I realized the apple juice in front of me. Maybe I should use this chance to get to know him more. This is my only chance. Ok, time to poker face. I took a deep breath and walked out of the kitchen. I was nervous. Seriously.

                “Sorry to keep you waiting.”

                He was reading my English literature textbook when I came. I put the juice on the table.

                “It’s okay. Thanks. So, did you call Minki?”

                He took a sip of my apple juice. Oh my!

                “Erm… yeah. He told me that he’ll be here in a while.”

                “Really? Ok, then I’ll just wait. You don’t mind right?”

                “No, of course not.”

                Of course I don’t mind. I like it! A lot!

                “Why are you still standing up? If you’re not busy you can sit with me.”

                Sit beside him? Was this a dream?

                “Oh, okay.” I pulled the chair beside him and sat.

                I never had been this close to him before. So I never look at his face clearly. He has a sharp jawline, sharp nose, fair and clear skin, thin lips, beautiful single eyelid and thick eyebrows. It wasn’t perfect, but I like it a lot.

                “Well, you know about my pants the other day….”

                Ok, the conversation just started. Go on.

                “….. I really hope that you wouldn’t tell anyone about it. It’s kinda embarrassing you know.”

                “Oh no, of course not.”

                You are such a big fat liar! You’ve told three people already!

                “I’m so careless that day. I woke up late, miss the bus. Awful day.” He chuckled.

                “It’s okay. At least nobody else see it right?” I tried to smile at him.

                “Yeah. Thanks to your pins. It really do help a lot.” He smiled back at me.

                Oh God, I must be dreaming now!

                “So you work here?”

                “Yeah. I work and live here.”

                “Live here?”

                “On the second floor. The owner of this café used to be my housemate before. She promised to let me stay at the second floor if I willing to help her. So I agreed.”  

                “Oh, really? Great. This place looks nice anyway.”

                “Thanks.”

                Silence.

                Ok, this is awkward.

                Silence.

                Come on brain, think of a topic to talk!

                “So why did you passed out yesterday? I thought it was supposed to be me that feel nervous but looks like you were more.”

                Gosh, why did he ask me about it?

                “Haha.. I don’t know. Maybe it was because of my low blood pressure.” I can’t think of a better reason.

                “Oh, so then you should eat well you know.”

                “I know. Anyway, can I ask you something?”

                “Sure.”

                “Why did you move here? I mean Jeju was a beautiful place as far as I know.”

                “No reason. Just thinking of breathing new air.”

                “So you’re tired of breathing Jeju’s air?”

                He chuckled. “No. I didn’t mean that. It’s just that…..sometimes, if you want to forget about something, you need to go far away from it.”

                “Meaning?”

                He did not answer it. Suddenly the look on his face changed. He stirred his apple juice with the straw for a few times and then he stared at it for a few seconds. Still ignoring my confusion. He sighed heavily.

                “Gosh, look at the time. When will Minki’s coming? Maybe I should call him again.” I quickly stood up and walked over to the kitchen.

                I should not have asked him that. Maybe I should’ve asked about his personal matters. I was so stupid. I took my cellphone and pretended like I’m texting Minki.

                “Hey Jongdae, Minki just texted me. He asked me to tell you that he could not come tonight.”

                “Oh, really.”

                “He said sorry too. Stupid guy. He should’ve told you earlier.”

                He chuckled. The expression on his face became brighter again.

                “It’s okay. Well then I should get going.”

                “Okay. It was nice talking to you.” I smiled at him again.

                “Yeah. It was nice talking to you too. And thanks for the juice anyway.” He smiled back at me and stood up.

                “No problem.”

                When he was just about to open the door and leave….

                “Do you wanna go out with me?”

                 WHAT THE HACK DID I JUST SAID??!!  

                Jongdae stopped and he turned to me.

                “Are you serious?” He looked at me confuse.

                “Yes… no, no! I’m just joking. Haha… you can laugh. Joking. Really.”

                Oh my God, this is embarrassing. Really, really embarrassing! 

                “I’m okay with it.”

                He said ‘okay’? HE SAID ‘OKAY’!!!!!!

                “Really?” I stunned.

                “Yeah. Meet me at the park tomorrow at 2.00 pm.” He smiled.

                I froze. “Ow…kay.”

                “Ok, bye.” He smiled at me again and walked out of the door.

                Then I passed out. AGAIN.

*hi my fellow lovely readers~ firstly i wanna say sorry if this story kinda boring. seriously, i cant think of any exciting scene that i can put in the story since i've already gave my all for it's kyungsoo's story. but still, i tried my best to give my best for it.
