*GuiGui's POV*

I sat patiently on the seat next to George, my first best friend when I first moved to Australia four years ago. We are now on our way back to Taiwan. The place I left behind four years ago, the place that kept all of my memories both sad and happy. The place where I left everything behind.

I didn't want to go back. I didn't want to face my past...or at least not yet but it's not like I have a choice in saying whether I want it or not. It was my mom's order. She insisted me to go back to my "homeland" to make my university years the best. But I know the reason isn't just that.

The real reason was for me to face my fear, my past, and get over it. She knew, she knew everything that I've been through because she was there. She was there all these years giving me courage to keep on hoping, keep on going. She believe in me, she said I can do it, I can get over it. And she was right. I did it and it's all because of her. So how could I not listen to her? Plus, I know it's time. It's time to face it. Everything I left behind four years ago...

"GuiGui, do you need any help with the bags?" George asked seeing her struggling with the luggage.

"Nope! I'm fine" she said throwing the bags into the taxie's back-trunk. "Phewww~!!! All done!"

George then also put his bags next to hers as they got into the taxi.

"Are you ready for this?" he asked.

"Yep!" she said giving him an assurance smile.

"I'm glad, your mom had registered us to this university called Sheng Ying. We'll be starting school on Monday"

"She what?!!! Why didn't she tell me before? Can't she just wait? I mean we can choose our own university!" she panicked.

"Gui, Gui, calm down...it's ok. She didn't tell you this before because she knows you totally will freak out like now that's why she decided to let me tell you. WoW! What a great mom she is"

GuiGui let out a sigh. "Sorry, I guess I-I'm just a bit nervous of....you know going back and all..."

"I know, that's why you have me with you. Don't worry Gui. Everything's going to be fine. You'll be fine, you know I'm always here with you" he said.

"I know, I love you George. You're my bestest friend ever!!!!" Gui said hugging George tightly.

But she doesn't know the face that is happy and warming from the outside is shattering from the inside. "I-I-love you too Gui....my b-best friend...."

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

"So, I guess she also got us a house" Gui said looking around.

"I-I-guess so..." George said.

"What do you mean you guess so? Didn't she tell you this too?"

"No! She only told me that she already took care of the university stuff but n-not a house!" he said. "Gui, your mom really is a great mom."

"I know" her voice getting shaky.

"Gui, are you ok?"

"I-I'm fine" she sniffed.

"It's ok, come here" George said coming towards Gui with his arms wide open.

She then ran towards him and burried her face into his chest sobbing quietly.

"It's ok. It's ok" he said patting her back.

I-I'm so so so sorry!!!! I think I put too much GuiHu moments in here didn't I?

Like I said. Truly sorry, I'm still in the process of getting the story moving so like I said before just bare with me for a moment.

I'll try to put GuiLun's moment in the next chapter so please stay tune for it!
