“So… you guys in?” Mika asked them.

All 15 guys went silent as they all looked at each other.

“I’m in” Taemin was the first to sound out as he walked over & stood next to Mika.

“Yea, me too” said Siwon.

“Definitely count me in!” said Sungmin.

“Mika, you know we’ll always be there for you” Minho smiled as he pointed out the others.

“Count me in!” said Ryeowook.

“Us too!” Leeteuk pointed at him, Eunhyuk & Shindong.

“What about you?” Onew asked Yesung.

“To kick some Dark Viper ? You bet!” he exclaimed.

Donghae & Heechul seemed to agree with Yesung as well, as they wouldn’t wanna give up on their career & for their love of music.

It would be heartbreaking if SJ & SHINee split.


The only one left… was Kyuhyun.

He seemed quite the whole time, & it made Mika worried if he didn’t wanna participate as well.

Mika walked over to him slowly with both hands tied behind as he was the only one sitting in the chair at the back.

“What about you Kyuhyun?” Mika asked him with her sweet smile that no one, especially Taemin, couldn’t reject.

She was the youngest, the innocent & the only girl there. Will her sweet smile win Kyuhyun?


Kyuhyun tilted his head down without a smile.

Mika bit her lower lip as she could feel her heartbeat race as she waited for Kyuhyun to let it out.

Kyuhyun caught her off guard as he finally looked up to face her.

“Fine” was the only word he said.

Mika smiled as wide as she could, but she couldn’t help but wonder if he was sincere of doing it.


‘His words didn’t sound sincere. Was he happy or upset? I know he’s the quite one in the group, but I can’t help but wonder…’ Mika thought deeply.



The next day. The whole SJ member’s went over to the SHINee’s house. Or lodge, as you call it.

The doorbell rang repeatedly as nobody went to over to get it.

From the bathroom, Mika could hear it ringing over & over going on for almost 3 minutes. Mika put on her daily white tank top her blue loose cardigan & threw on a jean skirt.


“Coming!” Mika said as she ran down the stairs with her towel-dried hair.

“You gonna get that?” Mika asked Onew & Jonghyun sarcastically.

“Game time” Jonghyun whined as he continued to concentrate on the flat screen TV.

“Where’s Taemin & Minho?” Mika asked them.

“Taemin’s out with Key to buy groceries while Minho’s reading outside by the pool” said Onew as he kept on concentrating on beating Jonghyun at the video game.

“Guys…” Mika mumbled as her hair began to drip.

“Ha! Beat you again!” Jonghyun cried.

“Where’s Key when you need him?” Mika asked herself as she referred to Key as the responsible umma.

Once more, the doorbell rang.

“Oh!” Mika exclaimed as she remembered. “I'm coming!”

Mika quickly ran to the door as she squished her tight to prevent it from dripping.


Without hesitating, she opened the door to find the 10 Suju guys in front of her. “Guys!” she exclaimed as soon as she saw them.

“Hey Mika!” Heechul greeted her with a bright smile as usual.

“W-W-What are you doing here?” she asked them.

“Oh well, Key invited to hang out” said Siwon.

“Of course he would!” Mika faked a smile as she was unhappy that Key invited & left at the same time.

“What’s with your hair?” Eunhyuk asked from beside Heechul.

“Oh nothing big, just… because of someone irresponsible” Mika pointed at Onew & Jognhyun.


“Come in guys” Mika said.

“Onew & Jonghyun’s playing video games… Key & Taemin went out to buy a few things…” Mika led them inside to the living room. “…& Minho’s outside by the pool, reading”

‘Thanks a lot guys… leaving me to take care of your 10 superstar friends’ Mika whine in her head. ‘They’re 'your' friends! I’m just the fangirl!’ Mika felt the awkward embarrassment starting to rise.

“One second while I get them…” Mika said in a calm voice.


“Guys! Get in here, NOW!!!” Mika shouted that almost the whole house could hear her.

“Yah, why’re you screaming?” said a voice from the front door.

‘Phew… Key & Taemin’s here’ Mika let out a relieved sigh.

“Yo guys! You made it” said Key as he passed them.

“Here,” Mika offered to carry the grocery bags & put them in the kitchen as they chatted with their Suju friends.



She quickly went back to her room to take care of her hair properly as she hair dried it.

After finally getting to dressed properly, Mika went downstairs where she found it pretty quite. When actually, everyone was outside at the pool.

After Suju came, everyone was together & not equally doing their own thing.



She joined in quietly as she came & sat down next to Taemin who was sitting next to the pool along with the others.

“Hey…” he gave Mika a quick greet.

Mika smiled back as she sat down.

Mika decided to lay low for a while until Siwon asked “So what should we do about Dark Viper?” which made everyone turned their attention to her.

Mika, who was just innocently sitting next to Taemin went blur for a sec.

“Ask her later,” she heard Key told Siwon.

“Yea,” Onew joined in with a slight laugh. “Let her have a ‘moment’ with her boyfriend for a while” he teased.

The shy feeling Mika used to have, came rushing back as he said it.

“Y-you guys are… together?” Donghae suddenly asked as the other members became silent at the thought.

“N-No!” the word escaped from Mika’s mouth. “Wait, I didn’t mean it like that!” she said it as she realized Taemin was there. “I-I meant we are! I mean, uh…”

Minho burst out in laughter that almost caused him tears, as Key laughed uncontrollably with Onew & Jonghyun.

“Mika, just say that Taemin’s your boyfriend already!” Key laughed.

“Yah! How am I, when you guys ‘have’ to make it so hard?!” Mika burst as she glance an annoyed look at her ‘oppa’s’.

‘They’re older & they’re more immature’ Mika thought. ‘But why’s Taemin so quite?’

Mika glance at Taemin who was actually, trying to hold in his laughter.

“Oh just spit it out already” Mika told him.

He did, & went hysterical as Key was. “I’m sorry Mika” he apologized, still laughing. “But you look sooo red!” he kept on laughing.

The Suju guys made an awkward look. All except Kyuhyun who didn’t realize a thing, across the pool being alone & quite as always. So he didn’t
even hear anything except of the outburst of laughter. & of course he heard the head-turning laughter of Keys.

Mika gave Taemin a ‘you gotta be kidding me’ look.

“I still don’t get what’s the big deal” Mika said as she turned to look away.

Key was still laughing along that he even fell ‘off’ his chair!

“Come on guys, I think it’s sweet. Plus you guys look cute together” Heechul complemented.

“Thanks for the complement Heechul. But I don’t think it can cover the guys hysterical laughter” Mika sigh.

“I’m sorry Mika” said Taemin.

Key & the others finally slowly stopped laughing as Taemin said that.

“Yea, yea…” Mika let out a smirk.

‘For a moment, I couldn’t help but stare at Heechul. & no. I do NOT like him or anything. It’s just that… he reminds me a lot of Taemin himself’ Mika said as he kept looking at him.

The guys continued on their conversation as Key went to the kitchen & came back with drinks, three bowls of nachos, salsa sauce, & not forgetting melted cheese.


“Did you make these?” Eunhyuk asked as he took a bite.

“Yup! Made the salsa & cheese & went to the grocery store with Taemin earlier to grab the chips” Key told him.



The others went back to their conversation as they ate.
