"G-Gui....w-why didn't you wait for me" George asked puffing and huffing trying to catch his breath while looking at his best friend swinging on the swing in deep thoughts.

"Gui?" he shake her shoulders bringing the poor girl back in the reality world.

"Oh! Hi George, I'm sorry I didn't wait for you back there" she said.

"Apologize accepted! But I still need some explanation" he said having a seat on the other swing next to her.

Gui didn't say anything for a second, she just swing back and forth on the swing lightly "Those people back there..." she started. "They're my friends back in high school"

"Oh~....then why didn't you say hi to them? Or why didn't you....~"

"One of them is my ex-boyfriend" she said.

"O-Oh~I-I'm sorry"

Gui let out a small smile. "It's alright, it's might fault in the first place anyway"

"So how did you guys broke up?" he asked.

"......................."

"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have asked that. You don't have to if you don't want to tell me"

"George! Stop apologizing, it's alright" she said and then paused again. "It started four years ago...me and Aaron has been dating for almost 2 years. We were having so much fun, sweet moments, I still can remember them all...." she said with a sad smile.

"But as people said, sweet relationships aren't always perfect. Not until my last check up with the doctors that I found out I-I-have cancer. I was on my last stage of the sickness which is the most dangerous and terrifying stage of cancer and she said that the only way that would help me to cure it is to go through operation...My chances of surviving even after the success operation is only 20% to 80% of failIng. I didn't know what to do back then. I was totally freaked out and afraid. I couldn't stand the shock. I know that I would have to suffer a lot to go through these operations. I-I-didn't want Aaron to suffer with me. I want him to be happy even though I might hurt him at first but I know he's strong he can handle this and he'll forget and get over me after a while. So I did it, I decided to broke up with him....I told him that I don't love him anymore" she said as tears keep on flowing down her cheeks.

"Aww~it's alright Gui! Don't cry, don't cry. Everything's alright now" George said getting up from his swing and go hug her.

"T-Then what happened after you broke up with him then?"

"I then told my mom about my sickness. She was terrified at first but then she told me that her friend in Australia is a famous doctor and she told me that we'll be moving to Australia to do the operation and after many of the operations I did I finally got the cancer gone. And then we decided to just stay and that's how I met you"

".................................." there was a complete silence after Gui finished telling her story to George.

"Well?" he asked.

"Well?" she repeated.

"Shall we go home? It's getting late....and my stomach is craving for some delicious food" he said patting his empty stomach.

"Hhaha...you're still my same sill best friend George. You're the best" she chuckled getting up also from her swing and they started to walk home together pretend like nothing had happened.

The next morning. They woke up early and take the bus to school.

"WOAH!!!" Gui said as she look at the building in front of her.

"What?" George asked confused. "This building is so huge compare to my old high school" she said.

"Oh duh~ dummy! Universities suppose to be bigger and high schools!" he hit her head.

"Ouch! What was that for?" she screamed in pain.

"Oh stop pretending! I didn't hit you that hard" he said.

"Yeah you did! Look at my forehead. It's all red and swollen" she complained.

"What? Where?" he asked taking a look closer. Then suddenly Gui grabbed his face and bumped her forehead hard and his forehead and quickly ran away.

"That's what you get for hitting me dummy! hahahahaha...." she yelled back.

"OUCH!!! HEY! YOU GHOSTY! GET BACK HERE" he screamed running behind her.

But Gui on the other hand is still running turning everywhere from this corner and that corner without knowing where she's going until she suddenly bumped into someone.

BAM!!! They collided and fell onto the floor.

"OUCH!!! WATCH WHERE YOU'RE GOING WOULD YOU?! ARE YOU BLIND" the person started yelling coldly.

"I-I-I'm sorry. I'm really~" she froze in her sentence as she look up to see who it was and so is the other person. He froze in his place not dare moving an inch as he saw who just carelessly bumped into him.

Boring chapter but at least I explained why Gui left right? right?

and something special also happened at the end.....*wink*wink*
