Three Gang War: Nillili One Shot

    As they stepped out of the van, Yongguk offered the cab driver a few bills.  They just stood there as the van drove off, looking up at their previous home, B.A.P headquarters.  It felt so foreign to Yongguk.  He had been staying with the Red Tigers and so much had happened since he left.  Himchan smiled at some of the memories that looking at home brought up.  His eyes started to water so he blinked to keep the tears from falling.  Jongup stared at the house with mixed emotions.  He felt like the place had opened up a door to change.  He just didn’t know whether that was a good thing or bad.  Zelo smiled brightly.  He was just glad to be back home with his hyungs… well most of them.

    Zelo started to head towards the B.A.P house, and Yongguk quickly followed.  By the time they made it to the front door, they realized that Himchan and Jongup weren’t behind them.

    “What’s wrong, hyungs?” Zelo asked.

    “Our stuff is… um… back at the Black Dragon base,” Himchan responded, pointing in the direction that the gang’s base was in as he backed up.  He smiled warmly at Zelo and whispered, “Goodbye,” before he turned around and started to walk away.

    “Wait!” Zelo called, running halfway to where Himchan was.  He looked back at Yongguk, who was looking down at the ground, before looking back at Himchan.  “Hyung, mianhe.”

    Himchan shook his head, confused.  “What are you sorry for, Junhong?”

    “I didn’t fight for you to stay,” Zelo confessed.  “I didn’t even act like I cared.  It’s just… Yongguk-hyung… I just went with his decision, and when the same happened with Jongup-hyung, I begged Yongguk-hyung to let him stay, but I didn’t do that with you.  Mianhe, hyung.  I do care, and I want you to stay.  Jebal?”  Zelo turned back to look at Yongguk again.  “Can they stay, hyung? Both of them?”

    “Gomawo, Junhong,” Himchan said, smiling sadly.  “I knew that you cared even if you didn’t make a big fuss, but still… thank you.  Even so, I…”

    “Please, stay,” Yongguk said, immediately silencing Himchan.  “I know that you’re tired of fighting.  I am too.  And I know that things can’t go back to the way that they were, but… I miss my friend.  So will you stay?  Will you be my friend?”

    Tears were falling down Himchan’s cheeks, but he had the biggest smile on his face.  He ran over and hugged Yongguk tightly, saying that yes, he would stay.

    Zelo smiled at the two.  He wanted to join the hug, but thought that he should let them have a moment.  He then turned to look at Jongup, to see if the other was just as excited as him that Yongguk and Himchan had made up.

    Himchan pulled back a bit from the hug and smirked at Yongguk.  “You know, you’re still as corny as ever.”

    “Corny?!” Yongguk asked.  He tried to feign anger, but he couldn’t help but to chuckle.

    “Hyungs?” Zelo quietly called, getting Yongguk’s and Himchan’s attention.  “Where is Jongup-hyung?”

    Himchan immediately turned around and saw that Jongup wasn’t where he was a minute ago.  “Jongup?!” he called out loudly.

    “Jonguppie-hyung?!” Zelo called, following Himchan’s move.

    “He probably went to the Black Dragon base,” Yongguk said, sighing.  “I’ll go get him.”

    Zelo gasped and Himchan lightly grabbed Yongguk’s arm.  “Maybe I should go and get him,” Himchan responded.  Zelo nodded behind Himchan.

    “I need to talk with him anyway,” Yongguk replied, shrugging out of Himchan’s grasp and walking off.

    Zelo went to run after Yongguk, but Himchan held him back.

    “Hyung,” Zelo said, “he’s going to yell at Jonguppie-hyung again.”

    Himchan smiled at Zelo and began to pull the younger into the house.  “They’ll be fine.”

    “But… but…”  Zelo wasn’t so sure of that.

