Request fic~ (Requested by VivianMuncea)~

Yunho walked around the DBSK (TVXQ) dorm over and over again. His eyes searched every single area of the apartment, trying to find something to reminisce. He tried to find a trace of the past, but nothing was helping him at the moment. Like an illusion, everything seemed to disappear from Yunho's eyes. Nothing in the area left a memory of the precious and never returning past. Literally, all the special items in which brought those happy memories were gone. Disappeared. Taken. Just like the other members of three important DBSK. Junsu, Yoochun and Jaejoong were no longer with him. They were no longer officially part of DBSK. They had just terminated their contract with SMent and moved themselves another company. Yunho didn't want to believe it, but reality always managed to find him.

Yunho knew well, SMent wasn't as fair as they could have been to their artists. In fact, there were many things SMent could have done better when it came to respecting their artists and contracts. He knew that there was a good reason for why Jaejoong, Junsu and Yoochun had left them. SMent wasn't the haven people expected it to be. Definitely not. Truthfully, it was so far from it, that it was pretty much unbelievable. People of the world simply couldn't see the tears of those who were overworked and mistreated at the company. It hurt so badly. Although, being the international idols they had become, put on a smile for the world to see. Of course, they had discussed the idea of changing companies. Though, Yunho never thought that this would ever happen to them. They were family. Yunho never expected that they would suddenly separate from each other. After all those years of being together... who knew that their fate would have ended so quickly?

Yunho felt miserable on the inside. It just didn't feel like before. When all 5 of them were together and united, it simply felt so good. No matter what happened, Yunho and the other members of DBSK were always happy. No matter how tired or stressed they became during their seemingly long days, they would be there for each other. Always caring and standing beside each other. They weren't just work partners or acquaintances. They were closer than that. Even the word 'friends' couldn't describe how close they were. Yunho felt his heart rip apart as he came to an old photo left on the desk. Yunho felt broken on the inside, but it wasn't that bad compared to Changmin.

Changmin was going absolutely terribly. Actually, he had fallen into a depression. Being the maknae, he had grown so attached to his other hyungs, even if he didn't often show it to them. Ever since the original 5 members DBSK broke up into their separate groups, Changmin had locked himself in his dark and somewhat gloomy room, refusing to ever come out for anything other than going to use the bathroom, take showers and eat food (in which he would take the food Yunho gives him and go back inside his room). Yunho wasn't allowed access to Changmin's room, and neither was anyone else who attempted to enter. From looking at the light under the door, Changmin's room was left in complete and utter darkness.

The entire area was hushed in a unwanted silence. The dorm was quiet. Too quiet for Yunho's liking. Never was it this quiet in the DBSK dorm. Never. But well, it wasn't the DBSK dorm any more. It was the apartment of Changmin and Yunho. Not of DBSK. Every thing was wrong at the moment. This was completely and utterly wrong. DBSK wasn't supposed  to end up like this. They were supposed to be conquering the world together. They were supposed to be brothers. Not a broken family. If DBSK were to end at all, it would have to be together.

Just before Yunho let another tear run down his cheek, he heard the doorbell ring. With a deep sigh, Yunho limped over to the door in a slightly dreary manner and opened the door cautiously.

To his surprise, there, outside the dorm stood Cho Kyuhyun of Super Junior. Yes, the so called 'Evil Maknae'. In Yunho's mind, Kyuhyun almost became a second version of Changmin. Although, the two maknaes had their slight differences from each other. Kyuhyun's light brown hair was covering his forehead gently, just beginning to shorted at his almond shaped eyes. Kyuhyun wore a rather simple, blue, long-sleeved shirt with a pair of faded jeans. Yunho stared for a moment.

"Is Changmin-ah here, Yunho hyung?" Kyuhyun asked rather politely. Yunho's eyes widened slightly. Why had the maknae of Super Junior come to see Changmin of all people? He knew well, Changmin and Kyuhyun were very close friends. But, after the break up, Yunho had figured that people would let them be alone for a bit.

"H-He is here at the moment... but I don't think Changmin wants to be disturbed, Kyuhyun-shii. Changmin is..." Yunho was hesitant to go on with the rest of his words.

"Changmin's depressed and staying in his room without the light on? Refusing to leave unless it's to eat, go to the bathroom and bathe?" Kyuhyun asked all of a sudden in a rhetoric manner.

