“Then sleep”

Sungmin shook her head.

“I want to sleep, but I can’t sleep”

Sungmin told her husband sadly. Kyuhyun unbuckles his wife’s seatbelt.

“Stand up baby”

Kyuhyun instructed. He holds Sungmin’s hands and helps her to move closer with him. Kyuhyun wraps an arm around his wife’s slim waist and gently pulls her down. Sungmin ends up on top of him. Kyuhyun wraps his arms around his wife as she comfortably lay on top of him. Sungmin rests her head on Kyuhyun’s chest.

“You can sleep now baby. I’ll be your bed since you love making me as your bed”

Kyuhyun told his wife. Sungmin laughs softly.

“Thanks Kyu”

“No kiss?”

Kyuhyun asks. Sungmin raises her head and smiles at her husband.

“Kiss me…”

Sungmin told Kyuhyun who leans forward and captures her wonderful lips. Kyuhyun softly kisses Sungmin’s lips. Sungmin quickly pulls back before her husband can eat her wonderful lips.

“Kyu, don’t be naughty. We’re inside the plane. People will see us”

“We’re in the first class. It’s Fany and Siwon Hyung, mom and dad, Jess and the two of us are the only people who are sitting here. They are all sleeping. They won’t see us being naughty unless the stewardess arrive”

Kyuhyun explains, Sungmin suddenly blush.

“It will be hard for us to make love here because the space is small and they will surely caught us”

Sungmin told her husband shyly.

“They will caught us because you’re going to be so loud”

Kyuhyun teases his wife, making her blush. Sungmin hides her red face on Kyuhyun’s chest.

“Someone is getting shy again. I wonder why”

Kyuhyun teases his wife.

“Kyu, don’t tease. I’m already shy. You behave now”

“What if I don’t want?”

Kyuhyun asks as he sends his hands on Sungmin’s wonderful cheek, caressing it gently.

“Kyu…”

Sungmin removes her husband’s hands on her cheek.

“Our honeymoon will start when we arrive in…”

“In?”

Sungmin raises her head to face her husband.

“Where exactly are we going?”

Sungmin asks innocently. Kyuhyun laughs softly and gently flicks his wife’s forehead.

“Costa Rica. You told me that you want adventure and beaches then I will bring you there. We’re going to have two adventures there”

“Two adventures?”

Kyuhyun nods happily.

“One, we’re going to have adventures in different places in Costa Rica and two…”

Kyuhyun leans closer to his wife.

“We’re going to have adventures on our bed”

Kyuhyun whispers to Sungmin’s ear seductively, making her blush.

“I prepare everything for you my spoiled evil bunny. I want you to enjoy our vacation with our family and our honeymoon”

Kyuhyun happily told his wife. Sungmin nods happily.

“I’ll enjoy it as long as I’m with you. Let’s enjoy our vacation with our family and our honeymoon ok?”

“Ok”

Kyuhyun smiles and softly kisses Sungmin’s wonderful lips.

“Sleep now my baby Min or else I’ll eat you here”

Kyuhyun told his wife, teasing her. Sungmin blushes and quickly rests her head on her husband’s chest, hiding her face as she feels shy towards him.

“Sleep tight baby and when you wake up, we’re already at Costa Rica. I love you”

Sungmin smiles sweetly.

“I love you too Kyu”

Kyuhyun pulls the blanket and covers Sungmin’s body. He kisses her head and gets the book and continues reading it as he gently his wife’s hair to put her to sleep.
