"I don't know if the white roses would good as the center piece, what do you think Miku?" My mother asked me as she examined a large crystal vase full of delicate white roses.

"They're fine." I mumbled as I played with the ends of my sleeve. For a awkward moment, it was silent. I turned to look at my mother, and instead of seeing her happy and excited for her upcoming wedding, she seemed worried...Almost sad.

"Miku honey, what's wrong? You haven't been the same since you came from Italy." She said as she took a seat next to me. Thinking about the whole trip and everything that happened...All the memories I created with Kris...It made me want to cry, but I had to hold it in.
