I really can't say if i'm just dreaming this days. The time is flying so fast and i really can't imagine that we're preparing now for our third periodical exam, last one period and this school year will be officially ended. I didn't realized that it almost five months since I start receiving the letter. It almost two months since the last time Donghae and I talked about my secret admirer.
Speaking of Donghae, since the day he knew about my secret admirer, i started to notice that he's always been there to see me. I mean, we still rarely meet each other when we became friends, but when he found out that someone got a move on me, he started to be close on me. Close, means whenever or not we had a chance to see each other, he will always pop out from nowhere and always accompany me. We're always together everywhere when we are on school, morning till our classes ended in the afternoon.
We started to go home together. He will accompany me to the bus stop before he walked towards their home which is not so far from our school, I'm thinking exactly where he lived and what his family looks like, but it's not my major concern now.
We spend our time together too on our vacant time. I find it funny sometimes on how he knew where i am everytime i have my vacant.
He even asked me to have our time on weekends too and it looks like we're on a date but i know we're not, but it's not that bad if i say we're dating right?
He still a sweet talker, i've been mistaken his words sometimes because it really felt real. I really can't tell if he's just joking or not.
To summarized it all, on the past 5 months that we became officially friends, our bond is tighter now, I can say we're acting like bestfriends, like the closeness me and Minnie have. I'm not that awkward anymore when we're together though I know I have this feeling for him. I'm glad our friendship improved this big but I know I want more than that even though I know it's impossible.
We're still on our room, having our remedial class till 11 in the evening. That's how we prepare for our periodical examination. Last periodic exam, as Donghae said he will beat me for being number, he really did. So I need to study hard again for this third period because I told him, i'll get my trone back, which we gladly take as challenge on both us.
I received a text message from him earlier, yes, we exchange phone numbers. He said that he'll be waiting for me outside when our remedial class ended and i said i will wait for him too. Sweet right? We've been like that for a long time already without noticing that much because we really enjoy our company and I totally fall for him deeply. My poor heart. But there's nothing to regret right, we're both together with each other and that's enough for me.
Finally the clock strikes 11 and our remedial class was over. I hurried myself to go outside because Donghae's class ended earlier than ours.
"I'm here!" i heard him. I immediately approach him.
I always flashing my smile everytime I saw him.."you waited long?"
"nope! Let's go!" he said. He take my gloved hand and put it in the pocket of his coat together with his intertwined hands with mine. We're wearing our school coat now because it's already winter, and it's already month of Christ, it's December already, fast right? and 1 week to go and after third periodical exam it's officially our Christmas break.
I can't help but to smile in his gesture. We're really can be mistaken as couple, we look so sweet, Donghae is always sweet and i'm lucky he's always there for me and showering me with his sweetness. If only he can be my boyfriend.
I sigh.
What can I do, to make you officially mine Donghae? Should I confess my feelings for him? Just the thought of that , i know i really can't. What if he didn't like me as I feel towards him? I'm afraid it will affect our friendship.
I snap out on my thought when he suddenly grab me. We're walking right now on the city and enjoying watching the Christmas displays everywhere, it's so beautiful. It's already late at night, but the place was packed of people, enjoying the beautiful sight of Seoul too.
We sat on the bench on the park, still close to each other. He leave me for a while and came back with two cups of hot chocolate drink.
"Here Hyukkie~!"
I accept the drink and taste it, and it taste good. I love sweets after all but nothing beats my heavenly strawberry milk.
"I guess it's good to have this one than to drink your strawberry milk for awhile!"
"yeah! ahh, it's so refreshing!" i said.
"you're tired?"
"slight." i answered honestly. Imagine 12 hours of studying, it's so stressful.
He chuckled. "nado!"
"yeah! i hate remedial classes!" and we both laugh on that.
"yeah, i hate it too, but i like it more!"
"huh?"
"i like it more because I can date you this late in the evening!" he answered while looking at his drink.
I blushed. He's up to something again. I just laughed out to condition my heart beat because I can die any minute now if it didn't turn to normal. I'm speechless, balancing again my mind if he's joking or not. and i just find myself playing along with him.
"so I should like it too if that's the case!"
Our night filled of laughter and i can feel my stress slowly fade away. We walked hand and hand towards the destination of the bus stop, i really like this moment. Both of us in silent and just feel the warm of each other's embrace until we finally reach our destination.
"you should go now!" i said to him as I remember he was just going to walk back to their home.
"ani~! i'll wait for your ride!"
"eh! it's late, you should go now!" i insist.
"nope!" he smiled at me never letting go of my cold but now, warm hand. I just smiled back, shaking my head in his stubborness. We sat on the bench provided and wait for the bus. Stay in silent and just savoring our last moment for tonight.
"what are you doing?" i asked laughing at him.
"i'm massaging your soft hand."
"really? it doesn't feel like massage, you're just pinching it!"
He laugh too.
"can i take your hands with me home?"
I laugh hilariously. "Just my hand? poor me, i don't have my hands for tomorrow if you do that!"
"yeah!" he smiled. "ahh, i really like your hands Hyukkie~!"
I remember back when we first hold our hands together on the training summit days, 'It's perfectly matched on mine!', i just smiled on the memory.
"it's perfectly matched on yours, i know!" i joked and he held my hands on his cheeks and feel it. He's so cute like that.
"yeah, perfect!"
Then the bus finally arrive and we can't do anything but to bid our goodbyes to each other.
"i'll see you on monday!"
I nodded.
"good night Hae, be safe!"
"neh! good night Hyukkie!" and before I step up and fully come inside the bus he pulled me back and the next thing he did was totally a shock for me.
He kissed me.
"bye Hyukkie~!" the last word i heard and the door of the bus closes, totally leaving him.
