Childhood Friend, Huh?!

"Why did you tell Wang Zi about my whereabouts?" GuiGui accusingly asked Adrian who was on the other line.

"He told me he will just apologize. Why? Is he bothering you?"

"Are you thinking, Adrian?" GuiGui asked irritatedly. "Do you know what will Daddy do if he finds out that Wang Zi followed me here? Our supermarket plan will be doomed!"

"I'm sorry," he apologized. "I thought, it would be better if both of you cleared things up."

I don't have plans in ruining a family, Adrian."

"I know. He just wanted closure."

"I don't need closure."

"He came back already," Adrian informed. "He said, you will talk when you come back here. He's jealous with someone out there."

"Who?" GuiGui asked puzzled. Then she remembered Wang Zi saw Aaron when he went to her house. "Aaron?"

"So, who's Aaron?" Adrian asked interestingly.

"Oh, he's a childhood friend."

"A childhood friend? Hmmm... Seems you found an easy way to forget about Wang Zi, huh?" Adrian .

"Adrian!" GuiGui warned him. Eventhough he's not seeing her, she gave him a sharp look. "We're just friends. And Aaron's getting married, okay?"

"He's getting married. In other words, not yet married," he said mysteriously.

"You really are my friend," she said sarcastically.

"Ooh, I want to meet that old friend of yours, GuiGui. I want to know how you were hooked by his charms."

"Aiyoh! Do whatever you want!"