    “Come on,” Himchan said, pulling on Zelo’s arm.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Red Tigers~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    “I just don’t see the point in this,” Taeil mumbled, sitting down in his favorite chair, wrapping himself in his favorite blanket.  He was glad the police didn’t know their base’s location, otherwise they’d probably be on the streets without a blanket.
    “The point is to kill those ers,” Zico grumbled.  “They practically coordinated the whole thing with the Black Dragons, probably to get us all in jail.”
    Taeil snickered.  “You and Jaehyo hated each other since day one, and the Red Tigers and the Black Dragons became enemies the next day.  B.A.P had nothing to do with it.”
    Zico opened his mouth argue, but Kyung stopped him by putting a hand on his shoulder.  “Taeil-hyung is right,” Kyung said before turning to Taeil.  “But Himchan did try to kill me.”
    “That’s right!” Zico shouted, “and I don’t need an excuse to kill someone.  They’re dead!  That’s that.”
    “Kyung,” Taeil called out to the younger, knowing that he would get nowhere with their leader, “you and Yongguk were friends.  The two of you clicked over you mutual like of hip hop.”
    Kyung smiled, remembering their conversation about “hep hap.”  He shook his head and shrugged.  “It’s not like Yongguk-hyung liked Himchan anymore anyway,” he replied.  “I’ll be doing him a favor.”
    Taeil snorted.  “Before or after Zico kills him?”  Kyung frowned a bit.
    Zico walked up to Taeil’s chair.  “Are you coming or not?” he asked impatiently.
    “Of course I’m coming,” Taeil responded, getting out of his chair.  “I’m not going to let the two of you have all of the fun… again!  Besides, I still have plenty of toys left.”
    Zico smirked and lightly punched Taeil’s shoulder.  “Alright, then shut the up and let’s go.”
    Kyung smiled before cooing at Taeil.  “Aww, baby Taeil is coming with us to kill some bad guys.”
    “That’s it!  I’m kicking you’re !” Taeil shouted, charging at Kyung, but Zico quickly pulled Kyung behind him.
    “I’m not going to say it again,” Zico said darkly, “now get your asses moving, or I’m going to kill B.A.P all by myself.”
    Taeil glared at Kyung, who stuck his tongue out at Taeil, but they quickly followed Zico out of the base and towards B.A.P’s old space.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Has to be okay~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    “We can’t stay here long,” P.O whispered to Jaehyo, who nodded.

    “I have a safe house already set up for us,” Jaehyo responded, never taking his eyes away from the glass on the door, showing B-Bomb’s form shaking over U-Kwon’s unconscious lying body in the hospital bed.  Unlike the Red Tigers, the Black Dragon’s base was well known.  The only reason that the police hadn’t raided the place and arrested everyone before was because Jaehyo had enough money to either buy off the shady cops or pay for air tight alibis.  There was no paying their way out of this one, though.  They couldn’t go back to their base.  They needed to remain hidden.

    “Do you think U-Kwon will be okay?” P.O asked quietly, looked away from Jaehyo.

    Jaehyo smiled, but his smile faltered.  “He has to be,” he replied, looking back at B-Bomb.  “For Minhyuk’s sake, he has to be.”  Jaehyo watched as B-Bomb continued to cry over U-Kwon, clutching tightly onto the younger’s hands.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Stay Away~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    It was a while before Yongguk caught up to Jongup.  He saw the younger ahead of him power walking, practically sprinting.  He cursed the younger’s insane amount of energy and strength.
    “Jongup,” Yongguk called, but the younger ended up walking faster.  “Dammit!” he cursed before running up to Jongup.  “Just wait a minute.”  He grabbed Jongup’s arm and turned the younger around.  He was surprised to see tears falling from Jongup’s eyes.
    “Leave me alone,” Jongup mumbled, jerking his arm out of Yongguk’s hold and turning around to walk off.
    Yongguk quickly jumped in front of the younger and asked, “What’s wrong?”
    Jongup just stared at Yongguk before mumbling, “I thought I was supposed to be the pabo.”  Yongguk frowned and was about to yell at Jongup, but the younger started talking.
    “He knew what happened,” Jongup whispered, but his voice was getting louder.  “He knew what you did, and he still went back.  He still abandoned me!”
    “Who are you talking about?” Yongguk asked, taking a step back and wondering about Jongup’s sanity.  “Himchan?”
    “Ne!” Jongup shouted, wiping at his eyes harshly.
    “I know that I blamed you for what happened between me and Himchan,” Yongguk started, but was interrupted.
    “You were going to let him kill me!” Jongup yelled before he broke down in sobs.  Tears were steadily streaming down his face.  “You weren’t going to do anything,” he whispered.  “I would have died and you wouldn’t have even cared.”
    Yongguk looked at Jongup ashamed.  He knew that he didn’t do right that day, but he didn’t know how to react.  He was so mad at Himchan and Jongup, and most of the time it was like he was angrier with the younger.  He just wasn’t thinking straight.
    Jongup hiccupped, drawing Yongguk’s attention to the fact that the younger was calming down.  “Look, Jongup,” Yongguk said, taking a step closer to the younger, “I’m sor-“
    “I don’t know if you really want to patch things up with Himchan-hyung,” Jongup interrupted, “but we both know that you’ll only ask me to stay because of Zelo.”
    “That’s not tr-“ Yongguk began but was interrupted again.
    “I’m not coming back,” Jongup said darkly.  “I’ll stay at the Black Dragon base.”
    “Will you stop interrupting me?!  Dammit!” Yongguk shouted.  “And you are too coming back with me!  Even if I have to drag you back myself!”
    Jongup glared at Yongguk, and the older glared right back.  Jongup wanted to tell the older that he would in fact have to drag him back, but Jongup didn’t really want to provoke the older too much more.
    “All of my stuff is at the Black Dragon base,” Jongup said, shaking his head furiously, “so there’s no use in me going back with you.”
    Yongguk shrugged.  “Himchan’s stuff is still there too,” he replied.  “We’ll just go get your stuff and Himchan’s belongings, and then we go back.”  Yongguk walked off, leaving no room for argument.
    Jongup grumbled and followed the older.  “You hate me, and I hate you… Youngjae-hyung is… he’s…” Jongup shook his head, not knowing what to say about Youngjae.  “B.A.P is no more, why try to cling to it.”
    “You used to be the happy, optimistic one,” Yongguk stated.  “What happened to that?”
    “You happened,” Jongup snarked.
    Yongguk sighed before mumbling, “I don’t hate you.”
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Single Cell~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Daehyun sighed.  He was lying on one of the bottom bunk beds, looking up at the worn bedding at the bottom of the top bunk above him.  He was all alone, and he couldn’t deny that he had wanted Youngjae to come back and talk to him.  He was pissed at the younger for lying to him, for betraying him and their friends, but he still couldn’t help but want the other to be near.