"...How did you know?" Yunho asked in a slightly shocked manner. Kyuhyun knew many things about Changmin, but Yunho didn't expect Kyuhyun to know about that.

"... Because I'm a physic." Kyuhyun blurted out rather bluntly in a monotone. Of course, it wasn't true. But still though, those words made a small smile crawl up to Yunho's lips.

"If you're a physic, why did you come here?" Yunho asked.

"I'm going to do fortune telling on Changmin. I expect to be paid after the 2 hour session." Kyuhyun replied to the slightly odd yet understandable joke. Yunho gave a weak laugh.

"Sorry Kyuhyun, but I don't think Changmin wants his fortune told today." Yunho apologised. Kyuhyun raised a brow before putting his hand in his pocket, taking out his phone.

"No, he does. I was given a special invitation." Kyuhyun exclaimed as he let Yunho see the screen of his phone.

Meet me today, I'll be waiting.
From: Changmin

'Is Kyuhyun... Changmin's lover?' Yunho thought to himself.

"How did you know what Changmin was talking about?" Yunho questioned, reading the short text message once again. Out of everybody, Changmin wanted to see Kyuhyun.

"...Like I said before, I'm a physic." Kyuhyun smiled childishly, Yunho couldn't help but smile at Kyuhyun. It seemed, Kyuhyun might be able to help Changmin's depression lessen.

"Okay, if you really want too, Kyuhyun. Changmin's room is there." Yunho pointed out, staring back into the lonely hall. Kyuhyun gave Yunho a thankful and sympathetic smile.

"Thanks Yunho hyung. By the way, don't look so gloomy. What if the other DBSK members aren't with you any more? As long as you can remember, that's enough. No matter what, Junsu hyung, Jaejoong hyung and Yoochun hyung started out as official DBSK members, and they'll end as unofficial DBSK members. In some sense, they're still part of your group." Kyuhyun smiled gently at Yunho and gave him an encouraging gaze before entering and approaching Changmin's room. Yunho stood for a second, his head was clear of all thoughts. After hearing those reassuring words, Yunho let a smile silently grace his lips.

"...He's a good dongsaeng..." Yunho muttered to himself before taking out his phone. He suddenly had the urge to call Jaejoong. Even though DBSK had broken up, he still had his lover.

"Hello?" A voice answered, definitely Jaejoong.

"Jaejoong." Yunho smiled.

"Ah, Yunho~ How are you?~" Jaejoong asked happily.

"When you left, I forgot to say that you can visit whenever you want." Yunho replied.

"Really?? Can I come over too?? I miss our dorms. This place looks nothing like ours. It was so much easier when we lived together. I can't believe they made us move." Asked a voice. It was Junsu's.

"I can't believe it either. And you can come over if you want to. By the way, Jaejoong, I love you so much." Yunho spoke.

"I love you too~" Jaejoong replied with a joyful tone.

"Can we come over now then? We want to order something to eat. I'm so starved, there's nothing in our kitchen or our fridge." Stated another low voice. It seemed to be Yoochun's.

"Let's not. Changmin gets annoyed because he doesn't have anyone to be with and he hated seeing us acting all lovey dovey." Junsu spoke.

"... I think it's alright now. Changmin won't mind any more." Yunho said as he gave an all knowing smile.

Kyuhyun gave a very light and almost silent knock as his hand turned the handle of Changmin's room. Being close to Changmin, and being Changmin's lover (not to mention that Kyuhyun is Changmin's best friend), Kyuhyun didn't expect that he would be banned. Besides, even if he were banned, Kyuhyun would find some way to get back inside. No matter what, Kyuhyun would try to help. Even if it meant that people would get mad at him, Kyuhyun really didn't care as long as his friend was feeling better.

Kyuhyun opened the door without any hesitation and looked inside, complete darkness engulfed the silent room. Kyuhyun couldn't say that he was surprised at this. Somehow, he managed to predict what was going on. From the unlimited knowledge Kyuhyun had of Changmin, somehow, all the thoughts he had came true.

"...Changmin-ah?" Kyuhyun questioned where Changmin was. Kyuhyun's eyes became more used to the darkness and began to see things clearer after a couple of seconds. He could vaguely make out Changmin's figure underneath the blankets. Closing the door behind him, Kyuhyun quietly approached Changmin, with full knowledge of the situation at hand,

"...Hm..." Changmin let a small sound pas his lips, letting Kyuhyun know that he was aware of his presence in the room. It seemed that Changmin was completely depressed.

