Like Scattered Pieces of a Puzzle
Description
Kim Eun Suh was the average college graduate who just happened to graduate at age 19. After graduation, she decided to take a year off to travel back to Korea, her home country. Born there, living her childhood and middle school years in Korea, she finally gets to come home, after seven long years in America. Hoping to gain some new opportunites before traveling back to Los Angeles, EunSuh came to Korea to also reunite with family members, do a little bit of sight-seeing, and eat some awesome, amazing Korean food. What she did not expect was that her life would be beyond her control.
Foreword
The plane soared below the clouds, preparing for landing. From here, I could see the whole city of Seoul. Buildings, cars, people were all tiny figures. It was kind of like watching a colony of ants. Just as ants could die if the human hand simply came down to crush its living organs down, human beings could die at any time if, let's say this plane crashed down upon them. Just like that. Could life be predestined? Are we just ants, living for a certain purpose, before some giant hand comes down and crushes us?
In the middle of my semi-violent but deep thoughts, the plane announced its arrival to Seoul as the figures became more proportional to its actual, real-life sizes.
Finally home. Or should I call it my second home.
I grasped tightly onto my ceramic puzzle piece cell phone strap that I always had with me every since I was a child. It was special. It had special meanings. Not only was it special, I just always had it with me. It was a part of me.
As I slowly got off the plane, I guess I just never expected the unexpected. The giant hand decided to come down onto a miniscule ant like me...taking me into something beyond my control and beyond fate, itself.
This is my VERY first fanfiction. Please go easy on me but I really hope you guys like it. Feel free to comment and subscribe! :D Thank youu
