Chapter 11: Why did you break my heart? 

Jessica’s POV

I was mad at Donghae because he didn’t appear and he didn’t even bother to call meduring the whole weekend! Plus, he hasn’t answered my calls! I bet he has more than 100 missing calls.

But more than mad, I’m was really worried. What if something bad happened to him? But if something bad had happened, Taemin would have told me. With Yoona’s uncle around, something could have happened to him. YAH! Jessica don’t be so negative! Fishy is fine! I hope so…

Aish, Lee Donghae where on earth are you?!

I was getting ready to go to school when I heard the doorbell rang. I rushed downstairs thinking it was Donghae. When I opened the door, I saw no one outside.

“So weird” I said. Before I closed the door, I saw a small package on the floor. What is it? I picked it up and went to the living room to open it.

“Who was it?” Krystal asked me

“I don’t know” I said “Someone left this”

Krystal saw the box and looked as confused as me. We opened it and saw it was a CD.

“A CD?” Krystal asked “What kind of joke is it?”

Inside the package, there was also a letter with a not so nice handwriting.

Jessica, watch it you’ll know what your Fishy has been up to

My eyes widened when I read the note. What the hell does that means?

“Sica, don’t take it seriously” Krystal said as she read the note too and so my mad face “It may be a joke from someone”

“Let’s see” I said and I put the CD on the DVD player. It started playing and at first everything was dark and noisy but then I became clear.

Donghae was there, in what seemed to be a party. So he was in a party?! That was why he didn’t answer my calls? But he wasn’t alone there. He was drinking with… Jay?

“What the hell…” Krystal said as she was as impressed as me

Then a girl appeared. If I remember well, her name is Sunye. She grabbed him to the dance floor and he let her. I was getting more and more furious. So I was worrying for nothing?! He preferred to go and get drunk with Jay and dance with Sunye instead of going out with me.

“Thanks for coming to my party” Sunye said in flirty way and he smiled.

“Uhm yeah” he said. I thought it was going to finish there but then that girl suddenly kissed Donghae and he kissed back. I felt something pressing my chest. My heart broke into pieces as I watched them kiss.

Tears started rolling down my eyes. I couldn’t bear to watch anymore so I turned it off.  Donghae, how could you do this to me?

I started crying evern thought I didn’t want to and Krystal hugged my tightly.

“Sica unnie, don’t cry” she said trying to comfort me “There must be an explanation”

“You saw it too Krystal” i said “She kissed him and he let her. He preferred to be with her than with me!”

“But… why was Jay there?!” Krystal asked. She still couldn’t believe that I couldn’t either.  “Donghae never trusted him”

“Maybe they became friends” I said with anger

“I don’t think so” Krys said

I wiped my tears and tried to stop crying.

“We are going to be late” I said trying not cry anymore

“Are you ok?” my sister asked me and I faked a smile

“Sure” I said and she hugged me again. Then we finished our breakfast and left for school. There is one thing I’m sure about, I don’t want to see Lee Donghae ever again in my life!

End of Jessica’s POV

Siwon’s POV

I woke up kind of late this morning because last night I couldn’t sleep very well. I looked at my watch…

“OMO 7.15, I’M LATE!” is said and rushed to the bathroom to get ready. I took a fast shower and brushed my teeth. I changed my clothes and then ran downstairs and saw my siblings eating peacefully. I glared at them, neither of them could have woken me up?

“Oh oppa, I was wondering when you would wake up” Sooyoung said and Minho and Sulli just laughed

“Why didn’t you wake me up?” I asked them

“We didn’t want to bother you” Minho said “This house is quiet when you are asleep”

“YAH” I said and they laughed. I looked at my watch again and now it was really getting late “I would argue with you but I’m late! Yoona’s father is going to kill me if I’m not there on time”

“Good luck with your father in law” Sooyoung said as I walked out of the house.

“Holy sh*t” I said an tried to ran even faster. When I arrived at Yoona’s house, I was panting and breathing heavily. I knocked on the door and Yoona’s mom opened it. She smiled when she saw me.

“Siwon, I didn’t expect you here today” she said. She didn’t expect me here? What does she mean by that? I promised I would pick her up everyday.

“Remember I promised to pick her up everyday” I said

“Oh so she hadn’t told yo…”

“Mom” Yoona said in that moment before she could finish her sentence. Tell me what?

“Hi Yoong” I said and she smiled at me. I don’t how to explain it but something was different about her. She was always cheerful and happy and now she seemed kind of sad.

“Hi oppa” she said in a low voice. I leaned to kiss her and the kiss seemed different too. When I greeted her, it was always a soft kiss but this was more passionate and it lasted longer. Not that I didn’t like it… but it seemed as if she wanted to keep it because it was the last one.

Crazy idea… isn’t it?

“Are you ok?” I asked her. I touched her forehead to see if she had fever but her temperature was normal.

“I’m ok” she said smiling again “Don’t worry, let’s go”

While we were walking to the university, she seemed quieter than normal. She was lost in her thoughts and didn’t look at me.

“Is there something you want to tell me?” I asked her and looked at me surprised

“No” she said “Why do you think that?”

“Cause you are acting strange” I said worried “And your mom mentioned that you had to tell me something”

“Ah… I ….” I felt like she really did wanted to tell me something but words wouldn’t come out of .

“Yoong!”  someone called her and I turned around angry. I saw Yoochun walking towards us smiling like a dork. HOW DARE HE?!

“What are you doing here?!” I asked him and he just laughed

“That’s why I should ask you” he said. WHAT? What does he mean by that?

“Yoochun sshi please don’t…” she said and looked at him like begging. What is going on here?!

“Don’t call me Yoochun sshi” he told her “Call me oppa”

“WHY WOULD SHE CALL YOU OPPA?!” I asked really mad at him. Why was he here?! He was a cheater, player! And Yoona didn’t seem to mind his presence.

“Oh Yoong, didn’t you tell him?” he said

“TELL ME WHAT?!” I yelled and I clenched my fists with anger. Tears started to fall from Yoona’s eyes. What is happening here?

“That I’m Yoona’s fiancé” he said with a smirk. WTH?!

“Is that true?” I asked Yoona. She didn’t answer me, she just nodded. In that moment, I felt my complete world was tumbling down. Yoona engaged? To him? Why didn’t she tell me? I was being treated like a fool. “When did this happen?!”

“Just yesterday” Yoochun said and I glared at him. I wasn’t asking him

“WHY DIDN’T YOU TELL ME?!” I yelled at Yoona.My heart ached as I saw her crying but I couldn’t help but feel angry. I felt like I was treated like fool believing that she loved me.

“I’m sorry Siwon sshi” she said.

“Yoona, why? Don’t you love me? “ I asked her with pleading eyes but she didn’t look at me

“If she loved you, she wouldn’t be engaged to me” Yoochun said. I was waiting for Yoona to deny that but she didn’t. I couldn’t help the tears rolling down my eyes. So this whole time I was just a fool! How stupid I was to believe that she loved me! I wiped my tears because I didn’t want her to see I was suffering but I couldn’t help but cry more.

“You really don’t love me, Yoona?” I asked one last time. I saw tears falling from eyes and for a while I thought she was suffering as well.

“No” she said and just turned around and left without facing me. Yoochun smiled and followed Yoona. As I saw them leaving, I felt my heart breaking into little pieces. A part of me is telling me that Yoona is lying and that she really does love me but… I don’t know what to believe now.
