Hopping down the bus, all of them arrived at their destination, the mall. Gathering at the front before entering, Soojung noticed the dazed and somehow amazed looks from people around them.

“Look at them, don’t you think they’re some kind of singers?” some people commented too loud, making Soojung hears everything. Ah, so they’re amazed at EXO, she thought. She shakes her head and chuckles, how could she be so stupid. People of course will be amazed at EXO, they’re all so cool and handsome (including Luhan, she need to admit the fact). She suddenly feel left out, what will people say if they knew EXO is hanging out with a nerd? The girl couldn’t help but to feel worried about their image.

But the girl stopped thinking as soon as she heard one of the members, Suho, calling out for everyone to gathered around.

“So, everybody. We’re going to hang out in pairs, since it’s much more easier that way rather than all of us walking together. Here, everyone pick a paper from here and go to your partner. Luhan, you could go last” Suho explained. The girl couldn’t hide the excited feelings of the possibility being paired up with Kris.

The girl quickly walked up to Suho, smiling at him before picked up one of the paper. Opening it and revealed the number 7. Her heart gets excited a bit knowing 7 is a lucky number and she hopes it’ll be Kris. When she was about to walk around, Kris stopped her, by standing infront of her, smiling at her.

“What’s your number? I’m 1” Kris said, probably hoping that he’ll be paired up with the girl.

Meanwhile Soojung, on the other hand, felt that her world crumbles upon hearing Kris’ number. 1. It’s the exact opposite of her number. He’s number one, while she gets the last number, number 7. How much she wanted to change her number right now.

“Ah, I’m 7” Soojung couldn’t hide the tone of dissapointment in her voice, making Kris wants to hug and squirmed her that instant but they’re in public, plus under Luhan’s supervision. Kris just chuckle, patting her head.

“Don’t worry—“

“Hyung, what number are you?” Tao, suddenly cut him, appearing beside him.

“Ah, 1—“

“Omo, really hyung? Yeay I’m paired up with you, come on hyung. Noona, we’ll be going first” Tao quickly dragged Kris away. Leaving Soojung in dazed. Meanwhile Kris sighed, wanting to smack the maknae’s head for making him not bidding goodbye properly at the girl. But the maknae couldn’t care less, all he wanted to do now is to drag Kris to the Gucci store.

Soojung’s shoulder deflatened hearing the bad news that Kris is not her partner. Then who could it be? She’s not that close with other member, and she could see Eunju already being paired up with Baekhyun. Looking around, she locked eyes with the jerk. Making her frowns in displease, she absolutely doesn’t want to be paired up with the jerk.

Meanwhile the male, walks to Soojung. Hoping she gets the same number as him, so he could spend more time with her. The girl just sighed upon his appearance. She looked at her smugly, with an unreadable expression.

“What’s your number again?” the male asked, praying in his minds.

“7” the girl said shortly.

The male could hear the bell’s ringing, flowers falling down from the sky, and angel’s twirling behind her. She had the same number as his. How happy he is knowing his wish come true. He never thought he’ll be this lucky.

“Me too. 7.” The male showed the girl his paper, wanting the girl trust him. Soojung could only groaned in defeat. She couldn’t help but to accompany this jerk around the mall. The girl thought that the sight of Luhan and her walking around is absolutely not a wonderful sight to be seen. Especially be seen by her idol. Soojung doesn’t want Kris to misunderstood but—she can’t avoid this anymore. Her partner is Luhan and she need to accept the reality. Afterall, it’s just one-day thingy. He won’t be her partner tomorrow.

After a few minutes passed by Soojung glaring at Luhan and Luhan smiling to her, they entered the mall. Walking around in silence and aimlessly. Not knowing where to go, they just window-shopping. Since the girl always rejected Luhan’s offer to buy her some clothes, they keep on walking in circles.

“Luhan” the male stopped in his tracks upon hearing the girl calling his name. It’s the first time he heard Soojung calling his name that sweet and soft, making his heart flutters instantly. He turned around, meeting with the pleading eyes of the girl.

“Let me buy minimelts, okay?” the girl pointed to her right, to the mini-shop beside her. It’s the minimelts ice cream store indeed. The male couldn’t help it but chuckled seeing the girl’s plead. How childish is she to be asking for something like that.

“Sure, go ahead and buy it” Luhan nods, making the girl jumps in excitement and quickly order her ice cream.

“You don’t want some?” Soojung turns her head, feeling bad for not asking him. Making the male caught off-guard by the sudden question, he shook his head. Not wanting Soojung to buy him an ice cream. It’s should be the other way around.

After Soojung bought the ice-cream, she took a spoonful of it, eating it. The explosion of the ice-cream makes her tongue dance in delight. It’s really fun for her to felt the small balls melting. She squirmed in delight, smiling at the wonderful taste.

While Luhan, made a self-note for himself that the girl loves minimelts. He would make sure the girl will have minimelt’s cake for her birthday. He smiled too, seeing the girl eat in happiness. Just like an innocent child.

“Would you like some?” the girl suddenly looked up, bringing a spoonful of minimelts infront of Luhan. The male’s surprised at her sudden offer, but he simply didn’t want to miss the chance.

“Sure” Luhan quickly dived in, makes sure that he chomped all of the spoon, making it clean.

“You look like you want it a lot for someone who doesn’t wants to buy one” the girl surprised, seeing how clean her spoon is now. No traces of the ice-cream.

“Ah, I just doesn’t want to missed the ‘indirect kiss’ that you just gave me” Luhan chuckled, grinning wide at her.

Soojung’s face went red, and hot. She’s absolutely doesn’t has any ideas about indirect kiss or something romantic like that. She’s just trying to act friendly and feel bad for eating it alone. How stupid is she to think the jerk will just eat it and let her away, without adding some comments.

While the male chuckled at her red face, the girl made a note for herself, to be more careful around the jerk.
