Chapter 03 "See You Soon"   Meanwhile, the maids and the butlers were busy taking care of Yoona in her room.
“Where is that doctor?” Sunny stomped her feet while looking at the time.
“He’ll arrive soon. Just be patient” Taeyeon calmly said. Just like her name, she’s very calm in any situation.
“I hope so” Sunny replied and stopped stomping her feet.

Suddenly, the doctor arrived and everyone was shooed outside the room, since they were distracting the doctor. So they decided to get back to work. After the doctor finished examining Yoona, he told Mr. Im that everything was okay and that she’ll wake up in a minute or so. Mr. Im thanked the doctor and paid him before he left.

Later that evening, after Mr. Im finished his works, he went into Yoona’s room. He carefully closed the door behind him and make sure that he didn’t make noise. He sat down onto a chair near her bed and held her hand. He didn’t do or think of anything and just wait. Wait until she finally wake up.
5 minutes had passed, 15 minutes had passed, 30, an hour…

“Yoona, please… Open your eyes” he pleaded with a begging tone. He could felt his tears started to form.
“Dad?” Mr. Im suddenly heard her voice. He stopped weeping and looked up to see Yoona finally woke up.
“Omo! He tightly hugged her, but soon released her.
“Appa…” she weakly said. “Where am I? What happened?” she mumbled softly to her father.
“You were kidnapped, my dear” Mr. Im said with a soft tone.
“Kidnapped?” Yoona widened her eyes. Mr. Im nodded.
“Yes, my dear. You were kidnapped by a thief named L” he explained.
L? She tried to remember this L person when a scene from last night got replayed in her mind.

“Hello there, princess” he whispered onto her ears. Yoona flinched and was about to scream when L swiftly grab Yoona by the waist and pulled up the rope.
Yoona finally opened her eyes, only to find a guy in jet black hair and clothes
with half of his face covered with a mask. With the moonlight hits his perfectly shaped figure, it only made him looking even more mysterious.
L removed his hands from Yoona and placed his index finger onto her lips. “Just be quiet, okay? I’ll return you soon” Since Yoona was scared to death, she passed out.

So his name is L? What a weird name. Yoona got lost in her daze. “Umm.. Dad?” Yoona called her dad.
“Yes, my dear?” he raised his eyebrow.
“Who’s this... L person?” Yoona grew curious.

Her dad seemed startled by her question. Mr. Im cleared his throat before he speak again, “L is a very famous name for us, jewelers. He’s a thief, but he’s not an ordinary thief. He only steals jewels for some reason. He never even once rob a bank or such. His identity is remained uncovered” Mr. Im explained. “I should’ve known he would come to that party last night” he deeply sighed and couldn’t look into her eyes.

Yoona could’ve felt her dad’s concern and wished that if only she was more careful last night, none of this would ever happen. And her dad would never look so sad like now. “I’m sorry” she whispered to him and held his hand tighter.
