Moving on to Part Two…
This has been one of the biggest decision in moving ESE into part two, partially because I initially anticipated ESE to end with one bang not two. Looking back and going through everything I have written so far, I might have wished that it did ended with one season but seeing the finished product, I am surprised and happy about the turnout. Without bringing ESE into the second season, I wouldn’t have introduced Xiao Gui, Li YI Hao ( aka Alex), Puff Guo, Tia Lee, Cyndi Wang, Kris, Jiro’s unnamed assistant and everyone who came up during part two! So without a doubt, I am happy that I went into season two!
Season two brought out more then enough joy, laughs and drama (maybe?) to fill the entire season. No doubt, it was a short season—-short lived and above all else, it was easy to follow. The chapters are quite long (for both seasons) and there is a lot of writing—maybe more than necessary (and for that, I apologize :[ ) I didn’t mean for the chapters to come out long…
Chun: I don’t know about anyone else but I’m curious, why leave Jiro’s as
