Chapter 7 

The bath had been soothing the water really helped him relax forgeting the day advent. For one thing he was glad of Chanyeol offer. It gave his the chance to calm down and regroup by the time he step sound, Chanyeol turned his head to Beakhyun Phone. ‘They’ve be calling none stop.’ Chanyeol told him. 

‘I’d like to say I was surprised but I'm not, I though the will give up unless Sehun does.’ Beakhyun sighed taking up his phone. ‘Figure... I'm step mother is meeting with him tomorrow and I've to be there.’ 

‘And what are you going to do?’ 

‘I refuse......’ Beakhyun typed the message back. ‘Why can’t they just say it, that it isn’t about dinner with Sehun. 

‘Because they can’t......’ Chanyeol answered him 

‘Can’t or Wont....? 

‘You tell me you seem to know what this is about.’  

‘I think he want to sleep with me......,’When Beakhyun didn’t say anything after Chanyeol continued.  

‘Beakhyun for what I can see this isn’t about sleeping with you it’s more than that. He wants to be with you Beakhyun, marry you even make you his trophy wife, you’d be quite dashing on his arm.’  This wasn’t what Beakhyun wanted.  

‘I wouldn't be the first to marry for money....’ that though ate at him. ‘I thought my Father married my stepmother for who she is.’ Beakhyun said. Chanyeol nodded to Beakhyun statement. ‘Would you marry for money?’ Chanyeol hadn’t excepted that question.  

‘No,’ Chanyeol answered. ‘But not from this point of view, I just don’t plan on ever getting married.  

‘Why?’ Beakhyun couldn’t help but be curious.’ 

‘I tend to like things simple... no commitment it easier that way, besides by the time morning come around I tend to run out of idea to hold a descend conversation. I couldn’t imagine keeping one going with the same person for the rest of my life,’  Chanyeol thought it would be a nice touch, he was sort of glad he saw a hint of a smile gracing Beakhyun face. He felt it must have put Beakhyun at ease. Not that wasn’t quite right, it was more like Beakhyun could be himself around Chanyeol. 

‘True.... you’d have to remember their birthday, special dates, occasions.’ Baekhyun  asnwered as he sat on the bed beside Chanyeol. 

‘Hmm anniversary the lot,’ Chanyeol rolled his eye,’ and married people obsess what for dinner most of them time. I quite like eating out.’ Chanyeol told him, ‘sure if think about it, how many people ring their spouses at work wondering what for dinner. Surly they could be doing something else with their time I know I do.’ 

‘Do you believe in love?’ Beakhyun asked. 

‘No not in the slightest.’ Chanyeol statement made Beakhyun laughed Chanyeol was so abrupt with dismissing the notion of love.  Beakhyun couldn’t help but like Chanyeol way of speaking he was clear and truthful it was oddly refreshing. It was nice to edtalk to someone who help him deal with his own thought he was wrestling with. 

‘Would you have married if it meant saving your family?’
