-SEUNGRI'S POV-

I glanced to my left and saw Kaenin with a faraway look in her eyes, and I couldn't help but feel the happiness in my heart take a drop.

If it was something I didn't like, it was when Kaenin wasn't smiling like how she usually does.

We strolled along the darkening streets, and I caught myself checking on her a couple of times, to make sure she really was fine. Just then, my eyes caught sight of a brightly lit and colourful sign, and I grinned. I snatched her hand and tugged her along, using my other hand to cover her eyes.

"Yah-"

"Don't worry, you'll like it, I promise."

As we neared the story, I removed my hand from her eyes, and chuckled lightly as I noticed the sudden spark in her eyes.

"Candylicious! Pali pali!" She exclaimed as she dragged me inside, awed by all the candy, sweets and chocolates we were surrounded by. She grabbed a basket quickly, and threw in whatever she liked into it. I observed her with a smile as I pictured her as what she was like as a child. Finally, we reached an area in the middle of the store, where you could dispense your own selection of candy. She eagerly took a bag and collected all sorts of sweets and jellybeans.

"Tsk tsk. You seem very eager about getting a tooth decay." I mused.

She cracked a smile, and we made our way to the cashier. I saw her start to pull out her wallet, and stopped her easily with a hand. She looked at me curiously.

"You honestly think I'm going to let you pay for all that? Relax, I can be a gentleman when I want to." I pointed out simply and purchased all her treats. She grinned up at me, grateful.

I smiled. *Yeah, that's all I want from you. To smile.*

As we strolled out of the shop, I wound from street to street. Kaenin, on a lollipop, looked up at me with a brow arched. "Where're we going?"

I smirked. "You'll see. Actually... we're just about here."

We rounded the corner and stared at the building just up ahead.

"Welcome to Bigbang's dorm, Ms Woo Kaenin." I introduced with a formal bow.

She laughed and clutched the flowers to her chest. "Wow. Meeting Bigbang? You YG artists have a certain air of confidence around you that constantly makes me feel as though you're way out of my reach." She stated truthfully.

"Hmm," I hummed. "Trust me, they're bigger dorks than you could ever imagine."

With that said, I unlocked the front door and strolled in as Kaenin glanced around. "Hyungs! I'm home! And I brought a guest, so please-"

"Who?" Daesung questioned as he poked his head from out of the bathroom, a toothbrush stuck in his mouth. Kaenin bit back an amused laugh, and I darted forward and slammed the door.

"Behave!" I hissed.

"Aigoo, what's gotten our little maknae so worked up?" GD asked as he strolled down the stairs languidly, TOP on his heels. Kaenin balked, and the colour rose in her cheeks as she took in the presence of my two charismatic and popular hyungs. Taeyang appeared from the kitchen, crunching on an apple, just as Daesung finished brushing his teeth, ruffling his shaggy hair as he approached us. 

Kaenin bowed awkwardly. "Anneyeonghasaeyo. Kaenin imnida. Woo Kaenin. My brother's Kevin Woo of U-KISS. It's really nice to meet you. All of you. And I mean it when I say it. I'm a VIP, and I admire all of you for your talent." She began.

GD hyung's eyebrows rose in recognition. "Omo. We know you! Kaenin right? Seungri spends a lot of his time talking about yo-"

"Hyung!" I hissed angrily.

The rest of the members chuckled knowingly, but thankfully Kaenin was just smiling, confused.

"Nice to meet you, Kaenin. What're you doing here?" TOP hyung asked curiously.

I saw Kaenin stiffen, and quickly rushed to explain the brief flow of events so that hyungs would understand. They nodded their heads in understanding, and I felt a satisfied rush of pride when Kaenin shot me a thankful look. Just then, a familiar mischievous twinkle appeared in Taeyang hyung's eyes, and he called us together in a huddle, explaining his idea in a rush. I listened intently, and we all grinned at the suggestion.

"Uh-" Kaenin stuttered out, shocked, when Taeyang and Daesung hyungs took her by the arms and plopped her down onto the couch comfortably, while the rest of us busied ourselves with pushing away furniture to create more space, while TOP hyung plucked a CD from the shelf and inserted it into the speakers.

"Yah, Seungri oppa-"

"Trust me, araso?" I cut her off.

She huffed but didn't say a word. On cue, Taeyang hyung dimmed the lights, and the surprised look on Kaenin's face was priceless when GD and TOP hyungs immediately broke out into an enthusiastic version of High High, dancing and rapping and singing their lungs out, whereas Kaenin watched, entertained, and greatly amused. All five of us followed up with a couple of our group's songs, and some solo songs as well. She laughed at GD hyung's ridiculous antics, grinned in amusement as TOP hyung tried to maintain a cool persona, rolled her eyes jokingly at Taeyang and Daesung's hyungs dorky stage presence, and feigned disbelief when I sang my own solo songs.

It was like a mini BIGSHOW, and by the time we finished, the night had whizzed by, and Kaenin was smiling so freely it made my spirits lift automatically as well.

"Daebak! Daebak!" She cheered, laughing uncontrollably. All the members smiled, and TOP hyung decided to call it a night. Kaenin began to pack her stuff, while the rest of us burst into laughter.

She blinked. "What?"

"You seriously didn't think we'd make you go home now, and at this hour, did you?" GD hyung asked with a smile.

I put my arm around her shoulder. "You're staying for the night. No questions asked. Don't worry, we have a spare room and all, and it's clean." I explained.

She bit her lip, but I think she also realised she didn't really have any other option, considering the fact that Daesung hyung was also oh-so-conveniently blocking the main door.

She sighed. "Araso, araso." My hyungs cheered in success and I grinned at her sheepishly. "Told you they were dorks." I pointed out to Kaenin.

After receiving a thwack on the head from the other four guys before they headed off to their rooms, I gave Kaenin one last glance. "You're okay, right?"

She looked at me, and beamed, throwing her arms lightly around my shoulders and giving me a grateful hug. "Gomawo, oppa," she said, her voice muffled by my shirt. "You really do know how to make me feel better, huh. Thanks for letting me know I can count on you." She pulled back with a genuine, happy smile etched on her face.

I smiled back softly, leaned down, and kissed her head lightly, before walking down to my own room, closing the door with the brightest smile on my face.
