Your POV

A week had passed. It is finally the day to go to school. I put on the school uniform and some put some make up on my face before heading to the living room.

“Good morning, Aunt Mary!” I greeted while pecking on the cheek of Aunt Mary who is watching television.

We had gotten so much closer since the day we met. For the past week, Aunt Mary had been taking me around Seoul to let me know more about the city.

“Good morning Kathleen! Ready for school?” Aunt Mary asked, scanning my attire. I nodded my head and bid goodbye to Aunt Mary.

The weather is so nice and refreshing. I walked to school excitedly, thinking about what will happen in school today.

Suddenly, a fast speed bicycle knocked onto me. The boy on the bicycle and I fell onto the hard ground with a loud thud. “OUCH!” I shouted in pain.

The boy immediately got up hurriedly.

“I am so sorry! Are you hurt anywhere?” The boy asked me anxiously, while trying to help me up.

“It’s okay.” I replied, enduring the pain and forcing out a grin.

The boy then let out a relieving smile on his face and introduced himself. “Annyong haseyo, my name is Sungmin. We must be from the same school!” He said cheerfully.

I looked at his uniform that was similar to mine and stared at him for a second, oh wow, he’s cute!

“Annyong haseyo, my name is Kathleen.” I eyed-smiled at him.

“Since we are from the same school, lets go to school together.” Sungmin suggested. I nodded my head and hopped onto his bike.
