As I opened the door of the café I could see that Haera unnie and Jungshin were smirking at me. They must have seen everything. Oh, this is embarrassing.

                “I think someone just hit a jackpot.” Jungshin oppa spoke.

                “What?” I raised my shoulder and smiled innocently at them.

                “We saw what happened dear. Mind to share the story?” Haera unnie poked my shoulder.

                “What story?” I could feel myself blushed.

                “You’re blushing. Guess that explain enough.” Jungshin oppa continued to tease me.

                “Whatever, I’m going upstairs.” Oh, I could not keep this embarrassment for too long. So before they could shoot me with more questions, I ran upstairs as fast as I could.

                I locked the door and threw myself on the bed. I stared at the wooden ceiling blankly. Seriously, I could not believe what happened just now. Was it a dream? I slapped my face for a few times. Ow, it hurts. So I wasn’t dreaming. It was real.

                Jongdae and I had official confessed to each other.

                So that means he’s my boyfriend now right?

                Right?

                OH GOD.

                Kim Jongdae is my boyfriend.

                KIM.JONG.DAE.IS.MY.BOY.FRIEND.

         “Kyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

                “Pumpkin! Hey! Are you alright in there? Are you okay?”

                Oh no. I screamed too loud.

                “Ah….yes! Yes, oppa! I’m fine! Nothing happened! Fine. Really.”

                Then I heard footsteps walking down the stairs. Phew~ What was I thinking? Screaming like that?

                Ok, I’m too excited. Behave yourself. Calm down.

                Suddenly my phone rang. I looked at the caller ID. It was Minki. Oh my, he called at the perfect time! I should tell him about it!

                “Minki-ah!!!!!!!”

                I thought he was gonna curse like he always does every time I yelled at him on the phone. But instead what I heard was………a sob?

                This is not good.

                “Min…ki?”

                Silent.

                “Are you okay?”

                Silent.

                “Minki?”

                “He’s…..gone.” Minki stuttered.

                He’s gone? Who’s gone?

                “Who?”

                “My…dad.”

                I froze.

                “My dad’s gone.”

                “Minki.”

                I didn’t know what to say. I was feeling so happy just now then suddenly my best friend called and told me his father just died? Oh no. I felt so guilty for laughing and smiling happily while my best friend just lost one of the most important people in his life.

                “I’m sorry.”

                “No! Just shut up and don’t say anything! Don’t……talk. Just….listen.”

                Minki and his ego. He’ll never like it when I tried to calm him down every time he was upset. He just wanted someone to listen to him but don’t say anything. I understood him enough. So I kept quiet.

                “That stupid old man! I….told him to just……..stay at home and do nothing. I…..I….can work and give them money…and…and buy all his stupid medicine….damn it!”

                Minki.

                “And now….he’s dead…gone…leaving my mom and sister……and me! How would….he expects me….to study….when I….I know….he….he won’t be there......when I graduate? Damn! Damn it!”

                Minki loves his dad so much. I knew that. And now he’s gone, I could not imagine what’s gonna happen to Minki. I wished I could help him. I swear I’ll help with everything I could but how can I help him with this matter? I could only be his crying shoulder. That’s all I could.

                “I’m going back…to Busan…..tomorrow.”

                “Ok.”

                “Don’t…..tell…..my girlfriend.”

                I wanted to ask why, but I think I should not do that.

                “Ok.”

                “Thanks.”

                “Minki.”

                Silent.

                “Text me when you arrive there.”

                “Ok.”

                Then the line went dead.

* hehe~ i thought about it last night so i've decided to continue this story and end it whenever i think i want. so here it is! another chap and another twist. i think some of u might already figure out whats gonna happen next right? but hey, dont spoil the story, just let me write it freely okay? hihihi~ and yes, sorry for no-jongdae in this chap. i kinda want u guys to pay a little of ur attention to our Minki here. so sorry. i'm gonna continue writing. hope u'll like it! =) *
