The next day, Mika was set up & left for work.

“Hey girl!” Jessie greeted as usual.

“Hey Jessie!” Mika greeted back as she began to work.

“So Mika. When’s your ‘mystery man’ gonna show up?” Jessie asked.

“Oh um, soon” Mika said.

But to her surprise as the guys barged in to the shop looking for her.

“Mika!” Taemin called out with his usual charming smile.

“Or sooner than you think!” Mika’s jaw dropped.

How was she gonna explain to Jessie?

“M-Mika, is it just me or is that SHINee, right inside this café?!” Jessie shrieked her inner fan girl.

“J-Jessie, calm down. Take a deep breath” Mika told her.

“H-How’d they know your name?” Jessie asked.

“Oh man…” Mika let out as Taemin came towards her.

“Claudia told us where you work, & we were wondering if you wanna grab a drink with us later?” Taemin asked.

“Y-You’re…” Jessie was speechless.

Mika quickly grab her arm & went to the back room.

“Would you excuse us a sec?” Mika told the guys.



“M-Mika! SHINee is right outside!” Jessie shrieked.

“Calm down” Mika told her.

“W-Wait… how did the guys know you?” Jessie asked.

“It’s a long story. But they’re my friends” Mika admitted.

“Why didn’t you tell me?” Jessie asked.

“Well, I thought you might say that I was just dreaming & making up lies” Mika said.

“No I wouldn’t” Jessie let out a convincing look.

Mika just shook an ‘are you sure?’ look.

“Ok, maybe” Jessie confessed.

“Wait a minute. If you’re friends with SHINee, then when you said Taemin’s name…” as Jessie was about to blurt it out, Mika quickly covered her
mouth & shushed her.

“You like Taemin!” Jessie blurted.

“Yea, yea I know. Just don’t say anything” Mika warned.

“Omg! I can’t believe it!” Jessie smiled.

“You got a crush on Taemin!” she shrieked again.

The guys who were outside peeked from afar to see what’s going on.

“Shushh! Don’t say anything” Mika emphasized on the ‘anything’.

“Ok. But you gotta introduce me to them” Jessie said with a wide smile.

“Ok, fine” Mika said as the two went back out again.

“Hey guys!” Mika said, as if nothing happened.

“This is Jessie. She’s a ‘big’ fan of SHINee” Mika said, emphasis on the big.

“Saranghae SHINee!” Jessie shrieked.

The guys just smiled, a bit flustered seeing a big fan.



“Mika!” Nick said as he came in for work.

“Oh, hey Nick” Mika smiled an uninterested smile.

“Oh, who’s this?” Nick asked, pointing at 5 the guys.

“Nick, how can you ‘not’ know who they are? It’s SHINee!” Jessie said.

“Oh, yea… I’ve heard of you guys…” Nick said.
