“You’re just a bit confused Jungsoo. This will be gone after some time. Just proceed as normal.”

These are the words that I have been telling myself the past few days after I realized that just running away from Heechul would do me no good. After a few more nights of tossing and turning in bed, I finally decided to recognize the fact that I was indeed attracted to him. But I believe that this is just because of the reality that I was in love with him as “her” for decades. I know that his personality is nothing near the girl I envisioned her to grow into but I would be lying if I say that his face is not as beautiful as I expected it to be. So, I decided to just surrender and let myself feel the infatuation for a while as I am confident that it would be the best way to let go of my past feelings.

As I near the open parking lot at the back of the company building, I saw my employees waving on my direction. I slowly parked in front of their vans and rolled down the windows.

“Are we complete?” I asked my secretary Soyeon.

“All the staff is here except for you and Mr. Kim Sir.” She replied, peeking a bit on the passenger seat and probably expecting to see Heechul.

But as if on cue, I saw Heechul’s red car appeared from the entrance.

“Ah, I guess we’re all here now.” I said as I point my eyes towards Heechul’s approaching car.

Heechul parked his car beside mine while the other staff loaded their vans.

“I texted you the address Sir. Let’s just meet there.” Soyeon informed me before leaving with the other staff that filled three vans.

Now, only me and Heechul who was still inside his car were left alone at the parking lot. I then stepped out and went to knock on his window.

“Just park your car here and drive mine.” I told him as he finally rolled down his window.

That’s when I noticed that this guy was still very much drunk from sleep, I wonder how he even managed to drive to here.

“Can I just sleep on the road while you drive instead?” he yawned.

“Fine.” I sighed dramatically. “Just park this here and move to my car.”

He smiled sleepily as a reply. “Thank you, Teukie”

My heart fluttered with his surprising morning character but I chose to let it slide.

Heechul successfully parked his car and went towards mine bringing a small duffel bag.

“Is that all you’re bringing?” I asked as he sat on the shotgun seat and placed the duffel at the backseat beside my mini carrier.

“Yeah, it’s not like we’re staying for a week. A few change-of clothes will do right?” he answered drowsily as he buckled himself at the seat.

“You’re really making yourself comfortable huh?” I commented.

“This is why I hate outings, first you have to wake up early then later you will be out in the sun.” Heechul said as he leaned back his seat, preparing to sleep even before I start driving.

“Right, just sleep so I won’t need to listen to you rant the whole time.” I finally said before stepping on the gas pedal.

“Thanks” I hear him mumble with the volume was so low I almost thought I was hallucinating. I figured that replying would not be ideal so I just continued driving, with a smile decorating my face.

A couple of hours later, we finally arrived at a big pension house in Gapyeong. I saw that all three vans are already parked so my company staff is probably inside already. I might be the “boss” of the company but I hate the idea of being bossy. Instead, I strive hard to be a good leader.

I parked on the vacant slot beside one of the vans and carefully tapped the shoulder of the man beside me.

“Heechul. Kim Heechul. Wake up. We are here.” I tried not to wake him up with force, who knows how bad his wake-up temper is.