Kyuhyun stared for a couple seconds before walking over to Changmin. He slowly sat on the bed, noticing that Changmin didn't move once under the blanket sheets.

"Changmin-ah, get out from under the blankets. You can't stay like that forever." Kyuhyun muttered slightly, tugging the blanket slightly. Although, the blankets still didn't come off.

"..." Changmin gave no response.

"...Don't act like that. I swear, you asked me to see you yet you want even talk to me." Kyuhyun complained, tugging the blanket once again. And as expected, the blankets still didn't come off.

"..." Still, no response.

"Changmin-ah, acting like this won't help. Not take the blankets off." Kyuhyun muttered in a whiny tone of voice.

"..." Changmin didn't reply.

"Changmin-ah..." Kyuhyun called.

"..." Again, there was no sound.

"Changmin-ah." Kyuhyun called.

"..." Changmin stayed silent.

"YAH, CHANGMIN-AH! IF YOU DON'T TALK TO ME AND TAKE THESE BLANKETS OFF, i WON'T LET YOU TOUCH ME FOR 3 WHOLE MONTHS!" Kyuhyun yelled with an annoyed and angry tone of voice. Without a single doubt in Changmin's mind, he was very sure that Yunho heard Kyuhyun as well. In a blink of an eye, Changmin sat up on the bed.

"Okay, okay. I'm here." Changmin said in a rushed manner, hoping Kyuhyun wouldn't yell something else that was utterly embarrassing.

"Good. Now that wasn't so hard, now was it?" Kyuhyun asked rhetorically.

"How could you threaten your boyfriend like that so suddenly?" Changmin asked with an annoyed expression plastered onto his face. Kyuhyun gave him an unnoticeable smile.

"How could you treat your boyfriend like that so suddenly?" Kyuhyun asked back.

"..." Through the darkness, Changmin let out a small laugh from his throat. Oh, it had been a while since he last smiled. He let himself simply sit and enjoy the company of Kyuhyun.

"Changmin-ah, you've been crying a lot..." Kyuhyun muttered, raising his hand to touch the tear stains on Changmin's cheeks.

"... No I haven't-" Changmin was about to lie through his teeth.

"Liar." Kyuhyun retorted suddenly, even before Changmin had the chance to finish off his sentence.

"... Okay, fine." Changmin muttered.

"You know, you'll never feel better if you don't talk." Kyuhyun said in a slightly disapproving way.

"Why do you sound so much like my Umma does?" Changmin asked rhetorically.

"...Because I'm a physic." Kyuhyun spoke once again.

"Liar." Changmin spoke. He couldn't help but have a smile crawl to his cheeks.

"Changmin-ah, don't be so sad about the separation." Kyuhyun muttered.

"... I can't do that." Changmin replied.

"Why not?" Kyuhyun asked,

"Because..." Changmin thought for a second.

"Because?" Kyuhyun encouraged Changmin to go on.

"...We're family! We promised each other we would stay together through everything that was going on! We even made a promise to  our fans that we would never part! Yet, after so many years though, we're separating from each other! The promise we made so long ago is now broken! This wasn't meant to happen! This-" Changmin was cut off.

"What was meant to happen?" Kyuhyun asked. Changmin took a moment to think about it.

"We... we were meant to stay together..." Changmin muttered with a slight whimper at the end of his sentence, he couldn't hold it any more. Gentle tears soon streamed down his cheeks. Kyuhyun gave Changmin a sympathetic look. Coming prepared, he took a tissue from out of his pocket and dried some of Changmin's tears.

"...Changmin-ah... Just because they left SMent, it doesn't mean that they left you and Yunho hyung. They're still your family,even though they can't always be with you. You have photos of them, their numbers in your phone... even their new address. And they still have the same old key to this dorm, they have the address and they also know more about you than anyone else does. You can see each other as much as you want in your free time. It's not that bad. Don't treat the situation like death, Changmin-ah. No matter what, you kept the promise." Kyuhyun said as he gave Changmin a rather reassuring gaze and a gentle yet encouraging smile.