    Daehyun snorted at his contradicting thoughts.  Ever since the Red Tigers and the Black Dragons escaped, the police have been running around like chickens with their heads cut off.  The guards have been doubled, and they were huge hulking figures of pure muscle.  Daehyun only rolled his eyes at that.  He wasn’t planning on escaping.  Where would he go?  If he went back to the others, the police would find him, besides Daehyun wasn’t even sure how to escape.

    He sighed again.  He wondered how the others were doing, hoping that Yongguk and Himchan hadn’t killed each other yet.  He felt sorry for Zelo, having to be the mediator between Himchan and Jongup, and Yongguk.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Worried~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    “Hyung, what if they end up fighting?” Zelo asked, looking at Himchan with big, sad puppy dog eyes.
    “They aren’t going to fight,” Himchan replied.  “Okay, they might get into an argument, but there will no physical fighting.”
    “I look up to Yongguk-hyung,” Zelo admitted.  “He’s still my favorite, but… with Jonguppie-hyung...”
    Himchan grabbed Zelo’s cheeks, something that the maknae normally hated, and forced the younger to look up into his eyes.  “They will be fine.  Araso?  Yongguk will not hurt Jongup.”
    Zelo pouted and pushed Himchan’s hands away from his cheeks.  “But he already has,” Zelo responded, whining.  “Yongguk-hyung has hurt both of you.”
    Himchan just stared at Zelo, stunned.  Yes he had been hurt by Yongguk, deeply, and he knew that Jongup had been too.  Himchan opened his mouth to say something to the maknae when they heard glass shattering.
    “What was that?” Himchan asked, heading out of the kitchen.  Zelo was  right behind him.  As soon as they stepped out of the kitchen, Himchan saw the broken window.  His eyes followed the trail of broken glass on the floor to a grenade.  His eyes widened and he turned around to tell the younger to run.
“Zelo!” was all that Himchan got out before the whole living room exploded.
A/N:  So the title came from the fact that Yongguk and Jongup are separated from Himchan and Zelo, Daehyun is separated from everyone, Taeil is separated from Kyung and Zico in his thoughts of not wanting to kill B.A.P, B-Bomb is separated from U-Kwon due to the younger's unconsciousness.  Anyway, let me know what you think ^.^
I've been a silent reader for the longest time but seeing that the most recent chapter was posted in 2014, I'm commenting to tell you that this story is one of my all-time favorites! I mean who wouldn't like BAP & Block B in a gang AU together? I hope you can update the story soon (but it's okay if you don't since we all have other obligations in life)! Keep up the great work you've been doing!
Chapter 32: I am curious as to what Zico is planning for Jongup because this seems like a bad idea to me. Keeping Jongup around like Zico wants Jongup to finally snap and suffocate him with a pillow. haha.
This was a good chapter, keep it up!