After those words were spoken, another silence slowly entered the room. It wasn't an awkward or uncomfortable silence. In fact, it was a gentle and peaceful silence. Changmin thought quietly about Kyuhyun's words. He silently smiled to himself. Kyuhyun always had some power over him. And no matter how blunt Kyuhyun was at times, he always had words that encouraged people. Kyuhyun spoke words that made people feel so comfortable, and words that made other mad.

'Sometimes... I question why God allowed me to have you.' Changmin thought silently.

"Kyuhyun-ah, you really are...", There were so many words Changmin wanted to say at the moment. But being a man with pride, threw them to the corner of his mind. "...such an idiot. Why the hell did you come in here by yourself? Why did you leave the lights off and close the door? Look at me, then look at you. If I wasn't your friend, you would be in a difficult situation."

'I'm glad you're happy again, I was worried about you.' Kyuhyun thought quietly.

"How could you say that?? You're the one who asked me to arrive and now you're neglecting me." Kyuhyun pouted with a small smile. He knew, Changmin was feeling much better.

"I didn't neglect you, I have no idea what you're talking about." Changmin retorted.

"Ah, you're so annoying. I hate you." Kyuhyun muttered.

"I love you too." Changmin smiled as he gave Kyuhyun a kiss, soon moving on to more adult things...

On the other side of the door. He had heard the conversation between Changmin and Kyuhyun. And of course, he decided to stop listening when a moan was heard. Yunho stood with a happy smile on his lips. Somehow, he actually understood why Changmin loved Kyuhyun as much as he did. Even though he only found out a moment ago that the maknaes were lovers, from the soft words Changmin spoke, Yunho could sense love which he had never seen Changmin express.

The words Kyuhyun spoke to Changmin about the break-up... they were absolutely accurate. Jaejoong, Junsu and Yoochun may have left SMent and gone to another company, but they never truly left Changmin and Yunho. They were forever a family. Their promise would be kept. Yunho wondered how Kyuhyun would speak such wise words. Soon brushing that thought off though, Yunho began to think of the perfect gift for Kyuhyun to thank him. Kyuhyun was the only one that could bring Changmin out his his depression. And that was something even Yunho himself wasn't able to do. Yunho wanted to show his gratitude in some way.

'Maybe I should... no. Not that. That would only be a gift for Changmin. It would be more like torture for Kyuhyun...' Yunho thought to himself once again as he let a smile grace his lips.

"...They're here." Yunho muttered.

He saw the door open. Yunho smiled, seeing Jaejoong, Yoochun and Junsu entered. Yoochun and Junsu were holding hands as Jaejoong smiled at him rather happily.

"Yunho~" Jaejoong spoke as Yunho walked up to him and gave him a hug.

"Jaejoong, I missed you." Yunho muttered.

"Where's Changmin?" Asked Yoochun.

"Changmin? He's in his room at the moment." Yunho answered.

"Really? I'll get him." Junsu spoke, soon being stopped by Yunho.

"Don't. He's in there with somebody, I don't think Changmin wants to be disturbed." Yunho said seemingly bluntly. The eyes of the other three DBSK (TVXQ) members widened slightly.

"Whose he in there with?" Asked Jaejoong.

"He's in there with Kyuhyun-shii." Yunho replied. Another gasp escaped the lips of the DBSK members.

"You mean the maknae of Super Junior??" Asked Junsu as Yunho simply nodded in reply.

"... I didn't think they'd end up together." Yoochun spoke.

"Me neither. I only found out a moment ago." Yunho replied.

"I'm hungry, let's eat." Junsu replied as he let go Yoochun's hand.

Yunho looked around the room. It was just the same as before. Yoochun was there, Junsu was there and Jaejoong was there. They weren't acting any different as they were the day before. They were teasing each other, feeding each other and laughing with each other. Truthfully, it was like they never left. They were treating the dorm as if they were still living there. The air of friendship and sincerity slowly took place.

"It's true." Yoochun laughed.

"Hyung, Yoochun's teasing me!" Junsu exclaimed with an annoyed expression plastered onto his face.

"Yunho, come sit down." Jaejoong smiled at Yunho. Yunho returned the smile.

Yunho thought for a while before speaking.

This was longer than I expected it to be...I meant to make this short but my mind just went wild... how was it?~ I'm so lucky that I have a best friend who let me go to her house just to write fanfiction and use her internet~ (If you didn't know, my internet had been turned off for 2 weeks) ^^
